This study aims to analyze how business location influences the performance and sustainability of the Fresh and Healthy Juice MSME in Medan. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection techniques through direct observation, interviews with business owners, and documentation of daily business activities. The results show that selecting a strategic location, namely on the main road and close to busy areas such as markets, schools, and offices, has a positive impact on increasing the number of customers and sales volume. Factors such as easy transportation access, environmental cleanliness, comfort of the place, and the attractive appearance of the store also support a positive product image in the eyes of consumers. In addition, an easily accessible location simplifies the distribution of raw materials and expands opportunities for word-of-mouth promotion. Therefore, for MSMEs, selecting a location that suits the target market needs to be carefully considered so that the business can grow sustainably.

Jurnal Manajemen Bisnis Digital Terkini 2025 Asosiasi Riset Ilmu Manajemen Kewirausahaan dan Bisnis Indonesia

This study examines the relationship between business environment dynamics and the sustainability of microenterprises in the culinary sector, focusing on a case study of dim sum businesses in Medan City. The business environment is conceptualized as a set of external factors, including competitive intensity, local economic conditions, regulations, shifts in consumer preferences, and the strategic role of business location. A qualitative approach was employed using a case study method, with data collected through semi-structured interviews and participant observation of operational activities. The findings indicate that high levels of competition, particularly from new entrants offering lower prices, directly influence the survival strategies of business owners. Adaptive adjustments were implemented through menu innovation, product quality maintenance, and strengthening relationships with loyal customers. Furthermore, the presence of educational institutions and socio-economic activities around business locations supports demand stability, especially from student segments. Strategic physical location enhances both visibility and accessibility but simultaneously intensifies competition. Conceptually, this study highlights that the sustainability of small-scale culinary enterprises is determined not only by internal management capacity but also by the ability to interpret, anticipate, and respond to external dynamics. Consequently, continuous adaptive strategies, product differentiation, and consumer network strengthening are essential prerequisites for culinary micro and small enterprises to maintain competitiveness in a highly competitive market.

. Sharia financial institutions in Indonesia have experienced significant growth in line with increasing public demand for financial systems that comply with sharia principles. This growth requires clear regulations and policies to create stability, legal certainty, and protection for customers. This article examines the dynamics of regulations governing Islamic financial institutions, from the initial role of Bank Indonesia (BI) to the establishment of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) as the main supervisory and regulatory agency. In addition, this article also discusses the contribution of the National Sharia Council–Indonesian Ulema Council (DSN-MUI) in issuing fatwas that form the basis for the operation of Islamic products and services. With the Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) and other related regulations, the supervision of Islamic financial institutions has become more integrated, effective, and adaptive to industry developments. This study confirms that the existence of comprehensive regulations and policies not only strengthens the governance of Islamic financial institutions but also encourages the growth and competitiveness of the Islamic financial industry at both the national and global levels.

This study aims to determine the influence of local Bugis cultural values specifically Lempu (honesty and integrity), Temmappasilaingeng (impartial justice), and service quality on customer loyalty through satisfaction in laundry businesses in Watampone. A quantitative approach was employed using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) through SmartPLS 4, involving 120 respondents from three major sub-districts in Bone Regency. The results reveal that Lempu culture does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction (T = 1.498; p = 0.137) or loyalty (T = 0.542; p = 0.589). Similarly, Temmappasilaingeng does not significantly influence satisfaction (T = 0.746; p = 0.457) or loyalty (T = 1.347; p = 0.180). Service quality, however, significantly affects customer satisfaction (T = 4.984; p = 0.000), but does not directly influence loyalty (T = 0.915; p = 0.362). Meanwhile, customer satisfaction significantly impacts loyalty (T = 2.760; p = 0.007). Mediation analysis also shows that customer satisfaction significantly mediates the relationship between service quality and loyalty (T = 2.437; p = 0.016), but not between Lempu (T = 1.318; p = 0.190) or Temmappasilaingeng (T = 0.702; p = 0.484) and loyalty. In conclusion, customer satisfaction is a key factor in building loyalty, and service quality is the dominant factor driving that satisfaction. Although local culture holds essential moral values, its influence on loyalty needs to be realized in the form of tangible service experiences to be directly felt by customers.

This study investigates the influence of employing Atta Halilintar as a brand ambassador on the improvement of products and services at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) through the lens of business communication. The research employs a quantitative approach with data collected via questionnaires from 100 respondents, both BSI customers and non-customers. Respondents assessed seven key variables: awareness, image, relevance, product knowledge, purchase intention, word of mouth, and engagement. The findings reveal that the brand ambassador has a moderate impact on strengthening BSI’s products and services, with average scores falling within the “fair” range of 2.76–3.1 on a four-point Likert scale. Awareness recorded the highest score of 3.1, reflecting the effectiveness of Atta Halilintar in enhancing brand recognition among the younger generation. Conversely, purchase intention received the lowest score of 2.76, suggesting that although awareness and positive image improved, they have not yet translated into higher conversion rates or actual product usage. These results highlight that the presence of a brand ambassador primarily boosts visibility and engagement but requires complementary strategies such as product education, interactive campaigns, and community-based marketing to achieve stronger customer adoption. Thus, the study underscores the importance of integrating brand ambassador initiatives with broader business communication strategies to maximize both awareness and transactional outcomes in Islamic banking.

