Utilizing digital marketing in the industrial era 4.0 can become a new strategy in product marketing activities, by making it easier for businesses to monitor and provide for the needs and wants of potential consumers. On the consumer side, digital marketing is a medium that can make it easier to find a product. Ngepoh Village, Dringu District, has a lot of potential, including in the economic sector. This can be seen from the many MSMEs operating in Ngepoh Village. However, their marketing efforts are still limited and use conventional methods. Therefore, MSMEs in this village need training on the importance of utilizing digital marketing so that their marketing system can be improved. The aim of this counseling is to help MSMEs reach a wider market and increase their sales. In its implementation, this activity uses two methods, namely socialization regarding digital marketing and assistance in upgrading the packaging of MSME players. In socialization activities include product introduction, marketing strategy, and packaging design. The approach used involves training in the form of socialization and tutorials on creating accounts on digital platforms and managing digital media. The results of this activity suggest the need to provide regular guidance in order to optimize digital marketing strategies and increase MSME business sales. With ongoing assistance, it is hoped that MSMEs can continue to take advantage of the potential of digital marketing in an effective and sustainable manner to achieve success in marketing their products  

This study aims to investigate the social media management in the information publication carried out by the Instagram account @semaras_sia. It employs a qualitative descriptive methodology with data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal four stages in social media management: (1) In the Share stage, the subjects engage in three crucial aspects, namely participation, connection, and trust-building. (2) In the Optimize stage, the subjects are not adequately involved in authentic communication. (3) In the Manage stage, the subjects conduct media monitoring, real-time interaction, and respond promptly. (4) In the Engage stage, influencers or communities are not consistently involved in the information publication. The social media management by the subjects does not align with The Circular Model of SOME, resulting in suboptimal performance in information publication through social media channels.  

Tourism villages have become a major concern in efforts to develop local economies and preserve culture in many regions. Tongkonan Karuaya is one of the tourist attractions in Lembang Tumbang Datu. Visitors can use this area to get to know the typical Toraja customs and culture. This article aims to analyze the development of the Karuaya tourist attraction as a potential tourist destination to support the local economy. The research method used is a qualitative approach by collecting data through interviews, field observations and analysis of related documents. The research results show that the Karuaya tourist attraction has a variety of attractions and cultural heritage. However, challenges such as limited facilities, lack of promotion and the need for infrastructure improvements still need to be addressed. This research underlines the importance of collaboration between local communities and the private sector to optimize the potential of the Karuaya tourist attraction as a sustainable economic resource and utilizing technology such as social media can be an effective tool for introduce the Tongkonan Karuaya tourist attraction to a wide audience, increase its attractiveness, and improve.

CV XXX is one of the micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) engaged in the food sector, namely bread making. In carrying out its business ventures, CV XXX has a problem, which is not knowing whether the benefits are really maximized or not. The purpose of this study was to find out the effective optimization of the production process and to compare the maximum profit obtained by CV XXX before and after implementing Integer programming using the Branch and Bound method. The data used in this study is primary data obtained from the results of interviews with the CV Langsung Enak Bakery. Based on the results of the study, it was found that in order to optimize the production process effectively in one production run, it is better for CV XXX to produce 76 packs of vanilla chocolate bread, 58 packs of chocolate bread, 66 packs of meses cheese bread, 6 packs of sliced combed bread, 52 packages of torn comb bread, and 614 boxes of white bread, and did not produce 2-flavor bread, 8-flavor bread, chocolate meses bread, round sweet bread, variety comb bread and plain white bread. The maximum profit earned is Rp. 3,024,378 with a total of 872 packaged products and an increase in profits of 13.3% from factual conditions.

Information technology is growing rapidly from year to year. In the field of education, learning processes based on information technology are no longer unavoidable. Online learning is a scheme called e-learning that has the effect of transforming traditional education into a digital system. In this study, the data collection method used was interviews, observation and documentation to obtain information or data related to the research focus. The design of this application system uses an approach with the waterfall method which consists of the requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing/verification, and maintenance stages, with a web-based programming language including HTML for display design, PHP for creating dynamic websites and SQL as a data storage container. . The results of this research are that this e-learning application can optimize students' understanding of learning, images, animation, audio and video and the teaching and learning process continues when students or teachers are unable to attend..    

