This study aims to determine the effect of social media marketing variables (X1) and service quality (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y) at PT Mahakarya Paket Digital. This type of research is quantitative research. Data collection techniques used are primary data and secondary data. The sample selection used the accidental sampling method, a sample of 55 respondents at PT Mahakarya Paket Digital. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test. From the results carried out in the study, it showed that product quality (X1) and price (X2) variables on customer satisfaction (Y) at PT Mahakarya Kemasan Digital. The results of the study obtained a linear regression equation for social media marketing variables that have a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions. Quality of Service has a significant effect on purchasing decisions partially. The results of the Social Media Marching F test and Service Quality have a simultaneous and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at PT Mahakarya Paket Digital.

The main focus of this research is to know and analyze the level of student satisfaction in services at the library at the Muhammadiyah University of Jambi. The data in this study were obtained based on primary data using surveys in collecting data through questionnaires. The number of samples is 100 respondents who are students of Jambi Muhammadiyah University. The variables in the study used 5 dimensions of service quality consisting of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangibles as measured using a Likert scale. The results showed that the importance and quality of service indicated that student respondents in using library services were satisfied with the services provided by the Jambi Muhammadiyah University library. In addition, the results of the analysis in this study showed that the average respondent's answers related to student satisfaction with library services at Jambi Muhammadiyah University were at a value of 4.5, which means that respondents were very satisfied in using library services at Jambi Muhammadiyah University.

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality (X1), advertising (X2) and service quality (X3) on consumer satisfaction (Y) at KPRI Sedar Ngancar, Kediri Regency. This type of quantitative research. Data collection techniques primary data and secondary data. The sample selection used the accidental sampling method, the number of samples in the study was obtained by 80 respondents. Data were obtained through questionnaires, interviews, and literature studies. The analysis techniques used were validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test. The research results obtained multiple linear regression equation Y = 1.167 + 0.323X1 + 0.402X2 + 0.215X3 and the results of the t-test variable product quality have a partially significant effect on customer satisfaction. Advertising partially significant effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality has a partially significant effect on customer satisfaction. The results of the F test obtained Fcount results with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that product quality, advertising and service quality have a simultaneous and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at KPRI Sedar Ngancar, Kediri Regency.

This study aims to examine the relationship between entrepreneurial characteristics, venture capital, and accounting information systems with the success of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Bandar Setia Village, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency. Quantitative methodology was used to validate this research. The sample size for this study was 42 SMEs from Bandar Setia Village, Percut Sei Tuan District, and Deli Serdang Regency. Questionnaires with Likert scale questions were used for this study. Multiple linear regression and the coefficient of determination are used in SPSS 24 to test the hypothesis after the questionnaire is distributed and verified for validity, reliability, and the classical assumptions of normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. According to the results of this study, the entrepreneurial mindset can increase the efficiency of small and medium enterprises. shows how having an entrepreneurial bent can help small and medium-sized businesses succeed. Accounting information systems have an effect on the performance of SMEs, as evidenced by research findings, indicating that adopting such systems can enhance organizational success. Data studies reveal that when a company's capital decreases, it has a negative impact on the company's success.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of experiential marketing (X) on interest in repurchasing (Y) milo cheese at Kopiria Tanah Grogot. The sample in this study were consumers or buyers of Milo cheese at Kopiria in Tanah Grogot. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling and the number of samples in this study were 60 people. Consumers or buyers as a sample of this study were given a questionnaire consisting of 21 questions. Responses to the questionnaire were tested for validity and reliability prior to multiple linear regression analysis using the statistical product and service solution (SPSS) application.The results of the validity test stated that all statements consisting of 21 items were valid because rcount>rtable (0.2542). The results of the reliability test for all questions stated that reliability was acceptable because the Cronbach'alpha value> 0.6 or 0.791> 0.6.The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the regression equation, namely Y = 0.758 +- 0.035 X1+0.430X2 +- 0.007X3 + 0.461X4 + -0.015X5. Coefficient value correlation (R) of 0.783 means that between experiential marketing (X) has a strong relationship to repurchase intention (Y). The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) is 0.634, meaning that the variation in the experiential marketing variable (X) can contribute to repurchasing interest (Y) Milo cheese at Kopiria Tanah Grogot is 63.4% while the rest is explained by other factors not examined at (100- 63.4)% = 36.6%. The simultaneous results (F test) show that the value of Fcount>Ftable (17.150>2.38) so it can be concluded that there is an influence between the experiential marketing variable (X) on repurchase intention (Y). Then the results of the partial test (t test) show that the value of tcount > ttable on feel (X2) is 5.193> 2.004 and action (X4) is 4.567 > 2.004 which means there is an influence on repurchasing interest (Y) Milo cheese at Kopiria Tanah Grogot while the value tcount < ttable on sense (X1), think (X3) and relate (X5) which means there is no effect on repurchasing interest (Y) Milo cheese at Kopiria Tanah Grogot..

