Hypertension is a health problem that often occurs in society. Uncontrolled hypertension can trigger degenerative diseases such as heart disease and kidney failure. One therapy used to lower blood pressure is celery leaf therapy. To determine the effectiveness of celery leaf juice and boiled celery leaves on blood pressure in elderly people with hypertension. This type of quantitative research is a Quasi Experimental design with Two Group pretest – posttest Control Group. The sampling technique used simple random sampling with a sample size of 32 people. The instruments in this study used a tensimeter, stethoscope, and observation sheet. Research results using the Wilxocon test and Mann Whitney U Test showed that the results of the analysis of celery leaf juice had a sig value of systolic ρ↑alue= 0.000≤α 0.05 and diastolic ρ-νalue = 0.000≤0.05. The results of the analysis of boiled celery leaves showed a sig value of systolic ρ-νalue = 0.000≤α 0.05 and ρ-νalue diastolic = 0.000≤0.05, meaning that celery leaf juice and celery leaf decoction are effective for blood pressure in elderly people suffering from hypertension. News about the failure of Light Steel construction, for example the roof structure of Light Steel collapsing, makes people hesitate to use it. This is of concern to the HAPI association (Indonesian Applicators Association) because construction failures can be caused by many factors. The purpose of this service is to help people get to know more about Light Steel materials, their advantages and disadvantages, how to apply them, and how to find out the volume of material requirements using roof calculator application so they don't suffer losses when using them. The target of this service is the community, especially around Wonoplumbon Village, Mijen District, where many of the residents are construction workers, and need knowledge of Light Steel applications to improve work competence in the world of construction. The methods used are lectures, questions and answers, and hands-on practice on how to cut, join, install screws, make roof trusses, and make sills with Light Steel materials. After this activity it is hoped that the community will understand more in theory and practice about Light Steel materials.

Menopausal women have a higher risk of hypertension than those who have not been menopausal. Hypertension can damage organs and cause stroke, kidney failure and heart attack. The purpose of the study was to determine the incidence of hypertension in menopausal women in the Working Area of the Lok Batu Health Center. This research method uses quantitative analytical surveys with a cross sectional approach. The population is all menopausal women in the Working Area of Lok Batu Health Center as many as 156 people with purposive sampling techniques as many as 61 respondents. Chi square data analysis technique. The results showed that the majority of the incidence of level 2 hypertension was 33 respondents (54.1%), hormonal birth control history was 42 respondents (68.9%), normal BMI was 33 respondents (54.1%), basic education was 57 respondents (93.4%), working as many as 40 respondents (65.6%). The results of statistical tests using chi square had no relationship between family planning history p = 0.531 (p > 0.05), body mass index p = 0.458 (p > 0.05), education p = 0.403 (p > 0.05) and work p = 0.399 (p > 0.05) with the incidence of hypertension in menopausal women in the working area of the Lok Batu Health Center.

