This work is the result of research that describes the application of the law described in the Quran and Al-Hadith as well as the Law of IHL in addressing the concepts of Iddahh and Ihdad for career women. Usually, a woman not only becomes a housewife, but also contributes to the family home by working outside the home. The discussion in this study aims to uncover everything related to women's freedom to carry out activities outside the home, but there are also demanding and restrictive religious prescriptions that must be informed by research. The research method used is qualitative field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. To get these answers, researchers used primary and secondary data. Both data were analyzed using qualitative analysis methods. The underlying problem is career women who do not go through the period of Iddahh and Ihdad according to Islamic law. Based on research in Jambesari Hamlet, Jambesari Darussolah District, it was found that many women whose husbands died or were divorced did not know the period of Eiddahh according to Islamic teachings. They only follow the local village customs. From the above results it can be concluded that a wan.

One of the problems that often arise in an agreement is default, which can result in the creditor experiencing losses due to the debtor being in default. . In the first trial, the judge usually offers a peace deed. When agreed by the parties, a Deed of Peace is issued by the court. The judge's decision of peace deed has binding power for litigants and there is legal certainty and has executive power, namely the power to carry out what is stipulated in the decision by force by state instruments. Likewise with the decision of the District Court No. 29/Pdt.G.S/2019/PN.Unr. The problem is whether the decision number 29/Pdt.G.S/2019/PN.Unr can be appealed or cassed, how will it be resolved if the defendant in the peace deed does not comply with the contents of the deed. This research uses a normative juridical research type, which is carried out by studying legislation, theories and concepts related to the problems to be studied. From the results of the analysis, it is concluded that the legal force of the peace deed is regulated in Article 1858 of the Civil Code and Article 130 paragraphs (2) and (3) of the HIR. This Peace Deed is essentially irrevocable. Cancellation of the Peace Deed may be requested, if its contents are contrary to the law. The legal basis for the Supreme Court Decision Number 454 K/Pdt/1991. The Plaintiff and the Defendant must comply with the contents of the Deed of Reconciliation, because it is a mutual agreement. The Deed of Peace cannot be appealed or appealed. The legal basis is Article 130 paragraph (2) of HIR. If the defendant does not comply with the decision of the Peace Deed, it can be executed by force through the court. E-commerce competition in Indonesia makes e-commerce companies compete to develop strategies to win the competition. Customer loyalty is an important factor to lead in the competition. This research focuses on how much influence website service quality has on customer loyalty. This research is also to find out which website quality factors have the most influence on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as a mediating factor. The factors that influence e-commerce customer loyalty are analyzed using concepts including the dimensions of service quality consisting of (physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy) and Corporate Image as the variable that influences and Customer Satisfaction as the variable that is affected. The sample in this study were 96 respondents. With the sampling method using the purposive sampling method. The shift in global paradigm and threat perspective has led to a wide variety of possible risks and uncertainties. This situation also occurs in the defense economy, so understanding the basic principles of risk and uncertainty is important, especially in a decision-making process. There are several elements and concepts that are usually used in all decision models. Almost all models, whether complex or simple, can be formulated using a standard structure and solved by using general evaluation procedures. For decisions involving a series of decisions and relating to various basic sequential conditions, the decision tree is an appropriate conceptual and schematic modeling tool. A decision tree is a schematic representation of a decision problem. A decision tree is a diagram made like a tree with branches and branches in a chronological order of events, with each having a choice and possibility of occurrence, as well as the results of each choice. The term decision tree is taken from the form of diagrams that have branches and twigs, just like a tree.

The development of modern times can affect several factors including health. Even in choosing a partner, you must really know the condition of your partner. The practice that is developing in the District of Jambesari Darus Sholah is injecting TT (Tetanus Toxoid). However, in reality, not all prospective brides carry out TT injections. Therefore, how is the practice of implementing TT injections for prospective brides in the District of Jambesari darus Sholah Bondowoso and to what extent is it important or urgent that TT injections (Tetanus Toxoid) are carried out.This research method uses a type of field research (Field Research). Collecting data using observation techniques, interviews and documentation. By utilizing midwives/nurses, KUA and prospective/bride brides as subjects to provide information related to TT injections in Jambesari Darus Sholah District.Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the practice of implementing TT injections is not done by all prospective brides due to several factors: not knowing the importance of TT injections, no advice from KUA and any party, and fear of injections. The urgency of injecting TT from the perspective of Maqashid Syariah can be seen from the concepts of  لَاضَرَرَوَلَاضِرَارَand saad ad-dzari'ah with these two concepts supporting kulliyatul khamsa which in this case emphasizes more on hifdz nafs and hifdz nasl. In this case, it can minimize death in mother and child.
