Identifying the influence of work life balance and burnout on employee job satisfaction at You n Me Store in Cirebon City. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a relationship between work life balance, burnout, and employee job satisfaction at the store. Thus, this study aims to provide a better understanding of the factors that affect employee job satisfaction and how management can improve better working conditions for their employees. The type of research used in this study is an association study. Population and Sample. Data Collection Techniques, Literature review Work life balance and burnout have a significant positive influence on employee job satisfaction at You n Me Store Cirebon City. Work life balance partially has a positive and significant influence of 53.6% on employee job satisfaction. Burnout partially has a positive and significant influence of 39% on employee job satisfaction. The results of hypothesis testing show that the burnout variable partially has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction Work life balance and burnout have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at You n Me Store Cirebon City. Work life balance partially has a positive and significant effect of 53.6% on employee job satisfaction. Burnout partially has a positive and significant effect of 39% on employee job satisfaction.

The Society 5.0 era is marked by the integration of digital technology in various aspects of life, including the tourism sector. Rapid technological changes, shifting tourist trends and diverse demands from tourists require the tourism sector to adapt according to the demands of the times so that answers are needed to the challenges faced by human resources in the tourism sector in the 5.0 era. This study uses a qualitative approach with a systematic literature review method. The literature approach related to tourism HR challenges was searched comprehensively using relevant keywords in searches through various online databases. The literature selection process was carried out by considering the reputation of the journal and the recency of the publication (last 7 years) and analyzed in depth using the content analysis method. The conclusion from the research findings is that the human resource challenges in the tourism sector in the era of Society 5.0 are: employee turnover trends, developing digital skills, diversity and inclusion, adopting new technology, work-life balance and developing partnerships with educational institutions. The implication of these findings is the importance of tourism sector business actors taking strategic steps in responding to human resource challenges so that the tourism sector remains relevant to current conditions and remains competitive in the Society 5.0 era.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri, pengembangan karir, dan work-life balance terhadap kinerja pegawai BLU UPTD Trans Semarang. Objek penelitian adalah pegawai BLU UPTD Trans Semarang pada bagian kepegawaian administrasi dengan ukuran sampel 86 pegawai dengan menggunakan teknik stratified proportional sampling dari jumlah penduduk 109 pegawai. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh primer melalui penyebaran kuesioner (angket). Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan software SmartPLS versi 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel efikasi diri, pengembangan karir, dan work-life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy, career development, and work-life balance on the performance of BLU UPTD Trans Semarang employees. The object of the research was BLU UPTD Trans Semarang employees in the administrative staff section with a sample size of 86 employees using stratified proportional sampling technique from a population of 109 employees. The data in this study were obtained primary through the distribution of questionnaires (questionnaires). The data analysis method used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis technique with SmartPLS software version 3. The results showed that the variables of self-efficacy, career development, and work-life balance have a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

This study investigates the impact of parental leave policies on family well-being and work-life balance. By comparing parental leave durations, compensation rates, and eligibility criteria across various countries, the research explores how different policies affect parental mental health, family bonding, and gender equality in the workplace. Findings suggest that comprehensive parental leave policies contribute to stronger family bonds and reduced stress, benefiting both parents and children.

work stress is becoming an increasingly important issue in the workplace safety (K3) perspective. Factors that influence work stress have a significant impact on employee health and organizational productivity. This study aims to identify and analyze the factors that contribute to the level of work stress and its impact on K3. The research method used is a literature study that investigates various factors that can cause work stress, including excessive workload, role conflict, lack of control over work, lack of social support, job insecurity, and unsafe working conditions. In addition, the impact of work stress on K3 has also been analyzed, including an increased risk of work accidents, reduced attention span, and increased risk of physical and mental illness. Research shows that factors such as high job demands, lack of job control, and unsafe work environments contribute significantly to workplace stress levels. In addition, work stress also negatively affects K3, increasing the risk of accidents and occupational diseases. The practical implications of these findings are that organizations can influence workplace stress through intervention programs such as stress management training, encouraging work-life balance, increasing social support, and improving managed work conditions. Therefore, these initiatives not only improve K3 and employee well-being, but also help improve productivity and performance throughout the organization.

In today's human resource management, increasing employee satisfaction is an important focus for companies. By paying attention to employee job satisfaction, namely by understanding and meeting employee needs, companies tend to have higher productivity and better employee retention. The purpose of this research is to analyze the significant influence of organizational culture, work-life balance and individual characteristics simultaneously on the employee job satisfaction of PT Abadikurnia Citrarasa in Surabaya. This research uses a quantitative approach using multiple regression analysis because the data used is in the form of a questionnaire with a total of 72 respondents. The research results showed that partially organizational culture, work-life balance and individual characteristics have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Abadikurnia Citrarasa. Simultaneously, organizational culture, work-life balance and individual characteristics have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Abadikurnia citrarasa in Surabaya.