Health problems that are of global concern are infectious diseases, one of which is tuberculosis (TB). Indonesia is one of the eight countries that contributes the most TB cases worldwide, and is ranked third after India and China (WHO, 2021). Non-compliance with taking medication is the main factor causing TB treatment failure, which reaches 50% (Aisyan, 2018). An innovation that can be done to overcome non-compliance with taking medication is the WhatsApp chatbot telenursing program. The aim of this research is to determine whether there is an effect of WhatsApp chatbot telenursing on medication adherence (OAT) in tuberculosis sufferers at Benteng Sukabumi City Health Center. This research method is experimental research with a pre-experimental one group pre-test post-test research design. The population in this study were all TB-SO and TB-RO patients who were undergoing treatment at Benteng Health Center with a total population of 51 patients. Sampling used a total sample technique according to inclusion and exclusion criteria so that the required sample was 45 respondents. The results of the study showed that there was an increase in medication compliance behavior from before the intervention, 9 respondents were compliant, after the intervention there were 44 respondents who were compliant in taking medication, and the Wilcoxon test results obtained a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05 so that H1 was accepted and existed. The occurrence of scorch during the production of flexible polyurethane is a significant issue that negatively impacts foam products' resilience and generally jeopardizes their integrity. The likelihood of foam product failure can be decreased by optimizing production variables based on machine learning algorithms used to predict the occurrence of scorch. Investigating technology is required because prevention is the best approach to dealing with this problem. Hence, machine learning algorithms were trained to predict the occurrence of scorch using the thermodynamic profile of polyurethane foam, which is made up of recorded production variables. A variety of heuristics algorithms were trained and assessed for how well they performed, namely XGBoost, Decision trees, Random Forest, K-nearest neighbors, Naive Bayes, Support Vector Machines, and Logistic Regression. The XGboost ensemble was found to perform best. It outperformed others with an accuracy of 98.3% (i.e., 0.983), followed by logistic regression, decision tree, random forest, K-nearest neighbors, and naïve Bayes, yielding a training accuracy of 88.1%, 66.7%, 84.2%, 87.5%, and 67.5% respectively. The XGBoost was finally used, yielding 2-distinct cases of non(occurrence) of scorch. Ensemble demonstrates that it is quite capable and is an effective way to predict the occurrence of scorch.

In this research, the financial performance analysis method is used to measure the company's financial health holistically. The research results highlight that proper financial performance evaluation can provide a clear view of potential future financial failures, enabling management to take appropriate anticipatory steps.

This research aims to determine the legal responsibilities of coal companies in fulfilling their achievements due to the export ban. This legal writing is included in the type of normative legal research using a legislative approach including primary legal materials and secondary legal materials collected through document study and analyzed using deductive legal material analysis using the syllogism method. This research examines the implementation of the Decree of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Number 139.K/HK.02/MEM.B/2021 regarding the fulfillment and prioritization of domestic coal needs. The failure to fulfill the Domestic Market Obligation then gave rise to an export ban by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources through the issuance of Circular Letter from the Directorate General of Minerals and Coal, Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources Number B-605/MB.05/DJB.B/2021. The export ban then causes coal entrepreneurs to be unable to fulfill agreements with foreign companies. Non-fulfillment of achievements due to changes in Government policy in the form of an export ban is analyzed and categorized as force majeure so that non-performance, compensation or cancellation of the agreement cannot be sued. The legal responsibility that can be carried out by coal entrepreneurs in the event of an export ban is to submit a force majeure situation and prove that their party has been in good faith from the beginning until the agreement is in progress.

This research aims to find out: how regular monitoring of waiting room facilities by the terminal service officer unit is important to ensure that waiting room facilities are comfortable for passengers to use. If the terminal service office officers are negligent or do not adhere to the SOP guidelines in carrying out supervision, it can result in the functions of the waiting room facilities not being properly monitored so that when there are damaged facilities and so on they cannot be handled quickly which results in passengers experiencing problems. Disappointment This study used qualitative research methods. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, documents, and documentation along with observations. The researcher directly carried out observations, the researcher also explained the results of the data taken during the interviews and observations. For the interview, the researcher interviewed the terminal service office officers 3 sources with the document data obtained researcher from documentation of the activities of terminal service office officers when carrying out duties and responsibilities in the field and also in the form of implementation documents for the data analysis techniques used, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, discussion, and conclusions. The role of the performance of Terminal Service office officers in carrying out their duties and responsibilities to carry out operational activities for all facilities by the Standard Operational Procedures in the terminal service office By providing all facilities, especially in the departure and arrival areas, which makes service users feel satisfied. Obstacles faced by Terminal service office Based on the results of observations or field observations, it is the lack of personnel and lack of coordination with related units in carrying out operational activities which is the cause of the failure to fulfill the maximum performance of Terminal Service office officers to support security, comfort, smoothness, and safety of anyone at the airport.

