The purpose of the specific analysis is expected to be able to convey comprehensive knowledge of the condition of the TPT alliance and poverty in Central Kalimantan, to provide support towards expanding the benefits that contribute to reducing TPT and poverty in this region. Comprehensive quantitative methods to investigate the Central Kalimantan Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) against squalor creates a very precise and constructive approach towards gathering and reviewing instructions in an objective and measurable manner. The low educational level and restrained skills make it difficult to find a decent pulse, forcing the people of Central Kalimantan to fall into poverty. Women are more discreetly concerned with matching decent pulses and retain restricted access to the core economic power as world and capital, which can allow the more prone to slump to the depths of squalor in this region. Other social impacts of algae are reduced social capital, increased crime rates, and reduced quality of life. The economic impact can arise in part in the form of loss of economic reliability, low rewards of legion of duty participation and low economic motivation. The high number of published unemployment (TPT) in Central Kalimantan contributes to increasing poverty and the components of tutorials, skills, sexual lameness, social and economic effects are flowering. Education is very important for the development of children's knowledge, so it needs to be supported by effective learning media. Learning media are familiar to a teacher such as textbooks, teaching aids and other media. However, after observations were made at one of the Class V Manumuti SDKs, in the Timor Leste Border area, it was found that teachers predominantly taught using textbooks and no other learning media. The existing conditions result in students learning monotonously, students being less active, teachers not being creative and students not understanding science lessons well. So in this research, learning media will be created that are fun and not monotonous in order to arouse students' motivation to study science. In this case, the media used is Audio-Visual Technology Learning Media. This media will be elaborated in the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) model, where students will be formed into several groups, then given a science knowledge game, and students compete with their opposing groups. That way, a sense of responsibility, healthy competition, imagination, and student activity in class dominate and students will be motivated to learn science because the end of this learning model is an award or reward for students who become winners. To measure the attainment of science knowledge, observation, discussion, tests, scores and audio-visual media are used. It is hoped that the results of the research will ensure that students in the Timor Leste border areas do not miss out on technological knowledge, teachers will be more creative and students will be able to play an active role and increase their motivation to learn science.

The research as aims to determine the work motivation of employees of the Arborbiz Makassar Hotel.The type of reseach used is descriptive qualitative, that is, the author describes the results of direct observtions and interviews with employees of the Arborbiz Makassar Hotel. The writing of this final draft is the results of research conducted from June to July 2022. The results showed that the work motivation of employees of the Arborbiz Makassar Hotel was perceived from several factors that influenced work motivation of employees, such as promotions, job performance, the job itself, rewards, responsibilities and recognition from superiors. These things have an increasing impact on work motivation for employees who work at the Hotel Arborbiz Makassar, thereby encouraging employees to work better and more effectively.

The incentive is a reward or retribution provided the company to employees who perform as a form of reward. Incentives as a means of motivation that encourages employees to work with optimal ability, which was intended as an extra income outside of salary or wages have been determined. The incentive is a driving factor for the employees to work better so that the employee's performance can be increased. The granting of incentives are intended to meet the needs of the employees. This research using qualitative research methods. As for the independent variable Incentive (X) and the dependent variable (Y) Performance. The population in this research is the Production Department glass manufacturing company. The sample used in this dipenelitian is saturated sample in which every Member of the population serve as samples. In this study, data gathering is carried out using a questionnaire. Based on the results of the determination of the calculation can be seen that the value of R2 is 0.907 Adusted. This can indicate the magnitude of the role or contribution that independent variable (X1), namely incentive can explain or influence the dependent variable (Y) the performance of employees amounted to 95.2%, while the rest is affected by other factors that do not researched. And based on the results of testing linearity obtained value p value of 0.05 0.00 < Sig. This indicates acceptance of the H1 so that the relationship can be inferred variable x with y Linear.

Organizational Citizenship Behavior is an important aspect for employees in the health sector. This study aims to determine how much work motivation and job satisfaction have an impact on employee OCB. Multiple regression analysis was used as a method of data analysis and descriptive analysis to find out the general description of the respondents. The findings in this study conclude that work motivation and job satisfaction both simultaneously and partially have a positive impact on OCB. The company is expected to pay attention to the motivation and job satisfaction of its employees so that they work more at work and work beyond the applicable formal rewards.

This research was motivated by all teachers in MI Kalifa Nusantara have met academic qualification standards. However, it seems that the teacher’s academic qualifications have not been able to maximize the student’s learning achievement. This is evidenced by a decrease in learning achievement. The purpose of this research is to know qualifications teachers in improving student learning achievement and the inhibitory and supporting factors faced by teachers in improving student learning achievement at MI Kalifa Nusantara Years lesson 2019/2020. This study uses a qualitative approach, with a qualitative interpretive method. Determination of the informant was done by purposive sampling. The data collection techniques was by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study revealed that, the role of teacher qualifications is improving learning achievement is determined by academic and non-academic qualifications, learning planning qualifications, learning process qualifications, personality qualifications, and learning process results through evaluation. While the supporting factors of learning achievement internally are student intelligence, internal motivation, as well as interests and talents. The external support factors are parental motivation, adequate facilities, out-of-school tutoring, and teacher rewarding. The inhibitory factor of learning achievement consists of internal factors, namely lack of motivation and interest in learning. Meanwhile, the external factor is the lack of attention from parents, students not taking additional lessons outside of school, and less supportive facilities.
