This study aims to describe learning outcomes through the application of the PAKEM learning model. The research subjects were students of class Va SD Negeri Cikidangbayabang Kec. Mande. The improvement of learning outcomes was reviewed from four categories, namely absorption, learning effectiveness, student learning completeness both individual completeness and classical completeness and completeness of learning outcomes. The instruments used for data collection were reading tests and written tests in the form of LKS which were carried out after the learning process. The results showed that the percentage of student completeness increased from 33.33% to 73.33% categorized as good, the effectiveness of learning was categorized as very effective. While the completeness of student learning outcomes was declared complete. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the application of the PAKEM learning model can improve learning outcomes in the material of Summarizing the contents of children's stories in several sentences in class Va students of SD Negeri Cikidangbayabang Kec. Mande.

Australian guava fruit (Psidium guajava L.) is thought to have antioxidant activity. Antioxidants are compounds that are useful for treating oxidative damage caused by free radicals in the body. The aim of this study was to determine the secondary metabolite content and IC50 value on the antioxidant activity of extracts and fractions from Australian guava fruit. This research used four solvents, including 70% ethanol extract, n-hexane fraction, ethyl acetate fraction and water fraction with varying concentrations of 50 ppm, 100 ppm, 150 ppm, 200 ppm and 250 ppm. The antioxidant test was carried out using a UV-Vis spectrophotometry tool with the DPPH method at a wavelength of 515 nm with an incubation time of 15 minutes. Antioxidant activity tests show that Australian guava fruit is effective as an antioxidant in capturing free radicals. The IC50 value for the ethanol extract is 0.784 µg/mL, the n-hexane fraction is 2.448 µg/mL, the ethyl acetate fraction is 1.015 µg/mL and the water fraction is 0.676 µg/mL. All samples were included in the very strong category, but the water fraction had the best antioxidant activity among the ethanol extract, n-hexane and ethyl acetate fractions.

, This research aims to determine: the effectiveness of audio-visual learning media on Writing Skills, Personal Experiences of Class IV students at Rappojawa State Elementary School. This type of research uses a descriptive quantitative approach with a type of experimental research. Experimental research involving one class, this research includes pretest, treatment and posttest tests. This design was used because this research only involved one class, namely the experimental class which began with a pretest before being given treatment and a posttest after being given treatment. The results of the research show that the use of audio-visual media on writing skills. Personal Experience of Grade IV students at Rappojawa State Elementary School is effective, as can be seen from. The average score of the Indonesian language learning results test in writing Personal Experiences using audio-visual media is 87.20 with a standard deviation of 4.10. From these results it was found that 26 students (100%) had achieved individual completeness and this means that classical completeness had been achieved. achieved, there was effectiveness in student learning outcomes after applying audio-visual learning media because the average value of the normalized N-Gain Test results was 0.70 and was generally in the medium and high categories. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that audio visual media is applied in Indonesian language learning in class IV of Rappojawa State Elementary School, there is significant effectiveness in the use of audio visual media in improving Personal Experience writing skills.

Penggunaan media sosial terlalu lama mengakibatkan penurunan sensitifitas seperti menurunnya tingkat simpati dan empati terhadap dunia nyata dan juga berdampak pada kualitas tidur. Ketidakmampuan remaja dalam manejemen waktu penggunaan media sosial dengan baik ketika berada di sekolah maupun di rumah, akan berdampak pada ketidakaturan pola istirahat dan tidur pada remaja. Kualitas tidur buruk berdampak pada daya ingat menurun, sulit berkonsenterasi, menyebabkan masalah kesehatan serius. Kualitas tidur baik dilihat dari kedalaman tidur seperti lamanya tidur, waktu yang diperlukan untuk tertidur, frekuensi terbangun. Kualitas tidur yang baik dapat digunakan untuk menjaga keseimbangan mental, emosional, kesehatan, dan mengurangi stress. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan penggunaan media sosial dengan kualitas tidur pada remaja di SMK Negeri 2 Binjai tahun 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan observational analitik dengan  pendekatan cross sectional  terhadap 79 remaja di SMK Negeri 2 Binjai. Adapun populasi 225 orang dimana sampel sebanyak 79 remaja diambil menggunakan teknik random sampling . Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa penggunaan media sosial pada katergori aktif sebanyak (77,2%)  dan kualitas tidur pada kategori buruk sebanyak (60,8%). Hasil uji chi square secara statistik  ditemukan nilai p = 0,001 (p < 0,05) artinya ada hubungan penggunaan media sosial dengan kualitas tidur pada remaja di SMK Negeri 2 Binjai.

