This final assignment compared the results of durations in the CCPM method and the Critical Path Method (CPM) by conducting a case study of ship repairs at Galangan Kapal Madura Ltd. Initial project scheduling employed the traditional method of a Gantt chart, which was then broken down in more detail and complete relationships among activities into CPM form. The results were then compared with the duration in CCPM scheduling by eliminating multitasking and safety time for each activity as well as providing a buffer in progress. The CPM method lasted for 30 days at a cost of IDR 246,600,000.00, while the CCPM method lasted for 20 days at a cost of IDR 215,600,000.00. In conclusion, the CCPM method was the most effective.

Garbage is a residual material produced by a household. Waste can become a problem if it is not managed properly. MaQis Al-Hamidy 4 Islamic Boarding School is a boarding school that is well known among Madurese people. This Islamic boarding school has an environment where lots of trees grow, resulting in quite a lot of dry leaf waste. This of course provides both disadvantages and advantages for the residents of Islamic boarding schools. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct training for residents of Islamic boarding schools in the form of making compost from dry leaf waste so that it can provide benefits for residents of Islamic boarding schools and for the environment. The purpose of this training is to provide education about environmental management, especially in the utilization of organic waste which can be used as material for making compost. The method in implementing this training uses descriptive analysis as well as direct waste management practices. The result and impact of this training is that students gain useful skills in organic waste management and become agents of change in protecting the environment.

The purpose of this study was to determine the profile of respondents, the implementation of the Honey Bee Cultivation Training program and the level of farmer satisfaction with the Honey Bee Cultivation Training program. The samples used were 30 breeder samples and data collected by using. Data analysis uses the Index Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) methods. The results of this include the characteristics of respondents who took part in the training, the majority of people of productive age were breeders aged 41-50 years as much as 37%. In terms of gender, the majority is male, 83%, which is because the breeders who take part in the Honey Bee Training program are not only from Simalungun Regency, but several breeders come from outside the city of Simalungun Regency. At the educational level, it was found that Bachelor graduates dominated the number by 60%. This is also related to the respondents' farming experience, several respondents who have more than 30 years of farming experience have high creativity and innovation in making stups or bee boxes using cement to prevent theft of beehives. Based on the calculation of the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), the performance or service value provided by officers of the Flora Nauli Center Honey Bee Cultivation Training program in Simalungun Regency was 73,15. The CSI Value Criteria explains that the value of 73,15 is in the "Satisfied" criteria.

Background: Colostrum is the type of breast milk that is richest in protein and provides extra protection against germs that attack the baby's digestive tract. Colostrum is the first immunization that babies receive which contains up to 17 times more anti-infective substances than other breast milk. How to stimulate colostrum production can be done with maternal nutrition. Giving honey to mothers is beneficial because honey contains nutrients (energy, carbohydrates, protein) which function as energy for the posterior pituitary to produce the hormones oxytocin and prolactin. Research Objective: To determine the effect of giving honey on colostrum production in primiparous postpartum mothers at Asy Syifa' Sambi General Hospital, Boyolali Regency. Research Method: Pre-experimental research type with posttest only with control group design. The population of this study was all post patum primiparous mothers on day 1 from 5 May 2023 to 28 June 2023 at RSU Asy Syifa' Sambi, Boyolali Regency, totaling 39 respondents. The sampling technique used consecutive sampling technique, the sample in this study was 16 respondents per group. The data analysis technique used is the Mann Whitney test. Research Results: The time to expel colostrum in primiparous postpartum mothers who were not given honey at Asy Syifa' Sambi General Hospital, Boyolali Regency had a mean of 3.31 hours, a median of 3.25 hours. The time to expel colostrum in primiparous postpartum mothers who were given honey had a mean of 0, 84 hour median 0.75 hours and standard deviation 0.25. There is an effect of giving honey on colostrum production in primiparous post partum mothers (0.000<0.05). Conclusion: There is an effect of giving honey on colostrum production in primiparous post partum mothers.

