The dominant problem that requires special attention in the elderly is a decrease in health and a problem of poor nutritional intake which can be caused by a lack of knowledge or due to decreased functions of the digestive organs due to the aging process. Bivariate data analysis was used to see the significance of the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable which was carried out using the Chi-square (x^2) statistical test. If Ρ=(0.05) > Chi-Square results then Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, meaning there is no relationship between the research results and theory. If ρ=(0.05) < from the Chi-Square results then Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, meaning there is a relationship between the research results and theory. The results of the analysis showed that of the 36 respondents the majority had insufficient knowledge about a healthy diet as many as 18 respondents (50.0%), respondents who had sufficient knowledge about a healthy diet as many as 17 respondents (47.2%) and respondents who had good knowledge about diet healthy as much as 1 respondent (2.8%). The changing era has made awareness of democracy and constitutionalism growing rapidly. With these amendments or changes, it is hoped that the 1945 Constitution can become the basic rules of the constitutional system under the conditions of a growing Indonesian state. The constitutional system is defined as the arrangement of elements in the organizational structure of the state that are interrelated. The vast territory of Indonesia requires that the central government hand over some of its authority to local governments. Regional governments specifically have functions, duties, and authorities in managing their own government affairs in their regions. In accordance with their roles and duties, local governments must also be able to handle various cases or problems that could occur unexpectedly, such as an outbreak or corona virus that suddenly attacked the country of Indonesia and resulted in a decrease in people's living standards, especially in the economic, social and law which is also included in the constitutional composition of the Indonesian government. Thus, the central and regional governments in this case have important roles that are interrelated in dealing with problems that occur in Indonesia. This is carried out using the principle of autonomy which is the basic rule of the government in exercising authority in its area. And by using the principle of decentralization, the central government can evenly distribute welfare, quality of life, and progress in infrastructure development in every region in Indonesia.

In Article 80 of the Law on Environmental Protection and Management, it has been regulated regarding government coercive administrative sanctions aimed at stopping violations and taking action to restore environmental functions.  According to Law no.  32 of 2009 regarding the protection and management of the environment which is already stated in Article 1 paragraph (14) which states that environmental pollution is the entry or inclusion of living things.  The data analysis method used is qualitative with research results based on certain statutory norms related to environmental protection and management.  In Indonesia there have been several cases that are quite detrimental and endanger the region itself.  To protect the area from these things, the government also issued an Environmental Protection and Management Act aimed at protecting and preventing the environment from environmental crimes from irresponsible actors as well as informing or guiding local communities and entrepreneurs to protect their environment.  Fine criminal sanctions are carried out to overcome and restore the environment, and pay compensation to the government as an environmental supervisor.  The principle of ultimum remedium is applied here, namely criminal sanctions that are given after administrative sanctions have been given once to the perpetrators of crimes in the form of imprisonment and also fines.  Imprisonment sanctions as an ultimatum remedium support the enforcement of norms and strengthen administrative sanctions if they are not implemented optimally.

Organic fertilizers are materials derived from plant residues, and animal waste, both those that have undergone decomposition and those that are undergoing a decomposition process that functions to add nutrients. Substantially organic fertilizers are composed of humus and non-humus materials so that they can improve marginal soils and sand-dominated soils. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of various organic fertilizers on sand planting media, and to determine the growth response of pakcoy on various types of organic fertilizers. The research was conducted at the Field Laboratory I Experimental Garden and Agrotechnology Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture, Halu Oleo University, the research took place from September to November 2020. This study was arranged in a randomized group design (RAK) with the treatment of various organic fertilizers, which were divided into; no organic fertilizer/control (B0), cow manure (B1), chicken manure (B2), comba-sheep green manure (B3), calopogonium green manure (B4). Each treatment was repeated four times as a group, resulting in 20 experimental units. Each experimental unit consisted of six polybags, resulting in a total of 120 polybags of pakcoy plants. The variables observed were plant height, number of leaves, fresh weight and dry weight of pakcoy plants. The results showed that organic fertilizer had a very significant effect on all observed growth variables of pakcoy plants. Cow manure treatment in the first and second week plant height variables showed the highest value (5.04 cm, and 6.71 cm). But in general, in the third to fifth week, the average chicken manure gave the highest growth response on the variable of plant height, number of leaves, fresh weight and dry weight of pakcoy plants.
