The heart is a vital organ that plays a crucial role in the circulatory system, responsible for pumping oxygen-rich blood and nutrients throughout the body and returning blood containing carbon dioxide to the lungs. Anatomically, the heart consists of four chambers. The coronary vascular system supplies oxygen and nutrients to the heart muscles. The physiology of the heart involves the cycle of heart muscle contraction (systole) and relaxation (diastole), heart rate regulation, and the electrical conduction system that coordinates the heartbeat. Coronary artery disease (CAD) is a disorder of the coronary blood vessels due to atherosclerosis, causing narrowing or blockage of the arteries, hindering blood flow, and leading to ischemia. Prevention of CAD can be done by maintaining a healthy diet, exercising regularly, avoiding smoking, and controlling blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar levels. Understanding the anatomy, physiology, and coronary artery disease is essential for maintaining heart health and preventing cardiovascular disorders.

Stress and depression problems can have many negative impacts on teenagers, including mental health problems in teenagers, and can even lead to dangerous behavior. In Indonesia, the prevalence of stress in the younger generation is increasing from year to year, reaching 6.0% of the population. Maybe 6% still feels small. However, this number continues to increase every year as more and more young people participate in bullying, and bullying has become more common these days. The ability to maintain self-control in the face of overwhelming situations, people, and events is also the definition of stress management. If managed well, stress transforms from an obstacle to a motivator of social, intellectual, and psychological well-being. The aim of this activity is to increase knowledge in teenagers about stress management. It is hoped that students will be able to understand and implement stress management by means of deep breathing exercises and progressive muscle relaxation. The results of the questionnaire obtained from these four categories were 910 points. Apart from that, the findings from this activity were that 46 respondents (100%) could do deep breathing and progressive muscle relaxation exercises very well. It is important for students to know how to deal with stress, especially since the source of stress comes from the academic process

This study investigates the effectiveness of green-space–based interventions in reducing eco-anxiety among urban adolescents, a population increasingly vulnerable to climate-related psychological distress. Eco-anxiety, characterized by persistent worry, cognitive overload, and emotional tension in response to environmental change, has emerged as a significant mental-health challenge. The intervention examined in this research involved structured exposure to natural environments combined with guided reflective activities over multiple sessions. Quantitative results showed a substantial reduction in eco-anxiety symptoms, with participants experiencing approximately a 30% decrease in climate-related worry after the intervention. Improvements were also observed in emotional resilience, including enhanced self-regulation, greater cognitive clarity, and improved coping capacity. Qualitative findings reinforced these outcomes, revealing that participants reported deeper emotional calm, stronger feelings of agency, and an increased sense of connectedness with nature. They described green spaces as restorative environments that helped reduce overthinking, clear mental fatigue, and create psychological grounding. These experiences appear to activate mental-restoration processes consistent with environmental psychology, suggesting that nature engagement can serve as both a preventive and therapeutic mental-health strategy. A comparison with conventional counseling approaches indicated that while standard psychological support aids emotional regulation, it often fails to address the specific ecological concerns driving eco-anxiety. In contrast, green-space exposure offers a more targeted and holistic benefit, combining physiological relaxation with meaningful emotional reassurance. The study concludes that expanding access to green spaces, incorporating nature-based therapeutic elements into public-health programs, and promoting balanced climate literacy may enhance adolescent well-being in a time of intensifying environmental challenges.

Perfume has been used since the time of the Prophet Muhammad, not only as a means to improve appearance and cleanliness, but also has spiritual, aesthetic, and health values. The aroma produced from natural ingredients such as flowers, wood, and spices is believed to be able to provide calm and improve the quality of life. This study aims to examine the content of natural chemicals in perfumes, such as essential compounds from plants, and their positive impacts on human physical and mental health. In addition, this study also reviews the use and recommendations of perfumes in the hadiths of the Prophet Muhammad, which show that the use of fragrances is part of an Islamic lifestyle that is sunnah. The method used is a systematic literature review, by examining various scientific sources related to natural chemistry and appropriate hadith books. The results of the study show that several natural compounds such as linalool, eugenol, citronellol, and others have antibacterial, antidepressant effects, and provide a sense of relaxation and comfort. From the perspective of the hadith, the use of perfume is a form of cleanliness, respect for others, and a reflection of noble morals.