In an effort to enhance the relevance of learning and student engagement, the integration of events into the Social Science curriculum (IPS) has been the focus of attention. This research will examine methods and outcomes related to the integration of current events into the IPS curriculum and how it affects learning. By analyzing relevant literature, this study shows that integrating current events has great potential to improve students' understanding of IPS concepts, their motivation to learn, and their level of involvement in the learning process. Moreover, integrating recent events can help create a learning environment that is closer to the student's everyday life. However, issues such as the availability of resources and the balance between local and global issues must be addressed in order to integrate current events. The results of this study have significant consequences for those working in the field of education, especially IPS teachers in designing learning strategies that can enhance the relevance and involvement of students in IPS learning.

Environmental conservation has an important role in our environment, some of which are maintaining the balance of nature and improving the quality of human life. Disruption of environmental conservation will cause adecline in these functions. This independent Community Service (PKM) activity aims to educate and socialize environmental conservation programs to the Student Nature Lovers organization (SISPALA). This activity was carried out using a lecture method and continued with changing plastic waste into new, useful items. The enthusiasm of SISPALA members in maintaining and preserving the environment is very high and they work together to carry out waste recycling activities.

Organizational culture plays a crucial role in shaping employee mental health. This study aims to examine the relationship between organizational culture and employee mental well-being in the modern workplace. The hypothesis posits that a positive, supportive culture correlates with better mental health outcomes. A quantitative survey was conducted among 200 employees using validated psychological scales and organizational culture inventories. Statistical analysis revealed that employees in organizations with open communication, appreciation, and work-life balance programs reported lower stress and higher job satisfaction. The results highlight the importance of fostering a healthy organizational culture to promote employee well-being and organizational productivity. The study concludes that investing in positive cultural practices is essential for sustainable mental health in the workplace.

This research aims to find out the parents' strategies in educating and developing children from early childhood to adulthood and the role of parents in balancing work and family or work life balance in daily life. The results of this study indicate that parents have several obstacles and factors in implementing the concept of work life balance, but have one strategy, namely authoritative parenting. Patterns that are combined between Authoritarian Parenting and Pessimistic Parenting. This can be seen from the 2 dimensions given, namely the Control and Warmth Dimensions, this process must also be carried out consistently and responsibly so that it is well implemented. The research uses qualitative methods with descriptive research types. With secondary data sources through national and international journal articles and using other sources such as online media, social media (youtube, instagram, facebook, and twitter). From the results mentioned, it can be concluded that work and personal life as well as the role of parents in educating children are the most important things in order to create a golden generation, where generations are able to provide polite attitudes, carry out responsibilities for work and personal life, and the most important thing is that children are able to become people who carry out all their activities in the social environment properly

Nutritional problems, especially stunting, cannot only be intervened in in the first thousand days of life (1000 HPK). Therefore, various efforts need to be made to prevent this nutritional problem from being overcome. One effort that can be made is nutritional education for parents and children in the community. This educational activity is part of community service activities which aim to increase the knowledge and attitudes of mothers and children in implementing the consumption of balanced nutritious food in children from an early age. This is an effort to prevent and overcome ongoing stunting at school age in the Working Area of ​​the Labuan Badas Community Health Center, Labuan Badas Village, Sumbawa. The intervention method used to achieve this goal was by holding interactive education using the counseling method which was carried out door to door for 39 participants.

In the dynamic technology business landscape, the key levers of success are human resources. This research examines the critical role of human resource management (HRM) in improving the performance of technology-based organizations. Through literature exploration and case studies, this research identifies six key HRM functions that contribute to performance: (1) strategic recruitment and selection to attract and retain skilled technology talent, (2) continuous development and learning to equip employees with relevant technology skills, (3) creation of innovative and collaborative work culture, (4) effective performance management systems to drive accountability and goal achievement, (5) competitive compensation and incentive strategies to motivate and retain employees, and (6) health and wellness programs that prioritize work-life balance and employee satisfaction. This research highlights the importance of technology integration in HRM, such as the use of digital recruitment platforms, online learning systems, and data analysis tools for data-driven decision-making. The findings show that proactive and adaptive HRM, which focuses on talent development, creation of a supportive work environment, and strategic use of technology, significantly improves the performance of technology-based organizations. This research offers practical insights for HRM practitioners and leaders of technology organizations to harness the potential of human resources and achieve competitive advantage in the digital age.

This Community Service Program aims to provide information about the legal protection of doctors, and health workers in providing optimal health services. The results of community service outline various factors such as workload, availability of medical facilities and equipment, as well as policies that value work-life balance, into important aspects discussed. In overcoming the challenges of high workloads and maintaining quality of services, it is important for hospitals and relevant stakeholders to create a supportive environment, including providing adequate facilities and implementing policies that take into account doctors' work-life and personal life balance. The benefits of this program provide richer insight into legal protection issues and convenience in practicing medicine in hospitals and their impact on the quality of health services provided by doctors.