This research aims to determine the level of efficiency and level of financial independence of the Soppeng Regency government in financing its government activities. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data obtained from direct observation and documentation studies of financial reports relating to the realization of regional expenditure. The data is analyzed using the quantitative descriptive analysis method, namely by carrying out calculations on the financial data obtained. The results of this research show that the average value of the Soppeng Regency government's efficiency level from 2018 to 2022 shows that the efficiency ratio is inefficient because it is above 100 percent, which indicates that the regional government is inefficient. At the level of independence, the Soppeng Regency regional government is still in the category of instructive relationship patterns. This means that the regional government is not yet independent in financing its government activities and the role of the central government is still very dominant, which indicates that the level of dependence of the Soppeng Regency government is still high on the central government

Dysmenorrhea is a medical condition that occurs during menstruation or menstruation, which can interfere with activities and requires treatment. Characterized by pain or tenderness in the abdomen or pelvis. The impact of dysmenorrhea is reduced concentration when studying, hampered sports activities and reduced time for social activities. With the increase in Covid-19 cases, people are becoming anxious if they have to come to health services for fear of contracting Covid-19. One action to reduce dysmenorrhea pain is using a warm compress combined with music therapy. This research is quantitative research using quasi-experimental research using a one-group pre-test-post-test design method and purposive sampling techniques. The location where the research will be conducted is STIKES Kesdam IV/Diponegoro with 30 respondents. The Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) is a tool used to evaluate dysmenorrhea pain. The Wilcoxon test was used to analyze research data. The results of this study show that giving a warm compress has an effect. with a combination of music therapy on the level of dysmenorrhea pain with a p value of 0.00 (<0.05).

Based on data on waste generation in the Citra Arafiq Hospital environment in 2022, namely, the average generation of infectious waste is approximately 58.85 kg/day which is transported to TPS, while non-medical waste generated from black plastic bags is approximately 130 .9 kg/day. The success of the waste management system is closely related to the procedures owned by the hospital concerned as a reference for waste management based on PERMENKES No.7 of 2019. The puprose of this research is to analyze Non-Medical Waste Management for Organic and Inorganic Waste Categories based on PERMENKES No.7 of 2019 at Citra Hospital Arafiq in 2022. This study uses a descriptive analytic research with a qualitative approach. Data collection through observation, interviews, and document review. Respondents in this study included 1 key informant, 1 main informant, 4 supporting informants. The research results show that there is no different container between organic and inorganic waste, there is still more than 2/3 of waste found in the container that has not been transported before the time of transportation. the behavior of officers who still mix medical waste with non-medical waste in one transport trolley, and waste collectors who do not use PPE completely. Still found black plastic that has not been tied or tightly wrapped at TPS, based on interviews, often the garbage is forgotten to be transported.

Background; During pregnancy, the mother's body undergoes hormonal changes that affect the entire organ system. One of the common issues that arise is striae gravidarum, or stretch marks on the skin. Olive oil contains beneficial components for addressing striae gravidarum. An initial survey conducted at PMB Wulan Mardikaningtyas in Kartasura indicated that more than 20 pregnant mothers experience striae gravidarum. The objectives of the research; To investigate the effect of olive oil in reducing striae gravidarum in pregnant mothers. Method; This study utilized a one-group experimental design method. Univariate data analysis was employed to examine frequency distribution, while bivariate analysis was used to assess the impact of olive oil intervention on striae gravidarum. Results; Prior to intervention, the severity level of striae gravidarum was classified as moderate in 9 pregnant mothers (45%) and severe in 7 pregnant mothers (35%). Following the intervention, a majority of respondents exhibited reduced severity levels of striae gravidarum, with 9 pregnant mothers (45%) in the moderate category and 7 pregnant mothers (35%) in the mild category. A difference was observed in the striae gravidarum scale before and after the olive oil intervention. Summary: There is a difference in the striae gravidarum scale before and after the olive oil intervention among pregnant mothers.