This study aims to develop an innovation in vegetable nugget production as a healthy and tasty solution for children in Tragah Village, Bangkalan, Madura. Vegetable consumption among children remains low, impacting their nutritional intake. The vegetable nugget innovation is expected to enhance vegetable acceptance in an attractive and easy-to-consume form. This research uses a community action research (CAR) approach with a product development design, community trials, and product acceptance evaluation. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and questionnaires involving children and parents. The findings show that vegetable nuggets were well received by children, leading to an increased interest in vegetable consumption. Additionally, the product meets the nutritional standards for children. The implications of this study indicate that innovations in vegetable-based food products can be an effective solution to promote healthy eating habits among children, especially in rural areas.

Background: Traditional medicine can be used to treat cough in ARI. WHO recommends the use of traditional medicines including herbs in maintaining public health, prevention and treatment of disease, especially for chronic diseases and cancer. Objective: to determine the effect of giving ginger and honey drinks on coughs in toddlers. Method: This type of research is pre-experimental with the research design used is one group pre-test-post test design with a sample of 20 subjects. The instrument used in collecting this data is the respondent's characteristic sheet which contains the name, age, gender along with the observation sheet. Honey ginger therapy intervention was given in the morning and evening for 5 consecutive days with a dose of 1 glass containing 150 ml and 2 teaspoons of pure honey. Result: the results of observations in studies that have been conducted for 5 consecutive days with a frequency of 2x a day obtained a p value of 0.00. Conclusion: There is an Effect of Giving Ginger and Honey Drinks to Ease Coughs in Toddlers.

The prevalence rate of anemia in Indonesia in adolescents aged 15-24 years is 32%. The proportion of anemia in women is higher than in men. Objective: To determinel the effectl of giving honey onl an increase inl HB inl female adolescents who experience anemia. Methods: The research design was the Pre Experiment and the One Group Pretest Posttest approach, a sample of 23 young girls of class X, the sample used was total sampling. Test analysis using the Paired Simple T Test. The results of the study: The results of the Paired Simple T Test based on HB values before and after being given treatment showed a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 with an average value of an increase of 0.5 gr/dl. Conclusion: Therel is a positive effectl of givingl honey onl the increasel in HB inl female adolescents who experience anemia.

Parengan Village is one of the leading villages located in Maduran District, Lamongan Regency. Parengan village has a lot of good potential. There are 16 MSMEs that are the source of life for the people of Parengan Village with various types of businesses consisting of woven crafts, woven sarongs, handicrafts, cosmetic businesses, food businesses, livestock businesses, agriculture to service providers. This service involved 16 MSME partners who were in Parengan Village. The problem faced by MSME partners in Parengan Village is a lack of understanding of digital literacy, so that in running their business most of them still use conventional methods. To help solve the problems faced by MSME partners, socialization was carried out regarding digital literacy and assistance in implementing digital MSMEs. The stages carried out in this service consist of 4 stages, starting from the coordination stage, the socialization stage, the mentoring stage and the evaluation stage. The results of the socialization activities that have been carried out show that knowledge and insight regarding digital literacy has increased, this is supported by a desire to learn from MSME partners in digitizing their businesses. Then from the mentoring activities that have been carried out, it shows that MSME partners have started to be able to implement their business promotions through social media such as Instagram, Facebook and WA Business as well as make sales through e-commerce sites such as Shopee, Tokopedia or Lazada

This research is aimed to identify, describe, and develop strategies to enhance group members' commitment in the development of a health honey business using the Business Model Canvas (BMC). The study was conducted at KTH Bina Lestari in Ciamis Regency, post the Covid-19 pandemic. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis was used to assess internal and external factors to determine the highest priority for development and improvement. The research findings indicate that the selected priority strategies for honey business development in Kampung Madu are: 1) training and human resource development, 2) product quality improvement, and 3) product marketing optimization.  