Burglary involves forced or unauthorized entry, which leads to damage or loss of property having monetary or emotional value and, more severely, puts lives at risk. The dire need for the safety of lives and properties has attracted so much research on burglary alert system using Internet of Things (IoT) technology. Most of the research focused on alerting the users of burglary attempts using any or a combination of two notification methods: SMS, call, and email. This study emphasizes three-mode notification that combines SMS, call, and email using the application of IoT technology in a burglary alert system, which uses a Passive Infrared (PIR) sensor for burglar detection to ensure that Homeowners or authorized personnel get alerts in events of imminent attempt to break-ins. The study also details the sensor integration with its supporting components, such as the central hub or microcontroller, buzzer, LED, and network interface in the development of the system. The software was developed to facilitate seamless integration with the hardware, ensuring timely and accurate event detection and subsequent alert generation using Arduino IDE programming language, a framework based on the C++ language. The system effected the 3-mode notification to ensure that users get notification in case of an imminent break-in since the failure of the three modes simultaneously is extremely rare. The system’s performance based on its responsiveness on the 3-mode notifications was evaluated, and an average of 83.56% responsiveness was obtained, indicating an acceptable response time.

The rapid development of technology will obtain excellent effectiveness and efficiency from sources of electrical energy owned by a company or agency. With the progress of the industrial world today, the development of digital technology which ends in computer systems indirectly makes control technology involved as part of this progress. The availability of a power source is a very important aspect in the midst of technological developments. However, because the system is very complex, starting from the power plant to distribution to consumers, there is a high possibility of disturbances that can cause the flow of electrical energy to consumers to be cut off. There are certain places including factories, offices, banks, campuses, hospitals, airports and other places that could potentially endanger one's safety or drastically disrupt the course of the economic cycle. The flow of electrical energy must not be interrupted for a very long time because it can hamper the production process. and others, so that additional supply is needed to anticipate when the electricity is cut off from the National Power Plant source.

PT XXX is a garment company on an international scale. Technical staff plays an important role in maintaining operational performance, especially in facing challenges during rapid style changes and potential operational risks. This research aims to identify the causes of low productivity of technical staff performance, design improvement strategies with a focus on productivity improvement, and evaluate the effectiveness of the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method in improving the technical performance of technical staff. The results of this research show that the FMEA method is effective in identifying potential failures, helps evaluate the level of risk by calculating the Risk Priority Number (RPN) value, and is a reliable tool for designing strategies to improve technical staff performance.

This research aims to find out how to resolve employment termination disputes through industrial relations conciliation by a conciliator. The method used in this research is normative legal research, which is legal research carried out by examining library materials or secondary data. Based on the research results, it was concluded that due to the failure of bipartite negotiations by the parties in dispute regarding the termination of employment relations, the parties could choose a settlement through conciliation or arbitration. If the dispute between the parties is regarding termination of employment relations, then the choice is settlement through conciliation carried out by a conciliator, because settlement through arbitration can only resolve disputes of interest, and disputes between workers/labor unions only within one company. When an agreement is reached to resolve a dispute over termination of employment through conciliation, a joint agreement is made which is signed by the parties witnessed by the conciliator and registered at the Industrial Relations Court at the District Court in the jurisdiction of the parties entering into the collective agreement to obtain a certificate of registration, but if If no agreement is reached on resolving the employment termination dispute through conciliation, the conciliator issues a written recommendation and if the parties agree to the written recommendation the conciliator assists the parties in making a collective agreement to then be registered at the Industrial Relations Court

This study explores an artificial intelligence (AI)-based predictive maintenance system for industrial machinery in Indonesian manufacturing. By utilizing machine learning algorithms, the system can analyze real-time machine data to predict equipment failures and recommend timely maintenance actions. The implementation of predictive maintenance has shown to reduce machine downtime by 20% and improve operational efficiency in manufacturing plants in Jakarta and Surabaya. This paper discusses the technical design of the predictive maintenance system, its economic impact on production costs, and implications for Indonesia's industrial sector.

