The Indonesian Islamic educational system is critical to shaping students' moral and intellectual development. Efficient administration is essential for improving educational outcomes, fostering a pleasant learning environment, and sustaining Islamic principles. As a result, the primary goal of this study is to assess the efficiency of the Islamic management system in Islamic schools by gathering information from the management teams of the selected schools. The study used a qualitative research design to collect important information from the target audience. The study's findings show the need of excellent administration in improving Islamic curricula in Indonesian educational institutions. A complete plan that blends creative teaching methods with efficient administration is required to foster a strong and vibrant learning environment. However, the results have limited generalisability to other ethnic or educational backgrounds because they are unique to Indonesia's Islamic schooling system.

Education has a very important role in Islamic philosophy as the main means of broadcasting, maintaining and internalizing knowledge that includes intellectual and spiritual aspects. Islamic educational philosophy views education not only as a process of transferring knowledge, but also as a medium or tool in the formation of morals and increasing individual spirituality. This article aims to research and observe the concept of education in Islamic philosophy through literature studies and analysis of classical texts by Muslim thinkers, such as Al-Ghazali and Al-Farabi, which highlight the importance of balance between intellectual intelligence and spiritual wisdom. Education in the Islamic view plays a very important role in developing individual morals and forming an ethical society, as well as in the application of Islamic values ​​worldwide. The results of the study show that education according to Islamic philosophy does not only focus on worldly aspects, but also on the formation of a complete human being, both intellectually and spiritually. With integrated education, it is hoped that individuals will be born who have superior personalities who are able to contribute positively to society. Thus, education in Islamic philosophy functions as a very important means or instrument for conveying and preserving the noble values ​​that have been passed down by Muslim intellectuals from generation to generation, as well as being a path towards the formation of a harmonious, ethical and civilized society.

This research examines Al-Ghazali's thoughts in shaping the character of student independence through an educational approach. As one of the important figures in the world of Islamic education, besides concentrating on academics, Al-Ghazali proposed an educational approach that emphasizes the development of strong character. Finding out how Al-Ghazali's education helps students become independent is the driving force for this research as well as its application to the current educational context. The research method is a literature review by analyzing Al-Ghazali's relevant works, such as Ihya Ulumuddin and Mizan al-'Amal. The findings show that there are four main components of education as proposed by Al-Ghazali: moral development, inculcation of religious values, learning life skills, and individual independence. These findings are relevant to the challenges of modern education, especially in the effort to form independent and moral students. Educators can look to the results of this study as a resource in designing a curriculum that facilitates students' self-reliance in a holistic manner.

Christian Religious Education (CRE) plays a significant role as a means of character formation for students within the complex multicultural context of Indonesia. CRE not only emphasizes understanding Biblical teachings but also instills values such as love, tolerance, and moral responsibility, which are relevant to cultural and religious diversity. In a diverse society, character education through CRE aims to shape individuals who respect differences, are able to live harmoniously, and serve as "salt and light" in society. Through an inclusive and dialogical approach, CRE teaches students to appreciate diversity without losing their Christian identity. This study employs a literature review method to identify the challenges and opportunities in implementing CRE as a character-building tool in a multicultural society. The results show that a multicultural approach in CRE creates space for interfaith dialogue, helps prevent intolerance, and shapes a generation committed to values of peace and love. Thus, CRE not only plays a role in students' faith formation but also in building the tolerant character needed in a pluralistic society

The purpose of this study is adjusted to the research problem, namely to describe the initial story of the philosophy of the hela keta traditional ritual in the marriage ceremony at the Oepikan Tribe Marriage, As Manulea Village, Sasitamean District, Malaka Regency. The method used in this study is the Qualitative method. The data collection techniques used in this study are interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data assessment, and data interpretation. The results of the study show that the hela keta traditional ritual began in ancient times, various tribes lived in the place now called the Oepikan Tribe Marriage, their livelihoods were farmers. As a result of the many tribes inhabiting the place, the stock of food supplies has also run low. As a result, war was inevitable, the aftermath of the war was lasit fekan (broken relationship), this also had a major impact on the marriage system at that time. Aware of this, the tribal leaders sat down and discussed to find a solution to this problem, and the hela keta traditional ritual was created. The meaning of the hela keta traditional ritual is as a cleansing or purification from the curses of ancestors who fought in ancient times, and also the moral value message that can be taken from the hela keta traditional ritual, namely that the hela keta traditional ritual can repair and also unite the two large families of the tribe that had been broken up due to war.

