Global competitiveness views exports as one of the important aspects in the economic development of a country. Through the independent study program at LaCorre, it aims to create thousands of young exporters to help advance the Indonesian economy. LaCorre provides a forum for students who want to learn, develop, and export products, especially in the fashion sector that is globally competitive by leveraging digital technology. In the independent study program at LaCorre, students are required to engage in a series of learning activities, starting from the preparation of export materials, export lectures, mentoring, Export Roadshow (JJE), and practical work to writing export final works. This aims to equip students with the skills and knowledge needed to be a successful young exporter. The practice of developing a digital-oriented export business plan is the main activity of the independent study program at LaCorre. In this practice, the author collaborated with a team to develop one of the batik products from Indonesian SMEs in order to help facilitate exports and expand the market share of batik products. Overall, the independent study program for one semester went effectively because it had achieved the learning objectives on time.

This research is driven by business networks that are developing in the business world and giving rise to intense commercial competition. To answer this, the author conducted research on the business network carried out by Say Risolle MSMEs involving distributors, e-commerce and consumers. The aim of this research is to find out what the founders of Say Risolle did in building their business network and to study how Say Risolle was marketed. This research was conducted directly with the founder of Say Risolle who is also the author of this research. This research examines how the business network implemented by pioneer Say Risolle for product development starts from marketing until the product is marketed to consumers. This research uses qualitative methods, specifically observing Say Risolle's operational areas at the location level, actors, commercial activities and marketing strategies that will be carried out by Say Risolle through the e-commerce platform.

This research aims to analyze the level of brand awareness of contemporary drinks in Rungkut Kidul Village, with a focus on local beverage businesses. The survey method was used to collect data from respondents consisting of contemporary beverage consumers in the area. The variables observed include the level of consumer knowledge of the brand, brand awareness, and their perception of the quality and value of the local drink. Analysis was carried out using a descriptive statistical approach to describe respondent profiles and brand awareness. The results are expected to provide an in-depth understanding of the extent to which these local drinks are known and appreciated in the Rungkut Kidul environment. It is hoped that the findings from this research can provide guidance for local beverage business owners in improving their marketing strategies, as well as contributing to the development of local businesses in the face of increasingly fierce market competition.

This article was written against the background that the economic system is very important for social organization, and economic development is the most important factor in realizing the economic prosperity of society. A healthy economy creates a strong country that can achieve the goals of the economic system according to existing capabilities through continuous struggle between the government and its people. This study aims to identify the role of the Rashidun Caliphate as head of government in economic development and to determine the conditions for economic development under the leadership of the Rashidun Caliphate. Four Companions of the Prophet: Abu Bakar Ash-Shiddiq, Umar bin Khattab, Uthman bin Affan, and Ali bin Abi Talib, led Khulafaur Rasyidin. Rasyid Khulafah's economic policies are included in the history of Islamic economic thought. Based on research on economic development during the Khulafah Rasyidin era, the roles of heads of state and government in economic development include 1) running business in accordance with Islamic covenants, 2) requiring Muslims to pay zakat, 3) providing aid. jizyah for the poor, 4) formation of several sections, and so on.

In direct proportion to this, various efforts have been made to prevent and narrow the space for money laundering perpetrators, especially by building a legal system in the business world that can eradicate this white collar crime, both nationally and internationally.

The Covid-19 pandemic has given rise to long-lasting multi-sector problems, including the economic sector, which then resulted in an economic recession and its implications. It is certainly hoped that such conditions will not occur for a long time, it is the hope of all parties including the government that the recession will soon return to normal by pursuing various steps and approaches such as the business law approach. This article focuses on studying how to photograph an economic recession and its implications from a business law perspective as an alternative to economic recovery. This research is a library research by searching literature texts related to economic recessions that focus on a business law approach. The research findings are that from a business law perspective, law is able to provide procedural solutions (procedural capability) in resolving the economic recession. Law can play a role in creating balance, because it is related to economic development initiatives. Law also plays a role in determining clear definitions and status. In the end, the law must also be able to provide a clear definition and status regarding the consequences of social interaction as well as accommodate a clear balance for the interests of individuals or groups in society.

