The aim of this research is to find out what media can improve the thinking abilities of slow learner ABK students. The method used in this research design is a literature review study. Literature study is a form of research used to collect data sources related to a topic found in the field. Data collection for literature studies was carried out using the Google Scholar search tool. The screening results matched the required data, there were 7 national journal articles based on the articles found and analyzed. The results of this research are the discovery of media that are suitable and can support the success of slow learner ABK students in improving their thinking abilities, namely bussy box media, stamp game media, and puzzles.

This research aims to develop and release opportunity card media as a mathematics learning aid that can increase students' understanding of concepts and interest in learning. This media development is carried out through the stages of requirements, design analysis, development and evaluation. The research method used is development research using the Kemp model which includes several stages, such as needs analysis, planning, development, implementation and evaluation. Each stage has specific steps that help process developers design and organize learning materials more effectively. The research subjects involved class XII students at SMA Negeri 62 Jakarta. The research results showed that the opportunity card media developed received a positive response from students and teachers. Understanding of mathematical concepts increased significantly, and students' interest in learning also increased. and also provide an interesting learning experience and can increase student involvement in learning.

Strategi bisnis merupakan suatu hal yang penting dalam menjalankan suatu usaha atau usaha baik skala kecil maupun besar, termasuk UMKM, karena dengan memiliki strategi bisnis maka pengusaha atau pemilik dapat meningkatkan kemampuannya dalam bersaing dengan usaha yang dipimpinnya. Salah satu cara dalam menerapkan strategi bisnis adalah dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT, yang mana pemangku kepentingan UMKM perlu mengetahui kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman dari bisnis yang dijalankannya. UMKM adalah usaha ekonomi produktif yang mandiri, biasanya dijalankan oleh perseorangan atau badan hukum yang bukan merupakan anak perusahaan atau afiliasi dari badan usaha yang secara langsung atau tidak langsung dimiliki, dikuasai, atau dimiliki sebagian. Pelaku ekonomi dalam kegiatan ini merupakan pelaku ekonomi dari desa Jayamukti yang tergabung dalam komunitas Milenial Bangkit Indonesia. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengidentifikasi strategi bisnis yang sesuai dan menerapkan strategi bisnis tersebut untuk meningkatkan penjualan UMKM. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh para pemangku kepentingan UMKM terkait dengan ketidakmampuan mereka dalam mengidentifikasi strategi bisnis yang baik dan tepat. Pemangku kepentingan UMKM mengaku kurang memiliki pengetahuan untuk menganalisis strategi bisnis yang baik dan tepat. Dengan demikian, melalui kegiatan sosialisasi strategi bisnis yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan UMKM, badan usaha dapat memberikan informasi, pengetahuan dan keterampilan untuk menentukan strategi bisnis yang tepat dan dapat diterapkan langsung pada kegiatan usaha Anda

UPT SMPN 34 Gresik is one of the educational institutions that faces challenges in managing teacher attendance and salaries efficiently. Because UPT SMPN 34 Gresik currently still uses manual recording of teacher attendance, so it takes quite a long time. To overcome this problem, the researcher proposes creating a web-based Teacher Attendance System using the Waterfall design methodology with a MySQL database. The aim of establishing this web-based teacher attendance system is to assist teachers in carrying out attendance attendance efficiently and assist educators and teaching staff in managing teacher salaries based on attendance better. The need for an inclusive teacher attendance system, and the need for optimal salary calculations at UPT SMPN 34 Gresik are resolved through this research. From the conclusions obtained from the process of observation, interviews and literature study, this web-based teacher attendance system is expected to increase the efficiency of human resource management in the education sector. Researchers hope to provide comprehensive and sustainable answers to the needs of UPT SMPN 34 Gresik.

Understanding concepts is very important in learning mathematics, because with a thorough understanding, students can solve a problem and are able to apply this learning to the real world. This research aims to develop and test the validity of conceptual understanding ability questions on set question material in Class VIID MTsN 2 Kerinci. This type of research uses development research. The research subjects were class VII D students consisting of 26 students. The data collection techniques used were tests, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that students have a very good understanding of concepts. It can be seen from the results of the analysis of the test question data that it can be seen that there are 8 students (22.9%) included in the category of having the ability to understand concepts very well, 5 students (14.3%) included in the category of having the ability understanding of the concept was good, 7 students (20.0%) were in the sufficient category, and 5 students (14.3%) were in the poor category. This means that overall there are 8 students out of 25 students who have the ability to understand concepts in the very good category. This shows that set material questions have a potential effect on students' ability to understand concepts.

