The objectives of this research are: 1) to determine the Principal's management planning in improving teacher performance at SMA Negeri 2 Tarutung; 2) to determine the organization of the Principal's management in improving teacher performance at SMA Negeri 2 Tarutung; 3) to determine the implementation of the Principal's management in improving teacher performance at SMA Negeri 2 Tarutung; 4) to determine the Principal's management supervision in improving teacher performance at SMA Negeri 2 Tarutung. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method using a natural qualitative approach. The subjects in this research were taken directly from parties who are directly related to the implementation of Principal Management in improving the function and performance of teachers. In seeking this information the researcher will interview: (1) Principal, (2) Deputy Principal, (3) Teacher and can develop according to the needs of researchers. The results obtained in this research are: 1) The planning process for improving teacher performance at SMA Negeri 2 Tarutung began with holding meetings covering all school activities, including curriculum, student affairs, infrastructure and public relations; 2) Organizing activities at SMA Negeri 2 Tarutung are carried out by considering the 5W and 1H principles, with the aim that the activities to be carried out can be right on target and efficient; 3) To improve teacher performance at SMA Negeri 2 Tarutung, various steps were taken, including involving teachers in workshops, IT in-depth training, developing report-based assessments, developing an Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI), training in developing learning implementation plans (RPP), technical guidance (bimtek) for learning, preparation of literacy questions, preparation of DUPAK, as well as personal coaching for teaching staff; 4) Improving teacher performance at SMA Negeri 2 Tarutung is carried out through two supervision systems, namely internal supervisors and external supervisors.

The purpose of this study was to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors in Murabahah financing at Bank Sumut Syariah Sub-Branch Lubuk Pakam and the results of the analysis of the application of the 5C principle in Murabahah financing at Bank Sumut Syariah Sub-Branch Lubuk Pakam. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research. While the data is done using observation, documentation and interview techniques. The data analysis model used in this research is qualitative analysis of the Miles and Huberman model, namely by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results in this study indicate that: Internal obstacles faced by Bank SUMUT Lubuk Pakam Syariah Sub-Branch in applying the 5C Principle, namely; limited customer information, limited technology, product suitability, property valuation, supervision and control, economic and industrial conditions. And external constraints faced by Bank SUMUT Lubuk Pakam Syariah Sub-Branch in applying the 5C Principle, namely; macroeconomics, changes in government policy, public consumption patterns, political uncertainty, regulatory changes.

His research uses a type of field research (field study) using a qualitative approach. PAI teachers at Nurul Huda Vocational School play an important role in preventing radicalism. He designed a radicalism prevention program in three parts, namely Prevention, Supervision and Development. Not all activities he plans can be implemented well. However, in general the activities carried out by PAI Vocational School Teacher Nurul Huda are sufficient to describe himself as a teacher, guide, trainer and educator. 6 activities lead to confinement as a Teacher, 3 activities direct to confinement as a Guide, 5 activities direct to confinement as a Trainer, and 3 activities direct to confinement as an Educator. Second, there are obstacles in implementing the radicalism prevention program designed and implemented by PAI teachers at Nurul Huda Vocational School. These include the minimal ability of students to write scientific papers, the lack of audio-visual facilities, no funds allocated by schools for radicalism prevention programs, minimal internal motivation within students, and the internet which allows students to be exposed to radicalism at any time.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the extent to which Workload, Training, and Principal Supervision influence the improvement of teacher performance in the online learning process. The population and samples taken in this study amounted to 26 teachers at SDN Sukasari 6 Kota Tangerang with a saturated sampling technique. Data collection uses primary data through distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is a descriptive, internal data analysis technique through the Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0 application. The results of the study show that workload and training have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Likewise, the same thing with the Principal's Supervision has a positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers at SDN Sukasari 6 Tangerang City. This research provides input to all elementary schools to take into consideration regarding online learning which has an impact on increasing the ability of teachers to apply it so that educational goals are achieved effectively and efficiently.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of implementing the internal control system in the management of facilities and infrastructure at MTsS Al- Abror Muara Soma. This research was conducted at MTsS Al- Abror Muara Soma. This study uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques through observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. The research results show that the implementation of the internal control system in the management of facilities and infrastructure at MTsS Al- Abror Muara Soma is less effective. Can be seen by using the checklist method, the result of the calculation are 40% which means it is less effective in implementing the internal control system and 60% the effectiveness cannot be proven for environmental aspects of control, there is no segregation of duties in the coordinator of facilities and infrastructure, namely the existence of multiple positions carried out by the administration, and there is still a lack of concern in maintaining facilities and there are still incomplete and inadequate facilities. For the information and communication aspect, it is proven that the numbering of facilities has not been implemented, manual recording of inventory for each class has not been implemented and there is no recording system for removing facilities and infrastructure that are not longer used or left in stroge, and for the supervision aspect it has not been carried out properly because special staff have not been formed to supervise facilities and infrastructure and have not carried out routine inspections of school facilities.