The Islamic Investment Gallery is a means of introducing Islamic Capital Market Investment to the world of academia and as a place to study investment and make investment transactions in the Islamic capital market. One of the causes of failure in investing is a lack of understanding in investing. Apart from knowledge, another factor in increasing interest in investing is technological advances as a medium in its activities. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effect of knowledge on interest in investing in the Islamic capital market with technological advances as a mediating variable. This research is a quantitative research. Using the path analysis method in SPSS V.20. The results of this study indicate that knowledge has a direct effect on interest in investing in the Islamic capital market, knowledge influences technological progress as a mediating variable in interest in investing in the Islamic capital market, technological advances influences interest in investing in the Islamic capital market and knowledge influences interest in investing in Islamic capital markets. Through technological advances.

The Sharia Investment Gallery is a place for students to learn about investing in the Islamic capital market. There are several programs carried out by the Sharia Investment Gallery, namely educating and motivating students by holding activities such as studies on the Islamic capital market, Islamic capital market schools (SPMS) and also socializing the existence of a minimum capital of IDR 100,000 in opening an account on the market. Therefore this research is to find out whether Minimum Capital affects students' interest in investing in the Islamic capital market with education as a moderating variable. This research is a quantitative study, the variables used are minimum capital (X), Education (Z), and Student interest in investing (Y). This study tested the MRA interaction. By distributing 131 questionnaires to GIS investors at the Islamic Faculty of Trunjoyo Madura University. The results of this study indicate that the results of the T test on the minimum capital variable affect students' interest in investing in the Islamic capital market. Furthermore, in the interaction test, the education variable has a significant effect in moderating the relationship between minimum capital and interest in investing, and it can be said that the moderating variable (education) strengthens the relationship between minimum capital and investment interest. And included in the pseudo moderation variable (Quasi Moderation.

The Lombang Beach tourism development strategy is seen from the internal factors which are still dominant in having weaknesses in Lombang beach tourism objects, so the stability strategy is the current choice, namely reducing the weak factors gradually according to the existing priority criteria so that the weaknesses disappear and turn into  strength.  While the internal factors that become strengths must be maintained.

This study used a qualitative method where the author made direct observations at the research location, namely beekeeping at the Klanceng Honey Bee UMKM in Talang Village. To obtain primary data, the authors visited beekeeping locations several times directly to obtain the secondary data, the authors conducted a literature search. The results of observations at the Klanceng Honey Bee UMKM in Talang Village show that the marketing channel applied is a simple marketing channel or a marketing channel at the lower level which only consists of Lawang Honey Picking Agrotourism as producers and consumers as customers of the product

Honey is a natural liquid that contains a lot of sugar produced by bees (genus Apis) from flower nectar and has a sweet taste. The purpose of designing the Honey Harvest Monitoring System with ARDUINO-based IOT is to help breeders maximize honey harvesting results. This study aims to design an intelligent system for controlling the temperature in bee hives, humidity in bee hives, and monitoring honey yields, measuring the temperature and humidity of the storage room using DHT 11 sensors, and monitoring honey harvest time using Load Cell sensors. The temperature and humidity controller in the cage uses a blower/fan. Sensor data will be processed using the Wemos D1 R1 microcontroller and then sent to an Android application via the internet network using a real-time Firebase database so that it can be accessed anywhere and anytime. The way this system works is that if the room temperature is >38 degrees Celsius, the blower/fan will turn on, and will turn off if the temperature is 40%, the artificial window will open and will close if the humidity is

The development of digitalization of MSME businesses opens up great opportunities for business growth and development. By using digital technology and online platforms, MSMEs can expand their market reach and reach potential consumers in various regions. Through digital marketing, MSMEs can promote their products or services more efficiently than traditional methods. In addition, by leveraging digital data and analytics, MSMEs can better understand consumer behavior and optimize their marketing strategies. However, the development of digitalization of MSME businesses also faces several challenges. One of them is limited access and understanding of digital technology. Many SMEs do not have sufficient knowledge or resources to utilize technology effectively. In addition, data security and privacy are important concerns for MSMEs in adopting digitization. The meaning of customs and traditions passed down from ancestors is something that is difficult to just leave even though times have changed because they are deeply rooted and practiced continuously. One example is early marriage among the Madurese community, especially in Bandang Laok Bangkalan Village. Among the Madurese, their children, especially girls, choose to get married immediately rather than continue their studies or work. This study aims to find out how the perspectives of the Madurese people and ordinary people regarding early marriage in Madura, where this phenomenon is still common, especially in rural areas. The researcher also relates it to the Symbolic Interactionism Theory with the concept of mind, self and society to be analyzed from a sociological point of view. In this study, researchers used literature studies to obtain data and indirect observations. The results of this study are that this phenomenon is a real form of human unconsciousness about themselves, maybe they agree about arranged marriages carried out by their parents or family, but actually they are also depressed.

