Economic development has a broader meaning and encompasses comprehensive changes in the economic structure of society. This development process is a transformation marked by structural changes, both in the foundation of economic activities and in the economic framework of the society in question. In economic theory, it is understood that economic growth and equity often conflict with each other. If the focus of development is directed towards economic growth, it will be high, but it will not be accompanied by income equity, resulting in an unequal income distribution. Conversely, if the emphasis is placed more on equity, income distribution may improve, but economic growth could be lower. Developed countries have adopted a strategy of Redistribution with Growth, which means they strive to promote economic growth while simultaneously redistributing income by focusing on development projects that are equity-oriented and create a significant number of jobs.

The translation of idioms is one of the most challenging aspects of translation, as their meanings often differ from the literal interpretation of their components. This study analyses the translation of idioms in Adele's album 21 as translated by Tribunnews, focusing on the strategies employed using Mona Baker's (2011) translation theory. A total of 26 idioms were identified and examined to determine the methods used to adapt them into Indonesian. The results show that paraphrasing was the most frequently used strategy, applied to 13 idioms, followed by other strategies such as omission and using an idiom with similar meaning and form. The frequent use of paraphrasing indicates an effort to retain the meaning and emotional impact of the text while ensuring cultural relevance for the target audience. This research highlights the complexities of idiom translation in artistic works and contributes to a deeper understanding of idiom translation strategies in the media.

Government bureaucracy must be managed based on the principles of good and professional governance. Bureaucracy must fully serve the interests of the people and work to provide excellent, transparent, accountable services, and be free from Corruption, Collusion, and Nepotism (KKN) practices. This spirit is the basis for the implementation of government bureaucratic reform in Indonesia. Changes in regional government laws clearly affect government organizations including Sub-districts The research method used in this study is a descriptive survey method. The research design uses a quantitative method. The aspects studied in this study include variables (X1) namely work facilities, variables (X2) length of service with variables (Y) namely performance. Data collection tools use observation and questionnaires. The conclusion is: 1. Work facilities tend to be high and ASN performance is very high, so that work facilities have a high influence on ASN performance, meaning that if work facilities are high then ASN performance is very high, while the low indicator in the work facility variable is that the work process should be carried out effectively; 2. Work period tends to be high and ASN performance is very high, so that work period has a high influence on ASN performance, meaning that if work period is high then ASN performance is very high, while the low indicator in the work period variable is that interns with a work period of 0-12 months need to improve the quality of their work; and 3. Work facilities and work period tend to be high and ASN performance is very high, so that work facilities and work period have a high influence on ASN performance, meaning that if work facilities and work period are high then ASN performance is very high thus the proposed hypothesis can be accepted. The research used is the library research method. The primary data sources in this study are hadiths about wearing sandals when praying, including the Sahih Bukhari Book, the Sahih Muslim Book, the Sunan Abu Daud Book, the Sunan Tirmidzi Book, the Musnad Ahmad bin Hambal, etc. The results of the studyHadith of wearing sandals when praying In this classification, the hadiths have the same wording and meaning, namely the statement of the Prophet praying using sandals. Hadith of not wearing sandals when praying In this classification of hadith, the Prophet took off his sandals during congregational prayers when the conquest of the city of Mecca and the actions of the Prophet were followed by his companions, and the reason the Prophet took off his sandals was because the Angel Gabriel told him that there was dirt on the Prophet's sandals. And it is explained in the sound of the hadith from another path, by rubbing the sandals on the ground in an effort to clean the sandals from dirt. And when taking off sandals it is advisable to prioritize the comfort of others. In terms of wording, the Prophet stated that he prayed with sandals and sometimes not. As for the prophet's editorial to differentiate (differentiate) between Muslims and Jews, the Prophet ordered to wear sandals when praying. In historical, sociological and anthropological context. The space and time when the Messenger of Allah performed or recited the hadith of wearing sandals when praying, in the early period of Islam there were not so many mosque buildings built and still had pedestals, so the Messenger of Allah gave concessions (rukhsah) on the face of this earth to create a mosque that could be used as a place of prayer. So it is possible to wear a khuf or na'lun when praying with the condition that it must be pure from the major and minor hadas. If we look at modern times, mosques have been built with ceramic or floor coverings.

This study analyzed the use of deixis in the lyrics of Arctic Monkeys' AM album to understand its contribution to narrative meaning and emotional connection with listeners. The purpose of the study was to explore how linguistic elements, particularly deixis, function as pragmatic tools in popular music. Using Levinson's (1983) theory, the study identified five types of deixis: persona, spatial, temporal, social, and discourse. The analysis examined their functions in the pragmatic context of song lyrics. According to the rules, the results showed a dominant pattern of person deixis, which strengthened the emotional connection between the narrator and the listener. Additionally, temporal and spatial deixis enriched the narrative by emphasizing time and place contexts. These findings suggested that linguistic elements in song lyrics reinforced emotional and narrative experiences. This study concluded that deixis contributed significantly to enhancing listeners' emotional and narrative engagement, offering valuable insights into the use of language in creative media such as music and the broader study of pragmatics.

The following article has the following objectives: (1) to understand the meaning of role playing (2) the purpose of implementing role playing (3) the function and provisions in implementing the role playing model for elementary school students (4) the advantages and disadvantages of using role playing. In implementing role playing, there are quite good benefits for training and increasing creativity and understanding students' learning and mathematical concepts, especially at the elementary level. At that age, a strong understanding is needed because they are not yet able to think abstractly. Therefore, a method is needed that emphasizes the concept so that it is easier for students to learn mathematics. It is also necessary to make more efforts to emphasize understanding the concept so that students have a good enough basis for thinking to achieve other cognitive abilities.

Numeracy is not only the responsibility of mathematics teachers, but also the responsibility of all non-mathematics teachers, namely teachers who teach subjects other than mathematics. The approach needed is cross-subject numeracy. Based on the results of interviews with partner schools, it was obtained that teachers in these schools still have minimal knowledge about numeracy literacy and numeracy reinforcement in non-mathematics lessons. The solution offered is to provide reinforcement of numeracy literacy materials and provide reinforcement of non-mathematics or cross-subject numeracy literacy materials so that non-mathematics teachers can also improve students' numeracy in subjects other than mathematics. The implementation mechanism consists of 3 main stages, namely the planning stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. Evaluation of program implementation is measured from the increase in participants' knowledge from pretest to posttest and the participant's response questionnaire to this activity. Based on the results of the community service, it can be concluded that this activity makes a good contribution to increasing the knowledge and understanding of SMP Terpadu Darul Dakwah teachers regarding cross-subject numeracy literacy and examples of learning activities to strengthen numeracy literacy in subjects other than mathematics. The number of participants who experienced an increase in score from pretest to posttest was 100%, meaning that all participants in the activity experienced an increase in knowledge. In addition, it can also be seen from the average pretest of 48 and the average posttest of 75.5. The overall process of implementing this activity went well and smoothly. This activity also received a positive response from the participants with a score percentage of 90.25%.
