This study aims to statistically prove the effect of Self Efficacy, Locus Of Control, and Work Environment on Warehouse Employee Performance. The sample method used in this study using this study is Non probability using Saturated Samples. The sample in this study was all employees of PT Cipta Krida Bahari Surabaya Warehouse totaling 84 respondents. The primary data obtained were analyzed by multiple regression analysis test through the SPSS 26 program. The results of this study show that partially Self Efficacy, Locus Of Control, and Work Environment have a significant effect on the performance of PT Cipta Krida Bahari Warehouse employees. Then simultaneously Self Efficacy, Locus Of Control, and Work Environment have a significant effect on the performance of PT Cipta Krida Bahari Warehouse employees.

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of work motivation factors consisting of compensation, promotion and work environment on employee performance at the Banjar City Transportation Agency. The formulation of the problem posed in this study is as follows: 1. How does compensation affect employee performance? 2. How does promotion affect employee performance? 3. How does the work environment affect employee performance? 4. How does the effect of compensation, promotion and work environment simultaneously on the performance of employees at the Banjar City Transportation Service? The method used in this study uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, literature, and documentation. With a research sample of 56 employees and data analysis used through statistical tests of correlation and multiple regression using SPSS version 26.00 for windows. The research results show: 1). Compensation tends to be good and employee performance is high, so that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the compensation, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Transportation Service. 2). Promotion tends to be good and employee performance is high, so promotion has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the promotion, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Transportation Service. 3). The work environment tends to be good and employee performance is high, so that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the work environment, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Transportation Service 4). Compensation, promotion and work environment tend to be good and employee performance is high, so compensation, promotion and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This study is entitled to determine the effect of Work Discipline, Work environment and Leadership Models on Work Loyalty. In this research using quantitative methods. The sample in this study were Proseecing employees at PT Syngenta Seed Indonesia PIER, Pasuruan Regency with a sample size of 106 respondents who were taken using a purposive sampling saturated. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. To obtain the test results in this study, validity and reliability tests were carried out, classical assumption tests were normality and heroscedasticity tests, and then hypothesis testing was carried out. The results of this study show that the results of the Determination Test (R2) for the variable Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Work Environment and Leadership Model have an effect on Work Loyalty of 0.446 or the equivalent percentage value of 46.3%, while the remaining 55.4% is influenced by other variables . For the significant level, namely the the Work Environment variable has a nt significant effect  Work Loyalty, while the Work Discipline variable has significant effect on Work Loyalty, and the Leadership Model variable has significant effect on Work Loyalty,

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload, work environment, and work motivation on the performance of employees at PT. Satria Nusantara Sakti. This study uses a quantitative approach with the category of causal associative research. The population in this study are employees of PT. Satria Nusantara Sakti as many as 35 people, with the entire population being sampled. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 22 program. The results showed that workload had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the study also show that workload, work environment, and work motivation simultaneously influence employee performance.

Based on the results of the study it can be seen that workload and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance Ciamis Spatial Planning and Land Public Works Office. Workload partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Ciamis Spatial Planning and Land Public Works Office. The work environment partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Ciamis Spatial Planning and Land Public Works Office.

This research was conducted with the aim to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of Workload and Competence on the Work Performance of the Public Housing Office of the Residential and Environmental Areas of Ciamis Regency. The research method used is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 165 employees and a sample of 55 employees.The sampling technique used is Non-Probability Sampling (Departmental Sampling). Test data in this study include validity tests, reliability tests, and classical assumption tests. The data analysis tool used is multiple regression, correlation coefficient, and determination coefficient. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that Workload and Competence simultaneously have a significant effect on Office Work Performance Public Housing Residential and Environmental Areas of Ciamis Regency. Workload partially has a significant effect on the Work Performance of the Public Housing Office for Residential Areas and the Environment in Ciamis Regency. Competence partially has a significant effect on the Work Performance of the Public Housing Office for Settlement Areas and the Environment in Ciamis Regency.

