Construction workers are often exposed to high risks of injury and illness due to potentially dangerous work environments. Therefore, the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is very important to protect them from various threats on construction sites. Literature research conducted in recent years has provided consistent evidence regarding the benefits and importance of using PPE in the construction industry. Various types of PPE, such as safety helmets, safety shoes, protective eyewear, respirators, and gloves, have been shown to be effective in reducing the risk of physical injury and exposure to hazardous materials. Literature studies also show that implementing strict policies related to the use of PPE can reduce the rate of work accidents and work-related illnesses. In addition, proper training and awareness of the importance of occupational safety have been proven to increase worker compliance with the use of PPE. Factors such as adequate availability of PPE, strict standards, a strong safety culture, supervision, and ongoing education are key elements in ensuring effective use of PPE and improving occupational safety in construction workplaces. Therefore, continued emphasis on the correct and consistent use of PPE is a must in efforts to maintain the safety and health of construction workers throughout the world.

The coffee concentrate production process is still classified as not having good K3 due to the lack of appropriate personal protective equipment and good organization. This research is a qualitative research. Primary data itself consists of production data, including production flow. Through research related to Occupational Safety and Health carried out in the Aroma Kahuripan production process, it was found that there were several risks of work accidents that could occur. The potential for work accidents in the coffee powder cooking process has a priority risk level of 1, which indicates that it requires immediate treatment. Handling potential work accidents requires an appropriate K3 system. Suggestions for reducing the potential for accidents include personal protective equipment, designing workstations and additional equipment, as well as regular checks. With this proposal, companies can reduce the potential for work accidents.

In Indonesia, almost every year train accidents occur which result in casualties and considerable material losses. The factors that cause train accidents are human resources, facilities, infrastructure and environmental factors. The method used in this study is the measurement of the level of fatigue that occurs in machinists and assistant machinists using the fatigue index calculator and for measuring the quality of sleep whether good or not using the Pitsburgh sleep quality index questionnaire. Data collection is divided into two parts, namely the collection of working time data from machinists and assistant machinists to determine the level of fatigue and the collection of data from the distribution of questionnaires to determine sleep quality. Working time data is the schedule of machinists and assistant machinists every day which will then be calculated the level of fatigue using the fatigue index calculator. For the calculation of sleep quality, the Pitsburgh sleep quality questionnaire was distributed to 62 respondents. From the results of the calculation of the fatigue index calculator for machinists and assistant machinists every day, it is found that the fatigue index value varies for each day. This can also be seen from the results of the calculation of the standard deviation for 62 respondents which ranges between the value of 6 or 7. The results of the calculation of the sleep quality index showed that 84% of machinists and assistant machinists have a good sleep quality.

The accident at the smelter furnace at PT Indonesia Morowali Industrial Park (PT IMIP) raised questions about work safety at the company. It is known that there is negligence in implementing Occupational Safety and Health (K3) regulations at PT IMIP, especially regarding the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) whose quality and use does not comply with PPE standards. PT IMIP failed to ensure that PT Indonesia Thingshan Stainless Stell (ITSS) complied with K3 regulations, which resulted in a fatal accident, namely the explosion of the smelter furnace which resulted in 51 victims. Based on the results of research using normative juridical methods, it is stated that PT IMIP must be responsible for the accident, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, namely Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Employment, Law Number 1 of 1970 concerning Safety Work, and other derivative regulations. This incident emphasizes PT IMIP's negligence regarding the importance of implementing K3 regulations and the company's responsibility for work safety. Although compensation has been provided to the victim's family, improvements in the K3 system are expected to prevent similar accidents in the future.

work stress is becoming an increasingly important issue in the workplace safety (K3) perspective. Factors that influence work stress have a significant impact on employee health and organizational productivity. This study aims to identify and analyze the factors that contribute to the level of work stress and its impact on K3. The research method used is a literature study that investigates various factors that can cause work stress, including excessive workload, role conflict, lack of control over work, lack of social support, job insecurity, and unsafe working conditions. In addition, the impact of work stress on K3 has also been analyzed, including an increased risk of work accidents, reduced attention span, and increased risk of physical and mental illness. Research shows that factors such as high job demands, lack of job control, and unsafe work environments contribute significantly to workplace stress levels. In addition, work stress also negatively affects K3, increasing the risk of accidents and occupational diseases. The practical implications of these findings are that organizations can influence workplace stress through intervention programs such as stress management training, encouraging work-life balance, increasing social support, and improving managed work conditions. Therefore, these initiatives not only improve K3 and employee well-being, but also help improve productivity and performance throughout the organization.

Awareness of potential hazards, risks of accidents, and the need for preventive measures is a must to create a safe and healthy working environment for all workers.  The choice to implement a hydrant system is seen as an effective preventive measure in addressing potential fire risks, which are a major threat to the warehouse environment.  Thus, this research planning has not only a purely academic purpose, but also seeks to make practical contributions to strengthening the application of the Principles of Occupational Safety and Health in the industrial sector.  The planning research was done by jumping directly into the field and the data source was obtained from interviews with local authorities.  This research describes the design of the hydrant system in order to be able and meet the safety standards set by the NPFA. The results of the conservation of the warehouse of PT. Putraduta Buanasentosa then the author was able to describe the building based on the construction of the building. The warehouse PT. Putraduta Buanasentoza requires hydrant boxes of 6 pieces. The water requirements for the fire protection system based on NFPA have been calculated by considering the building size as well as the risk of fire with hydrant 6 pieces and 1 hydrant pillar, requires 4800 liters of water/minute and to extinguish the fire in the event of a fire requires a time of 15 minutes where the required water requirements in 15 minutes is 72.000 litres of water.

Legal protection and human rights for workers are basic rights guaranteed by the constitution. The impact of the development of information technology through online buying and selling has created new jobs such as expedited couriers. However, the lack of protection, especially regarding Occupational Safety and Health (OHS), creates inequality of rights for expedition courier workers. This research aims to explore the legal protection arrangements, especially in the aspect of OHS, for expedition courier workers, with reference to the principles of Pancasila justice. The research method uses a statutory and conceptual approach, with the collection of legal materials through literature studies with legal material analysis techniques used in this legal research is deduction reasoning. The principles of Pancasila justice require regulation in accordance with the values of Pancasila. The lack of regulations covering OHS for couriers results in inequality of rights and frequent work accidents. Therefore, revision of the Occupational Safety regulation needs to be carried out by prioritizing the values of Pancasila justice to ensure the safety of workers, including expedition couriers. The government needs to review the Occupational Safety Law to cover new types of work, such as gojek and expedition services, in accordance with the justice values of Pancasila as the Ideology of the Indonesian nation