This article discusses the development of harmonious living between religious communities in order to create peace in society. The country of Indonesia indeed consists of various diversity starting from ethnicity, culture, ethnicity, religion. However, behind this diversity, various conflicts between religious communities have emerged. However, looking at the conflicts that occur in the current era, society has become divided among itself. To be able to realize peace between religious communities is an effort to restore the essence of religion and foster an attitude of tolerance and living in harmony. Tolerance plays an important role in building society and harmony is a condition where a person or group lives together peacefully, harmoniously and with mutual respect for each other. Harmony involves mutual understanding, tolerance, and the ability to resolve conflicts in a peaceful manner. Peace between religious communities is an important aspect in creating a peaceful and just world. This effort involves all parties working together to achieve the common goal of creating harmony between religious communities. The main goal of peace between religious communities is to overcome differences in religious beliefs and practices to build an inclusive and tolerant society. The concepts of harmony and tolerance are often the basis for creating a balanced and sustainable social life. Harmony is very important to create a peaceful and thriving environment.

  This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of burnout, work life balance, and non-physical work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT Idea Global Indo. This research uses quantitative methods with non-probability sampling techniques with purposive sampling methods. The number of polulations was 40 employees and a sample of 32 staff. The analysis technique used is the research instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination (R2 ) which is processed using the SPSS software program version 25.0. Based on the results of the study, it is concluded that partially burnout does not have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction obtained Sig. 0.425> 0.05 with a tcount value < ttabel , namely -0.809 < 2.048. The work life balance variable partially has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction obtained Sig value. 0.032 ttabel value, namely 2.255> 2.048. Non-physical work environment variables partially have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction obtained Sig value. 0.001 ttabel value, namely 3.731> 2.293. Burnout, work life balance, and non-physical work environment variables simultaneously have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction obtained Sig value 0.001 < 0.05 with the value of Fcount > Ftabel which is 7,671 > 2.95.

This study aims to determine : (1) The Effect Of Work Life Balance On The Performance Of Employees Of The Kolaka District Environmental Service Office. (2) The Effect Of Work Discipline On The Performance Of Employees Of The Kolaka District Environmental Service Office. This study used a quantitative method approach. The sample in this study amounted to43 respondents using the sampling technique, namely the census. Research instrument testing using validity test and reliability test with SPSS 24.00.The research data analysis technique uses the Structural Equating Modeling (SEM-PLS) method with Smart PLS 4.0. Based on the results of this study, it can be seen that the work life balance variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance as shown by the T-Statistic value of 2.814 and P-values of 0.002, and work discipline variables have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance as shown by the T-Statistic value of 2.266 and P-values of 0.012.

This journal discusses student KKN activities at UNRI SUKAJADI VILLAGE, which is in Sukajadi Village, Bukit Batu District, Bengkalis Regency. Nowadays, cleanliness is considered trivial, so many local people don't care about cleanliness. Even though cleanliness is very important in life, both for health and the environment. Cleanliness affects health, as does the environment. A clean and healthy environment also improves the quality of life, fresh air, clean water and beautiful nature can improve physical and mental well-being. A healthy environment is the key to balance in an ecosystem. So the Kukerta group built the Sukajadi village and created a mutual cooperation work program at Datuk Laksamana gate. The aim of this work program is to raise public awareness about the environment because the environment is the key to creating a better, healthier and more sustainable world for all living creatures. Protecting the environment is our shared responsibility for future generations. Apart from that, the Sukajadi village community can overcome and invite the local community to clean around the Datuk Laksamana gate because cleaning the road at the Datuk gate is a simple but very important action that can have a big positive impact on human health and the environment.

The present study explores the implementation of talent management at Anak Langit Educational Institution, aiming to design a comprehensive talent management framework tailored to the organization's unique needs. The research uses a qualitative approach to identify talent criteria, assess selection methods, and examine on-boarding, development, and retention practices. The findings reveal that Anak Langit demonstrates a strong commitment to shaping a 'rabbani' generation through structured talent management practices. The institution actively engages in recruitment using various methods, including social media promotion and campus relations. Talent development primarily consists of workshops and training programs, with opportunities for individual skill enhancement. Performance evaluation extends beyond job performance to personal development and interpersonal skills. In talent retention efforts, Anak Langit provides informal appreciation, support, and work-life balance programs. However, the study suggests opportunities for further development, such as the creation of detailed talent management guidelines for transparency and effectiveness. The comprehensive talent management framework proposed includes specific talent criteria, a Talent Development Center, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) implementation, and flexible individual development plans, ensuring a structured, flexible, and individual-focused approach.
