In the era of free markets, Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSMEs) must fulfill specific conditions in order to compete. In order to help business actors—particularly craftspeople and MSME actors—better expand their enterprises, community service activities are necessary because many of them still lack business legitimacy. The purpose of this activity is to introduce the company Identification Number (NIB), which may be obtained online, and to raise awareness of the need of maintaining company licenses. The Indonesian government wants to make business actor registration easier by using the Online Single Submission (OSS) to submit NIBs. The provision of business legality theory and practice is part of this support. The purpose of this study is to arm business actors with information and expertise about creating NIB so they may grow their enterprises. The findings demonstrated that the community's comprehension of creating NIB, which each and every business actor must own, had improved. Because the NIB has granted legal status to the firm, it has made doing business simpler. MSME participants in Seberang Sanglar Village also benefit from protection from the government, easy access to financing, government empowerment, and support for their business growth.

Law is defined as a rule or norm that must be followed by humans. To ensure the implementation of law in Indonesia, various legal products are needed, especially laws that regulate community activities. Firearms abbreviated as Senpi are weapons that release one or more projectiles that are propelled at high speed by gas produced by the combustion of a propellant (projectile). The problem of ownership to misuse of firearms is something that is very dangerous and high risk, resulting in fatalities in society, the increasing number of cases in recent years in Indonesia shows the importance of the seriousness of law enforcement in responding to this problem. Misuse of Illegal Firearms Ownership is regulated in Emergency Law Number 12 of 1951 concerning the amendment of the "Ordonnantie Tijdelijke Bijzondere Strafbepalinge" (STBL. 1948 No. 17) and the Former Republic of Indonesia Law Number 8 of 1948 stating that anyone who without the right to enter Indonesia makes, receives, tries to obtain, submits or tries to submit, controls, carries, has a stock of it or has in his possession, stores, transports, hides, uses, or removes from Indonesia a firearm, ammunition or explosive material, is punished with the death penalty or life imprisonment or a temporary prison sentence of up to twenty years. Police Regulation Number 1 of 2022 dated January 28, 2022 concerning licensing, supervision and control of Polri firearms, non-organic TNI-Polri firearms and security equipment classified as firearms, namely non-TNI-Polri firearms with types of non-TNI-Polri firearms including live ammunition firearms, rubber bullets, and gas bullets from the Polri. The process from ordering to handover of goods to the owner, both the legality of documents and physical control (ballistic tests) are under the supervision of the Polri. The circulation of illegal firearms among the Indonesian people requires law enforcement, especially the Police, to be more active and take early prevention measures against those who own, make, and supply illegal firearms that threaten the lives of the community due to the impacts caused by illegal firearm ownership. The case of firearm ownership against the defendant SULIS NURFITO, Ponorogo, 34 years old, Male, Jln. Swadaya Kel. Bukit Batrem District. Dumai Timur Province. Riau, Islam, Construction Workers with Decision NUMBER 2157/Pid.Sus/2017/PN Mdn sentenced to 2 (two) years and 3 (three) months in prison, making the public's perspective on the world of justice in Indonesia far from the public's expectations considering the threat of punishment for the Article applied with the threat of 20 Years in Prison with the verdict given by the judge of 2 (two) years and 3 (three) months shows that law enforcement is far from the public's expectations and does not have a deterrent effect on the defendant and other users of illegal firearms who have not been arrested by the Police.

Business legality is the identity of a business that legalizes a business so that it is recognized by the community. Business legality must be valid according to applicable laws and regulations so that the business can be protected by various documents that are valid in the eyes of the law. One of the supporting factors for the sustainability of a business is influenced by the existence of legal elements of the business being run. Business permits that must be owned by the community are a business establishment deed, business entity NPWP, trade business license (SIUP), company domicile certificate (SKDP) and business registration number (NIB). The increase in community businesses in Sei Bingai District, Langkat Regency has triggered many business permits that are not directly supervised by the local government. Community business permits are important documents in supervising the running of these community businesses. The types of businesses in Sei Bingai District also vary, such as tourism, C mining, trade, factories and so on.

The emergence of telemedicine as a digital transformation in the healthcare industry is a remarkable innovation that merges cutting-edge technology with community involvement. The progress has been found to enhance the quality of healthcare services but also poses challenges to ethical values in medicine that must be upheld to safeguard human dignity. Consequently, there is a pressing need to reform laws that can safeguard both healthcare providers and patients. Suggested legal reforms include modifying medical practice regulations to ensure equitable legal protection for doctors and patients during telemedicine consultations and bolstering the use of medical records as evidence in conflict resolution. These measures are aimed at ensuring that technological advancements in healthcare align with the values of Pancasila, which prioritize scientific values, fairness, justice, humanity, and balance, as well as the safety and protection of patients.

Investment is an essential instrument for capitalist countries to boost the national economy and create job opportunities for the community. Investment in Indonesia began with Foreign Investment Law No. 56 of 1964, which was later updated with Foreign Investment Law No. 25 of 2007 in line with the times. To increase investor interest in entering Indonesia, the government enacted Job Creation Law No. 11 of 2020, which was further updated through the Job Creation Law up to 2023. Due to the complexity and increasing number of investors facing obstacles such as land acquisition and regional policies, a Presidential Regulation on National Strategic Projects (PSN) was issued. The government's hopes and expectations for smooth investor operations do not always align with implementation. Specifically, PSNs often result in agrarian conflicts for local residents whose land is taken over for PSN purposes. In the context of investment in Batam, particularly the Rempang Eco-City Development Plan in the Rempang-Galang area, clashes occurred and drew national attention and concern from various experts when land measurements began by PT MEG, escorted by the Joint Team comprising police, TNI, and the Ditpam Batam Management Agency (BP Batam). They have not reached an agreement but are already being pushed for swift execution. The obstacles to investment in the PSN Rempang Eco-City include conflicts arising from legal uncertainties over land ownership since the administrative change from Bintan Selatan District to Batam City, becoming Galang District since 1980. Represented by their legal counsel LBH GP Asnhor, they demand legal certainty over their ancestral land to be issued certificates, enabling fair and humane compensation. This demand has been submitted to President Joko Widodo regarding the request for land legality for the villages on Rempang Island, Galang Island, and New Galang Island on behalf of the chairman of the Local Indigenous People's Relatives (KERAMAT) Gerisman Ahmad. Due to these obstacles and conflicts, the central government, through President Joko Widodo, issued Presidential Regulation No. 78 of 2023 on Handling Social Community Impacts in the Context of Land Provision for National Development. However, as of July 2024, there has not been a comprehensive agreement between the community, the Batam City government, and the head of BP Batam. The government is taking a softer approach by personally approaching residents to relocate to Tanjung Banon, where four model houses have been provided as promised incentives for those willing to move.
