Unhealthy lifestyle, stress, health problems, physical activity, hormonal imbalance, and nutritional status are all factors that contribute to irregular menstruation. Stress is a common cause of menstrual cycle disorders. It induces the pituitary gland to release ACTH (Adrenocorticotropic Hormone), which increases cortisol levels, disrupting the menstrual cycle. This study aims to investigate the relationship between stress levels and the occurrence of menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea) among adolescent girls at SMA Negeri 1 Kutalimbaru, Kutalimbaru District, in 2023. The research uses a cross-sectional design with an analytic survey approach. A sample of 45 adolescent girls was selected, consisting of two groups: case and control. Data were collected using a questionnaire, and data analysis was performed using univariate and bivariate analysis techniques. The results show that the majority of adolescents experience moderate stress (51.1%) and mild menstrual pain (48.9%). The analysis reveals a significant relationship between stress levels and the occurrence of dysmenorrhea, with a Spearman Rank correlation coefficient of 0.656 and a p-value of 0.000. Facial expressions are primary indicators of human emotions, often providing deeper insights than words (Oliver & Alcover, 2020). This study focuses on Mood as a natural response to past experiences, emphasizing its importance for psychological well-being. Over the past five years, the Covid-19 pandemic has triggered a significant global mental health crisis, affecting facial expressions and leading to varying degrees of depression and anxiety. Generation Z, particularly students, have been severely impacted, experiencing declines in academic abilities such as attention and memory (Qorik et al., 2020; Uswatun et al., 2020).In the educational context, the online learning systems adopted during the pandemic have introduced new challenges for students, including technical issues, lack of direct interaction, and less effective delivery of material, all of which contribute to increased academic stress (Rahmayinita, 2020; Utami et al., 2020). Enhancing the affective aspects of online education is crucial to better simulate face-to-face interactions (Bloom et al., 1984; Marzano & Kendall, 2007). This research aims to detect the Mood of students in online learning environments using advanced technology. The system is designed to assist educators in recognizing the academic stress levels of their students, enabling them to develop more creative and responsive teaching strategies (Zulfikri et al., 2023).

Mothers who give birth tend to experience increased anxiety which can result in psychological disorders including anxiety, depression (Denis,2021). Postpartum psychological health disorders increase the risk of postpartum blues. The underlying factors are limited access to health services, lack of social support from various parties, and concerns about the health of herself and her baby that will be ignored by the mother. Social support helps postpartum mothers deal with stressors (Adli, 2022). This research method uses Quasi experimental with two groups pretest posttest research design. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The sample size consists of 30 participants divided into 2 groups with 15 respondents each. The intervention group received dhikr sholawat treatment while the control group only received slow deep breathing (SDB) treatment. The intervention lasted for 14 days. The measurement of depression levels carried out was a measurement using the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS) instrument form. The results of the study P value 0.023 (> 0.05) so it is concluded that there is a difference between the effectiveness of providing Dzishol intervention and SDB intervention. Based on the comparison of the median value after the intervention in the group, it is known that the median value in the Dzishol group (score 11) is smaller than the SDB group (score 9) so it can be concluded that providing Dzishol intervention on anxiety levels is more effective than SDB intervention.

Liver damage induced by hepatotoxic compounds such as N-acetyl-p-aminophenol (N-APAP) remains a significant global health concern. Hepatotoxicity caused by N-APAP, particularly in cases of overdose or prolonged use, can lead to a reduction in glutathione levels in the liver, resulting in oxidative stress and cellular damage. This condition contributes to an increased incidence of liver diseases, including toxic hepatitis and acute liver failure, which can lead to serious complications and even death. Although various pharmacological therapies, such as N-acetylcysteine (NAC), are available to address N-APAP-induced liver damage, limitations such as side effects, high costs, and variable efficacy have driven the search for safer and more affordable therapeutic alternatives. Therefore, research on natural hepatoprotective agents, such as extracts from the rhizomes of fingerroot (Boesenbergia rotunda), has become increasingly relevant in addressing this issue. The aim of this study was to evaluate the hepatoprotective potential of ethanol extract from fingerroot rhizomes (Boesenbergia rotunda) in protecting the liver from N-acetyl-p-aminophenol (N-APAP)-induced damage. Specifically, this research focuses on measuring glutathione levels as a key indicator of the liver's protective mechanism against oxidative stress. In this study, 30 male White rats were randomly divided into six groups, each consisting of five rats. All rats were orally administered the extract at predetermined doses for 10 consecutive days, except for the negative and positive control groups. On the 10th day, all groups (except group 1) were treated with paracetamol (800 mg/kg body weight) to induce liver damage. Twenty-four hours after induction, the rats were sacrificed and liver samples were collected. Glutathione levels were measured using the ELISA immunosorbent assay. Statistical analysis showed that administering the ethanol extract of Fingerroot rhizomes (EERTK) for 10 days prior to N-APAP induction significantly increased the average antioxidant enzyme GSH-Px levels in the liver homogenate of rats in the EERTK 250 mg/kg BW (43.36 ± 1.34 U/mg protein), EERTK 500 mg/kg BW (55.70 ± 2.15 U/mg protein), and 750 mg/kg BW (53.14 ± 2.57 U/mg protein) group compared to the negative control group (N-APAP 800 mg/kg BW), which had the lowest average antioxidant enzyme GSH-Px level (33.86 ± 3.52 U/mg protein).
