With the increasing number of online motorcycle taxi service users now, driving safety has become an important issue that needs more attention in online motorcycle taxis to reduce the risk of accidents. However, compliance of online motorcycle taxis in driving to implement safety riding is still a major problem due to the lack of awareness of the implementation of safety riding in online motorcycle taxi drivers. The influence of driver knowledge and awareness on safety riding behavior in online motorcycle taxi drivers must be understood and mastered properly and correctly by all online motorcycle taxi drivers so that the number of accidents does not increase and even the occupational health and safety of online motorcycle taxi drivers can be maintained. By adhering to the principles of safety riding, the occupational health and safety of online motorcycle taxi drivers will be maintained. The method used in this study is a literature study, by collecting and analyzing various relevant sources regarding knowledge, awareness, and driving behavior. The results of the study show that good knowledge of driving safety is positively related to safety riding behavior. In addition, awareness of the risk of accidents and the importance of obeying traffic rules also contribute significantly to reducing risky driving behavior. This study concludes that increasing driver knowledge and awareness through training and education can improve safety riding behavior, which in turn can reduce the number of accidents among online motorcycle taxi drivers. Suggestions are proposed for the implementation of periodic training programs for drivers to improve driving safety competence and awareness.

This study aims to examine the influence of knowledge and awareness on safety riding behavior among online motorcycle taxi drivers. Considering the rapid growth of online transportation and the increasing risk of accidents, understanding the factors that affect driver behavior is crucial. This literature review analyzes 15 relevant studies. The researcher conducted a series of studies involving various sources such as books, Google Scholar, Mendeley, PubMed, ScienceDirect, focusing on open access and full paper articles in Indonesian or English. The analysis shows a significant relationship between drivers’ knowledge and awareness of safety riding practices and their compliance with safe driving behavior. Higher levels of knowledge and awareness correlate with increased adherence to traffic regulations, proper use of safety equipment, and better understanding of potential road hazards. These findings emphasize the importance of continuous safety training programs and policy interventions to improve the safety and welfare of online motorcycle drivers.    

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of knowledge and awareness on motorcycle riders' safety behavior (safety riding), particularly among online motorcycle taxi drivers. In the context of increasing traffic accidents, understanding the factors influencing riders' compliance with safety regulations is crucial. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method and was conducted from January to April 2025. A total of 15 relevant articles published between 2020 and 2025 were systematically reviewed from credible databases such as Google Scholar, CORE, and ScienceDirect. The analysis reveals that compliance with road safety regulations is influenced by both internal and external factors. Internal factors include the rider’s knowledge level, safety attitudes, age, and riding experience. External factors consist of law enforcement supervision, access to safety training, availability of protective gear, and social support from family and peers. Among these, knowledge and attitude are identified as the most influential aspects affecting safety compliance. Therefore, a comprehensive approach is needed, including continuous education, regular training, and collective awareness-raising to foster a safe riding culture. This study contributes to a better understanding of behavioral aspects related to road safety and serves as a foundation for the development of behavior-based transportation safety strategies

As the backbone of the global economy, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a very important role. One of the success factors for SMEs is the effective management of Human Resources (HR). HR management is not only about recruiting and retaining employees, but it also involves strategies that blend human potential with business goals. Additionally, managing an employee team can be a challenge that requires the right skills and strategies. From sourcing top talent to designing effective training programs, everything needs to be well organized to support business growth and sustainability. The Community Service Activity of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Pelita Bangsa will be carried out online and offline (hybrid), located at the Alam Raya Residence Cluster Block B2 No 12A, Sukasari, Serang Baru, Bekasi Regency and also via Zoom.

The results show an improvement in participants' digital skills and increased use of technology in business management, leading to higher business income. This growth is expected to contribute to regional revenue through more productive business sectors. The transformation of the Islamic education curriculum based on digital literacy is an essential step to enhance student engagement in higher education learning. This study aims to examine the implementation of digital literacy in the Islamic education curriculum and its impact on the quality of learning. A qualitative approach was used, involving observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings show that although some Islamic higher education institutions have integrated technology into learning, challenges related to lecturer readiness, digital access inequality, and limited resources remain major obstacles. Students responded positively to digital-based learning, which provided easier access to study materials and facilitated online interaction. However, the digital access gap needs to be addressed promptly to create a more equitable learning experience. The implications of this study suggest the need for ongoing lecturer training, improved technological infrastructure, and curriculum policies that support more effective integration of digital literacy in Islamic higher education.

This research was conducted based on the phenomenon of BPK audit quality still needs to be improved when facing a lot of data with large capacity, variety, and high frequency in audit practice. One of the technological advances in facing these challenges is the emergence of big data analytics (BDA). The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of training, competence, and adoption of big data analytics on BPK audit quality. This research method is a quantitative method with a survey approach at the BPK RI office. This study uses primary data obtained through filling out an online questionnaire by 184 respondents who were sampled in the study. The data analysis method of this research is descriptive statistics and path analysis using the IBM SPSS Statistics 26 program. The results showed that training, competence, and adoption of big data analytics had a positive and significant effect on audit quality both partially and simultaneously.  

