This study examines the role of entrepreneurial leadership in fostering innovation and achieving start-up success. By analyzing leadership styles, decision-making processes, and team dynamics, the research identifies key factors that contribute to sustained growth and competitiveness. Findings suggest that visionary leadership combined with adaptive strategies is essential for navigating challenges in dynamic markets.

This research aims to examine internal conflict management in organizations through narrative analysis of crisis communication. Qualitative methods were used to understand the causes of conflict, crisis management strategies, leadership roles, the impact of conflict, communication techniques used, and policies and procedures implemented in the organization. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. The results revealed that internal conflicts are often caused by differences in interests, lack of effective communication, and organizational change. Effective crisis management strategies involve open communication, mediation, and a proactive approach. Responsive and thoughtful leadership plays a key role in conflict resolution. Poorly managed conflict negatively impacts productivity, employee morale, and team collaboration, and damages the organization's image. Communication techniques such as collaborative approaches and assertive communication are essential in managing crises.  The practical implications of these findings are the need for the development of clear conflict resolution policies, conflict management training, promotion of open communication, and periodic evaluation of policy effectiveness. With a comprehensive approach, organizations can improve work dynamics and strengthen teamwork.

This article delves into the power competition between Saudi Arabia (Sunni) and Iran (Contemporary Shia) by examining their involvement in shaping Middle Eastern influence expansion through fundamentally different ideological approaches, namely Sunni and Shia. The author takes the cases of Syria and Yemen as focal points to narrow down the scope and gauge the efforts of both countries as balancing forces in the Middle East region. The paper adopts an ideological approach to identify conflict patterns and strategies employed by both nations. The objective of this paper is to explore the background of the conflict between these two countries, utilizing ideological approaches to achieve their political goals. Employing a descriptive-analytical approach, this article aims to address the research issues at hand. It reveals that Saudi Arabia and Iran play significant roles in Middle Eastern conflicts, particularly in Syria and Yemen, through various means such as funding and providing military logistical support. The ideological approach is inseparable from the missions carried out by both nations. Iran has succeeded in building alliances with local governments, thus securing victories in Yemen. However, Saudi Arabia, despite employing various alliance-building strategies, has yet to achieve success.

The aim of this service is to explain the existence of the slang language spoken which is influenced by social media, almost all students use it. This research aims to analyze the influence of slang on the existence of the Indonesian language, with a focus on the case study of students at Muhammadiyah University of Makassar. The use of slang among students has become an increasingly widespread phenomenon, raising questions regarding its impact on the use and maintenance of Indonesian as the country's official language. This research method involves qualitative research analysis using a structured descriptive method on a number of students from the Indonesian Language and Literature Education department at Muhammadiyah University of Makassar. This research was designed to identify the level of understanding and use of slang and describe the complexity of the dynamics between slang use and maintenance of Indonesian. This research contributes to our understanding of how the slang phenomenon influences the existence of Indonesian in society, especially in Ujung Lamuru village. The implications of this research can provide a basis for designing educational strategies and language awareness that are more effective in maintaining the existence of the Indonesian language in this modern era. Economic growth is a top priority for every country. Economic growth is used as an important indicator to assess economic performance. Population growth, unemployment rate, and inflation rate are considered important factors that influence economic growth. This research aims to analyze the influence of population, unemployment and inflation on economic growth in Central Kalimantan Province. The Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) method is used to analyze short-term and long-term relationships between these variables. The research results show that in the short term, inflation, unemployment and population do not have a significant effect on Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP). However, in the long term, only unemployment and population do not show a significant influence on GRDP. This research contributes to understanding the dynamics of economic growth and provides insight for policy makers in Central Kalimantan Province to formulate effective strategies for sustainable development.

This article discusses the dynamics of wearing jilbab and its meaning in the context of globalization, focusing on the influence of cultural globalization on norms, values, and lifestyles in religious traditions. This research is a qualitative study using a netnography approach with data obtained from the response of the Indramayu Muslim fashion griya whatsApp group. This article discusses the evolution of the concept of hijab from a separator between free women and slaves to a tool to protect women's private parts from prying eyes. In addition, the article also highlights the different views on hijab, including the views of contemporary scholars and the impact of globalization on the views and practices of hijab in contemporary society. Thus, this article highlights how globalization, fashion trends, religious identity, and cultural values affect the dynamics of hijab and its meaning in contemporary society.  

