The number of layoffs during Covid-19 due to the presence of the Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) policy not only has an impact on the health sector, but also has a wide impact on social and economic coverage, especially in the formal and informal employment sector. One of the main problems that arises is the increasing cases of Termination of Employment (PHK) which causes economic uncertainty for workers and their families. The researcher is encouraged to conduct an in-depth analysis of this condition after the enactment of the Job Creation Law, especially in the perspective of fulfilling the rights of workers affected by the pandemic. This study uses a normative legal research method with a legal legal approach, focusing on the employment aspect. Data was obtained through literature studies which included primary sources in the form of laws and regulations, as well as secondary sources in the form of literature, journals, scientific articles, and relevant court decisions. The results of the study show that there are still differences in implementation in fulfilling the rights of workers who have been laid off during the pandemic. Based on the decisions analyzed, it was found that there are still cases where workers do not get their rights in full, either related to severance pay, service award money, or other compensation money that should be guaranteed by law. These findings indicate that the role of judges in deciding layoff cases is very important to ensure maximum justice and protection for workers. Therefore, the author recommends that judges in deciding cases related to layoffs be guided by the principles of labor law, the principles of social justice, and applicable laws and regulations.

Remittance money is a number of cost contributions given from the groom-to-be to the prospective in-laws to meet the needs of the wedding. The tradition of money delivery in the culture of the Mandailing Angkola community, especially in Aek Nabara Jae Village, is a symbol of the bride-to-be's seriousness towards the woman. However, in practice, this tradition often causes problems when the nominal amount set exceeds the reasonable limit. Too high a dowry has caused many couples, especially from the lower middle economic class, to be forced to postpone their marriage. This research aims to examine the implementation and determination of remittances in local wedding customs, as well as how Islamic law views these conditions. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive method through field observation and interviews. The results of the study showed that the determination of remittance money was influenced by education level, social status, and the intervention of extended families. In the view of Islamic law, the determination of the dowry that burdens and hinders marriage is contrary to the principle of convenience and benefit in muamalah.

The Zakat Aware Community Movement is an initiative to raise Muslims' awareness of the importance of zakat as a religious obligation and socio-economic instrument. The goal is to encourage people to pay zakat, both zakat mal and fitrah, correctly and on target to help the poor and reduce poverty and social inequality. Zakat not only has spiritual value, but also a strategic role in welfare distribution. Awareness of zakat is expected to counter consumptive behavior or hedonism, which in Islam is known as israf (excessive) and tabdzir (wasteful). The concept of “mâl” (wealth) in Islam is everything that can be legally owned and utilized, such as houses, money, gold, and others. Blessed wealth is wealth that is obtained lawfully, benefits others, and is used to get closer to Allah. Islam also pays great attention to poverty, which is described through the terms fakir and miskin. For this reason, zakat as the third pillar of Islam has a major role in overcoming it. For those who are reluctant to pay zakat, Islam recognizes the punishment of ta'zir - a punishment imposed by the ruler to safeguard the public interest. Finally, zakat that is paid consciously and sincerely can bring blessings to wealth, strengthen social solidarity, and strengthen the economic resilience of the people.

The suggestions put forward are: Law enforcement against counterfeit money distribution crimes must require a structured and comprehensive strategy. One important step is to increase the capacity of law enforcement officers, including the police, prosecutors, and judges, through special training on counterfeit money crimes. Improving digital forensic and counterfeit money detection capabilities, including the use of the latest technology. This increase in competence will help officers identify the perpetrators' modus operandi and speed up the investigation process. In addition, the formation of a special unit or task force that focuses on handling counterfeit money cases can also strengthen the effectiveness of handling cases in the field. Then community involvement in preventing counterfeit money circulation must be optimized through broad public education regarding the characteristics of genuine and counterfeit money and reporting procedures if suspicious money is found. This awareness campaign can be carried out through mass media, social media, and cooperation with educational institutions. In the digital era, the use of information systems and technology such as counterfeit money databases and money circulation tracking systems is also an effective solution. By involving all elements of government, law enforcement, financial institutions, and the community, law enforcement against counterfeit money distribution crimes can be more effective, fair, and have a long-term impact.

The problem of election violations in the form of money politics continues to be a challenge in the democratization process in Indonesia, including in Gorontalo Regency. Although regulations have been strictly regulated in Law Number 7 Year 2017, the implementation of law enforcement against money politics still faces various obstacles. This study aims to analyze the obstacles faced by law enforcement officials, especially the Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu), in taking action against money politics violations during the implementation of the General Election in Gorontalo Regency. This type of research is empirical juridical research, with a qualitative approach and using interview techniques with Bawaslu commissioners as the main data source. The main findings show that the main obstacles come from weak evidentiary instruments, a deeply rooted transactional political culture in the community, and Bawaslu's limited authority in the law enforcement process. In addition, the lack of public participation in reporting violations is a factor that contributes to weakening the effectiveness of law enforcement. The conclusion of this study confirms that the success of law enforcement against money politics is largely determined by the synergy between strong regulations, independent and professional supervisory institutions, and public political awareness. Therefore, it is recommended that strengthening the institutional capacity of Bawaslu, reformulating regulations regarding the proof of money politics violations, and increasing public political education be prioritized in the electoral reform agenda in the regions.

Money laundering is the act of changing or hiding money or assets resulting from crime to appear to have come from a legal source. Haram funds can damage the market and harm honest business actors. The study addresses two main issues: Does digital financial transactions fall into the category of money laundering. Are the rules related to digital transactions included in the crime of money laundering (TPPU)? The research was carried out using the method of juridical analysis, which is to examine the applicable legal rules. The results show that digital transactions have the potential to be used for money laundering, especially through technologies such as digital payments and cryptocurrencies that can disguise transaction traces. Technological advances and lifestyle changes also affect the economic system. Today, electronic money is widely used through e-commerce, online transportation services, and digital merchants. Based on Articles 3, 4, and 5 of the Anti-Corruption Law, anyone who disguises the origin of assets from criminal acts — including through digital transactions — can be sentenced to up to 20 years in prison and a fine of up to Rp10 billion.

With 65 million entities, micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) form the backbone of the Indonesian economy, contributing around 61% of the country's gross domestic product (GDP) and employing 97% of the working population. Despite their strategic role, most MSMEs still face various challenges, such as low adaptability to changes in the business environment, lack of planning strategies, minimal innovation, and limitations in utilizing technology. On the other hand, current consumer behavior increasingly demands quality products and practical services, including in terms of payment systems. Along with the development of the digital era, non-cash payment systems, such as e-money and QR codes, have experienced rapid growth and become important elements in encouraging financial inclusion and transaction efficiency. QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) is present as an innovative solution that allows MSMEs to make transactions quickly, safely, and easily by simply scanning a QR code. Realizing the importance of utilizing this technology, the community service (PkM) team conducted training activities on the creation and use of QRIS for the "Zea Ice" Orange Juice micro business actor in Deltasari Indah, Sidoarjo, East Java. This activity includes QR code creation, printing, and attaching barcodes to kiosks, as well as technical education related to their use. This initiative is expected to increase transaction efficiency, encourage the implementation of digitalization, and increase the competitiveness of MSMEs in an increasingly competitive market.