Considering the importance of economic activities in maintaining national stability, sharia banking is considered as an approach to boosting the nation's economy. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah (BRIS), Bank Negara Indonesia Syariah (BNIS), and Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM), three sharia banks that were previously in existence, have merged as a result of the growth of the sharia banking sector in Indonesia, into one business entity. The process of merging two companies into one, where one takes a new name and the other is dissolved while all its assets are combined into the still operating business, is known as a merger. Of course, mergers are carried out with a specific purpose, as is currently experienced by the banking industry. In the context of these concerns, researchers plan to explore the impact of the consolidation of three state-owned sharia banks on the development of Indonesia's sharia economy. The influence of PT business combinations is revealed through the use of a literature observation approach in this research. Indonesia's sharia economic growth will be considered with a focus on Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Tbk. This research aims to analyze the implications of business law on business ethics practices in Indonesia. The research method used is library research, where data is collected from various literature sources that are relevant to the research topic. The research results show that business law has an important role in shaping business ethical practices in Indonesia. Business law regulates the rights and obligations that arise from agreements and engagements in business practices. In addition, factors such as national development developments, business ethics, internal and external factors, and legal awareness influence the implementation of business law in ethical and responsible business practices. Therefore, the solutions and recommendations provided to improve the implementation of business law and ethical business practices in Indonesia include strengthening regulations, effective law enforcement, education and awareness, collaboration between government and the business world, transparency and accountability, and the establishment of a supervisory body. independent. The objectives that must be achieved in this study include: (1)  to find out what the founders of Yoi Milk did to build their business network. (2) to find out how marketing is done by Yoi Milk. (3) to find out how the financial management is carried out by Yoi Milk in order to get profits in accordance with what the business wants. This research was conducted directly by the founder of Yoi Milk. This research seeks business networks carried out by Yoi Milk business entrepreneurs to decide on product development starting from marketing carried out to products marketed to consumers. With this we from the team of lecturers of the Information Systems study program to implement from the government regulation of the Republic of Indonesia No.7 of 2021, for the preparation of business development strategies of SMEs in the utilization of technology. Utilizing digital technology to introduce its products and services to the public at large, especially among people with disabilities (Diskraf). This can be done either through online chat applications (Whatsapp, LINE, telegram, etc.), social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.), online stores on various e-commerce platforms (Bukalapak, Tokopedia, Blibli, etc.), own websites, to the use of various applications or other business support software. ESQ Business School (STIMIK ESQ), with the University's tri dharma program namely Community Service, ESQ College of Management Science and Computer Science, the Information Systems study program provides coaching, strategy workshops, and information technology for the management of a business/business. This strategy direction can be used in the future by MSME managers/participants in carrying out their business or business processes. The study investigates the effects of digital transformation on business electronics on the efficiency of sharia bank operations in Indonesia. Shariah banks in Indonesia are seeking to improve their operational efficiency through investments in digital transformation in the light of rapid technological change. Surveys, interviews, and data analysis from the leading sharia bank in Indonesia are used to conduct research. Studies show that implementing digital transformation into the sharia bank's business electronics system has helped improve operational efficiency, including reducing operating costs, providing better service to customers, and improving accessibility. This research aims to analyze the development of marketing digitalization for Bana Chip Lumer culinary SMEs from an Islamic economic perspective. The research was conducted by conducting interviews with the business owner, Andriani Safira, to gain insight into the use of social media and online ordering platforms in marketing Bana Chip Lumer products. The research results show that digitalization of marketing has had a positive impact on these SMEs, such as increasing product visibility, increasing sales, and expanding geographic reach. Apart from that, digital marketing also supports Islamic economic principles, such as justice, transparency and sustainability. This research provides a deeper understanding of the importance of digital marketing for culinary SMEs in achieving success and running a business in accordance with Islamic economic principles.

Based on the results of the review, it is known that competitive advantage is achieved through the company's internal environment, namely human resources. In service industries, trading companies and manufacturing industries, fixed assets are used in business activities. Every decision regarding the use of fixed assets affects the survival and development of a company. This not only considers the profits generated by a company, but also the important role of fixed assets in achieving company goals. Therefore, PSAK No.16 must be applied. Based on the data described above, the aim of this research is to confirm the application of PSAK no. 16 which is used to calculate the profits of the company PT. Garuda Indonesia Airlines. As a research method, we use descriptive analysis methods to understand existing facts and compare them with existing theories. To obtain the necessary data, the author uses data collection techniques such as documentation. The type of data used by the author is secondary data. From the research analysis, the author can conclude that the company has implemented fixed assets in accordance with PSAK No.16 (revised 2007). Companies use two methods to value fixed assets: the historical cost method and the revaluation model. The use of these two methods can affect the growth of fixed assets.

In life in the world of work there are bound to be things that contradict employees' performance of their work. Of course, there are still odd things found while working that do not immediately support the values ​​of a job, with this, human resources have a very important role and need to be given serious attention. Employees or employees are human resources who are very vital in improving the performance or even progress of an organization. This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the extent of the influence of human resource development on employee performance in the business support section of PT Sucofindo Medan Branch. The results of research carried out in the business support section of PT Sucofindo Medan Branch, which used an interview method with office employees, the researchers obtained results, which turned out to be by all means and development of human resources in this office such as training, evaluating and improving performance makes human resources in this office better. By using qualitative methods through interview techniques with employees in the business support section of PT Sucofindo Medan Branch, it is hoped that the data received will be data that can be trusted and has good value. Apart from that, the researcher also refined it by looking for several references from previous studies so that the content of the results produced would be even better.