Islamic trade in Indonesia from pre-independence to contemporary times reflects various features, including nationalist missions, religious solidarity and Islamization. The pre-independence period was marked by nationalist and religious sentiments as a response to discriminatory Dutch colonialism. Religious solidarity is used to inspire unity and independence. After independence, the Islamic trade movement focused more on capitalizing religious organizations for the welfare of the people and da'wah. In the 1990s, the spirit of Islamization strengthened, influenced by the difficulty of access to trade resources and the search for Islamic identity amidst foreign domination. The BMT Movement, Islamic Banks, and Islamic philanthropic institutions responded to this phenomenon, prioritizing empowerment and community education. The phenomenon of the Indonesian trade movement is related to socio-political factors, such as the Dutch East Indies political system and the strength of non-indigenous trade. Islamic trade movements can be classified into two types: the pre-independence period, characterized by religious nationalism in business competition with non-indigenous groups; and post-independence, involving the consolidation of religious groups such as Muhammadiyah and NU, as well as the establishment of BMT and ZISWAF institutions. Islamic trade routes in the archipelago in the past included coastal areas, especially via sea routes which influenced the archipelago as an international trade center. The research method used is a qualitative Library Research approach with a historical-descriptive method. The research results show that the Islamic trade movement is developing in line with social and political dynamics in Indonesia.

The dynamics of contemporary development are correlated with integrated technological progress innovations in human activity, both in aspects of education, business, communication, and so on. The communication strategy is the choice of Instagram owner @Farizas_kyas as a marketing promotion for Muslim fashion products towards teenagers. Because, today's teenagers have followed trends as a reflection of modernity while remaining within the corridors of sharia principles. This research aims to examine and describe the communication strategy for promoting Muslim fashion products among teenagers by the Instagram account @Farizas_kyas. The research method uses a description method with a qualitative approach. The research subject is Farizas Kyas, while the research objects are material objects and formal objects. The data source was obtained from the Instagram account @Farizas_kyas through product posts and stories. Data collection was carried out through virtual observation, interviews and documentation. The research results confirm that the communication strategy for the Instagram account @Farizas_kyas in promoting Muslim fashion products among teenagers is done by creating attractive visual content, using hashtags, educational and informative content, live Instagram, and being consistent in posting content. By using an Instagram account, the account owner gets more benefits through the effectiveness of the product marketing strategy used.

This study explores the application of stochastic differential equations (SDEs) in modeling population dynamics. By introducing randomness into differential equations, we capture the inherent uncertainties in environmental and genetic factors affecting population growth. We derive analytical solutions for specific cases and provide numerical simulations to demonstrate how SDEs enhance predictions in ecological modeling. Our findings suggest that stochastic models provide a more robust framework for understanding population fluctuations in uncertain environments.

The rapid development of science and technology can now be felt and influences human life. In the world of education, technology has a real positive impact on learning. Students can access more information and faster from various sources. Apart from that, there are many applications that teachers can use, such as PowerPoint, YouTube, or e-learning based systems as learning media. By utilizing technology, this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. This research contains a systematic explanation or presentation regarding the analysis of students' responses to the use of the Quizizz application as a learning alternative, there are 36 subjects from students at SMK Muhammdiyah 3 Pekanbaru. The aspects that you want to know are how learning activities are carried out using the Quizizz application, whether the Quizzizz application makes the learning atmosphere less boring, whether the application during learning using the usual method is a lot of dynamics felt by students. Of the 36 research respondents, some students said that learning went smoothly, but the majority of students said that learning was less effective, not conducive, boring, and that it was difficult to understand the material presented by the teacher. The problems experienced by these students occurred because of the guidance for students to always obey the rules and based on the results of the analysis found as study material, it can be concluded that the application of the Quizizz learning media is effective in improving the learning outcomes of elementary school students. Therefore, students need fun activities in learning, as well as building an active learning atmosphere so that they can understand the learning material better

In-depth analysis is conducted to highlight the ways in which the combination of leadership and power can shape internal dynamics that influence overall organizational outcomes.    

This article explores the store labeled "Komputer dan Fotokopi Salwa" as the main object of study. Focusing on market surveys, typing and photocopying industry trends, online marketing strategies, and key success factors in the typing and photocopying business, this research aims to provide in-depth insights into the dynamics of business in the current digital era. Through data analysis including market surveys that record that 70.2% of jobs require computer devices and similar ones, and 39.9% require document duplication and/or binding, this article presents a comprehensive understanding of market needs and preferences. Additionally, with the majority of respondents (79.8%) having access to computers and laptops, but only a small percentage owning a printer (28.7%), this article highlights the challenges and opportunities faced by the typing and photocopying industry. This analysis provides a foundation for effective online marketing strategies and identifies key success factors that can help businesses like "Komputer dan Fotokopi Salwa" to grow and maintain their position in the current competitive market.