The aim of this paper is to highlight the role of Lextutor an online software for achieving educational objectives. Lextutor is an online resource which presents a new teaching-learning environment and also offers a variety of activities for educators and learners to use it in English vocabulary classroom and to nurture independent learning. Since vocabulary becomes very fundamental in language learning, both speaking and writing and independent learning is currently popular and needs to be developed, educators and learners can use wordlists, online concordance and dictionary, and texts, which can be accessed in the available programs. In addition, Lextutor also serves database to store the work and view the others’ work. Most importantly, this online software comes up with the transformation to change the traditional setting of learning by giving inputs on DDL learning. It is expected that learners can be more independent and active in learning, enabling greater motivation and deeper learning. This paper reviews literature and gives scholarly background by reviewing some contributions and concepts made by experts in the related field. Furthermore, some benefits of using Lextutor are found in this research.

Background: Schizophrenia is a psychiatric disorder that affects the work of the brain. The resulting disorders can attack thoughts, perceptions, emotions, movements, and behaviors. Based on the records of the Indonesian Ministry of Health in 2019, the prevalence in Indonesia with the highest psychiatric disorders is found in Bali and Yogyakarta Provinces with each prevalence showing 11.1% and 10.4% per 1000 with people with schizophrenia / psychosis. One of the therapies to reduce anxiety in schizophrenic patients with hallucinations is environmental therapy using drawing methods. Objective: To know the results of the implementation of occupational therapy drawing on the decrease in signs and symptoms of hallucinations in patients with hallucinatory sensory perception disorders. Method: applying sensory stimulation therapy applied to 2 patients in the form of a case study. Results: After the application of occupational therapy, both respondents experienced a decrease in hallucination scores, with a total score of 14 and 5 classified as moderate hallucinations. Conclusion: Based on the data obtained, both respondents experienced a development that was originally classified as a very severe hallucination to moderate hallucination.

The issue discussed in this service is to promote community service in literacy learning for children in the community in Kalangsurya village, Karawang district, West Java, Indonesia. The focus in this service is literacy in the form of tutoring for children in the Kalangsurya village environment, Karawang. The limitations discussed in this community service are the literacy of children in the village of Kalangsurya, Karawang in learning. The approach in this service is implementive and 'problem solving'. The purpose of this Community Service activity is to increase children's ability to learn so that children can be assisted and at the same time experience an increase in understanding the content of learning that they are not yet capable of. The benefit of this service is to help children learn subjects that children do in understanding subjects that children have not been able to solve in working on issues or subject topics that children have not been able to solve when studying. The result of this service is that the children are very enthusiastic and experience an increase in learning. The conclusions in this service show that this service with tutoring is very helpful for children in understanding the content of lessons in the village of Kalangsurya, Karawang.

Performance is the output or final result of work done by employees in a certain period, the work done by employees must be in accordance with the provisions set by the organization for their employees. This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously or partially of the Communication variable and the Work Environment variable on the measured performance. The population used in this study was 50 employees of the Cikalong Health Center. The method used in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Sample selection using saturated samples. The sample used is the entire population, namely 50 employees of the Cikalong Health Center. Sources of data in this study are secondary data and primary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 26. Based on the results of the study it is concluded that communication and the work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on performance. Communication partially has a significant effect on performance. The work environment partially has a significant effect on performance.

