Sehingga perlu dilakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan berkala.

The development of the automotive world to date has grown rapidly, especially two-wheeled vehicles. Large temperature changes in lubricating oil viscosity, even if the value is too low, will reduce the lubrication of engine parts, increase friction between metals, and cause engine parts to heat up quickly. Efforts to control and overcome excessive engine heat can replace mineral-based lubricating oils with environmentally friendly and biodegradable lubricating oils. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of using a mixture of cooking oil and surfactants C64H124O26 and C42H80NO8P as engine lubricants on the power and temperature produced by motorized vehicles. The independent variables of this research are RPM variation and mixture of pure cooking oil with lecithin and polysorbate surfactant (2.5%, 5%, 7.5%). The dependent variables are engine temperature and power. The control variables of this research are testing at room temperature, 4 stroke 125CC matic vehicle, and Raw Material using Palm cooking oil. The test method uses an infrared thermo gun for temperature and Dyno test for the highest power test on the type of Cooking Oil + Polyosrbate 7.5% with an average overall power of 5.872, then for the lowest temperature on the type of Cooking Oil + Polysorbate 2.5% with an average value of 86.2ºC.

Hypertension is a condition of increased systolic or diastolic blood pressure. Basic Health Research (Riskesdas) shows that the prevalence of hypertension nationally is increasing. The aim of this PKM is to check blood pressure and provide appropriate information about hypertension, so that it can prevent, screen, and carry out early intervention. The PKM include checking blood pressure and providing hypertension health counselling. The PKM was attended by 149 participants, with 57 male participants (38%) and 92 female participants (62%). Blood pressure examination showed that 50 participants had high blood pressure (34%). There were 19 male participants (33.3%) and 31 female participants (33.7%) who had high blood pressure. High sodium intake is one of the factors that causes hypertension. High fat diets and lack of physical activity will affect the elasticity of blood vessels, which leads to hypertension. High and uncontrolled blood pressure can cause strokes and heart attacks. So regular health checks need to be carried out.

In order to achieve production targets for fuel and petrochemical products to support national energy security, reliable equipment is needed to support the operation of petroleum processing refineries. Main equipment such as injection pumps must be able to adapt to the expected operational conditions. Check valve is one of the supporting components of injection pump reliability. Research was conducted to determine the velocity characteristics of two ball type check valve designs using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) numerical simulations. In this research, three variations of pump stroke length were simulated, namely 25%, 50% and 100% with three variations of solid particle size, namely 200, 250 and 300 microns. The fluid that passes through the check valve is a solid-liquid mixture of catalyst and particles. The analysis carried out is by comparing the velocity values as well as the flow patterns produced for each variations used. The simulation results show that of all the variations tested, the model with a stroke length of 100% produces the maximum velocity. In addition, the size of solid particles is inversely proportional to fluid velocity and flow. From the results of this research, it was also found that model 2 has more potential for backflow towards suction, and also model 2 has more potential for clogging because particles that should flow stop inside the check valve.

Introduction: Hypertension (HTN), defined as systolic blood pressure (SBP) >140 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure (DBP) >90 mmHg, is a major health problem that is growing worldwide. It is the most common risk factor for cardiovascular disease and affects nearly two-thirds of adults aged 60 years or older. The side effects caused by experiencing prolonged high blood pressure are kidney damage (kidney failure), heart (coronary heart disease) and brain which can lead to stroke if not detected early and receive adequate treatment. And can also cause death. Risk factors for complications of hypertension include elderly age, medication compliance, and lifestyle. Empowerment of the elderly can be through non-pharmacological therapy. An example of non-pharmacological therapy is by doing anti-hypertension exercises. The purpose of this program is for the elderly to be able to learn about hypertension and apply how to do anti-hypertension exercises. The method used is providing education to the elderly and applying anti-hypertension exercises with participants (elderly). Implementation of health education and anti-hypertension exercise activities for the elderly at the UPTD for Elderly Social Services in Binjai in November 2023. Most participants were able to answer questions during the question and answer session after the presentation of the material and participants were able to follow the instructor's exercise movement directions. Hypertension is an increasing global health problem. By 2025, it is estimated that 1.5 billion people will suffer from hypertension, with 10.44 million deaths annually caused by hypertension and its complications. Most cases are idiopathic, related to genetic factors, diet and lifestyle. Uncontrolled hypertension significantly increases the risk of cardiovascular disease, kidney failure, and stroke. This activity uses the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) method for blood pressure screening and counseling in adults at PT. Narindo, North Jakarta. The results of blood pressure examination showed that 4 people (3.08%) had grade 3 hypertension, 7 people (5.38%) had grade 2 hypertension, 20 people (15.38%) had grade 1 hypertension. Monitor blood pressure regularly and increasing public health knowledge can increase awareness and encourage healthy lifestyle changes, reducing the prevalence and complications of hypertension.

