This research aims to determine the role of banking cooperation with cooperatives and the obstacles to the role of banking cooperation with the Karya Baru village unit cooperative (KUD), Teluk Tigo Village, Cermin Nan Gedang District, Sarolangun Regency. This thesis uses qualitative research methods, the data sources used are primary and secondary data sources with data collection techniques and instruments through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that this cooperative collects funds from its members in the form of mandatory savings, principal savings and voluntary savings. However, in carrying out cooperative activities, the cooperative management has not yet collaborated between the bank and the cooperative. The role of banking in this case is simply a place to store money for the administrators of the Karya Baru Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) in Teluk Tigo Village. There are no mutual benefits provided by either the cooperative or the banking sector, so members continue to withdraw money/borrow money through the cooperative in cash. One of the factors supporting the achievement of the goals of a program is its implementation. If the implementation of a program is good and on target, then the program can also have an impact on society. However, in this case the obstacle faced by the cooperative management is the lack of understanding of the management so that the cooperative being run is not very optimal so that the community does not have confidence in its management.

Bookkeeping administration is an important aspect in waste bank activities because it has the benefit of recording and carrying out complete and detailed reporting within a certain time period, so that there are no differences in calculations between customers and the Waste Bank management. The importance of bookkeeping administration in managing the Waste Bank (recording the entry and exit of each type of waste managed by the Waste Bank), can help optimize waste management and increase the effectiveness of waste management. Simple bookkeeping (in the form of Socialization) was introduced in the transaction cycle at the Bank Sampah "Sami Berkah", Kelurahan Meteseh, Kecamatan Tembalang, Semarang (making a Chart of Account, Journal from proof of transactions, posting to the ledger and subsidiary books, up to making Financial Reports). The administrative management of the Bank Sampah Sami Berkah has met the minimum requirements of the Dinas Lingkungan Hidup, starting from books, officers, waste reception schedules, until the waste deposited has been sorted by customers/members. Likewise, the duties and responsibilities of waste bank management officers are in accordance with the job and description of the organizational structure. The proposed use of the information system at the "Sami Berkah" Waste Bank is the use of an Android-based application or web system (mobile web access) in order to accommodate the need for faster and easier information access for customers/Members and Waste Bank managers, as well as being able to overcome the Bank's operational problems. This qualitative literature review explores the financial implications of using weather derivatives as a hedging tool to reduce borrowing costs for energy companies. By synthesizing existing studies, the review highlights that weather derivatives significantly lower borrowing costs, with an average reduction of 21 basis points in borrowing rates. This cost-saving effect is more pronounced for companies with higher systematic risk or less complex financial statements. The review also finds that hedging with weather derivatives enhances financial stability and reduces bankruptcy risk, leading to more favorable borrowing terms. Furthermore, the benefits extend to the public debt market, with hedging companies enjoying lower bond yield spreads. Despite making important contributions, the study acknowledges limitations, including reliance on published literature and the need for further empirical validation. Overall, the findings highlight the value of weather derivatives in financial risk management for energy companies.

In general, many people choose to save and borrow money from financial institutions other than sharia banks, such as conventional banks and general cooperatives. In fact, conventional banks are known to adhere to an interest system which according to scholars is prohibited because interest is considered usury. Factors that can influence interest in saving at Islamic banks are knowledge, promotions and location. A person's knowledge about Islamic banks will influence customer interest, each bank tries to promote all the products and services it has, and the location of Islamic banks has easy assets. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of knowledge, promotion and location on the interest of the people of Pandan Jaya subdistrict, Tanjung Jabung Timur district to save in sharia banks. The type of research used in this research is quantitative descriptive research. The sample was selected using Accidental Sampling and the Slovin formula to obtain 98 respondents. The data analysis used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The rapid urbanization and industrialization of cities have significantly contributed to the rising pollution levels, especially in urban rivers, where water quality is often compromised. Monitoring water quality in real-time is essential for mitigating the adverse effects of water contamination. This research aims to design and implement an Internet of Things (IoT)-based system for real-time monitoring of water quality in urban rivers, focusing on the continuous collection and analysis of environmental data. The system utilizes a range of sensors to measure critical water quality parameters, including pH, temperature, dissolved oxygen (DO), turbidity, and various contaminants, all of which transmit data wirelessly to a central server for further processing. The study evaluates the accuracy, reliability, and efficiency of the IoT system in detecting water pollution and its ability to deliver real-time insights. Findings demonstrate that the IoT system offers a higher level of precision and faster detection compared to conventional monitoring methods, making it an effective tool for real-time pollution detection and decision-making. Additionally, the integration of the IoT system with a user-friendly visualization platform enhances the accessibility of the data for stakeholders, enabling them to monitor the water quality effectively. The study suggests that IoT-based water quality monitoring systems present a sustainable long-term solution for urban water management, offering cost and time savings. Moreover, the research highlights the importance of cross-sector collaboration to support the development and deployment of IoT technologies and recommends further advancements in sensor technologies to monitor additional water quality parameters.

E-waste has become a critical global issue due to the rapid growth of electronic product consumption and the environmental risks associated with improper disposal. Traditional disposal methods, such as landfilling and incineration, are no longer sustainable as they lead to environmental degradation, health hazards, and loss of valuable resources. In contrast, remanufacturing, a key component of the circular economy, offers a more sustainable solution. This study explores the effectiveness of remanufacturing as a strategy for e-waste management, focusing on its ability to reduce waste generation and improve material efficiency in the electronics industry. The research utilizes a case study approach, examining industrial-scale remanufacturing processes, including material input-output analysis to track resource flows and waste streams. The findings reveal a significant reduction in e-waste generation, with up to a 50% decrease in waste volume, and substantial improvements in material recovery, particularly in metals like gold and copper. Additionally, the study highlights the economic and environmental benefits of remanufacturing, such as cost savings and resource conservation. However, the study also identifies barriers to the widespread adoption of remanufacturing, including technological, financial, and regulatory challenges. The results underscore the potential of a circular-economy-based remanufacturing model as a sustainable solution for the electronics industry. The study calls for further research into improving remanufacturing technologies, enhancing policy frameworks, and expanding circular economy practices across various industries.