Latar Belakang: Permasalahan ISPA masih menjadi salah satu penyebab kematian akibat penyakit menular di dunia. Hampir 4 juta orang meninggal karena infeksi saluran pernapasan akut tiap tahun. Pemberian herbal tradisional sebagai terapi non farmakologi dapat digunakan sebagai terapi pendamping perawatan medis dalam menangani ISPA pada balita. Kandungan herbal jahe dan madu dikenal dapat menurunkan tingkat keparahan batuk di malam hari sehingga mengurangi gangguan tidur. Kualitas tidur yang baik dapat memperbaiki kondisi ISPA sehingga tidak terjadi komplikasi yang lebih buruk. Tujuan: Memberikan edukasi terkait minuman herbal jahe dan madu sebagai pendamping obat farmakologi terhadap kejadian ISPA. Metode: Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan secara langsung bertatap muka dengan sasaran sehingga lebih efektif, meyakinkan dan mengakrabkan hubungan antara penyuluh dan sasaran serta cepatnya respon.. Hasil : Klien memahami dan mengerti tentang manfaat dan teknik terapi pemberian minuman jahe merah dan madu. ,Klien memahami dan mengerti tentang langkah-langkah melakukan terapi pemberian minuman jahe merah dan madu sebagai pendamping obat farmakologi. Saran: Diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai obat herbal yang aman tanpa menimbulkan efek samping

Value that exists in a cultural customary ritual entity in a community environment, will not become a potential if its essence has not been determined. Essential marketing strategy is a marketing strategy that focuses on the core or basis of marketing. This study aims to find a marketing strategy to develop Sumenep based on culture that has been upheld by the people so far. This research is a qualitative research and uses a purposive method in selecting informants. Informants in this study were Pinggirpapas village community leaders, Pinggirpapas village community, and Pini Sepuh as traditional ritual leaders. The results of this study are a form of marketing essential values in Nyadar traditional rituals including; The Sanctity of Traditional Ritual Processions, Transformation of customary values between generations that bind as resilience to the psychological aspects of the residents, and the residents belief in the uniqueness of the ritual. While the economic strategy built by the residents is the inherent religious, cultural and economic values as well as the empowerment of economic values for processional products and a variety of local traditional and village culinary offerings. Furthermore, this research can become the basis for the government in developing the concept of city branding in Sumenep as an effort to increase the number of tourists visiting.

This study analyzed the writing skills in English expository text. There are five indicators in writing expository text: content, organization, grammar, vocabulary, and mechanics. This study aimed to investigate the students' writing skill on expository text related to the five indicators of English expositorytext and investigated the difficulties in writing English expository text. This research study used a descriptive quantitative research design. The participants were first semester students at English Literature Study Program of Universitas Trunojoyo Madura. The data collected from students' writing expository text test and analyzed by using Heaton’s theory. The result data analysis showed that: 1) 47% of students were average to good in writing content, 2) 51% of students were average to good in writing organization, 3) 31% of students were average to good in using grammar, 4) 36% of students were very good to excellent in using vocabulary, 5) 44% of students were very good to excellent in writing mechanics. This research found some difficulties the students when writing expository text. First, students cannot develop their ideas. Second, students are unable to develop their idea based on topic that they have to explain in expository text. Third, students struggle with grammatical structure of expository text. That means, they have to more understand about the simple present tense. Fourth, they were difficult to select appropriate vocabulary when writing expository text. The last, they miss-spelt words and were unsure of proper punctuation that was causing an error of mechanics.
