The high divorce rate in Jember is a major problem in the biological and psychological development of a child. In this case the author wants to explore the parenting patterns of divorced families, both those who still maintain good communication between the three (husband-child-wife) and vice versa. There are several parenting patterns that parents can use. The author wants to try to know and describe the parenting patterns of single parents in an effort to shape children's behavior. The results of this study are presented descriptively through a qualitative approach in order to obtain clear information about the focus of the problem. The results of this study can be concluded, namely first, democratic parenting is the parenting of parents who interact with their children using how to provide freedom with supervision and second, permissive parenting is a parenting pattern where parental attention is valued less towards children or children always get whatever they want without control and limits  

This study aims to compare the concept of leaving father and mother in Matthew 19:5-6 with the practice of Menjae in Pakpak Tribal Culture. In addition, this study will also analyze the meaning of leaving father and mother in Matthew 19:5-6 and explore the meaning of Menjae in the Pakpak Family Cultural Tradition. Through this research, it will see the parallels between leaving father and mother in Matthew 19:5-6 and Menjae in the Pakpak Family Cultural Tradition. The author also wants to mean whether culture and the Bible sometimes disagree or become harmonized and see the positive value of the implementation of Menjae Culture in Pakpak family traditions.

Sukomulyo Village, a village around Borobudur's Super Priority Tourism Destination, wants to develop into a tourist destination. The correct form of tourist destination is to become a tourist village. Efforts to become a tourist village are certainly a challenging thing. It is necessary to conduct research first to find out the village's potential so that it can declare it to be a tourist village because it has adequate facilities. To achieve the goal, cooperation efforts are needed between the village government and the villagers to create synergy in understanding. In addition, it is necessary to explore the potential of Sukomulyo village to determine its readiness to become a tourist village. This research uses qualitative descriptive methods through field observations and interview discussions. The purpose of this study is to describe the efforts of Sukomulyo village to become a new tourist village around the Super Priority Tourism Destination of Borobudur and produce tour packages. The results of this study show that the potential of Sukomulyo village can be designed as a strategy to become a tourist village to attract potential tourists.

Poetry contains the author's emotions and experiences that remain imprinted in memory. Poetry has hidden meanings wrapped in rhyming language so it is more interesting to read. The author is interested in analyzing the poem "Senja di Pelabuhan Kecil" by Chairil Anwar, because the poem is formed with a straightforward language but has a broad meaning and contains many moral messages in the poem. The aim of this research is to find out the moral message in Chairil Anwar's poetry and to improve the author's understanding of the pragmatic approach. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive method that analyzes and explains the moral message of the poem "Senja di Pelabuhan Kecil" by Chairil Anwar using observation studies. The pragmatic approach is an approach to literary criticism that wants to show readers' impressions and acceptance of literary works. Based on the results of the analysis of the poem "Sunja di Pelabuhan Kecil" it can be concluded that this poem contains a moral message about sincerity in accepting a loss and not dwelling on sadness.

This research aims to discuss the meaning of the symbol of holding the seven stars and the seven golden candlesticks in Revelation 2:1 and its theological reflection. This research uses a qualitative research method, namely a library research approach. The object studied in this research is the meaning of the symbol of holding the seven stars and the seven golden lampstands. The results and discussion of this research show that the meaning of the symbol of the seven stars is to symbolize the angels/leaders of the congregation and the meaning of the symbol of the seven golden lampstands is to symbolize the congregations that Jesus addresses in Revelation 2:1. This research concludes that the Lord Jesus stated that He held all His angels or messengers, who are currently referred to as shepherds or leaders of the congregation, in the protection of His hands and revealed that Christ never tires of working among His congregation, He wants His congregation to become a shining light, like a lampstand used as a light in the darkness.

Job satisfaction has the potential to increase company productivity and emphasizes the importance of developing concepts to measure human resources. Each individual has varying levels of job satisfaction, influenced by the values they hold and their unique characteristics. Satisfaction is also related to the extent to which individuals feel their needs, wants and aspirations are met, which ultimately depends on the goals they want to achieve in their lives. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the variables of Performance Management, Enthusiasm, Motivation, and Training to Employee Job Satisfaction simultaneously and partially. This research is a deductive type of research using quantitative methods. The sample in this study amounted to 145 respondents using data collection techniques using purposive sumpling. Then the data is processed using multiple linear regression analysis methods using SPSS. Based on the test results, it is known that the variables of performance management, enthusiasm, motivation, and training simultaneously and partially have a positive effect on job satisfaction.

Since humans must strive to seek Allah SWT's gift in order to satisfy all of their wants, human physical growth is focused on attaining the welfare of human existence in this world. Naturally, individuals require a robust and healthy body in order to attempt. The goal of human spiritual growth is to provide welfare for people, both in this life and in the next.

The research aims to determine the impact of PT. Bintan Karisma Pratama which is located on Telang Island, Mantang District, Bintan Regency in the Riau Islands Province, on community life in Telang Kecil village with economic and social aspects of community life and how this PT contributes to local or local communities after the compensation assistance provided by PT for the Telang Kecil community, this research uses qualitative methods, namely in the form of interview and observation techniques or field studies, as well as literature studies to support the results of this research. The impact of PT Bintan Karisma Pratama on the environment of the people of Telang Kecil does not have a serious impact because the PT has first assessed the location area where it wants to be established and has followed the rules of the decision-making process regarding business and activity organizers or what is known as AMDAL, the marine environment of Telang Kecil is also categorized. Clean, local people are able to take good care of the marine environment. The majority of their livelihoods are fishermen and others work as workers at Pt  Bintan Karisma Pratama, wives work as housewives and there are also those who work as small traders or small food and beverage businesses.

