In creating a NAV karaoke service or product package, it is necessary to think about a design that truly reflects the consumer's desires for karaoke entertainment products. Starting from the need to create a karaoke service design sourced from consumers, the researcher intends to empirically study what product or service items are like regarding the quality of service provided by PT. NAV Karaoke Family Biliton Surabaya, from this research it is hoped that it will be possible to find out how the public perceives existing services and how to improve them. Consumer preferences can literally be interpreted as the behavior shown by consumers in searching for, selecting, buying, using, evaluating the quality of business products and services that can satisfy their needs (based on a value system / experience / customer value). Consumer preferences for the attributes of a product are the level of suitability of the attributes of the product or service with consumer needs. The main factor necessary to know and understand value is to be truly aware of the needs of individual consumers and the market segments in which they are concerned. Service design is the value contained in a service and in the form of a service appearance that is distinctive and attractive and differentiates it from competing services, where service design can produce its own allure that attracts consumers' buying interest.

Political ethics in Islam has a very important role in the state, especially in upholding the morality of a leader. The difference in morals, and ethics lies in the foundation used to judge good and bad. Therefore, the principles of Islamic political ethics that a leader should adhere to include mutual respect, recognising the rights of others, accepting various views, and avoiding the suppression of one's own will. The actualisation of morals includes how a person applies their faith and applies Islamic teachings in every daily action, both in relationships with God, self, and fellow humans. This research uses a qualitative approach with the Islamic law literature review method. This method involves searching and analysing references from books and journals that discuss the Morality of Leaders in the State from the Perspective of Islamic Political Ethics. A leader must not only have good morality, but also be intelligent, competent in his field, and wise in solving problems, to create an ideal leader with good morality.  

21st Century Learning is an educational concept that focuses on developing students' skills to achieve success which is influenced by technology, information and globalization. Islamic boarding schools are educational institutions that are able to prepare students to develop the skills needed for 21st century learning. This research uses qualitative methods, namely by searching for data and information whose findings are not obtained through calculations and statistical procedures so that the results are descriptive. Data collection techniques in this research are through observation, interviews, and documentation in the form of written objects such as books, magazines, documents, and so on. This research uses qualitative descriptive research methods and data analysis techniques using literature study techniques, and data collection is by searching library sources (cerpen) from the internet, then reading and recording for data analysis purposes, then analysing research data. The results of the research on the Cerpen Gubrak! by Seno Gumira Ajidarma have implicit meanings so that researchers find meaning and respect that we can learn for everyday life as a form of appreciation and experience for both researchers and readers. Based on the results of the study, the researchers classified the analytical data found to each element and described the meaning contained in the context of the discourse. The results of the follow-up analysis data based on the above data are 2 locations, 3 illusions, and 5 perlocations.

The article, entitled “Liturgy and Catechesis: Searching for an Intertwined Relationship”, aims to explain the closest connection between liturgy and catechesis, which from the beginning of Christianity has been realized as a unity in growing faith. Its main focus is to describe their interconnected in Christian history through some documents. For this purpose, the discussion is divided into two parts. First, exploring their intertwined relationship in the first four centuries. In this section, we are going to present several Christian figures and/or the earliest liturgical documents. Second, to examine the recent documents, starting from Sacrosanctum Concilium. The method of this article is supported by document research; there are two categories, early and recent documents. The documents are analyzed comprehensively using commentaries on the documents and other books related to the sources.

