This research aims to analyze the protection of state forest areas against unauthorized forest product collection in Pasangkayu Regency, specifically from the perspective of preventive and repressive legal protection. The research method used is normative juridical with a descriptive-analytical nature, utilizing secondary data collected through literature studies. The results indicate that forest area protection in Pasangkayu Regency is currently still dominated by a repressive approach, namely legal actions taken after violations occur, such as enforcement operations and criminal proceedings. However, this approach has proven ineffective in providing a maximum deterrent effect due to the high rate of violations triggered by low legal awareness and the community's economic dependence on forest products. Meanwhile, preventive efforts such as monitoring and legal counseling have not operated optimally due to limitations in human resources and budget. Therefore, a balance between preventive and repressive approaches is required, along with strengthening community participation through economic empowerment to enhance the effectiveness of forest protection.

This research deconstructs the manipulative architecture in the propaganda trilogy of the Japanese Army in 1942, namely Nippon Tjahaja Asia, Nippon Pelindoeng Asia, and Nippon Leader Asia, which have often been reduced to mere political euphemisms. With a descriptive-qualitative design, this study integrates Malcolm Coulthard and Alison Johnson's parameter-based Forensic Linguistics as the grand theory, as well as the three-dimensional model of Norman Fairclough's Critical Discourse Analysis (AWK) as an operational analysis instrument. The results of the analysis show that lexical manipulation through the messianic triptych "Light, Protector, Leader" and the use of assertive clauses without copula are engineered to produce false consciousness. Forensic Linguistic Parameters confirm the existence of a planned mens rea (malicious intent) from Sendenbu, with an extreme disparity between commissive speech in the form of a promise of protection and military actus reus in the form of romusha slavery and logistical seizure. This condition fulfills the elements of mass deception. Furthermore, the doctrinal repetition of the slogan is a form of linguistic coercion that exploits power asymmetry to castrate the people's critical reasoning. In conclusion, the invasion of Japanese fascism in Indonesia did not only take place through military equations, but also through a cognitive dictatorship based on language fabrication. This study is relevant as a historical mirror for detecting the anatomy of structural lies in the contemporary post-truth era.

This study was conducted to evaluate the influence of Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) in predicting stock return fluctuations. The study focuses on retail sector issuers listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) between 2021 and 2024. Through the application of panel data regression analysis, the study determined that the Common Effects Model (CEM) is the most appropriate estimation method. This decision was made based on a series of tests including the Chow Test and the Lagrange Multiplier. Although classical assumption testing showed symptoms of heteroscedasticity, this problem was addressed using the EGLS (cross-sector weighting) Panel method to ensure the validity of the estimates. Based on partial testing, it is found that TATO and NPM variables have a positive and significant contribution to stock returns, while DER is found to have no significant effect. Collectively, all independent variables had a significant effect, with the Adjusted R-Square value reaching 27.80%. This indicates that for investors in the retail sector, profitability and operational efficiency are important indicators in making investment decisions.

Abstract This study aims to analyze the level of digital literacy among students of the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) study program at State Islamic Higher Education Institutions (PTKIN) and its implications for the quality of their understanding of fiqh al-ibadah. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques comprising comprehensive literature study and analysis of student digital behavior trends, this research identifies two poles interacting dynamically: on one hand, the expansion of access to religious content through digital platforms has opened unprecedented opportunities for democratizing Islamic jurisprudence knowledge; on the other, the tendency toward instant content consumption potentially reduces depth of understanding of ijtihad methodology and classical fiqh epistemology. Findings indicate that PAI students generally possess adequate technical digital skills, yet remain weak in the critical literacy dimension namely the ability to evaluate the validity, authority, and religious context of digital sources. This phenomenon produces a literacy paradox: students who appear "digitally literate" operationally are paradoxically vulnerable to fragmented and superficial fiqh understanding. This study recommends integrating critical digital literacy education into the PAI curriculum at PTKIN  not as an elective add-on, but as a core competency embedded inseparably within the broader process of fiqh learning. Only through this approach can PAI students leverage digital platforms optimally as tools that strengthen, rather than replace, the structured and methodological tradition of Islamic scholarship

This study implements the Damerau-Levenshtein algorithm for an Indonesian spelling checking and correction system based on the distance editing approach. The main objective of this study is to develop a system capable of automatically detecting and correcting spelling errors at the character level through a matching process against the KBBI dictionary and the Indonesian corpus. The methods used include data collection, text pre-processing, system design, and implementation of the Damerau-Levenshtein algorithm which includes insertion, deletion, substitution, and transposition operations. Testing was conducted using 25 test data consisting of standard words and modified words for typographical errors. The results show that the system is able to measure all test data with an accuracy level of 100% on a limited dataset. In addition, the average Damerau-Levenshtein Distance value of 0.84 indicates that most errors are in the light category. Evaluation using a confusion matrix produces precision, recall, and F1-score values of 100% each. These results indicate that the Damerau-Levenshtein algorithm is effective in handling character-based spelling errors. However, the system still has limitations in handling complex semantic contexts and language variations. Therefore, further research is recommended to integrate language model-based approaches to improve the system's accuracy and generalization on real-world data.