Researchers do promotional media design approach to introduce YDBMI to society, because promotional media is considered mass media the effects can be felt immediately. Researchers hope that alternative solutions designed by researchers can make YDBMI more advanced and developed.

The COVID-19 virus pandemic spread throughout the world has had a tremendous impact. Various effects began to emerge from the spread of this virus, causing the global Covid-19 pandemic. Economic activity has decreased and the workforce has increased, those who work in the MSME sector, especially housewives, also feel a big impact, due to the lack of buyers/consumers. Therefore, our community service team wants to provide outreach regarding the use of CMS Prestashop as a trading solution during the pandemic to PKK Paras 2610 Perumahan Pabuaran Asri 2 RT 006 RW 010 Cibinong Bogor. It is hoped that this activity can help PKK mothers, especially those have a small and medium business so that they can gain knowledge about how to utilize technology in trading or running their business and can increase their income better in the future this pandemic

It is important to recognize that sport is not just about physical competition on the field, but also about moral and ethical principles that must be upheld. Law has a crucial role in establishing the framework that regulates behavior in and around sport. Cases of bribery and manipulation in the field of sports have become a disturbing problem over the last few decades. These corrupt practices threaten the integrity of sports competitions and undermine the fundamental values ​​upheld in society. In bribery cases, there are usually 3 elements, namely the bribe giver, the bribe recipient and the bribe item. Those who give bribes are those who give money, items of high value or in any form whose value can be calculated to someone with the aim of making the person given the item of value want to do or not do something in accordance with what the bribe giver wants. A thesis is an important element in the higher education process, which is also proof of a student's integrity in applying the knowledge gained during their studies. However, the process of preparing a thesis is often faced with various problems, especially by final year students who experience high levels of anxiety. Independence is an attitude of being able to stand alone without depending on the people around him, especially parents, being able to choose and determine his own choices according to what he wants.The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between parenting styles, environment and education on children's independence at SDN Lanbau 01. The research method used by researchers is a correlational analytical research method with a cross sectional design. The data collection method involves using the Vineland Social Maturity Scale (VSMS) questionnaire to determine parental parenting patterns, environmental modification questionnaire, education level questionnaire, Parenting Style and Dimension Question (PSDQ). The results of this research obtained a P-value of 0.010, which means sig 0.010 0.05, so there is a correlation or relationship between parenting patterns and independence. Independence. If the P-value is 0.000, which means the sig value is 0.000 0.05, then there is a correlation or relationship between education and children's independence at SDN Lanbau 01. Based on the results of the analysis, parenting patterns, environment and education are related to children's independence at SDN Lanbau 01

Telemedicine is the provision of long-distance health services by health professionals using information and communication technology, including the exchange of information on diagnosis, treatment, disease and injury prevention, research and evaluation, and continuing education of health service providers for the benefit of improving individual and community health. Health Service Facilities, hereinafter referred to as Health Facilities, are tools and/or places used to provide promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative health service efforts carried out by the central government, regional government and/or the community. Health Facilities that provide consultations are health facilities that receive requests and provide Telemedicine consultation services. Health Facilities Requesting Consultation are Health Facilities that send requests for Telemedicine consultations (1). In the partner environment, not many people know about the term telemedicine and the majority have never used these facilities for their daily needs. Therefore, the author wants to hold outreach as part of a health promotion program regarding the introduction of telemedicine to parents of students at TK-Al Islam 5 Grobagan. The aim of this community service is to increase knowledge, provide education, and increase understanding among the community, especially parents of students at TK-Al Islam 5 regarding telemedicine in Indonesia. The output target to be achieved in this community service is the publication of journal articles.

This research discusses the analysis of promotional strategies using social media Tik Tok, the type of research used is a qualitative method with observational data collection techniques, and documentation is carried out to obtain data. The focus of this research is what promotional strategies should be carried out by MSME Baso Aci Ganteng through social media tick tock? The research results show that Baso Aci Ganteng wants to make TikTok a media or promotional tool to communicate products and sales activities carried out by Baso Aci Ganteng, where currently TikTok is a media that almost everyone has, from children to adults.

Motivation is an encouragement that a person has to do something to achieve the goal or what he wants. This research is motivated by the results of an initial survey of researchers discussing with coaches and player guardians, for the beginning of 2022 the players at the Putra Junior club were 30 senior players and for young ages there were still none. But over time players for young ages, namely ages 9-12 years at the Putra Junior club, arrived to take part in football training at the Putra Junior club. The arrival of players aged 9-12 years does not necessarily want to take part in training, but there is a sense of desire or encouragement to want to take part in football training from themselves and from their parents. Therefore, researchers want to know the level of desire and encouragement called motivation. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of motivation of players aged 9 to 12 years in participating in football training at the Putra Junior club. This research was conducted on May 2, 2023 at Kanalan Field, Banyuwangi Regency, using the total sampling technique, the entire population was sampled for this study, with 30 participating players. This research uses a method with data collection with a closed questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis. It is known from the results of quantitative descriptive analysis that the motivation of 9-12 year old players in participating in football training at the Putra Junior club in the very high category is 10%, high 23%, moderate 40%, low 23%, and very low 3%. The results of the analysis show that the motivation of players aged 9 to 12 years following football training at the Putra Junior club is 40% in the medium category.

This study employed a normative juridical research methodology that combines a doctrinal and statutory regulation approach. This study concludes that arbitration is a non-litigation dispute settlement mechanism. With its many benefits, arbitration plays a big part in settling business conflicts.