Pengembangan kawasan industri di Jawa Barat perlu pembangunan yang memperhatikan kesesuaian lahan agar tidak memberikan masalah bagi lingkungan dan keberlanjutan ekologi. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan analisis kesesuaian lahan untuk pengembangan kawasan industri dengan melihat Satuan Kemampuan Lahan (SKL). Hasil evaluasi SKL menunjukkan bahwa Provinsi Jawa Barat bagian utara memiliki tingkat kesesuaian lahan yang paling baik untuk pengembangan kawasan industri untuk jenis SKL bencana alam, erosi, pembuangan limbah, morfologi, kestabilan pondasi, kestabilan lereng, dan kemudahan pengembangan. Sementara itu, hasil analisis kesesuaian kawasan industri menunjukkan bahwa 33,31% dari total luas wilayah Provinsi Jawa Barat sesuai untuk pengembangan kawasan industri dengan sebaran spasial di bagian utara Provinsi Jawa Barat, 61,99% kurang sesuai, dan 1,70% masuk dalam kategori tidak sesuai. Perbandingan hasil analisis kesesuaian lahan dengan RTRW Jawa Barat juga menunjukkan rencana industri di utara pulau masuk dalam kategori sesuai untuk pengembangan industri, sedangkan rencana industri di tengah dan selatan pulau masuk dalam kategori kurang sesuai.

Kegiatan penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan kegiatan yang penting dalam kehidupan kampus, disamping kegiatan pembelajaran. Penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan bagian dari Tri Dharma perguruan tinggi yang harus dilaksanakan oleh seluruh civitas academica. Oleh karena itu perguruan tinggi melalui Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat perlu mengelola dengan baik seluruh kegiatan penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Pengelolaan secara manual mengakibatkan ketidak efisienan kinerja baik bagi pengelola, dosen, mitra dan pihak lain yang terlibat. Pengembangan sistem lembaga penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berbasis website diperlukan agar dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas kinerja seluruh stakeholder yang terlibat. Pengembangan sistem lembaga penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat menggunakan metode perancangan sistem Unified Modelling Language serta metode pengembangan sistem Prototipe. Penelitian ini menghasilkan model awal sistem lembaga penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat sesuai kebutuhan pengguna saat ini. Sistem lembaga penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini nantinya dapat dikembangkan sesuai perkembangan kebutuhan pengguna dan peraturan yang berlaku.

Community Service activities are mandatory activities carried out by UIN North Sumatra students, especially at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training. PMM-4 students carry out Community Service activities in Bandar Magodang Village, Bintang Bayu District. One of the series of activities planned by PMM-4 students is the Learning House which is attended by the children of Bandar Magodang Village. The existence of this learning house program aims to help the children of Bandar Magodang village in increasing their interest in reading and writing skills in the midst of the widespread use of gadgets. This program runs well, this service activity is carried out through 3 stages, namely planning, implementation, and evaluation.  The method used in the implementation of community service is a qualitative approach.  The research subjects of this study were Bandar Magodang village children who were actively learning when a learning house was held by PMM-4 students children are asked to read books and their questions are also asked to write questions and answer questions in their notebooks.  This learning house activity will be carried out on August 18-19, 2023 at 14.00 – 16.00 WIB in one of the yards of Bandar Bagodang Village residents, Bintang Bayu District.