The Covid-19 vaccine is a breakthrough to fight and treat Covid-19. The family in a situation like this is the first and main defense system for the country in preventing the spread of Covid-19 transmission. It is the role inherent in the family that needs to be optimized as a preventive strategy in dealing with Covid-19 through the Covid-19 vaccine. This research aims to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and perception of the community with Covid-19 vaccination in North Lembang Rano, Rano District, Tana Toraja Regency in 2022. This research method is observational with a cross-sectional approach, the sample size is 92 respondents who are representative of the population. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling technique. Data was collected using a questionnaire and tested statistically with the help of the SPSS computer program, and presented in the form of tables and narratives. From the results of this research, it was found that the majority of respondents were female, namely 57 people (62.0%), the majority of respondents aged 31-50 were 49 people (53.3%), the majority of respondents worked as farmers, namely 35 people (38%) The majority respondents with good knowledge were 84 people (91.3%), the majority of respondents with good perception were 90 people (97.8%) and the majority of respondents with good Covid-19 vaccination were 49 people (53.3%). The results of the Fisher's Exact Test statistical test showed that there was a relationship between the level of knowledge and Covid-19 vaccination with a p-value = 0.006 and it was also found that there was a relationship between public perception and Covid-19 vaccination with a p-value = 0.007. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the level of knowledge and perception of the community with Covid-19 vaccination in North Lembang Rano, Rano District, Tana Toraja Regency in 2022. It is recommended for the public to increase Covid-19 vaccination and always maintain their health by having regular check-ups and Always adopt a healthy lifestyle to avoid health problems.

Investment is an activity or act of buying or placing funds or assets into financial instruments or other assets with the aim of obtaining the expected return or yield in the future. Investing generally involves risk evaluation, market analysis and decision making based on a deep understanding of the investment instrument and long-term financial goals. With increased investment awareness, individuals can optimize their financial potential, manage risk effectively, and achieve long-term financial goals. As a result, it is hoped that this outreach will encourage the people of Spazio to become more investment literate, making them better prepared to face the challenges and opportunities in today's financial world  

Catering "Miss Tote" is one of the MSMEs located in Kepanjen Kidul Village, Kepanjen Kidul District, Blitar City. In today's modern era, the catering business is faced with problems related to technology and digitalization. The implementation of community service aims to optimize product marketing through the use of the Canva application as a branding medium and mentoring the use of Instagram social media to expand customer reach and introduce products to potential customers. The method used is a case study with a qualitative approach, the data obtained from interviews with the owner of the MSMEs Catering "Miss Tote" and observations of marketing that has been done and documentation during the implementation process. The results of the study show that the "Miss Tote" MSMEs has marketing potential that has not been optimized, therefore students contribute to making logos, banners, catalogs and brochures as media branding of the "Miss Tote" MSMEs. Implementing a marketing strategy using Canva can have a positive impact such as building a strong brand image so that it can increase customer trust and become the hallmark of a business.

Digital marketing is a marketing medium that uses the internet as a tool to disseminate information in a wider range without being hindered by time, place and distance. And Instagram is one of the digital media which is still widely used by Indonesians, from teenagers to adults, both for communication media and promotional media. However, most MSMEs actors in the Kedung Baruk sub-district have not been able to make full use of Instagram even though they already have it. So the purpose of holding this training and mentoring is so that MSMEs understand the importance of digital marketing, and optimizing Instagram as a promotional medium. The method used goes through several stages such as providing digital marketing training, providing assistance, and conducting evaluations. The results obtained from the activities that have been carried out are that UMKM actors realize how important digital marketing is, especially on the Instagram platform and Pempek D&G have been able to optimize Instagram as a promotional medium independently.