This study discusses Human Resources Education and Training at the Secretariat General of the Regional Representative Council of the Republic of Indonesia (DPD RI). The main issue faced by the Secretariat General of the DPD RI is that there are still employees who do not fully understand their respective fields. Therefore, a training program has been implemented to help employees enhance their knowledge and skills required for their duties. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of education and training programs for human resources within the Secretariat General of the DPD RI. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that employee understanding of one of the online-based training programs is still not optimal, indicating a need for improvements in content delivery or training methods. Nevertheless, the training targets are considered appropriate as they are directed at employees who require capacity enhancement. In terms of scheduling, the training program is considered to lack flexibility, which may interfere with the employees' daily work routines. Despite several challenges, the overall achievement of training objectives has had a positive impact on employee productivity. Real changes can be seen in the increased understanding and ability of employees to apply the knowledge gained to their tasks and responsibilities in each respective division. Thus, the education and training program is deemed to have made a significant contribution to the development of human resource competencies within the Secretariat General of the DPD RI.

The online gaming industry continues to grow rapidly in Indonesia, with many users purchasing digital items through 3rd party top up services such as Pitopup.com. One of the main challenges faced by Pitopup.com is the difficulty in classifying the sales of each available game item. This research aims to apply the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) method to predict the sales classification of game items in order to find out the sales category for each game item and hopefully help increase stock efficiency. The dataset used was obtained from historical sales data on Pitopup.com from June to September 2024. The research stages include data processing, normalization using Min-Max Scaling, data transformation using label encoding, separating test and training data using a ratio of 80:20, and using confusion matrix as a model evaluation. The test results show that KNN algorithm is able to classify game item sales on the Pitopup.com website with a level of accuracy in several categories: marketable category at 100%, the moderately sellable category at 100% and the not sellable category at 100%.

This study examines the digital literacy of university students in the context of Indonesia's evolving digital landscape. In the era of Industry 4.0 and the emerging Society 5.0, higher education faces the challenge of preparing students not only academically but also as responsible digital citizens. The research explores the level of digital literacy among students, identifies factors contributing to their limited ability to critically evaluate digital information, and proposes strategies to enhance digital skills. Utilizing a quantitative approach with an online questionnaire distributed to students from various higher education institutions, the study assesses competencies in technical usage, information evaluation, and digital ethics. The findings reveal that while a majority of students exhibit basic digital awareness and a tendency to verify information through credible sources, significant gaps remain in their ability to discern misinformation and protect personal data. The study recommends integrating digital literacy into academic curricula, increasing access to reliable digital resources, and conducting regular training workshops. These measures aim to foster a more critical, informed, and digitally secure student body, better equipped to navigate the challenges of the modern information age.

In principle, every individual who fulfills his subjective and objective obligations is obliged to register himself as a Taxpayer (WP) based on the "self assessment" system. When someone registers personally, they will get a Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP), which consists of 15 certain digits that only the WP concerned has. General tax obligations for Individual Taxpayers (WPOP) are calculating Income Tax (PPh) for one year and depositing income tax with a Tax Payment Slip (SSP) if there is an underpayment of income tax and reporting taxes through the Annual Personal Tax Return (SPT). ). Today the Directorate General of Taxes has made it easy for all taxpayers, especially individual taxpayers to submit their SPT via E-Filing, namely electronic SPT submission which can be done online and in real time. Lamongan Accounting Vocational School located on di Jalan Sunan Giri LTC Blok.B No.16, Lamongan has 32 teachers and 675 students. This school has 4 majors namely Computer Network Engineering (TKJ), Office Administration, Banking and Accounting. At this school there are no teachers who can do their own annual SPT reporting using e-filling because they are used to reporting directly to the DGT. Therefore we want to help teach annual tax returns using this e-filling so that they can do their own tax reporting. The method of carrying out this activity is to give lectures on the meaning of taxation and training in filling out tax returns (SPT) via e-filling. The result of this activity is to increase the understanding of Lamongan Accounting Vocational School teachers about the obligation to report taxes and report SPT for individual taxpayers by e-filing.

The community service activity with the theme “Avoid Online Loans, Strengthen Family Financial Independence” aims to provide understanding and solutions related to family financial problems faced by the congregation of the Pasundan Christian Church Jakarta-Banten Klasis. In recent years, the rapidly growing phenomenon of online loans has had a negative impact on society, especially in terms of family financial management. Many individuals are trapped in a cycle of debt that burdens the family economy. Through this activity, we conveyed information about the risks and impacts of online loans, as well as the importance of wise and healthy family financial management. In addition, participants were also given practical training on financial planning, savings strategies, and alternative financial solutions that are safer and more effective. It is hoped that with this activity, congregations can increase awareness about the importance of healthy finances and avoid the trap of online loans, so that families can be more financially independent and live in prosperity. The KPEJ GKP program of the Jakarta and Banten clasis considers it important to bring back a positive step that can educate the congregation about the risks of online loans and how to overcome them, namely by strengthening family financial independence for GKP congregations.