Bachelor of Applied Science in Hospitality Management, Faculty of Cultural Studies, Dian Nuswantoro University.This final project aims to explain the role of a Chef de Partie, especially how the Pastry Department supports the operations. A Chef de Partie has the duty and responsibilities to manage the team. Lack of supervision from a leader makes an operation not run well, so guest complaints can occur. This research used qualitative descriptive methodology for data collection. The data was collected with interviews, observations, and documentation to obtain accurate data regarding the role of a Chef de Partie in the operations of the pastry section. The research results obtained by researchers are that a Chef de Partie has a very important role in leading his team so as to minimize a problem and be able to overcome problems at the internal and external levels, but if the duties and responsibilities are not carried out properly then it can lead to unsatisfactory product results and guest complaints. The role of a Chef de Partie is very influential in the operations of the pastry section in order to improve the image of a hotel and guest satisfaction.

This research discusses the role of Christian religious education teachers and parents in preventing the negative impact of technological developments on children. The impact of technological developments is very significant both internally and externally. This is a reality that every human being needs to face.  Therefore there needs to be a strategy in dealing with these technological developments. The purpose of this study is to explain the role of Christian religious teachers and parents in preventing the negative impacts of technological developments on children. The method used is descriptive qualitative method which focuses on collecting data through books, articles and relevant sources. As a result of this study, it was found that the role of Christian religious teachers and parents in preventing the negative impacts of technological developments on children is Christian religious education teachers providing education about technological developments for children at school, together with parents providing supervision of children's activities and relationships, providing activities positive for children both at school and outside of school, giving confidence to children through giving assignments. As a conclusion from this research, it is very necessary for Christian religion teachers and parents to provide education about the negative impacts of these technological developments. This prevention effort is a form of anticipation from teachers and parents so that their students are not negatively affected by these technological developments.

PT. Pos Indonesia is one of the first companies engaged in the field of freight forwarding services in Indonesia.  Companies need cash to run their business, pay off obligations and distribute dividends to investors.  Therefore, maintaining cash liquidity by establishing an internal control system for cash is the most important concern for the company.  The purpose of this study is to determine the supervision and control of the KCP ceiling at PT Pos Indonesia.  This study used a qualitative method with primary and secondary data collection.  The analysis that the researchers did was to use a Cause-Effect Diagram to map the constraints and causes of excess PAGU in KC/KCU.  The results in the study found that there were still several ManKug who did not know that PT.  Pos Indonesia implements a cross-subsidy system in which if the profit unit retains its funds, it will have a significant impact on units with a deficit.  The conclusion from this research is cause and effect (Fish Bone) that there are 6 factors that influence the advantages of PAGU in KC/KCU namely Method, Human Resources, Internal (material), External (environment), System, and Time factors.

One type of local government supervision is internal control. This internal control is carried out by the government internal control apparatus (APIP) at the Regional Inspectorate. The main role of APIP is as a consultant and problem solver for local governments with the task of conducting inspections, reviews, monitoring and evaluation, as well as other supervision of the implementation of tasks and functions of local government organizations.This type of research is descriptive using a qualitative approach. The location chosen for this research is the Inspectorate of Pekalongan City. The data source retrieval technique in this study uses data triangulation techniques. Meanwhile, the focus of this research is on examining the influence of APIP's role in the implementation of the maturity of the Government Internal Control System (SPIP) at the Pekalongan City Inspectorate.The results of this study are (1) the Pekalongan City Inspectorate performs its role as a leader who is the forefront funnel by coordinating, carrying out control functions, encouraging the creation of bureaucratic reform and governance, (2) Pekalongan City Inspectorate has an Internal Supervision function which includes activities that include: directly related to quality assurance that supports the implementation of an effective, transparent, accountable and clean government from KKN practices, (3) As a consultant to the Pekalongan City Inspectorate must know more than the party conducting consultations regarding regional financial management in accordance with the laws and regulations that exist, (4) Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus plays a role as Quality Assurance, namely ensuring that an activity can run efficiently, effectively and in accordance with the rules in achieving organizational goals, and (5) The role of the auditor as a catalyst based on employee perceptions influence on the achievement of the goals of the organization.

