Acts of violence against children in schools deserve the attention of the Indonesian Child Welfare Commission. The current situation creates a context that needs further attention for legal defense in which children are targets of cruelty in schools, as everyone knows that educational institutions are a place where the young generation is educated to become educated adults for the next generation. The role of the teacher is as a parent at school, sharing good and correct knowledge and enlightenment, not being used as a bully to students at school. The main issue discussed first is what factors cause the many incidents of injustice towards the younger generation in educational institutions in Indonesia at this time and the steps taken by KPAI towards children in Indonesia as they exist. In the article, the method of study used is theoretical study by applying the document collection method, namely library research or book study. It is hoped that the results of this study will invite elements including teachers, parents and students to involve schools in monitoring their students and taking part in the role that educational institutions can use to provide an umbrella for their students when carrying out the role of teachers as moral shapers. Teachers who are devoted to the Creator, share the most important encouragement and passion with parents at home to teach children to think positively about the injustice that befalls them.

In this data analysis and discussion, an analysis of the data processing that has been carried out will be carried out, namely identifying potential risk values ​​and considering the risk ranking to determine priorities and methods of control. After the data analysis and discussion, the next step is to draw conclusions from the data analysis that has been carried out. In the process of filling a ship with fuel (bunker), various dangers or risks can arise throughout the stages of the activity. Hazard identification involves recognizing and documenting the various potential elements that could cause an accident or health problem. For example, slipping, being pinched, being hit by a fuel pump hose during the bunkering process are also aspects that need to be identified as dangers. The work activity identified in this research is the activity of filling the ship with fuel (bunker), then carrying out a risk assessment of the work activity, then determining the necessary hazard and risk controls with the aim of preventing accidents. Data processing will be carried out using the HIRADC method. This step will later become input and suggestions that can be implemented at PT Pelindo Marine Service as a reference for determining steps to deal with work accidents that occur. Because assets are one of the important elements in the Company's productivity, it is necessary to monitor the condition of assets regularly. The company still uses a manual asset damage reporting system using Whatsapp. Of course, this is less effective and efficient in the process, especially in recording activities to report damage to existing assets. Therefore, this study was conducted to help optimize the existing asset damage reporting system. From the results of the research, it can be seen using current technology, it can help optimize the reporting of damage to the Company's assets with the help of Google Sheets as its main database and Appsheet as a simple application for filling out reports.

The results of this study found that there were several cases of psychological and psychological violence. This research aims to analyze zakat management which consists of planning, collecting, distributing, utilizing, reporting and supervising zakat in the Jambi City Baznas, to find out the obstacles that exist in the zakat management process in the Jambi City Baznas, and to find out the benefits after the community receives financial assistance. zakat from Baznas Jambi City. So the implementation of zakat management at Jambi City Baznas is good, even though zakat funds are still lacking, Jambi City Baznas continues to distribute zakat funds to those in need so that the benefits of zakat funds in Jambi City can be felt by the community as intended by the zakat law.

Enforcing the use of PPE serves as a preventive measure against workplace accidents, particularly within the Nii Tanasa Kendari PLTU vicinity. Adherence to PPE reflects a behavior influenced by consciousness and environmental elements. The aim of this study was to establish connections between knowledge, attitudes, actions, PPE availability, and familial backing concerning PPE compliance among Nii Tanasa Kendari PLTU workers in Konawe Regency, Southeast Sulawesi in 2023. Employing a quantitative approach, this research adopted a cross-sectional design and was executed at PLTU Nii Tanasa Kendari in Konawe Regency during November 2023. Sampling involved 149 individuals through proportional random sampling, followed by data analysis via the chi-square test. Findings revealed correlations between knowledge and PPE compliance (0.035 < 0.05), attitudes and PPE compliance (0.027 < 0.05), actions and PPE compliance (0.021 < 0.05), PPE availability and PPE compliance (0.035 < 0.05), as well as family support and PPE compliance (0.021 < 0.05).