Research or researching five international journals on corporate social responsibilities, political connections, corporate financial performance and sustainable development aimed at analyzing links between corporate social responsibility (CSR) and green financial behaviors, political connections, corporate financial performance, and sustainability. Research methods are employed with descriptive qualitative methods of searching through top five international academic databases such as science direct, emerald, and taylorandfrancis, with emphasis on publications that include aspects of corporate social responsibility. The results from a study of the five journals say that companies that have good CSR policies tend to be more active in implementing green finance practices, such as investments in renewable energy and resource efficiency. In addition, companies with strong political connections have easier access to resources and business opportunities that can improve their financial performance. Furthermore, effective CSR applications prove to have a positive impact on sustainability development, with companies contributing more significantly to environmental and social initiatives. The main problem in current politics is the inability of politicians, policy makers and leaders who should represent society to fulfill their expectations. This research aims to analyze whether there is an influence of Macro Fundamental Analysis, Ownership Structure, Micro Fundamentals on Company Value with Profit Management, Financial Performance and Company Characteristics in Mining Sub Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange 2018-2023. The research used in the research is quantitative method research. The type of data used in this research is secondary data obtained from searching and reviewing annual reports of mining companies listed on the BEI (Indonesian Stock Exchange) for the period 2018 - 2023 via the official website www.idx.co.id, the company's official website, and use supporting journals related to this research. The samples used were 6 mining companies selected using a purposive sampling method, then processed or analyzed using the Smart-PLS version 4 application. The results of this research show that Micro Fundamentals have no significant effect on Company Characteristics, while Macro Fundamentals and Ownership Structure have a significant effect. on Company Characteristics. Micro Fundamentals and Ownership Structure do not have a significant influence on Financial Performance, while Macro Fundamentals have a significant influence on Financial Performance. Macro Fundamentals, Micro Fundamentals and Ownership Structure do not have a significant effect on Earnings Management. Macro Fundamentals, Micro Fundamentals, Company Characteristics, Financial Performance, Earnings Management and Ownership Structure do not have a significant effect on Company Value.

This research aims to determine the role of scouting extracurricular activities in forming students' independent personalities in elementary schools. The method used is descriptive qualitative with two types of literature and a literature review. The data collection technique uses the documentation method. The source of data obtained in this research is from previous journals which were created by searching for journals or books in several electronic media such as the internet, digital libraries and other collections which were then selected and analyzed further by researchers. The results of the research analysis show that Scouts activities make a positive contribution to shaping the character of independent students such as increasing self-confidence, courage, responsibility, discipline and problem-solving skills. Through various challenging and fun activities, students are trained to take initiative, think creatively and not give up easily. Support from Scout leaders and schools also plays an important role in creating a favorable environment for the development of the independent personality of students. This research concludes that out-of-school Scouting can be an effective way of instilling the values of self-confidence in primary school students.

This research aims to determine the application of the local history learning model in increasing student learning motivation. This research is classroom action research. The subjects in the research were 40 class XI IPS 3 students. The data collection technique used in this research uses observation, interviews and documentation. The steps taken in this research are starting with orientation before taking action, plan (planning), act (implementation of action), observe (observation) and reflect (reflection). ). The research results show that the application of the local history learning model can increase students' learning motivation. Meanwhile, in particular, it shows that the application of the environmental exploration model of history learning can increase student learning motivation, increase student activity and creativity in learning. This is proven from cycle to cycle, there is an increase in student activity, including actively asking questions, searching for and processing information, having the courage to express ideas, answering questions asked, developing and analyzing the historical events being studied, exploring learning experiences, applying learning experiences. , exchange ideas about the material with colleagues, be able to work together in groups, and make conclusions. Thus, the environmental exploration approach can be used as a suitable alternative in history learning to increase students' learning motivation both in the form of processes and in the form of products in the form of values.

In this article, entitled digital content marketing on buying decisions, the aim is to review existing literature on digital content marketing and buying decisions, namely that through content marketing you can increase interest in visiting a product so that it becomes a decision to purchase goods or services, and understand the stages of buying. decision. Digital literacy is the ability to obtain, understand, and use information based on various digital sources. Information and communication technology development was increasing rapidly, and the Republic of Indonesia Constitution number 14 year 2005 demanded professional teachers be able to utilize digital technology and assess the validity of information from digital sources. The researcher focuses on the problem of the digital literacy ability of Islamic education teachers and civil servants in Islamic education learning. The type of this research is field research with descriptive and qualitative approaches, which did not produce statistical analysis procedures or quantification methods. However, the research was analyzed through illustrations, narrative and interpretive words. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation. The research results showed that: First, based on the internet searching for Islamic Education teachers at MTsN 1 Hulu Sungai Tengah and MTsN 3 Hulu Sungai Tengah can search the information on the internet using search engines. Second, the ability to guide hypertext or hypertextual navigation of Islamic Education teachers at MTsN 1 Hulu Sungai Tengah and MTsN 3 Hulu Sungai Tengah still require a deeper understanding.