The purpose of this research is to (1) determine the percentage of loading and unloading productivity at the Port of Cappa Ujung Parepare (2) to find out the criteria that have good performance in loading and unloading services at the Port of Cappa Ujung Parepare (3) to find out the criteria that are considered according to the interests of users Loading and unloading services at Cappa Ujung Parepare Port. The population in this study was 120 people, which is the number of respondents in this study related to loading and unloading service assessment performance and the interests of loading and unloading service users. The data collection techniques used were interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this research was carried out using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Method and the IPA Analysis Method. The results of this study indicate that (1) The productivity of loading and unloading at the Cappa Ujung Parepare Port in 2021 will reach 5,137,823 Tons/M3 with the biggest achievement in December reaching 1,873% greater than the monthly target. The productivity of loading and unloading at Cappa Ujung Parepare Port in 2022 reached 6,944,242 tons/M3 with the biggest achievement in December reaching 2,510% greater than the monthly target (2) CSI calculation results of 77.64%. Thus, the level of customer satisfaction with loading and unloading services is in the satisfactory category. The highest WF value is shown at 10.42% on attribute 8 (safety in the port environment) which means that this attribute is considered the most important by customers in unloading services. The lowest WF value is shown at 9.69% on attribute 7 (clarity of information about loading and unloading) which means that this attribute is considered not too important by customers in loading and unloading services.

Hypertension is now a global problem because its prevalence continues to increase in line with lifestyle changes. Blood pressure that continues to increase causes the heart's workload to become excessive, triggering damage to blood vessels, heart failure, kidney failure, and blindness. Hypertension can be treated with non-pharmacological techniques, one of which is with morning walks. Purpose: to determine the effect of implementing morning walks on blood pressure in elderly people with hypertension in Bendungan Village, Sragen Regency. Method: This research method is a case study and descriptive research using pretest and posttest observation sheets. In this case study, the researcher used a tensimeter to measure the respondent's blood pressure, carried out for 30 minutes a week (frequency 4 times). Results: The results of the implementation showed that there was a different decrease in blood pressure between respondent 1 and respondent 2 after implementing morning walks for 30 minutes 4 times a week. Both respondents were categorized as grade 2 hypertension decreasing to degree 1 hypertension. Conclusion: The conclusion from the application results is that the rate of decrease in blood pressure in Mrs. M is greater, namely systolic pressure of 24 mmHg diastolic 1 mmHg while Ny. W decreased systolic pressure 15 mmHg diastolic 6 mmHg.

The main objective of this research is to study learning media Fingerglass human breathing simulator. Utilization of simulation models designed to resemble the human respiratory system serves as an invaluable educational tool. The aim is to facilitate a comprehensive understanding of scientific concepts, particularly in the field of natural sciences, with the ultimate goal of practical application in everyday life. By using this simulator it is hoped that students will be involved to be actively involved in the learning process, fostering a high interest in understanding the subject matter. This research took place at UPT SDN 17 Gresik for Grade 5 students. The model used is a simulator of the human respiratory system following the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. This model is based on the scientific approach to ADDIE development theory outlined by Robert Maribe Branch. The validation process for two levels of material expert validators I and II resulted in a validation level of 85% indicating that the material was included in the valid category. Likewise, the results of the validator material expert validator II show a validation level of 100% which is also included in the valid category. This implies that the contents of the learning media are relevant to the subject matter of the fifth grade Human Respiratory System in elementary school. Thus it can be concluded that the quality of the Fiberglass Learning Media Human Breathing Simulator meets valid criteria in terms of the material it contains. In addition, the student's response obtained a value of 87% indicating that the Human Breathing Simulator Fiberglass Learning Media was very suitable for use in the learning process