This research was conducted at the Grand Dian Hotel Brebes which aims to analyze and explain the influence of service quality, image and function of OTA (online travel agent) which is in poor condition due to lack of updates from OTA (Online Travel Agent) about hotel information, and prices from OTA (Online Travel Agent) is unstable. Research data obtained through questionnaires and interviews. The sample used in the study were 94 respondents. The research results are expected to provide useful information for management and employees. The data obtained were processed using descriptive analysis and quantitative statistical analysis. Quantitative analysis used multiple regression analysis to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable, test the model, test the hypothesis, and before doing the test, the validity and reliability tests were carried out first. The results of the regression analysis show that the increase in guest decisions to stay is directly influenced by the quality of service, image and function (online travel agent). The results of the multiple regression analysis test showed a significant F value, with a correlation value of determination adjusted R2 square of 0.610. This shows that the quality of service, image and function (online travel agent) significantly influence the decision of guests to stay together with a close relationship of 61.0%. This shows that to improve the decision of staying guests, it is necessary to improve the quality of service, as well as the image and function of a good OTA (online travel agent) in the eyes of the community, it will increase the decision of guests to stay in the next period.

Machine maintenance must be carried out as a support for the reliability of a machine so that the production system can run smoothly to meet production needs. The fundamental problem of this study is in PT XYZ with the Roll Table 5Q machine, which frequently experiences sudden damage caused by critical components. The goal of the study was to determine the maintenance time interval of the 5Q Roll Table machine, the optimal age of the machine, and the number of mechanics based on the minimum total maintenance cost in an effort to improve the reliability of the machine using the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) II methods and Life Cycle Cost (LCC) methods. From the results of research for critical components As Roll Table obtained interval value of 331 hours / 13 days once a year with the selection of action is Scheduled restoration task and for Bearing components obtained interval value of 109 hours/5 days once a year with the selection of action is Scheduled on-condition task. From the calculation of the total life cycle cost of Rp. 3,720,459,386 with the optimal number of mechanics on the Roll Table machine as many as 3 mechanics with an efficiency level of 9.63% with an optimal age for the Roll Table machine 5Q is 12 years.

User satisfaction is a feeling obtained from previous expectations either to be better or very adequate in a service. Services using self check-in machines can simplify and shorten users or prospective passengers in carrying out their activities at the airport. In this study, the research objective was to find out the satisfaction of using a self check-in machine at Yogyakarta – Kulonprogo International Airport. The research entitled Analysis of Satisfaction Using Self Check-In Machines at Yogyakarta International Airport - Kulonprogo, was conducted by distributing questionnaires to users of self check-in machines at Yogyakarta International Airport. This research uses quantitative research methods. Data analysis techniques use the validity test, reliability test, and analysis to determine the average level of satisfaction. The results showed that satisfaction with the use of self check-in machines at Yogyakarta International Airport was high. Evidenced by the results of the evaluation for the conformity of expectations indicator obtaining an evaluation value of 4.39, the intention to reuse indicator obtaining an evaluation value of 4.2733, and the availability indicator recommending obtaining an evaluation value of 4.18.

PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is a company that produces cement and runs the production process 24 hours a day. The company uses Roto Packer in its packaging process. In carrying out machine maintenance efforts, the company has implemented a maintenance system, namely preventive maintenance. However, even though preventive maintenance has been carried out, the company still experiences downtime on the spring load cell components. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out an analysis in order to determine the time between breakdowns, breakdown times, and arrange optimal maintenance schedules for spring load cell components. This study uses the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) method with the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test to develop preventive maintenance activities that have been scheduled by the company. The results obtained, for the spring load cell component, component replacement must be carried out every 4 days with a replacement time of 49 minutes and a reliability of 39.87%.

This study aims to analyze the detection of compliance audits of inventory accounting information systems at retail stores through internal control. An inventory accounting information system is a critical element of retail store operations, and adherence to proper procedures is critical to maintaining the integrity and reliability of inventory data. The research method used is a literature study and descriptive analysis. Data was collected through a literature review related to compliance audit detection. This research also includes a case study to illustrate the application of internal control in the detection of compliance audits in inventory accounting information systems. By implementing proper internal controls, retail stores can minimize the risk of fraud, errors, and losses associated with inventory. This research also shows the need for increased awareness and understanding regarding audit compliance detection among auditors and accounting professionals involved in the retail industry.

Miwon Indonesia is one of the companies that started as a company in 1973, the company finally changed the company's name with PT. Daesang Ingredients Indonesia The research method used is Preventive Maintenance, in this study researchers analyzed the time between laminating machine damage to the Chamber Box Heater component, the data taken was the Laminating machine down time data in July – December 2022 The results of analysis and data processing showed that the level of component reliability, namely for the chamber box heater component of 0.5892 occurred on day 5. And while the press roll rewinder component obtained a reliability level of 0.5925 on day 7. And the results of the calculation of costs before preventive maintenance are obtained at a cost of Rp. 47,953,572 per 6 months and costs after preventive maintenance are obtained at Rp. 29,677,876 per 6 months. With a difference of Rp.18,285,696. From the results of preventive maintenance costs, it can reduce maintenance costs at PT. Daesang Ingredients Indonesia than before preventive maintenance calculations are carried out.

PT. Z is one of the companies that produces steel plates located in Surabaya, East Java. Production process at PT. The Z fully uses machines that operate 24 hours a day. The bottleneck in the steel plate production process is that there are often breakdowns caused by people, machines, and materials. In the engine factor, there is often a machine breakdown that makes production stop. The smooth running of the production process is disrupted due to damage to the production machine. High downtime often occurs due to repairs and replacement of components in certain machine parts. Therefore the machine needs maintenance / maintenance (maintenance). Among all production machines, rolling mill machines are the machines with the highest downtime rates. The components in the rolling mill machine that cause the highest downtime of 12,851 minutes are roll components. This study intends to make a scheduling plan for roll replacement on rolling mill machines. The methodology used in this study is Preventive Maintenance by calculating its reliability and making a schedule for replacing and maintaining the machine. The results showed that the average roll replacement every 6 days with 63.21% reliability, and the average roll replacement process time was 131 minutes.

This study uses the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) method to examine the choice of methanol raw material sources at PT XYZ. The procedure of gathering primary and secondary data for this study entails identifying supplier selection criteria, compiling data on criteria and sub-criteria, and compiling information on supplier performance. Results indicated that product quality, price, supply reliability, sustainability, and reputation were important factors in PT XYZ's decision to choose a certain supplier for its methanol raw materials. The relative weight of each criterion and sub-criteria has been computed using the FAHP approach, which aids in assessing possible providers. Additionally, depending on the obtained priority values, supplier rankings are also established. In conclusion, PT XYZ may choose its raw material suppliers for methanol using the FAHP approach effectively. As well as producing more objective and organized outcomes, this strategy aids in lowering decision-making uncertainty and complexity.