This service activity was carried out as an effort by the Indonesian Language Education study program to increase students' interest in reading about the regional lore of South Sumatra. Through this reading activity, it is hoped that students will be able to discover, know and understand the moral and cultural values in the sagas of South Sumatra. The Student Creativity Program (PkM) activities are carried out in the form of counseling. PkM activities were carried out at SMK Madyatama Palembang with 38 students. After implementing this PkM, students have a good interest in reading and increase their awareness at school that reading is important

Student character is not only determined by academic achievement, but also by strong morals and ethics, where character education plays a key role in this. This study focuses on the implementation of traditional games as a means of character education at SD Negeri 1 Demulih. The approach used in this study is descriptive qualitative with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that traditional games such as Meong-meongan, Guwak-guwakan, and Poh-pohan are effective in developing student character, especially in aspects of cooperation, responsibility, and sportsmanship. Before this activity was implemented, many students showed individualistic attitudes and lack of empathy. However, after the implementation of traditional games, there was a significant increase in social interaction, the ability to work in groups, and mutual respect among students. However, to achieve more optimal results, it is necessary to improve facilities and clearer instructions regarding the implementation of traditional games. This study concludes that traditional games are an effective tool for student character education.

In this digital era, technology is like a double-edged sword. On the one hand, technology helps connect people and facilitate various aspects of life. But on the other hand, excessive dependence on technology can have an impact on individuals, one of which is alienation from the people around them. In the turbulent modern era, building a strong Catholic faith is like erecting a strong fortress to protect and grow the faith of the people. This faith becomes a forum for strengthening each other, spreading the love of Christ, and facing various challenges of the times. Facing the challenges of the times, namely social and cultural changes, where strong Catholic faith and teachings can help Catholics to face various social and cultural changes that occur in the modern era. This research is motivated by the low performance of employees which is suspected to be caused by the lack of intensive coaching by the leadership and the lack of effective internal supervision of the organization. The purpose of this study is to determine how coaching affects employee morale, how internal organizational supervision affects employee morale, and how coaching and internal organizational supervision together affect employee morale. The method used in this study uses a quantitative descriptive method. To analyze it, correlation and multiple regression statistical test data analysis was used using SPSS version 22.00. The results of the study obtained provide the conclusion that coaching has a positive and significant effect on employee morale, internal organizational supervision has a positive and significant effect on employee morale, and coaching and internal organizational supervision together have a positive and significant effect on employee morale.

This research examines the Asbābun Nuzūl of verse 174 of Surah Al-Baqarah and its relationship with faith in Allah as the Creator of the heavens and the earth. Using a qualitative approach based on library research, this study analyzes the historical background of the revelation, its socio-religious context, and interpretations from classical and contemporary Qur’anic scholars. The findings indicate that the Asbābun Nuzūl of verse 174 is closely related to the behavior of certain People of the Book who deliberately hid the truth about the prophethood of Muhammad ﷺ for personal interests. Such actions reflect a weak acknowledgment of Allah’s absolute authority as the Creator and Sustainer of the universe. The connection between this verse and Allah as the Creator of the heavens and the earth emphasizes that all knowledge, revelation, and truth originate solely from Him and must not be manipulated for material benefit. This research is expected to strengthen Islamic theological understanding regarding the obligation to convey truth honestly and to reinforce faith in Allah as the ultimate source of creation, guidance, and moral responsibility.