Analysis of E-Learning Information Systems is certainly one of the efforts that can be made to overcome problems that arise in the process of implementing teaching and learning activities (KBM) in each school. Soft System Methodology (SSM) analysis is a method used to help model unstructured problems. The SSM methodology is suitable for assisting an organization in defining their goals and then building a human activity system to achieve those goals. The relationship between the internal and external academic community involves teachers, parents of students, students and school administrators to develop information for supervision and student Development approaches. E-Learning analysis using the Soft Systems Methodology (SSM) approach is expected that the E-Learning information system will be able to answer existing challenges and problems. This study carried out a CATWOE analysis of the holons and elements (Client, Actor, Transformation, World View, Owner, Environment) found in case studies, building E-Learning models by applying the roles of humans, processes and technology as knowledge-forming elements, then analysis. holons based on the modeling of the resulting Knowledge. The analysis of E-Learning needs is answered by the need between the internal staff of teachers, employees, counseling and external students and parents to improve the quality of teaching and learning activities and student development.

This study aims to analyze the principal’s efforts in improving the quality of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at SMP Hikmah Yapis Jayapura. PAI learning plays a significant role in shaping students’ faith, morals, and personality in accordance with Islamic teachings derived from the Qur'an and Hadith, as well as the exemplary conduct of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. In this context, the principal, as an educational leader, holds a strategic role in managing, guiding, and enhancing the performance of PAI teachers to ensure that the learning process is carried out effectively and contributes positively to students’ spiritual and character development.This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. The subjects of the study include the principal, PAI teachers, and students of SMP Hikmah Yapis Jayapura. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation to obtain comprehensive and contextual information regarding the implementation of PAI learning. The data analysis process was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. To ensure the validity and reliability of the findings, source and technique triangulation were applied.The results indicate that PAI learning at SMP Hikmah Yapis Jayapura is not only conducted in the classroom through the delivery of materials related to aqidah, morals, fiqh, and the Qur'an and Hadith, but is also strengthened through various religious programs integrated into the school culture. The principal’s efforts to improve learning quality include conducting regular academic supervision, involving teachers in professional development programs, providing work motivation, and consistently monitoring the learning process. Additionally, religious activities such as Qur'an memorization programs, daily Qur'an recitation before lessons, and routine dhikr and salawat activities support the internalization of Islamic values.Supporting factors include the principal’s active leadership and professional experience, while inhibiting factors consist of limited infrastructure, administrative burdens, and varying levels of teacher competence. Overall, these efforts have contributed positively to improving the quality of PAI learning and fostering students’ character development.

Lending often occurs in a loan agreement (credit), which is a State party to the debtor's inability to pay an obligation that has been mutually agreed by the lender so that losses on the part of creditors as occur at the KSP Artha True Semarang. As for the purpose of this research is to know and understand what factors being the cause of the occurrence of loans (bad credit) as well as settling the loan (bad credit) happens on the KSP Artha True Semarang. The methods used in the writing of this is empirical method that uses an approach from the aspect arising in field, which has the nature of a real legal who live in thecommunity. Formulation of the problem examined in this thesis is how writing reviews of juridical agreement loan (credit) in cooperative Artha True Semarang, what are the factors that led to the loan (kreditmacet) on Cooperative Artha True Semarang, and how the process of rescue and settlement of loans (kerdit jam) of the true Artha padaKoperasi Semarang Formulation of the problem examined in this thesis is how writing reviews of juridical agreement loan (credit) in cooperative Artha True Semarang, what are the factors that led to the loan (kreditmacet) on Cooperative Artha True Semarang, and how the process of rescue and settlement of loans (kerdit jam) of the true Artha on Cooperative Semarang From this research can generate external factors which are the cause of loan (kerdit jam) is the debtor experienced barriers/difficulties in economic needs due to an accident causing late payment in pay off in installments. While the internal factor is the weak information and oversight in causing the credit turnaround supervision be not maximum. And the efforts made in the settlement of bad debts in the KSP Artha Semarang is True through the settlement outside the Court/non litigation and settlement in court, as well as save existing assets.

An improving of the education quality can be required at an educational supervision level. The word supervision as a form of supervision has a dual role that is academic, and clinical supervisions. The first is internal product and the second is more in the development of human resource competencies that carry out product realization. The word phrase appears the word supervisor, means observer. The role of the supervisor has to finds or identifies the capabilities and inability of the implementing personnel of the activity. The impact of these competencies affects the implementation of the program that has been determined. Therefore, in supervision activities, it is always necessary to report on the activities being carried out on the strengths and weaknesses of the implementation of these activities are immediately known well. The context of supervision in the millennial century with advances in technology and information requires policy makers and policy makers to understand the work space they carry out. The contents of the implementation of the activities to develop on increasingly information. Both, directly and indirectly, have influenced the results of the activities achieved.