This study aims to optimize the marketing of tourism products on Tidung Island, Thousand Islands, DKI Jakarta Province with the aim of increasing the local economy and public awareness. Tidung Island has great tourism potential, but there are still obstacles in marketing and active community participation in developing the local economy. The research methods used were surveys, interviews, and direct observation. The data collected includes information about tourist profiles, marketing strategies that have been implemented, as well as inhibiting factors in local economic development. In order to optimize the marketing of tourism products, the recommended strategic steps include developing attractive tour packages, skills training for local communities, and establishing a tourist information center. In addition, collaboration between local governments, local business actors and the community is key in achieving the goal of strengthening the local economy and community awareness. This research is expected to provide input and recommendations for local governments, businesses, and the community in increasing the marketing of tourism products on Tidung Island, so that it can have a positive impact on the local economy and local community awareness.

In today's digital era, the internet is very helpful in facilitating daily work. Likewise in the field of marketing, both direct and indirect product marketing. Having the right marketing strategy can help companies increase profits and avoid losses, one of which is caused by inefficient and effective promotions. This study aims to determine the impact of implementing the digital marketing strategy used by Heypearl Store. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach and the subject is Heypearl Store. The results of observations, documents, and interviews will be the source of data. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, the implementation of the digital marketing strategy by the Heypeal Store is by using an optimized website, utilizing the marketplace, being active on social media, and implementing an SEO strategy. So the impact of implementing these implementations is that HeyPearl Store Surabaya can expand reach, increase product visibility, and reach the target audience more effectively. All this contributes to increasing product sales and strengthening brand presence in the digital market. 

Lean is a concept and technique for systems that optimizes patient benefit by decreasing waste and waiting time. The literature review approach is used in this study to acquire research data, with internet searches serving as a supplementary tool while looking for relevant papers. According to the study findings, mean hospital length of stay (LOS) fell by 24% throughout the intervention period in 259 patients with PMV (131 pre-intervention; 128 post-intervention) (29 vs. 22 days, p 0.001). This demonstrates that clinical redesign based on Lean Six Sigma decreases LOS in intensive care units. Other studies show that utilizing Lean Six Sigma has resulted in a 57% reduction in length of stay and an 88% reduction in the identification of non-value added tasks. Lean management in hospitals is a step toward greater service efficiency that has been shown to outperform Total Quality Management (TQM) and Plan, Do, Check, Action (PDCA) improvements. Customers and their families gain from shorter wait times, as do healthcare employees (medical, emergency, and non-medical) and hospital administration. The use of the lean six sigma approach in conjunction with the DMAIC cycle effects LOS reduction, indicating that lean six sigma can reduce LOS in hospitals.

Natural material media is everything learning media that exists in the environment around us to support learning that is very easy and economical but can be used effectively and efficiently which is directly obtained from nature, natural materials that are used as learning media include: stones, branches, seeds, leaves, wood and other natural objects. Natural media becomes something effective and efficient if it is well optimized as material in learning and adjusted to the learning goals that will be achieved by children. One of them is in the development of numeracy and cognitive abilities of children. Natural media can help children develop numeracy skills and cognitive abilities, through various activities that involve critical thinking and problem solving such as counting, comparing, sorting, building, classifying objects and so on.

    This study seeks to provide argumentative information regarding the reality of obstacles, challenges, strategies, and efforts in shaping the character of bureaucrats who have good morals, as well as to rationalize the importance of using technology, information, and communication in public services. This research was carried out through a qualitative approach with literature study methods, data analysis, namely, reduction, display, and verification or conclusion. The results of the research are: 1) dynamic and complex obstacles and challenges, leading to the reality of bureaucratic competence, mental distortion of serving , the Industrial Revolution 4.0, as well as legal certainty, 2) strategies and efforts in shaping the character of moral, capable bureaucrats through education and training, increasing technology literacy, supervision programs, and policies on welfare, 3) in the modern era, the bureaucracy needs to optimize technological progress , information and communication, to be effective and efficient, to be agile and professional. So that the formation of bureaucrats with character is an alternative solution in overcoming the stigma and stereotypes about the world of bureaucracy which is seen as rigid, conventional, procedural and pragmatic, so that it turns into world-class governance and public services.