History opens a window to the past to welcome the future, learning history will help to know and understand how the history of the past and also the people associated with these events. Studying history not only aims to know important events or events in the past but also teaches various forms of experience that occur both success and failure. Every human being needs education and knowledge because it is for human development itself. Through education, humans not only get teaching about special skills but also something deeper, namely science. In the world of education through learning, students gain knowledge and learn what is obtained through learning. Each student will pass the evaluation stage. The evaluation is given after students have gone through several learning and understanding processes and then given questions, both essays and multiple choice questions, in order to help the learning process in the classroom. To maximize the use of multiple choice as a learning tool, students can choose it with consideration in the answer choices that have been determined. Teachers give assignments to students to work on multiple choice questions in two ways, the first is to solve multiple choice questions, when given an assignment during class hours to submit it to the teacher when the subject is finished. Alternatively, the teacher can give the students an assignment or homework and collect it during the next meeting. Research shows that teachers prefer the use of multiple choice questions, not only because of administration, time saving and simplicity but also because they are objective and consistent. Furthermore, students based on the results of the study prefer giving multiple choice questions because they can eliminate answer errors and the questions on multiple choice questions are more objective than others. In addition, with the multiple choice question method students can actively participate in the learning process.

Immunization is one of the measures to prevent the spread of disease in other areas which has been proven to be very cost effective. Measles rubella is a disease that can be transmitted through the air, namely when a sufferer sneezes or coughs. This disease can attack toddlers and children aged 9 months to 15 years, causing them to suffer from hearing loss, cataracts, speech delays and heart failure. This research aims to determine the effect of poster media on increasing knowledge, attitudes and actions of teachers in providing measles rubella immunization to elementary school students at SD It Al Wahdah Kendari in 2023. The research method used is a quantitative approach, pre experimental design type with research design one pre test-post test group. The research sample was 33 people using a total sampling technique. The instruments used in this research were questionnaires and posters. The results of this research show that the p-value of the Wilcoxon test for knowledge is 0.000, the attitude p-value is 0.000 and the action p-value is 0.000. It can be concluded that there is an influence of poster media on increasing teacher knowledge, attitudes and actions in providing measles rubella immunization because the p-value is <0.000.

Hemodialysis is one of the installations in the hospital that handles blood washing therapy, by removing excess waste or harmful compounds, through a semi-permeable membrane which is carried out to replace kidney function that is no longer functioning properly. Hemodialysis is given to patients with a diagnosis of acute renal failure, terminal renal failure and patients who have severe poisoning with certain drugs. The research design was carried out descriptively. The aim of this research was to determine whether there was formalin exposure to hemodialysis workers or nurses when reusing or cleaning hemodialysis equipment, using a qualitative test. In this research, the results were obtained from 15 blood plasma samples, namely 6 positive formalin blood samples, with Schiff, Tollens, KMnO4 and Fehling reagents. It is known from the table of analysis results of qualitative test of formalin exposure on hemodialysis workers in one of the East Java Hospitals. For further research, it is hoped that quantitative tests will be carried out in determining the level of formalin in the blood using the instrument.

Stunting is a short toddler usually defined as failure to grow in babies and toddlers aged 0-59 months due to chronic malnutrition. on low growth and the cumulative effects of insufficient intake of energy and macronutrients in the long term. in South Sulawesi province in 2021, with an increase in stunting (34.1%). North Toraja is ranked 4th with the highes stunting prevalence . Lembang Issong Kalua' cases of stunting in toddlers consist of 13 children and 6 pregnant women. Implementation method using a quantitative case study approach by collecting data on toddlers and pregnant women to add education about providing additional food for toddlers and pregnant women. discussion result: provision of additional food, distribution of vitamins, counseling on nutritional problems. Preparing food supplies is for measuring food for toddlers and pregnant women. Providing additional food, the stunting rate among toddlers has reduced to only around 13 toddlers to 5 toddlers who are still monitoring the growth of toddlers. Lack of public understanding about stunting and nutritional needs is a socio-economic problem in the community.