Basically Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is manifested in the social role of a company or Limited Liability Company (PT) towards the company's internal environment, namely the welfare of its workers' lives. The existence of a level of welfare for workers is one way or strategy that can increase the participation of workers, motivation and loyalty of the workers. This problem is included in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies and in addition to the Law Number 25 of 2007 concerning Investment (UUPM) Article 34, namely "companies that invest in are required to implement CSR" to create conditions that are harmonious, balanced and in accordance with the environment, norms, and culture, as well as the Law that regulates the Social Security System and which establishes the Employment Social Security Administering Agency as an institution that regulates all labor guarantees for all Indonesian people, namely BPJS employment. The purpose of this writing is; 1). Providing a form of CSR responsibility to the company for the welfare of the workers; 2). Implement sanctions given to companies if they do not carry out CSR responsibilities to employees. This method uses writing in the form of normative legal methods or in legal research literature from the results of a study, there is one main thing that can be concluded. Namely, there are several rules that regulate corporate social responsibility, there is a law on State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN), an investment law and a social security law. a requirement for CSR that has the potential to cause multiple interpretations in practice, because not all laws that have regulated and contain rules that are subject to sanctions in it.

This study aims to determine the application of standard costs, raw material costs, labor costs, and overhead costs at PT.Bibit Alam Sampoerna. The object of this study is the financial statements of the company administration for every transaction that comes out and costs, PT.Bibit Alam Sampoerna is a company engaged in Freshwater lobster cultivating services. The tools used in this research are interviews used as a data collection technique if the researcher wants to conduct preliminary studies to find problems that must be investigated or want to know things from respondents who are more in-depth and in a slightly small number of respondents. And observation is the most basic way to obtain information about social phenomena through the process of observation. Direct observation regarding the work environment and production processes from raw materials to finished product processes. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive quantitative. Researchers will analyze the data in the form of costs in the production activities of PT. Seed Alam Sampoerna regarding the cost of production. Collecting Data, Identifying Company Standard Costs, Separating these costs based on cost behavior, namely variable costs incurred in the production process, Analysis of raw material costs, Analysis of labor costs, Analysis of factory overhead costs, Calculating the cost of production using the calculation according to researcher. After the company determines the standard cost of production costs, the company can carry out its production activities in accordance with its production goals. The standard cost set is a guideline or measure for each production cost that will be incurred. Research results To increase the effectiveness of production cost control, companies must implement a standard cost system which is used as a guideline for production costs.

There are several things that can affect performance, namely the work environment, work discipline and work motivation. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of the work environment and work discipline on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable at UD. Eko Plastik. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to UD. Eko Plastik employees. The population in this study are all employees of UD. Eko Plastik. The sample of this research was 250 people using saturated sample technique. The data analysis technique uses SEMPLS with the help of the SmartPLS program. The results of this reseacrh are that the work environment has a direct positive and significant effect on work motivation, work discipline has a direct positive and significant effect on work motivation, the work environment has a direct positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a direct positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a direct positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has a positive and significant indirect effect on employee performance through work motivation, work discipline has an indirect positive and significant effect on employee performance through work motivation.    

This study aims to examine work discipline, work environment, influence on employee performance, and to test work discipline, work environment, influence employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The population in this study are employees at CV. Fajar Mojokerto Printing. The sampling technique used the saturated sampling method and obtained a sample of 100 employees. Data analysis used descriptive statistics and inferential statistics using SmartPLS 3.2.9 as a testing tool. The results showed that work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance, work environment has a positive effect on employee performance, work discipline has a negative effect on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable, work environment has a positive effect on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable, job satisfaction positive effect on employee performance.  

Educational supervision is a very important thing to do to improve the quality of education. Teacher performance is a result of work achieved by a teacher in carrying out the tasks assigned to him based on skills, experience, and sincerity as well as time.The research method in this thesis is a descriptive qualitative approach, data collection can use primary data sources and secondary data sources, data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation.The results of the study show that the supervisory role of the school principal in improving teacher performance at Nurul Falah Islamic Middle School Mangaran Situbondo is to provide guidance to teachers related to theoretical and practical learning, involve teachers in training, provide opportunities for teachers to take part in various education and training at the cluster or sub-district level regularly, subject teacher deliberations (MGMP), supervising teacher deliberations (MGP), and teacher working groups (KKG), as well as seminar workshop discussions, and provision of learning resources. providing motivation to teachers, collaborating with foundations that oversee the Nurul Falah Islamic Middle School Mangaran Situbondo, school committees, and the community. The motivation of school principals in improving teacher performance at Nurul Falah Islamic Middle School Mangaran Situbondo through regulation of the physical environment, regulation of the work atmosphere, discipline, applying the principles of rewards and punishments.      