This research discusses the work of the members of the Pademangan Police Substation (Polsek Pademangan). It utilizes a qualitative research approach with the aim of understanding the compliance of the members at Polsek Pademangan. Compliance is an attitude or behavior of individuals or groups that adhere to rules, norms, or regulations established by the relevant authorities or organizations. Compliance can also be defined as the attitude or behavior of individuals or groups in following and adhering to established rules, norms, or regulations. Compliance reflects an individual's adherence to prevailing standards, whether they be legal, organizational rules, ethics, social norms, or other provisions governing behavior and actions. The purpose of compliance is to maintain order, justice, security, and efficiency in various life contexts, such as within society, organizations, or government institutions. Through compliance, an individual or group is expected to behave in accordance with established norms and not violate existing rules. Compliance often serves as the foundation for the functioning of law, ethics, and management in various sectors of life, including the business world, education, government, and society. Compliance can also be linked to an individual's responsibility towards their environment and the surrounding community. Through compliance, individuals contribute to the development and maintenance of norms that help preserve harmony and the common good. In various aspects of life, compliance is an important principle for maintaining social function and running organizations or communities efficiently and fairly.

This journal discusses the utilization/processing of bananas into snacks such as banana chips and snacks in Kecupak II Village, Pakpak Bharat Regency. Bananas are not prominently featured in that area, but they have been optimized into a marketable product, namely banana chips. Therefore, this research aims to optimize the utilization and processing of bananas into value-added products. The principle in Deuteronomy 28:8 provides a foundation for blessings in conducting a business. Processed banana products have good market potential in Kecupak II Village and its surroundings. Besides serving as a healthy snack alternative, these products can also be an additional source of income for the local community. The utilization and processing of bananas into snacks in Kecupak II Village hold promising potential. It is hoped that this research can make a positive contribution to the development of banana agro-industry in this region.

With the increasing era of globalization today, competition in the industrial sector is becoming increasingly fierce and competitive. With the development of modern technology for the better but on the other hand raises problems for the environment. Every business actor who wants to win the competition must pay full attention to the quality of the products or services produced, at a low cost, the right time and quantity, and safe conditions. This study aims to analyze and reduce waste of packaging waste at PT XYZ, a manufacturing company engaged in the manufacture of medicines and vaccines. In the last 7 months, there were 1,906 pcs of defective packaging out of a total of 204,940 pcs used. The defects were caused by mold, misprinted information, faded colors, and lack of glue on the packaging. The methods used in this research are Pareto diagram and fishbone diagram. Pareto diagrams are used to identify dominant product defects, while fishbone diagrams are used to identify the causes of defects. It is expected that the results of this research can help PT XYZ reduce packaging waste and improve the quality of their products. By reducing packaging waste, PT XYZ can also contribute to reducing negative impacts on the environment.

The development of the business world has increased rapidly in the modern era like today. This causes intense competition between business actors in developing their products in the face of developments in the business world. Micro, small and medium enterprises or MSMEs now play a very important role in the growth of the economy in Indonesia. Mrs. Maubah's porridge business is one of the MSMEs in Cilegon City, Banten which operates in the food sector. This business can provide jobs for the local community. My mother's porridge business itself is a type of food business which sells various variations of porridge and various other fried foods. This research aims to find out what marketing strategies are implemented by Ibu Majadi's porridge business to increase sales. Carrying out a SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat) analysis in determining the marketing strategy. This research is included in qualitative descriptive research, because it aims to describe the situation of phenomena in the field. Researchers used data collection methods in research, namely observation and interviews. To find out how the strategy is used, the Swot Analysis Method (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat). From the results of the SWOT analysis, it was concluded that the results of the IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Summary), for the strength and weakness variables, each obtained a strength value of 1.89, while a value of 1.00 was obtained for weaknesses. This means that the strengths of Mrs. Matahu's porridge business are greater than the weaknesses. Meanwhile, the value obtained for the EFAS (External Factor Analysis Strategy) Matrix was 1.47 for opportunities, while the value for threats was 0.64. This means that for Mrs. Matahu's porridge business, the opportunity value is greater than the threat value. From the results of the SWOT analysis, it was found that Ibu Ma's porridge business has strengths and opportunities so that it will be able to take advantage of existing opportunities. The strategy that must be implemented in this condition is to support the policy of growing aggression.