The growth of teenage girls change physically and psychologically. These girls tend to experience several symptoms before the menstrual phase-physical, psychological, and behavioral alteration that occur regularly during the menstrual period. The PMS symptoms that experience by teenage girls is painful cramps often accompanied by sleep quality disturbance. Poor sleep quality can affect to long-term physical disorders. This study aims to analyze the relationship between incidences of premenstrual syndrome and sleep quality among teenage girls. This study was a quantitative correlation study with a cross-sectional design. The primary data collection carried out on March 2nd-15th, 2023. The population in this study were all female students of SMPN 3 Unggul Ingin Jaya, a total of 280 students. The sampling technique used a proportional sampling technique involving 74 respondents. The Chi-Square test using univariate and bivariate statistical analysis showed the level of premenstrual syndrome among these girls experienced mild category (32.4%), moderate (37.8%), and severe (29.7%). The result also indicated that the level of sleep quality (10.8%) of respondents had good sleep quality. The rest of respondents (89.2%) had poor sleep quality. In conclusion, the result shows a relationship between PMS and sleep quality (p=0.020) of premenstrual syndrome among students at SMPN 3 Unggul Ingin Jaya, Aceh Besar. It expects that female students as respondents can utilize this study as input to enrich in-depth information if they experience premenstrual syndrome.

Pregnancy is a physiological phenomenon that begins with fertilization and ends with the birth process. During pregnancy, pregnant women experience many physical and psychological changes that cause anxiety. Anxiety can be overcome with self-hypnosis techniques for relaxation, which are carried out independently at home by incorporating positive programs, namely Five-Finger Hypnosis Therapy.This implementation design uses the case study method. The number of samples is 2 pregnant women who experience moderate anxiety and live in Jagalan Village, and the study was carried out for 3 consecutive days with a duration of 5–10 minutes using the HARS measuring instrument (Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale). The level of anxiety in both respondents before doing five-finger hypnosis on Mrs. T and Mrs. Y is included in the moderate anxiety category. After carrying out five-finger hypnosis therapy on Mrs. T and Mrs. Y, they are in the category of mild anxiety. The application of five-finger hypnosis therapy is effective in reducing anxiety levels in pregnant women in Jagalan Village.

Background of study: Diabetic ulcers is a complication of diabetes mellitus resulting from sensory, motor, autonomic neuropathy and/or vascular disorders of the limbs. One of the diabetic ulcer treatment techniques is using aloe vera gel. Aloe vera contains anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory and can repair tissue damage of diabetic ulcers. Objective: to determine changes and developments after applying aloe vera gel to diabetic ulcer wound healing. Methods: This research uses descriptive case studies by observing nursing care for diabetic ulcer patients using aloe vera gel at the Rasika Gunungkidul Wound Clinic with an application 6x and application is carried out every 2 days using the Bates-Jensen Wound Assessment Tool. Results: The results of the assessment score before application in respondent 1 score 32 points with categories wound degeneration and respondent 2 score 21 points with categories wound degeneration. After application with aloe vera gel the score on respondent 1 was 21 points with categories wound degeneration while on respondent 2 was 10 points with categories wound regenration. The two respondents had a decrease in score which indicated that the wound had progressed significantly. Conclusion: The application of aloe vera gel can be used as an effective non-pharmacological method for diabetic ulcer wound.

The problems that occur in this study are the low activities and learning outcomes of Civics content, because learning is one-way, students have difficulty understanding the material, lack of activities that build a sense of cooperation, confidence and responsibility, lack of activities that require students to think critically, lack of student involvement actively in learning and the lack of learning activities that can develop student creativity. Efforts to overcome these problems are by using the PBL learning model, Hands On Activity and Talking Stick. The purpose of this research is to increase student learning activities and outcomes. The subjects of this study were fifth grade students at SDN Telaga Biru 6 Banjarmasin, which consisted of 30 students consisting of 12 boys and 18 girls. The method used is a qualitative approach with the type of PTK and using qualitative data obtained through observing the activities of educators and students, while quantitative data through student learning outcomes from individual written test results. These results show that the acquisition of educator activities at meeting IV obtained a score of 31 in the "Very Good" category. Student activity reaches 97% and learning outcomes have reached an indicator of success, namely ≥81. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that using a combination of Problem Based Learning, Hands On Activity, and Talking Stick can increase student activity and learning outcomes.