One of the work programs of KKN students batch 56 batch 20 UIN KH. Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan is an ecoprint. The target of this activity is elementary school children and their age. This study aims to determine the application of children's creativity by utilizing natural potential through ecoprint activities and learning reflection tools that can create environmentally friendly products. The method used in this research is planting, socialization, and direct practice. This research took place in a collaborative manner which was attended by elementary school children and led by the KKN 56 Team of 20 UIN KH. Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan. Observations in this study were carried out directly by observing elementary school children's activities in the coloring process using ecoprinting techniques and observing how ecoprinting activities can stimulate children's skills and creativity. Data collection is done by observation and documentation. The results of the study show that coloring activities using the ecoprint technique are learning innovations for children by utilizing natural potential to explore skills and creativity in children. In addition, natural materials that are around children can be an inspiration for children to learn how to create new products that are environmentally friendly.  

The purpose of this study is to determine the flow of work processes in the warehouse from the inbound, inventory and outbound processes, follow mentoring held every week by doing post test and pre test mentoring, and identify opportunities for improvement in the warehouse in an effort to reduce waste. The research method used by the author in this study is continuous improvement, or kaizen. The results showed that almost about 50% of the writers' activities at PT. DSV Solution Indonesia deals with labeling products with K3L (Safety, Occupational Health &; Environment) labels. This product labeling activity requires a level of accuracy and concentration so that the goods labeled are in accordance with the established category. The products labeled are footware or footwear products such as shoes or sandals. Both shoes and sandals each have an identical number of different K3L labels, not only that each category of product type is then distinguished again according to the origin or origin of the product made. The origin of products that go through the K3L label stage usually comes from Indonesia, Vietnam, and China. So for the number of identical numbers, the K3L label amounts to 6 according to the category of origin and also the type of product.

This study aims to determine the effect of the variables of morale, work environment, work skills, teamwork, work climate on the work productivity of UMKM Batik Tulis Seruni Purwodadi employees. The population in this study was 150 employees, the sample that was determined in this study was 109 employees using a saturated sample. This study uses SPSS to answer the main facts by using a list of questionnaires that have been answered by respondents. The findings of this study are that work enthusiasm has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of UMKM Batik Tulis Seruni Purwodadi employees, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of UMKM Batik Tulis Seruni Purwodadi employees, work skills have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of UMKM Batik Tulis Seruni employees Purwodadi, teamwork has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of UMKM Batik Tulis Seruni Purwodadi, the work climate has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of UMKM employees Batik Tulis Seruni Purwodadi  

The purpose of this research is to describe and find out the moral values ​​contained in the collection of short stories by Ustad Salim Menangis by Budi Maryono. This study uses a qualitative method. The approach used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach and sociology of literature. The data collection technique used in this study was listening, reading, and taking notes. The technique of presenting research data uses informal techniques. The data analysis technique used in this research is content analysis. The results of the study show that there is a moral value contained in the collection of short stories by Ustad Salim Crying by Budi Maryono. There are three types of moral values, namely the human relationship with oneself, the human relationship with God, and the human relationship with the social sphere and the natural environment. The moral values ​​of human relations with oneself include working hard, promising, having principles, responsibility, managing time, never giving up, awareness, regret, and self-improvement. The moral values ​​of human relations with God include praying, trusting God, worshiping God, second chances from God, sacrifice, and surrender. The moral values ​​of human relations with the social sphere and the natural environment include caring, helping, loving, respecting, family responsibilities, advice, helping each other, establishing hospitality, and mother's love.