This research uses the literature review method to comprehensively analyze articles published from 2020 to 2023, of course with several specifications determined and 4 articles selected. The results of this research state that the gamification method is very effective and appropriate for increasing student learning motivation, because in implementing gamification students are required to be active during the learning process and also present interactive material.

The World Health Organization stated that the maternal mortality rate worldwide in 2019 was around 295,000 women who died during and after pregnancy and childbirth. The majority (94%) of maternal deaths occur in low and middle income countries (WHO, 2020). At the 2020 National Working Meeting, the maternal mortality rate in Indonesia in 2019 was still 305 per 100,000 live births (Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, 2020), which is still high when compared to Indonesia's target in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in 2030, namely 70 per 100,000 live births. (Pusdatin, 2019). The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) era began in 2019 with a program to reduce pregnancy-related morbidity and mortality rates, the achievements of which are still very high in the world. The World Health Organization (WHO) projects that every pregnant woman and newborn needs quality care from pregnancy to the postpartum period. Prenatal care in Indonesia plays an important role in providing quality care, because antenatal care includes elements of health promotion, screening, diagnosis and disease prevention. Indonesia is currently one of the 13 countries with the highest proportion of maternal mortality rates in the world. The high maternal mortality rate is caused by complications during pregnancy. RESULTS There is a relationship between age, knowledge and antenatal care visits at the Corah Pratama Clinic, Munte District, Karo Regency in 2023 and there is no relationship between parity and support from health workers and antenatal care visits at the Corah Pratama Clinic, Munte District, Karo Regency in 2023.

The research problem focused on ineffective marketing communication strategies that impacted property sales at Elite Pro Green Lake City. The purpose of this study is to explore the marketing communication strategies used by companies and their impact on property sales. This research adopts a constructivist paradigm and uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. A case study method was used, with primary data collected from Creative Managers and Marketing Staff at Elite Pro Green Lake City. Secondary data from the literature and previous research provide additional support. The study was conducted at the company's location in Green Lake City, Tangerang. The study revealed that Green Lake City's Elite Pro has yet to fully optimize its marketing communication strategy. The company mainly focuses on the product, price, and promotional components of the marketing mix, neglecting other important elements. This resulted in a decrease in property sales. These findings point to the need for Elite Pro Green Lake City to improve its marketing communication strategy to increase property sales. The study underscores the importance of leveraging various online and offline promotional activities, developing strong relationships with develovers and banks, and maximizing social media platforms for marketing.

Indonesia has experienced several curriculum changes from 1947 to 2013. The 2013 curriculum places more emphasis on character education, especially at the basic level, which will become the foundation for the next level. This research is descriptive quantitative research which aims to describe or create an objective picture of a situation, starting from data collection and answering the research questions that have been asked. Descriptive quantitative research also aims to obtain broader and deeper information by summarizing various conditions, situations, phenomena, or various variables and circumstances that occurred during the research by presenting what actually happened. The research results show that the obstacles in implementing the 2013 Curriculum come from the government, institutions, teachers and students. This seems to be appropriate that there are several factors that influence implementing the curriculum, namely: support from agencies and school principals, support from fellow teachers, support from students and parents, and support from within the teacher are the main elements. The focus is on the Suroan celebration in the village of Dusun V, discussing activities and prohibitions related to the month of Suro. The research method employed is qualitative with a descriptive approach, utilizing interviews, observations, and documentation. The discussion elaborates on the understanding of culture, tradition, and the meaning of the month of Suro. In the cultural context, the participation and function of tradition in preserving the identity, history, and pride of the community are detailed. This research also explores the meaning of the procession of the Suroan ritual, highlighting the integrated elements of culture and Islamic teachings in the celebration. The conclusion affirms that Islam does not reject tradition, and the Suroan Ritual has positive social and religious impacts. This paper recommends the continued preservation and socialization of the Suroan tradition, with an active role for parents in passing down cultural values to the younger generation.