This study aims to analyze the impact of the auction pricing of collateral at PT Pegadaian Syariah Banda Aceh on customer satisfaction. In this context, a deep understanding of the factors influencing auction pricing and its impact on customer satisfaction is essential to maintain a mutually beneficial relationship. The pricing of the auction is influenced by several factors, including market mechanisms, government regulations, and the company's internal policies. The background of this study is based on the importance of implementing CRM strategies in the hospitality industry, particularly in facing business competition challenges and meeting the ever-evolving needs and expectations of customers. In the context of sharia tourism, which is beginning to develop in West Sumatra, good service and long-term relationships with guests are significant added values for the sustainability of a hotel. The objective of this study was to determine how the CRM concept is implemented at Hotel Royal Denai Bukittinggi, and to what extent CRM contributes to building customer loyalty. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with the Human Resource Development (HRD) department, direct observation of guest service activities, and relevant documentation studies. The research findings indicate that the implementation of CRM at Hotel Royal Denai is still not optimal. The hotel does not yet have an integrated customer data management system, and its communication strategies with guests remain conventional and lack sustainability. Additionally, certain aspects of service, such as the completeness of room facilities, the speed of response to guest complaints, and the friendly attitude of staff, still need improvement. However, the management acknowledges the importance of CRM as a key strategy for enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships with guests.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the murabahah contract in the Home Ownership Credit (KPR) financing product at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Cimahi Branch Office. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that the KPR financing mechanism at BSI Cimahi Branch Office has been running in accordance with sharia principles established by the National Sharia Council (DSN-MUI). The process starts from customer application, wakalah contract, to the implementation of the murabahah contract with the principle of transparency of the principal price and profit margin agreed in advance and fixed throughout the financing tenor. The implementation of this system provides payment certainty for customers and protects against the risk of interest rate fluctuations. In terms of performance, Murabahah KPR financing at BSI Cimahi Branch Office has contributed significantly to the financing portfolio with a low level of Non-Performing Financing (NPF) and positive growth every year. However, challenges still exist in the amount of the down payment and the attachment of a fixed margin that can be a burden for customers with limited financial capabilities. Overall, the murabahah contract has proven to be an effective, transparent, and sharia-compliant instrument in supporting home ownership for the Muslim community in Indonesia.

This study aims to analyze the influence of taste, customer experience, and digital marketing on repurchase intention at Mie Ayam Panggang Demi Apa in Kediri. In the increasingly competitive culinary industry, business owners are required to maintain taste consistency, create memorable customer experiences, and optimally utilize digital platforms in their marketing strategies. These three factors are believed to play an essential role in shaping consumer behavior, particularly in encouraging repeat purchases. The research applied a quantitative survey method involving 90 respondents selected using Slovin’s formula. Respondents were customers who had made at least two purchases within the last month. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 26 with several statistical tests, including validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The findings indicate that taste, customer experience, and digital marketing each have a positive and significant influence on repurchase intention, both partially and simultaneously. The R² value of 0.447 shows that 44.7% of the variation in repurchase intention is explained by these three variables. Therefore, it is recommended that business owners consistently maintain product quality, enhance customer experience, and optimize digital marketing to build customer loyalty and ensure long-term business sustainability.

Islamic banking plays a crucial role in providing financing in accordance with Islamic principles, including through the Home Ownership Credit (KPR) product. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Murabahah and Musyarakah Mutanaqishah (MMQ) contracts in the iB Hijrah KPR financing product at Bank Muamalat KCP Rancaekek. The Murabahah contract is implemented through a sale and purchase mechanism, where the bank purchases the house the customer needs and resells it with an agreed profit margin, thus providing price certainty and a simple process. Meanwhile, the MMQ contract is based on a partnership between the bank and the customer with a concept of joint ownership that gradually decreases, thus creating flexibility and a more balanced risk sharing. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through literature studies, interviews, and observations. The results of the analysis show that the majority of customers prefer the Murabahah contract due to its simplicity, although in the long term, MMQ is seen as more economical and fair. Thus, both contracts are equally relevant to support Sharia-based home ownership. This research is expected to contribute to Islamic banking in improving service quality, strengthening Islamic financial literacy, and encouraging innovation in competitive and sustainable financing products.

This study aims to thoroughly examine the influence of menu variety, taste, and price on customers' purchasing decisions at CEZ-ROS Restaurant, located in Kediri Regency. Understanding these factors is crucial for the restaurant to enhance customer satisfaction and improve sales performance. The research employs a quantitative approach with an associative research type, designed to explore relationships between variables. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling, where respondents were selected based on convenience and their availability during the data collection period. This method allows for practical and efficient data gathering from actual restaurant customers. Data analysis involves several statistical tests to ensure accuracy and reliability. Initially, validity and reliability tests were conducted to confirm the suitability of the questionnaire. Then, multiple linear regression analysis was used to determine how menu variety, taste, and price individually and collectively influence purchasing decisions. Additionally, t-tests assessed the significance of each independent variable, while the F-test evaluated their simultaneous effect. The coefficient of determination (R²) provided insight into how much variation in purchasing decisions could be explained by these variables. The results indicate that menu variety, taste, and price significantly impact purchasing decisions both individually and together. Specifically, customers prefer restaurants offering a diverse menu, delicious food, and reasonable pricing. The F-test confirms the strong combined effect of these factors on consumer behavior. However, the coefficient of determination also suggests that while these variables are important, other external influences such as service quality, ambiance, and promotions may also affect purchasing decisions. Overall, this study highlights that CEZ-ROS Restaurant should focus on maintaining menu diversity, enhancing taste quality, and setting competitive prices to attract and retain customers effectively.