This research aims to investigate the relationship between leadership style, level of work discipline, motivation and employee performance at the Economic Bureau of the Governor's Office of West Sumatra Province, with motivation as an intervening variable. The research method used is a qualitative approach to gain a deeper understanding of organizational dynamics. Data was collected through interviews and observations of employees and leaders at the Economic Bureau. The research results show that effective leadership styles, such as transformative and participative leadership, have a positive influence on employee motivation and performance. On the other hand, a high level of work discipline also has a positive impact on employee motivation and performance through creating a structured and supportive work environment. Employee motivation, as a mediator, plays an important role in linking leadership style, work discipline, and employee performance. This research provides valuable insight into the factors that influence employee performance in the Economic Bureau and their effectiveness on the effectiveness of economic management at the provincial level.

Single parents face stressful challenges that detrimentally affect individual well-being and disrupt family dynamics. This research reveals various strategies for coping with stress, including emphasizing solutions, maintaining emotional balance, and seeking social support. Through a qualitative approach, interviews with six single parents uncovered diverse strategies, such as emphasizing solutions, maintaining emotional balance, engaging in positive activities, participating in spiritual practices, and relying on a strong community role. Their perseverance in meeting family needs, providing quality education, and maintaining well-being demonstrates inspirational determination. The research highlights the crucial role of social support and perseverance in responding to the impact of stress on single parents, influencing overall family well-being.

The purpose of this research is to determine the role of the Bappeda treasurer's decisions regarding overtime funds. This research uses qualitative methods with process analysis and inductive thinking related to the dynamics of the relationship between the symptoms studied, while still using scientific thinking. By using descriptive methods. The treasurer has the task of carrying out some of the secretary's duties within the scope of financial administration management. The role of the Treasurer or finance sub-division is very much needed in disbursing overtime funds. And these overtime funds are issued by fulfilling several conditions that have been written down.

The author looks for supporting facts through previous research from journals or books in accordance with the problems raised based on the findings. findings, facts and literature that support finding solutions to existing problems. This concerns cultural and religious diversity, issues of morality in the digital era. And not only that, the impact of social phenomena and contextual issues will be discussed, including the contextual meaning and purpose of education and theology, the context that shapes educational and theological theories, how do we do education and theology in a context like this? That is, being a witness to society , building dialogue between religious communities, creating harmony. The social phenomena and contextual issues in education and theology are such that the challenges in these two fields are often interrelated. Education must be responsive to social change and consider contextual issues, while theology also needs to understand social dynamics to provide views that are relevant in the context of life. The synergy between education and theology can help shape a more inclusive society and a deeper understanding of human values.

This study uses a qualitative associative method, conducting a review of theories and literature, as well as surveys and observations, and collecting opinions from academic community members, especially professors specializing in Human Resources. The research results state that organizational structure is a framework or arrangement that regulates relationships, responsibilities, and authorities within an organization. In management, organizational structure can be considered the foundation or operational framework of an organization. It is a fundamental element that forms the basis for organizing and directing organizational activities. There are several types of organizational structures that can be applied, and the selection of such a structure depends on the organization's goals, size, complexity, and needs. The choice of organizational structure should consider the organization's strategic goals, size, external environment, and the culture to be established. Moreover, organizations can change their structure over time to adapt to changing needs and business dynamics. The importance of organizational structure is reflected in its operational efficiency. By systematically mapping tasks and responsibilities, the structure creates a regular workflow, avoids unnecessary overlap, and establishes a foundation for optimal efficiency.

This article investigates the impact of social media on judicial processes, focusing on how public opinion influences legal accountability. Through case studies and analyses of high-profile cases, the research examines the power dynamics between public opinion and legal frameworks, including the risks and benefits of digital activism. Findings suggest that while social media can support transparency and public engagement, it may also lead to biased perceptions that challenge judicial impartiality. The study highlights the need for a balanced approach to harness the benefits of social media in fostering accountability without compromising the integrity of the judicial process.

This study investigates the challenges faced by educators teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) in multilingual classrooms. By analyzing classroom dynamics, language barriers, and teaching strategies, the research identifies key issues such as student motivation, varying proficiency levels, and cultural diversity. The article proposes several strategies, including differentiated instruction, collaborative learning, and the integration of technology, to address these challenges and enhance ESL learning outcomes.
