The rapid growth of TikTok has transformed digital communication practices and created new opportunities for content creators to establish stronger relationships with their audiences. From the perspective of Digital Public Relations, communication style plays a crucial role in influencing follower engagement and enhancing the effectiveness of online interactions. This study aims to examine the communication styles employed by TikTok content creators to build and strengthen follower engagement. The research adopts a qualitative approach using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method by analyzing relevant scholarly articles published between 2021 and 2026. The findings reveal that communication styles emphasizing authenticity, interactivity, storytelling, content consistency, and emotional connection significantly contribute to higher audience engagement, as reflected in the number of likes, comments, shares, and active participation. Furthermore, the effective use of trending content, TikTok's algorithmic features, and adaptive communication strategies strengthens relationships between content creators and followers while enhancing credibility and digital presence. The review also identifies opportunities for future research on the influence of audience characteristics, digital culture, and evolving social media algorithms on the development of sustainable engagement in digital communication.

This paper offers a comparative analysis of character education through the lens of Islamic and secular humanistic paradigms. Recognizing the increasing cultural and religious diversity in contemporary educational settings, the study emphasizes the importance of an integrative approach that respects both spiritual and rational ethical frameworks. Islamic character education centers on virtues derived from divine guidance, fostering a moral compass anchored in faith, while secular humanistic education promotes critical thinking, autonomy, and universal ethical principles grounded in reason and empathy. By synthesizing these approaches, educators can cultivate learners’ moral resilience, empathy, and ethical commitment within pluralistic societies. The paper further highlights the benefits of intercultural dialogue, pedagogical innovation, and cultural competence for teachers, parents, and communities in supporting holistic moral development. Ultimately, the integration of these models enriches character education, preparing students to become ethically responsible and socially engaged citizens in globalized contexts

This study examines the growing debate surrounding the possibility of granting legal personhood to artificial intelligence (AI) systems within contemporary legal frameworks. As AI technologies become increasingly autonomous in decision-making, innovation, and economic interactions, questions arise concerning accountability, liability, and ethical governance. Using a qualitative library research approach, this study analyzes scholarly literature, legal theories, and global regulatory developments related to AI personhood. The discussion explores historical precedents of non-human legal entities, including corporations and natural objects, and compares them with emerging proposals for electronic legal personality. The findings reveal that while functional legal recognition may offer practical solutions for liability and compensation, current AI systems lack consciousness, moral agency, and intentionality required for full legal personhood. Consequently, most jurisdictions prefer human-centered regulatory models emphasizing transparency, oversight, and institutional accountability. The study concludes that extending legal personhood to AI remains premature and that adaptive governance frameworks are more appropriate for managing future AI-related legal challenges

This study contributes to the advancement of Islamic social finance discourse by developing a conceptual framework for a digitally integrated zakat governance model within the agricultural sector. The study addresses a critical gap between productive zakat practices and the emerging landscape of digital agricultural transformation. While previous research has largely focused on the redistributive function of zakat as a mechanism for poverty alleviation, limited scholarly attention has been directed toward its potential transformation into a technology-enabled and productivity-oriented instrument that supports sustainable development objectives. Employing a qualitative research approach through content analysis, this study synthesizes interdisciplinary perspectives from Islamic economics, zakat governance, agricultural technology innovation, and digital sustainability studies. The study proposes a Digital Farming Zakat Platform framework consisting of five interconnected dimensions: geospatial-based beneficiary identification, smart farming empowerment, sharia-compliant financial mechanisms, agricultural market integration, and data-driven monitoring systems.

This study explores the role of Islamic economic law in promoting sustainable development by establishing an integrated relationship between ethical values, legal frameworks, and public policy. Although sustainable development has emerged as a major global agenda, its implementation continues to face challenges due to the limitations of conventional economic and legal systems, which often prioritize efficiency and economic growth while overlooking ethical and social dimensions. Employing a qualitative research approach through content analysis, this study examines classical Islamic jurisprudence, contemporary scholarly literature, and relevant policy documents to analyze the alignment between Islamic economic principles and sustainability frameworks. The findings demonstrate that Islamic economic law provides a comprehensive and ethically oriented framework based on fundamental principles, including tawhid (unity), adl (justice), maslahah (public interest), and maqasid al-shariah (objectives of Islamic law). These principles are manifested through various institutional and legal instruments, such as zakat, waqf, and risk-sharing financial mechanisms, which contribute to social justice, economic inclusion, financial resilience, and environmental sustainability.