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Quranic recitation habit before teaching and learning activities and the role of students in supporting Quranic learning activities during the internship. Quranic recitation habit is one of the school's flagship programs, aiming to instill a love of the Quran, develop religious character, and establish a Quranic learning environment for students from an early age. This study used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation during the internship. Observations were made through direct observation of Quranic recitation, memorization, muraja'ah (recitation), and moral development activities for students before the teaching and learning activities began. The results showed that the Quranic recitation habit before teaching and learning activities had a positive impact on students, including improving discipline, calmness in learning, and fostering a love of the Quran. Furthermore, student involvement in the internship contributed to supporting the Quranic learning process through memorization assistance, tahsin guidance, and moral development. Internships also provide students with practical experience in developing their academic, professional, and spiritual competencies as future educators. Thus, cultivating the habit of reciting the Quran before teaching and learning activities can be an effective means of developing a Quranic generation with noble morals and Islamic character.

This research uses a qualitative approach with a type of case study that focuses on the visionary leadership of the principal of SMA Muhammadiyah Cikelet in developing the character of students in the school environment. The data sources in this study consist of school principals as the main informants, as well as teachers and education staff as supporting informants. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that the principal of SMA Muhammadiyah Cikelet has implemented visionary leadership effectively through the preparation of the school's vision and mission which is oriented towards the formation of religious character, discipline, and responsibility of students. The principal also plays a role as a motivator and role model, who is able to inspire and encourage all school residents, both teachers and students, to actively participate in creating a learning environment with character and noble character.

One form of interesting preaching content is motion graphic video, a combination of 2D animation representing moving infographics. Motion graphics combine elements of illustration, typography, photography, and videography with animation to strengthen the delivery of the message. This study aims to determine the preaching messages in the motion graphic videos uploaded by Ustadz Muhammad Nuzul Dzikri through the Instagram account @muhammadnuzuldzikri, which include the themes of faith, morals, and Islamic law. The method used is descriptive qualitative with content analysis techniques and observation of 9 motion graphic videos uploaded from December 2024 to January 2025.

This article reviews the role of the Color Sports Tradition in shaping the character of Fair Play at the As Saqofah Pombing Islamic Boarding School, Thailand. The main focus of the article is to explain how to use Color Sports as a tool to form the principles of sportsmanship, integrity and respect for others in sports competitions. The research method applied is a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews with coaches, students, and boarding school management staff. The results of the study show that the Color Sports Tradition has succeeded in becoming an efficient means of developing the character of students at the As Saqofah Pombing Islamic Boarding School. This tradition provides learning that the purpose of competition is not only limited to winning, but also emphasizes the importance of ethical and moral principles in competing. The principles of Fair Play apply to every aspect of the Sports of Color Tradition, resulting in a fair and mutually supportive competitive environment. Overall, the Color Sports Tradition at the As Saqofah Pombing Islamic Boarding School has proven to be a successful character building medium in teaching the principles of Fair Play to students. This approach has the potential to be adopted in other educational contexts, as well as to contribute to shaping young people who are not only good at sports, but also have sportsmanship, integrity, and respect for social values in various life situations.

This study is motivated by the status of Surah Yusuf as ahsanul qashash, which has special characteristics in terms of balagah, particularly the use of kinayah to convey sensitive narratives in a polite manner. This study aims to identify the classification of types of kinayah and reveal the pragmatic functions behind their use in the text. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with heuristic-semiotic analysis techniques, where the primary data is sourced directly from the verses of the Qur'an. Surah Yusuf predominantly uses kinayah 'an al-maushuf to refer to certain entities or positions in order to maintain the dignity of the narrative, in addition to the use of kinayah shifah and nisbah to describe the emotional turmoil of the characters. Functionally, this style of language plays the role of ihtiraz (preventive), mubalaghah (emphasis of meaning), and ta'dzim (respect). The implications of this study confirm that the use of kinayah is not merely linguistic aesthetics, but a medium of moral education that promotes polite interpersonal communication and is relevant to contemporary Islamic ethics.