Kedai Susu tuli (K-SULI) are sociopreneurship that located in Jember Regency. K-SULI serves as a place for a tuli person, or those knows as hearing difable to develop their entrepreneurial skills. through direct practice. K-SULI also became a place to community service program carried out by Program Mahasiswa Berdesa 2024 (Promahadesa) team of Jember University, aimed at introducing deaf culture particularly sign language in transactional activities. The Promahadesa team conduct their community services using the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, a community empowerment that leverage K-SULI potencial to implements. The result of this initiative taken Promahadesa include the expansion of K-SULI partnership, recruitment and training of employees, development of standart operation for transaction (SOPT), product Innovation, both offline and online social marketing, and introduction for sign language through Belajar Bahasa Isyarat Asik (BERBISIK).

Education in Indonesia faces various challenges to meet the demands of a growing society. One of the important aspects in improving the quality of education is teacher competence. The leadership of the principal plays a significant role in encouraging the improvement of teacher competence, which in turn will have an impact on the quality of learning in schools. This study aims to describe how the principal's leadership in improving teacher competence at State Elementary School 09 Pemouthan, as well as the factors that support and hinder the process and how to overcome these obstacles. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that the principal of State Elementary School 09 Pemouthan in improving teacher competence has implemented various leadership strategies, including by acting as an educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator and motivator to improve teacher competence. The supporting factors encountered include the provision of resources, the use of technology in learning, and creating a positive work environment. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors include budget limitations, resources, time, lack of self-motivation and resistance to change. To overcome this, the principal encourages teachers to optimize the use of technology and the internet to access online training materials, build a positive learning culture by forming a learning community and involving driving teachers as resource persons, as well as providing rewards as competency support.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Pangkalpinang City play a strategic role in the regional economy, yet only 30% have optimally utilized digital marketing. This community service program aims to enhance the digital literacy of MSME entrepreneurs through digital marketing training, covering the use of social media, marketplaces, and customer data analysis. The methods employed include a participatory approach, practice-based training, and intensive mentoring. The implementation results indicate a significant increase in the utilization of digital platforms by MSMEs, with 90% of participants successfully optimizing social media, 75% actively using marketplaces, and 85% leveraging Google My Business. Additionally, there was an average revenue increase of 20-30% within three months after the training. This program demonstrates that digital marketing adoption can enhance MSME competitiveness, promote cost efficiency in promotions, and foster a sustainable digital community.

This study aims to analyze the optimization of technology and digital marketing strategies in enhancing the competitiveness of Bakpia Wong Yogyakarta SMEs. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, the research explores the application of technology in production processes, such as modern machinery and production management systems, as well as digital marketing strategies through social media, e-commerce, and SEO. The findings reveal that technology utilization increases production efficiency by up to 30%, while digital marketing via online platforms boosts sales by 40%. However, challenges such as limited skilled human resources and digital infrastructure remain significant. This study recommends investing in human resource training, developing more integrated digital strategies, and product innovation to strengthen the competitiveness of SMEs in the digital era.

MSMEs play an important role in the village economy, but many business actors still face obstacles in managing finances and marketing their products effectively. This community service aims to improve the understanding and skills of MSME actors in Kertomulyo Village, Trangkil District, Pati Regency in terms of financial management and marketing strategies. This training is carried out through an easy-to-understand approach, including simple financial recording, business capital management, and digital marketing strategies using social media. Participants are trained to record income and expenses systematically so that they can better understand the financial condition of their business. In addition, they are also taught how to promote products online in order to reach a wider market. The results of this activity show an increase in the participants' understanding and skills in managing finances and implementing more effective marketing techniques. With this training, it is hoped that MSMEs in Kertomulyo Village can develop more rapidly, increase competitiveness, and expand their marketing networks.

This study aims to analyze the influence of Green Human Resources Management and Green Innovation on Business Sustainability. The Green Human Resources Management approach includes recruitment, training, performance appraisal, and compensation practices oriented towards environmental conservation. Meanwhile, green innovation focuses on the development of environmentally friendly products, processes, and business models. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with a total of 100 respondents. Data collection was carried out using an online questionnaire after testing validity and reliability. The analysis in this study employs SEM-PLS. The results indicate that Green Human Resources Management does not have an effect on Business Sustainability. In contrast, Green Innovation has a significant positive effect on Business Sustainability. The implementation of enhanced green innovation has been proven to increase operational efficiency and strengthen the company's image as an environmentally conscious business. This study emphasizes the importance of integrating human resource management and environmentally friendly innovation to achieve better business sustainability

The development of digital technology has brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including education. In biology learning, digital technology offers innovative solutions to overcome challenges in understanding abstract concepts, increase learning motivation, and develop 21st century skills. Interactive simulations, augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR) and online learning platforms allow students to visualize complex biological concepts, such as photosynthesis and DNA replication, more clearly and deeply. In addition, the integration of digital technology can improve students' critical thinking skills, creativity, collaboration and digital literacy. However, the implementation of digital technology in biology learning faces various challenges, including limited infrastructure, access gaps between urban and rural schools, and lack of training for educators. This study aims to explore the impact of digital technology on students' conceptual understanding and 21st century skills, and identify the main barriers to its implementation. The results of this study are expected to provide recommendations for the development of more effective and innovative biology learning strategies in the digital era