The transfer of land ownership is often done through sales and purchases. People who are under guardianship may also do the transaction through specific procedures that have been regulated in Indonesia. This research aims to answer the two problem formulations raised, namely what are the requirements for the sale and purchase of land and buildings by sellers who are under guardianship due to a stroke based on the laws and regulations in Indonesia and what are the legal consequences of buying and selling land and buildings by sellers who are suffering from a stroke (Case Study of Supreme Court Decision Number 3586 K/Pdt/2020)? This normative-empirical legal research uses a law and case approach by obtaining data through literature studies and interviews. A seller who is under guardianship due to a stroke must have a court determination regarding guardianship and the appointment of a curator to represent him in carrying out legal acts of buying and selling land and buildings. Because the seller who was suffering from a stroke in the case study was not proven to be incompetent, the Sale and Purchase Deed was legally valid.

Hyperlipidemia, characterized by elevated levels of lipids such as cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood, significantly increases the risk of atherosclerosis, which causes cardiovascular disease, ischemic stroke, and peripheral arterial disease. Genetic tendencies and unhealthy lifestyles such as diet, smoking, and physical activity can cause this. This condition often does not cause symptoms, so it is necessary to carry out regular health checks. This activity uses the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) methodology to screen for hyperlipidemia in the elderly at the Hana Nursing Home, South Tangerang. This activity included 61 respondents, and 28 people (45.9%) experienced hypercholesterolemia. These results highlight the importance of routine lipid screening in identifying individuals at risk early, enabling timely intervention. This examination can significantly reduce morbidity and mortality, thereby improving overall quality of life.

Digital Pathology Image Analysis (DPIA) is one of the areas where deep learning (DL) techniques offer modern, cutting-edge functionality. Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) technology outperforms the competition in classification, segmentation, and detection tasks while being just one of numerous DL techniques. Classification, segmentation, and detection methods can often be used to address DPIA concerns. Some difficulties can also be resolved using pre- and post-processing techniques. However, other CNN models have been investigated for use in addressing DPIA-related issues. Furthermore, the research seeks to explore how susceptible the model is to adversarial attacks and suggest strategies to counteract them. To predict ischemic strokes caused by blood clots, the authors of this study developed CNN with a pixel brightness transformation (PBT) technique for image enhancement and developed several approaches of image augmentation techniques to increase and provide the learning model with more diverse features. Also, adversarial training was integrated into CNN models to train the model with perturbed data in order to assess the impact of adversarial noise at different stages of training. Several metrics, including precision, F1-score, accuracy, and recall, are utilized to assess the experiments' effectiveness. The research findings indicate that employing transfer learning with a deep learning model achieved an accuracy of up to 97% using the ReLU activation function. Also, data augmentation helps improve the accuracy of the model.

Discussing calligraphy as an Islamic artwork is very interesting because it displays the beauty and meaning of each stroke of the letters, especially in the Qur'an. Calligraphy is a visual and correspondence skill. It also helps to learn and understand the Arabic language. Arabic is essential to the teaching of Islam as it serves as a way to convey strictly and paves the way for Islamic history and scholarly works. The subjective differentiation strategy was used in this study to examine the relationship between the excellence of students in Arabic language education at Imam Bonjol State Islamic University Padang West Sumatra and their ability to compose Arabic and calligraphy as an improvement in learning, which allows them to concentrate on culture and expression related to Arabic. The consequences of this study indicate that interest in calligraphy as a whole has an impact on students' Arabic composing ability and aptitude. Students who have both interests and abilities will generally get greater help from others, but students who are basically interested need greater help. This study shows how important calligraphy is to further develop Arabic composing ability and demonstrates the work of the contrasting supporting elements of interest and ability.