Background; Blood pressure can be said to be normal depending on a person's age and daily activities. Based on data from the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2019 shows around 1.13 million people in the world have hypertension. Non-pharmacological methods of reduction are by exercise, one of which is hypertensive gymnastics. Tera gymnastics is a physical and mental exercise combined with motion. Tera gymnastics has many benefits, one of which is improving heart conditions and blood circulation and can control blood pressure. Purpose; Knowing the results of the application of tera gymnastics on blood pressure in the elderly in Sragen Wetan District. Method; This research design uses a case study method with a descriptive research method on hypertensive elderly using a spygmomanometer. Result; Blood pressure before the application of tera gymnastics in respondents was included in the category of Grade I hypertension. There were differences in the development of blood pressure in the elderly with hypertension before and after the tera gymnastics intervention became Grade I hypertension. Conclusion; There are differences in development before and after tera gymnastics in the elderly with hypertension.

The problems that occur in this study are low activity and learning outcomes in Mathematics content, due to the use of limited learning media, learning is less interesting and less fun because learning models and methods are less varied, students are still hesitant in expressing opinions about the material. Efforts are made by implementing learning with a combination of PBL, TGT and Improve models. This study aims to increase the activity and student learning outcomes. This research was centered on fourth grade students at SDN Telaga Biru 6 Banjarmasin, totaling 25 students. The research method used is a qualitative approach with the type of Classroom Action Research (CAR). The data used are qualitative data obtained through observing the activities of teachers and students, while quantitative data is through student learning outcomes from individual written test results. The results showed that the combination of the PBL, TGT and Improve models at the fourth meeting showed that the teacher's activity obtained a score of 92 in the very good category. Student activities get a score of 91 in the very good category. Cognitive, affective and psychomotor completeness learning outcomes reached 88%. Based on the results showed that the combination of Problem Based Learning, Teams Games Tournament and Improve models could increase the activity of teachers, students, and student learning outcomes in Mathematics content.

This research was structured with the aim of improving student learning outcomes through quantum teaching learning regarding the excretory system in science learning in Class VIII-E students of SMP Negeri 20 Tasikmalaya. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR), in which the teacher is the executor of learning while the researcher is the observer. The research design uses the Kemmis and Mc. Taggart. This research was conducted in the even semester of the 2021/2022 school year, namely in March. The subjects of this study were students of Class VIII-E at SMP Negeri 20 Tasikmalaya which consisted of 33 students. The object of research is the active learning of students. Data collection techniques using observation and interviews. Data were analyzed descriptively and presented in the form of tables and graphs. The results showed that there was an increase in the active learning of students, namely in the first cycle an average of 74 (good category) and in the second cycle 81 (very good category), meaning that the learning outcomes in cycle II had fulfilled the Minimum Completeness Criteria of 75. This means there was an increase of 9.54%. Thus the use of the quantum teaching learning model regarding the excretory system in science learning can increase the learning activity of Class VIII-E students of SMP Negeri 20 Tasikmalaya.

This study aims to, (1) To find out the skills of writing procedural texts without using the mind mapping method in class VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Siantar in the 2022/2023 Academic Year. (2) To find out the skills of writing procedural texts using the mind mapping method in class VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Siantar in the 2022/2023 Academic Year. (3) To find out the effect of the mind mapping method on the skills of writing procedural texts in class VII students of Siantar 1 Middle School in the 2022/2023 Academic Year. The population in this study was students from VII SMP Negeri 1 Siantar with a sample size of 30 students using the Mind Mapping method. The instruments used in this study were writing procedural text contents, writing procedural text structures, writing procedural text writing rules and language features of procedural texts. The method used in this research is one group pretest-posttest. Data analysis techniques use analysis requirements tests, normality tests, and hypothesis tests. The research results during the pretest obtained an average of 60.47, and were included in the sufficient category. Meanwhile, the results of the posttest research obtained an average score of 88 and were included in the very good category. Through testing the hypothesis, namely tcount > ttable, namely 8.5047 > 2.0484, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence from the use of the Mind Mapping method on the Writing Skills of Procedure Text in Class VII Students of SMP Negeri 1 Siantar.