This study discusses the concept of polygamy from the perspectives of Islamic law and positive law in Indonesia, focusing on the principles of justice and its impact on women and families. Polygamy is one of the issues in fiqh munakahat that continues to generate debate because it is considered closely related to patriarchal culture, gender inequality, and violence against women. This study aims to analyze the legal basis of polygamy in the Qur’an, the views of scholars of tafsir and fiqh regarding polygamy, as well as the regulation of polygamy in Indonesian legislation. This study employs a library research method with a normative-sociological approach. Data sources were obtained from books of tafsir, fiqh, hadith, Islamic legal literature, and laws and regulations related to marriage in Indonesia. The findings indicate that Islam permits polygamy under very strict conditions, particularly regarding the husband’s ability to act justly both materially and emotionally. However, justice in emotional aspects and affection is considered very difficult for ordinary people to achieve, as emphasized in Qur'an Surah An-Nisa verse 129. In Indonesian positive law, the primary principle of marriage is monogamy, while polygamy is only permitted under certain circumstances with administrative requirements and court approval. This study concludes that the practice of polygamy in the modern era should be understood contextually by considering aspects of public welfare (maslahah), the protection of women’s rights, family justice, and the primary objectives of Islamic law in establishing a harmonious family characterized by sakinah, mawaddah, and rahmah.

Classroom management is an important aspect of creating a conducive learning environment and supporting the achievement of learning objectives. This study aims to analyze the permissive approach and the cookbook approach in classroom management based on the results of an interview with a teacher. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method, with interviews used as the primary data collection technique. The findings indicate that the teacher does not fully implement either the permissive approach or the cookbook approach. The teacher provides students with freedom within limits that support the learning process while still enforcing agreed-upon classroom rules. In addition, the teacher does not rely on rigid procedures but instead adapts classroom management strategies to students' characteristics and the situations encountered in the classroom. The study reveals that the teacher tends to adopt an adaptive classroom management approach by combining firmness, empathy, and flexibility, thereby creating an orderly, comfortable, and effective learning environment that supports the achievement of educational objectives.

This research investigates the integration of Sound Governance principles within the sustainable tourism policy cycle as a mechanism to mitigate institutional fragmentation and evaluation inefficiencies in developing economies. Adopting a sequential explanatory mixed-methods design, the study establishes a multidimensional evaluation framework congruent with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Policy performance is rigorously analyzed across five strategic domains: Economy, Social-Welfare, Culture-Education, Environment, and Governance. The quantitative methodology employs 17 adapted SDG indicators to assess policy efficacy, while the subsequent qualitative phase utilizes semi-structured interviews and stakeholder mapping to deconstruct complex power dynamics within multi-actor co-management structures. The empirical findings demonstrate that Sound Governance—predicated on transparency and accountability—acts as a fundamental catalyst for policy effectiveness. It significantly enhances destination sustainability through a structured input-process-output-outcome-impact pathway. Evidence from the case study of Penglipuran Village, Bali, validates these results, showing that while indigenous institutional legitimacy bolsters social responsiveness, it remains susceptible to economic dependencies driven by overtourism. Ultimately, this study asserts that embedding SDGs into the policy evaluation cycle elevates assessments from perfunctory administrative exercises to strategic instruments essential for ecosystem preservation and long-term demand stability. These insights establish Sound Governance as a strategic intangible asset, providing significant theoretical contributions to development administration and offering pragmatic frameworks for policy-makers managing sustainable destinations in competitive global markets.

