Several stages that can be reviewed to measure inclusiveness include the Stage of Establishment of the Organizing Body, the Stage of Socialization, the Stage of Updating Voter Data, the Stage of Voting and Counting Votes, the Stage of Nomination, the Stage of Campaign, and the Stage of Recapitulation or Determination of Election Results. Based on the results of the study, the stages that have supported inclusivity well include the Stage of Establishment of the Organizing Body, the Stage of Socialization, the Stage of Updating Voter Data, and the Stage of Voting and Counting Votes. However, several stages that still do not support inclusivity are the Nomination, Campaign, and Recapitulation or Determination of Election Results Stages, which require more attention to improve accessibility for people with disabilities, especially in terms of more easily accessible information and more adequate facilities.

Political trust in the government and other political institutions is a key indicator of public participation in the democratic process. Specifically, this research aims to test the extent to which media exposure to information regarding the Covid-19 virus outbreak influences people's political trust in one of the regions that has the highest rate of Covid-19 cases in Indonesia and is holding regional head elections during a pandemic. Apart from that, this research also tests whether there is a relationship between political trust and the level of electoral participation during a pandemic. By surveying 211 respondents, this research found several findings. First, even during a health crisis due to the Covid-19 virus outbreak and concerns about being exposed to the virus, the level of public participation in the 2020 Local Election tends to be high. Second, the use of information media affects people's political trust during the pandemic. Third, political trust resulting from exposure to media reports has a positive correlation with the level of public participation in the Regional Head Election during the Covid-19 pandemic

General elections or elections that occur in Indonesia are held regularly every 5 years, in which the general election is held in 2024, in general elections the people give their aspirations to vote to elect members of the executive and legislative members, so that members of the legislative and executive candidates register themselves with the General Election Commission (KPU) thus prospective legislative and executive members must follow the regulations issued by the KPU. Through the normative juridical research method, the approach is very relevant in examining campaign implementation deviations from the perspective of administrative law and criminal law.   The practice of legislative elections still has deviations from the law by legislative and executive candidates thus the consequences obtained by the candidates and also the role of Bawaslu must be for the affirmation of deviations in the 2024 general election.

his research aims to discuss the problems in fulfilling the quota for women's political participation in the legislature and the efforts of state institutions to increase women's participation in general elections. This research uses a qualitative method with a normative juridical approach. That is an approach based on the main legal material by examining theories, concepts, legal principles, and laws and regulations related to this research. The results of the study show an increase in women's representation in the legislature, but the representation rate is still far away because the last legislative election practice system in 2019 used an open proportional system, and there is still a low level of public understanding of women's representation in the legislature which is a form of gender equality. The efforts made by the relevant institutions, namely the KPU and Bawaslu, in improving these problems are to ensure the fulfillment of the 30% quota of women's representation in the nomination of legislative members and to provide strict sanctions for those who do not fulfill it. This effort reflects the need for strict supervision to ensure the implementation of rules in achieving the goal of women's representation. Thus, improving the electoral system, increasing public knowledge, and applying strict sanctions are necessary to achieve the affirmative targer of women in politics in Indonesia.

Student participation in taking part in the upcoming elections is in the good category, but still needs improvement because students' awareness of election participation is still limited to exercising their right to vote. Good education and students' low political attitudes will influence students' mindsets about things that can be followed in the implementation of elections.

The presidential election in Indonesia is an important moment for citizens, including Christians, who cannot escape the influence and spiritual direction of pastors. Although the Bible does not directly address modern presidential elections, its moral principles provide a foundation for pastors to provide guidance to their congregations. Through an understanding of the Bible, pastors can guide their congregations to consider moral values in choosing leaders, in accordance with the principles of justice, truth, and responsibility to others and God. Pastors not only lead spiritually, but also as moral counsellors who instil spiritual and civic responsibility. They also serve as prayer warriors, guiding the selection of leaders with character and responsibility, according to biblical principles. The moral responsibility of leaders, peace, unity, and reconciliation are the focus of pastors' guidance to their congregations. Pastors are expected to provide an understanding of the ideal leader, in accordance with biblical principles. This study explores the role of pastors in Indonesia's presidential election from a biblical perspective, highlighting their moral responsibility, voting based on biblical principles, and their role in promoting peace and unity amidst political differences.

The holding of simultaneous regional elections in 2024 and the postponement of regional elections from 2022 due to the expiration of the term of office result in the threat of vacancies in positions, especially positions as regional heads in Indonesia. To fill the vacancy, an acting regional head is appointed until a definitive regional head is elected in the simultaneous regional elections in 2024. The problem is that those appointed as acting officers are apparently from active TNI elements, this is of course contrary to the spirit of reform which wants to eliminate dual functions as regulated in the TNI Law. The aim of the research is to find consistency in norms in the appointment of active TNI officers and their juridical implications. This research is normative using a statutory and conceptual approach. The research results show that consistency between these norms is needed in regulating these appointments, considering that civilian positions can only be filled by TNI soldiers who have resigned or retired from active military service, in accordance with the required competencies and through an open and competitive selection process. This step is important to ensure the maintenance of TNI neutrality and professionalism, compliance with the law, and respect for the principles of reform.