The purpose of writing this paper is to find out and analyze how to optimize the making of Dahsuskim permits for the residence permits of foreign crew who will work on lay up ships at PT. Trans Shipping Agency Batam and foreign crew who are in Indonesian waters for a long time must be in Dahsuskim. The method used in collecting data is using the Field Research and Liberary Research methods. Dahsuskim is a limited stay permit for Special Immigration Facilities which is specifically intended for foreign workers who work on ships or floating equipment in Indonesian waters. The long processing process has had a significant impact on foreign workers and companies. In carrying out Lay Up activities, the Ship Owner appoints an agent or shipping company to manage all processes of Lay Up activities including taking care of the ship's needs and the needs of the ship's crew. In contrast to routine ships, Lay Up ships will stay for a long time in Indonesian waters and must have permits including residence permits for foreign crew entering and exiting Indonesia. In this case, crew or foreigners entering and exiting Indonesia must have a visa which can only be obtained by submitting an application to the office. Immigration/General of Indonesian Immigration. This community service activity aims to increase understanding and ability in preparing accountable and transparent financial reports at SDN 1 Aji Jaya KNPI. Through this outreach, it is hoped that the school can manage school operational assistance funds more effectively and efficiently and can properly account for them to interested parties. In this activity, lecturers from the Mitra Indonesia University Faculty of Business Study Program provided practical guidance and training to teachers and school staff, including direct practice in preparing financial reports based on real cases in schools. Evaluation is carried out through an assessment of financial reports prepared by participants as well as feedback from participants regarding counseling materials and methods. The results include increased understanding of teachers and school staff regarding financial accountability and transparency, the realization of accountable and transparent financial reports at SDN Aji Jaya KNPI, as well as increased trust from parents and other parties in the management of school operational assistance funds. Through this effort, it is hoped that it can increase accountability and transparency in financial management at the school, as well as optimize the use of school operational assistance funds to improve the quality of education.

Financial intelligence is an individual's ability to understand, manage, and optimize the management of personal finances. Financial mathematics is becoming an important tool in developing financial intelligence. In this research using literature study method this method involves the search and collection of information from related literature sources. Through financial mathematics, one can calculate the future value of an investment, estimate the return on an investment, calculate annuity payments, understand the concept of time value of money, and analyze investment risk. The application of financial mathematics in financial intelligence provides an advantage in taking better financial decisions and managing finances effectively. By utilizing financial mathematics, one can improve their understanding of Finance, make effective financial planning, and take better financial decisions.

Karang Taruna as a forum for community participation in fostering and developing the younger generation is in a strategic position, and is a vehicle that can play an active role in the development process in the kelurahan. On the one hand, Karang Taruna can be seen as a potential subject of development in the kelurahan; on the other hand, Karang Taruna can be seen as an object of development, which is a strategic target of the process of implementing development in the kelurahan. In the process of strategic existence, the function and role of Youth Organization can be optimized to become an efficient and effective development subsystem. Consequently, it is necessary to optimize, quality, and effectiveness of the role of Youth Organization in the development of the younger generation in particular and is expected to contribute to every dimension of development at a macro level. Because in accordance with its nature, Karang Taruna is a youth social organization, a forum for the activities of young people in villages and sub-districts to develop themselves and build their communities. Karang Taruna is one of the community's social self-help forces that can direct and mobilize the potential of the younger generation to participate in spurring development activities in their environment.

Taxes are an important source of state revenue, but there is a gap between the significant tax gap and the low tax ratio, indicating that tax effort in Indonesia is still low. Various breakthroughs made by the tax service office related to taxpayer compliance, such as conducting socialization, imposing sanctions and making information technology applications in tax administration activities continue to be carried out in order to improve and optimize services to taxpayers. The goal of this study was to find out how individual tax payer compliance is affected by the role that the Tax Service Office plays in the form of tax socialization and tax sanctions. Quantitative research is the method used. This research was carried out at KPP Pratama Surakarta. This study's primary data comes from questionnaires that were given to respondents who are registered as individual taxpayers at KPP Pratama Surakarta. The Likert scale is the one used to measure variables. The hypothesis is tested using multiple linear regression analysis in this study. The consequences of the review show that somewhat socialization of duties, execution of e-documenting, and burden sanctions significantly affect citizen consistence. Taxpayer compliance is positively and significantly impacted by the F test results of tax socialization, e-filing implementation, and tax sanctions simultaneously. The determination test (R2) yielded a result of 45.2%, and the remaining 54.8% was influenced by other variable factors that this study did not examine.