Sharia financial literacy is an important aspect in supporting inclusive and sustainable economic development. However, the level of sharia financial literacy among Indonesian society is still relatively low. This condition creates opportunities for Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) to play a strategic role in improving young generations’ understanding of financial management based on sharia principles. Therefore, this community service activity aimed to enhance the sharia financial literacy and inclusion of students through the SAKINAH (Santri Cakap Literasi Keuangan Syariah) Program at Nurul Abshor Islamic Boarding School, Katingan Regency. The program was implemented using a participatory educational approach through socialization, interactive discussions, simple simulations, and participant evaluations. The activity was carried out through collaboration among the Financial Services Authority (OJK) of Central Kalimantan Province, the Islamic Economic Society of Katingan Regency, PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Palangka Raya, Nurul Abshor Islamic Boarding School, the Regional Financial Access Acceleration Team of Katingan Regency, and students of Palangka Raya University. The results showed an improvement in students’ understanding of the importance of saving, the ability to distinguish between needs and wants, sharia financial management, and knowledge of legal and trustworthy sharia financial products and services. The SAKINAH Program was also considered effective in encouraging students to become agents of sharia financial literacy within the pesantren environment and the wider community.

The quality of life and well-being of women in Indonesia can be measured through the Female Life Expectancy indicator. Data on Female Life Expectancy from 2022 to 2024 shows a nationally positive trend; however, a significant disparity persists across provinces, particularly between the Western and Eastern regions of Indonesia. The nation still faces challenges in ensuring an equitable quality of life for women, as evidenced by the national Female Life Expectancy (FLE) in 2024 at 74.21 years, which remains lower than ASEAN counterparts such as Singapore at 83.86 years. Furthermore, regional imbalances are reflected in the performance gap between D.I. Yogyakarta (77.4 years) and West Sulawesi (68.28 years). This study aims to analyze the effects of Women's Income Contribution, Access to Clean Water, the Number of Families Receiving Social Assistance, and Women's Mean Years of Schooling on Female Life Expectancy in Indonesia during the 2022–2024 period. The estimation method applied in this research is the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) via a quantitative panel data regression approach, spanning an observation area of 33 provinces (n=99). Based on the analysis, Female Life Expectancy is proven to be positively and significantly influenced by Women's Mean Years of Schooling and Access to Clean Water. These findings indicate that human resource quality and environmental conditions serve as dominant factors in driving up Female Life Expectancy. Therefore, government policy interventions should ideally focus on expanding educational access for women and ensuring the equitable distribution of clean water infrastructure.

This study aims to analyze the impact of nickel mining activities on the religious life of the community in West Kabaena District, Bombana Regency. The research employed a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to obtain an in-depth understanding of the social and religious changes occurring within the community. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving religious leaders, community leaders, youth representatives, and mining workers. The collected data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that nickel mining activities have not diminished the community’s understanding of environmental stewardship as a religious responsibility. However, increasing economic dependence on the mining sector has gradually reduced public concern for environmental preservation. In the religious sphere, mining activities have contributed positively by supporting the construction and improvement of worship facilities and religious programs. Nevertheless, work-related demands have reduced the participation of some community members in religious activities. Furthermore, mining activities have affected social solidarity within the community. Values such as brotherhood, mutual cooperation, and social care remain preserved, although changes in social interaction patterns and widening economic disparities have become increasingly apparent. The study concludes that nickel mining activities generate both positive and negative impacts on the religious life of the West Kabaena community. Therefore, balanced policies integrating economic development, environmental sustainability, and religious values are essential to promote sustainable community welfare and strengthen social harmony.

The urgency of this research stems from the knowledge gap regarding contextual factors contributing to the underuse of learning media in rural elementary schools, which has not been adequately addressed in previous research, which has tended to focus on urban contexts. This study aims to examine teachers' perceptions at Sugayang Public Elementary School regarding the underuse of learning media in the learning process, as well as the factors that contribute to it. The method used was a descriptive qualitative method, utilizing in-depth interviews as a data collection technique. The data were then analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing techniques according to Miles and Huberman. The results showed that teachers experienced difficulties in using technology, difficulties in creating learning media, and the perception that using media was time-consuming. This reveals an important pattern that the underuse of learning media is a systematic problem rooted in the TPACK gap that is not supported by practical time management solutions. These findings imply that changes in learning practices will not occur simply through the provision of generic technology tools or training; rather, bottom-up and contextual solutions are needed. The novelty of this research lies in the in-depth qualitative approach applied to the under-researched context of rural elementary schools, which has not been studied before. This research contributes through recommendations for the implementation of a peer-mentoring program and the development of a ready-to-use digital learning media bank, thus offering valuable insights for future research with relevant stakeholders.
