This research aims to describe the results of exploratory learning about objects in the form of energy concepts on Para Island. The main research activities are exploring objects (Sun, ocean currents, sea waves, and wind), as well as scientific concepts and processes using the Thematic Exploration Learning in Democratic Interaction (HOTL-DI) type A model. Research at Tatoereng State Middle School Classes VII-VIII from June to July 2021. Exploration activities were carried out in three stages. The first stage is material exploration (objects, concepts, and scientific processes), carried out by the research team facilitated by the Pamong Teacher. The second stage is learning activities regarding energy concepts by class VII-VIII students. The results of the phase II assessment are used as a reference for going directly to the field to conduct exploration. Phase III exploration activities for target groups facilitated by mentors and researchers. The research results showed that at the beginning of the activity, all students experienced difficulties, but later, they developed the initiative to carry out their exploration. The exploration results show the development of the concept in the exploration step. Most students experienced improvement in identifying concepts and constructing a comprehensive network of energy concepts.

This study aims to describe the implementation of differentiation learning as an effort to strengthen the Pancasila Student Profile in the independent curriculum. This research is qualitative description research using library research methods. Using data analysis techniques in the form of reading and recording techniques. The results of this study show that the differentiated approach consists of three aspects, namely content differentiation, process differentiation, and product differentiation. 1) Content differentiation includes what students learn. In this regard, teachers modify the curriculum and teaching materials based on the learning styles and disability proceedings possessed by students. The content of the curriculum is adjusted to the circumstances and abilities of the students. 2) Process differentiation is the way students process and process ideas and information. How students interact with the material and how that interaction becomes a part that then determines student learning choices. Due to the many learning styles and differences in learning style choices presented by students, the class must be modified to accommodate different learning needs. 3) Product differentiation is how students demonstrate what they have learned. Learning products allow teachers to assess what material has been mastered by students and then present the next material. Student learning styles can also determine what student learning outcomes will be shown to the teacher.

In the digitalization era, mobile payment applications are highly sought after to facilitate financial activities. PLN has innovated by introducing PLN Mobile, which simplifies online electricity bill payments. Despite offering many conveniences, some users feel there are shortcomings and difficulties with this app, potentially affecting its continued usage. This thesis aims to evaluate the factors influencing users' decisions to continue using the application, utilizing a conceptual model that combines Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) and Trust based on research by Kaewkitipong et al. (2022). This model includes seven variables: skill, system quality, information quality, task-technology fit, HCI, trust, and continuance intention. Testing uses the SEM-PLS technique and is processed with SmartPLS 4 using a sample of 384 respondents. The results indicate that HCI and trust significantly influence continuance intention, while system quality, information quality, and task-technology fit significantly influence HCI. These findings provide insights for improving and enhancing the PLN Mobile service to encourage its sustainable use.

Mosques are one of the important elements in the structure of Islamic society. For Muslims, mosques have great significance in life, both physically and spiritually. The word Masjid itself comes from the word sajada yasjudu-masjidan which means place of prostration. Every Muslim may pray in any area except over graves, in unclean places and places that according to Islamic law are not suitable for prayer. Sign system is a series of visual representations that aim as a medium of human interaction in public space. Al-Huda Mosque is a public facility used by the community around Dusun VII Kelurahan Kelumpang, but also used by the general public who pass through the area. But Al-Huda Mosque does not have an adequate sign system so that sometimes the general public who cross the area to just ride prayers are sometimes confused to know the facilities contained in the mosque. This study uses 5W + 1H data analysis techniques with the aim that the community around the mosque or the general public who pass through the area know the facilities contained in the mosque. The design results are in the form of stickers and acrylic boards that will be displayed in certain places in Al-Huda Mosque.

Efficiency problems in spatial planning at LSU Farm have a significant impact on the effectiveness of the production process. The proximity of raw material storage warehouses to sorting and packaging zones results in congestion that disrupts product flow and quality, as well as triggering backtracking and line crossings that are detrimental to materials management. To overcome this, the Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) method was applied which considers interactions between critical areas such as inbound, sort & repack, outbound, warehouse, employees, cold storage and outdoor offices. ARC's analysis compares the importance of connections between facilities for easier access and consumer convenience, as well as reducing unnecessary movements and improving quality control. The analysis results show that the sort & repack area with the highest Total Closeness Rating (TCR) value (117) is a priority in layout reorganization. Based on these findings, it is recommended that production input warehouses be positioned further away from sorting and packaging areas to maintain product quality and avoid chemical contamination, in line with improving overall operational efficiency.

The school environment requires each other to interact and communicate every day. The problem in research is that deaf students who have hearing impairments need knowledge to be able to coexist with society. Teachers really need the right communication approach so that students can understand what is being conveyed so that there will be a reciprocal relationship between the two. The purpose of this research is to determine teachers' communication approaches in social interactions with deaf students. This research explains how a communication approach is important in the social interactions of deaf students through interactions in classroom learning and also in the school environment. This research uses qualitative research methods using Burgoon's interaction adaptation theory which discusses nine principles in adaptation. This research uses data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The results of this research are that adaptation in the communication approach in social interaction of deaf students requires adapting interaction patterns, varying distance patterns and strategies as well as the importance of behavior in adaptation. Apart from that, in the communication approach the teacher determines communication media in the learning process in the classroom and provides direction to students to increase social interaction. Learning to develop sound and rhythm perception as well as speech development, these activities are efforts made by the school to increase social interaction for deaf students. Communication patterns in teaching at SLB B YPAC Palembang are two-way communication.

The purpose of this study was to identify and explain what encourages students to study Cultural Arts (Music) in class VIII of SMP Negeri 15 Padang. This research used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The researcher became the main instrument in data collection, with the help of stationery and camera. Data were collected through observation, direct interaction, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by reducing information, presenting findings, and concluding research results. The findings show the low motivation of students in learning Cultural Arts (music) at the grade VIII level, which is caused by the ineffectiveness of the expository teaching method used by the teacher. This is reinforced by findings from interviews which show that students are more inclined towards extrinsic motivation compared to intrinsic motivation. The lack of access to learning media devices such as projectors, laptops and speakers in the school environment is also one of the factors contributing to students' lack of interest in learning Cultural Arts (music) at SMP Negeri 15 Padang.