Overconfidence and Investment Decision are very important instruments for individuals, especially investors in the capital market. Overconfidence is the first step if an individual wants to invest, because every investment instrument carries risks. If they have a confident attitude, they will dare to take risks. Investment decisions are very important in investment instruments. Individuals must be able to analyze portfolios by properly weighing risk and return. Overtrust and investment decisions must be determined by financial literacy, because if financial literacy is low, investors can become entangled in illegal investments. The purpose of this study is to empirically prove the effect of financial literacy on overconfidence and investment decisions. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. Test the quality of the data used, namely test the validity and reliability test, test the model and test the hypothesis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the financial literacy variable had a positive and significant effect on overconfidence and investment decisions

Adisutjipto Angkasa High School in the laboratory has a fire risk and has some carbon content in the air which disturbs the respiratory system of the laboratory users. As for the manufacture of smart door lock products that have an important function value, namely as a tool for emergency needs when work accidents occur in the chemical laboratory and physics laboratory environment. The method used in this study is usability using the Use Questionnaire with validity and reliability measurements. The population in this study was 72 students of Angkasa Adisutjipto High School and the sample of this study was 41 students of Angkasa Adisutjipto High School. The results of this study show that the R value with df=39 and the correlation is significant at the 0.05 level and 2-tailend is 0.3081. reliability test results with a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.756.

Metro ethernet is an ethernet-based high-capacity data network solution service that provides flexibility, simplicity and quality of service (qos) to business customers of internet service providers (isp) and other licensed service providers (olo). Ethernet has speeds of up to 10 gbps and with distances of tens or even hundreds of kilometers. The method used in writing this journal is to use the literature review method, namely the method used is the result of an analysis of various previously published scientific article information. Utilization of metro ethernet in its benefits, namely managing risk intelligently, in its management functioning and running independently, namely utilization for each operational, functional and administrative. Reliability, in operation metro ethernet will detect and track discovery to report that it is in a connection failure situation in its performance measurement. Flexibility, support for various services and transportation. Cost-efficiency, simple and highly maintainable metro ethernet network scalability, supports speeds up to 10 gbps. This research was made to find out more about the uses of the metro ethernet network and the configuration on metro ethernet.

This study aims to determine the effect of e-service quality, price perceptions, and sales promotions on customer loyalty (a study on Grab online transportation service customers at KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah University, Jombang). This research uses quantitative methods with type research used, namely surveys. The population in this study are students of the economics faculty who use the Grab online transportation service. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, with a total sample of 80 respondents. The data collection technique uses an online questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression, coefficient of determination R2, T-test, and F-test. The results of this study show 1) There is no effect of e-service quality on customer loyalty study on Grab online transportation service customers at KH University. A. Wahab Hasbullah Jombang. 2) There is an influence of price perceptions on customer loyalty study on Grab online transportation service customers at KH University. A. The purpose of this study to analyze the effect of Perceptions Of Financial Rewards (X1), work engagement (X2) to organizationcommitment (Y1) and employeeperformance (Y2). In this study, data were collected through questionnaires to 90 respondents to determine the response of respondents to each variable. Then analyze the data obtained in the form ofquantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. Quantitative analysis include validity and reliability test, the classicassumption test, hypothesis testing via the F test and t test and analysistest, the coefficient of determination (R2). Data analysis techniques used were linear regression analysis that serves to prove the research hypo thesis. The datathat have met the test validity, test reliability, and classical assumption processed so as to produce the followingregression equation: Y1= 0.244X1 + 0.467X2 and Y2 = 0,202X1 + 0,394X2 + 0,209X3 . Results of the analysis with sobel test  found that Perceptions Of Financial Rewards (X1), workengagement (X2) has a positive and significant influence on organization commitment (Y1) and Perceptions Of Financial Rewards (X1), work engagement (X2) , Perceptions Of Financial Rewards (X3) has a positive and significant influence on employee performance (Y2) . Hypothesis testing using t-test showed that independent variables found to significantly affect  dependent variables.

This research aims to find out how the influence of service quality on customer loyalty in Islamic banks. Service quality is represented by 6 variables, namely tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and Compliance to Islamic Law. The research method used is a quantitative method which aims to find out the results of the data have been normally distributed. The data used in this study are primary data through questionnaires distributed to 30 respondents and secondary data to complete them. The results of this study are expected to increase the effectiveness of Islamic bank strategies in increasing the satisfaction of Islamic bank customers.