The general aim of this research is to find out what influences employee/worker loyalty in completing performance programs that will be implemented in the Youth and Sports Department. This research uses a research method with a qualitative approach, where the research carried out is descriptive. The focus of this research is the achievement of work results (performance) of government officials at the Youth and Sports Department in increasing loyalty to performance by analyzing problems, especially regarding employee readiness and response to performance and loyalty. The results of this research are that employee loyalty is one of the keys to the success of a program. performance, so as to reduce the risk of failure in the performance program, suggestions: To increase employee morale and work motivation, leaders should act more wisely, so that appropriate work programs are created.

PT The lathe is one of the essential machines in production activities in this company. The amount of downtime caused by machine failure will reduce product quality and quantity. Therefore, this research aims to identify the factors that most influence the risk of lathe failure so that repair priorities and maintenance strategies can be determined. This can be achieved by using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method. FMEA is a method that can be used to identify the causes and impacts of each possible failure mode on machine components by systematically explaining the levels of failure so that appropriate prevention or repair can be carried out. The FMEA method shows the Risk Priority Number (RPN) value as a reference in determining the choice of maintenance strategy, namely, predictive maintenance, preventive maintenance or corrective maintenance. The research results show that the highest RPN value is found in the motor shaft pulley component at 320 and Nut Screw at 210. Maintenance priorities are determined based on the Pareto diagram principle. The appropriate maintenance strategy carried out by PT.   Keywords: FMEA, Lathe, Maintenance, RPN

Menurut data dari BPJS, kecelakaan kerja yang terjadi di Indonesia pada bulan Januari hingga November 2022 sebanyak 265.334 kasus. Jumlah ini meningkat 13,26 persen dibandingkan 234.270 kasus pada tahun 2021. Data tersebut menjadi peringatan keras bahwa pelaksanaan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) harus semakin menjadi perhatian. UD Cantenan menggunakan beberapa mesin, bahan-bahan kimia dan suhu yang tinggi, dan hampir seluruh proses dilakukan masih secara manual tanpa alat bantu dan dioperasikan langsung. Berdasarkan obeservasi yang dilakukan terdapat 34 risiko kecelakaan kerja yang terdapat pada bagian proses produksi dan tercatat ada 14 kasus kecelakaan kerja yang terdapat pada bagian produksi di Ud Cantenan, data tersebut diambil dari bulan Febrari tahun 2020 hingga bulan Juli tahun 2023. Metode JSA digunakan untuk menentukan pekerjaan yang dianalisis serta mengidentifikasi risiko pada masing-masing pekerjaan, Metode FMEA difungsikan untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat risiko kecelakaan kerja yang mengukur dari aspek dampak, peluang kejadian dan pencegahaannya dilakukan, sedangkan metode FTA digunakan untuk mengdentifikasi potensi penyebab kecelakaan. Dari hasil analisis data diketahui bahwa 5 failure mode dengan nilai RPN terbesar yaitu, terkena tumpahan logam cair,, tergulung putaran chuck mesin turning, tersengat listrik, tergulung putaran mata pahat milling dan mata terkena sekrap logam sisa produksi, ke lima failure mode dengan nilai RPN tertinggi yaitu fm 14, fm 27, fm 31 dengan nilai RPN 75 dan fm 22, fm 28 dengan nilai RPN 64. Nilai RPN tertinggi nantinya akan dilakukan analisis FTA untuk mengetahui akar penyebab masalah dan diberikan rekomendasi untuk perbaikan, untuk FM 14, 21, dan 38 memiliki tiga akar masalah, sedangkan fm 27 dan 28 memiliki 4 akar masalah.