This research focuses on qualitative analysis regarding the influence of Digital Product Management (DPM) on Gojek application development. Gojek, as an application-based service platform, relies on DPM to effectively manage and develop their digital products. This research approach involved in-depth interviews with product development team members at Gojek and content analysis of DPM-related documents. The analysis results show that DPM plays a crucial role in shaping the direction and quality of Gojek application development. Key findings include DPM's success in designing product strategies focused on customer needs and ongoing market trends. Flexible management of changing customer and overall market needs was also found to be a key element in DPM effectiveness. In addition, synergy between the DPM team and the technical development team is the key to success, where effective communication and a deep understanding of the product's goals play a crucial role. Organizational factors such as collaborative culture and flexibility in decision making also influence the influence of DPM on application development. This research provides in-depth qualitative insight into how DPM can influence application development in the Gojek context. The practical implications can help similar companies to understand the importance of qualitative factors in managing their digital products and build strategies that are more adaptive to market changes. Additionally, these findings provide a basis for companies to improve collaboration between DPM teams and technical development teams to increase the success of application development in the future.

Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah pada materi Luas permukaan dan volume prisma segitiga telah memenuhi aspek kevalidan, kepraktisan dan keefektifan, dan (2) untuk mengetahui hasil belajar kemampuan pemecahan masalah peserta didik setelah menggunakan LKPD berbasis liveworksheet. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan ini adalah ADDIE. Hasil penelitian memaparkan bahwa: (1) LKPD berbasis liveworksheet untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah yang dikembangkan memenuhi kriteria kevalidan pada ahli materi sebesar 3,62 dan ahli media sebesar 3,68, (2 2. Hasil belajar pada kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa yang diberi pembelajaran menggunakan LKPD liveworksheet memperoleh kenaikan rata-rata sebesar 29,79, dari tes kemampuan awal (pretest) dimana rata-rata siswa adalah 38,44 meningkat menjadi 84.23 pada tes kemampuan akhir (postest). Dan berdasarkan analisis Gain diperoleh rata-rata peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis secara keseluruhan sebesar 0,75, dimana 24,12% mengalami peningkatan dalam kategori sedang dan 69 87% mengalami peningkatan dalam kategori tinggi.

Human life coexists with culture, this is because humans always try to maintain their existence in life that requires them to always be in contact with the surrounding environment. It is important for schools to reintroduce the values of local wisdom so that they can continue to strengthen local culture so that it is not lost and abandoned by the community. The purpose of this study was to produce posters of children's literature based on local wisdom sumenep for elementary school students. More specifically, the research will also explore local children's literature sources in Sumenep Regency such as legends, folklore, and fairy tales to be published in posters and then used as reading material for children's literary literacy. The method used in this study is developmental research. Development research focuses on developing systems, models, media, and products. This study used a 4-D model developed by Thiagarajan, Semmel, & Semmel (1974: 5). The development product in the form of children's literature posters based on local wisdom Sumenep aims to internalize the values of local wisdom to elementary school students through classroom learning. The test subjects in this study were grade IV students at SDN Ellak-Laok IV.

This research aims to produce Android-based mobile learning learning media on sequence and arithmetic series material for class VIII SMPN 07 Putussibau. This research uses the ADDIE development design model, which consists of five main stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The subjects in this research were class VIII students at SMP Negeri 07 Putussibau. The instruments used in this research were validation sheets, questionnaires and tests in the form of essay questions. The results of the research showed that the validity of the Android-based mobile learning learning media on arithmetic sequences and series material was categorized as very valid, the practicality of the Android-based mobile learning learning media on the arithmetic sequences and series material was categorized as very practical, and the Android-based mobile learning learning media on the sequence and series material. arithmetic is categorized as effective.

Use of the Transect method as a participatory planning method in exploring potential and problems visually as well as practice in participatory development planning in the Village Poverty has been a phenomenal problem throughout Indonesia's history as a nation-state. This poverty causes areas to be neglected and isolated. Development inequality appears and has an impact on the increasingly left behind poor villages. Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, explains that the Village Government and village communities work together to develop in a spirit of mutual cooperation in the context of utilizing natural resources to achieve improvements in the welfare of village communities and their quality of life through sustainable use of natural resources and the environment. These efforts start from planning, implementation, to monitoring and evaluation with the right approach and methods. The question is whether village government officials in Indonesia understand and master planning methods and identify potential and problems in their villages. This article discusses a technique for identifying village potential and problems that can be used in the planning process at the village level. One method that is quite relevant in assessing the conditions of rural areas is the Participatory Planning Method which is considered quite effective for identifying potential, problems and formulating appropriate alternative solutions in a participatory manner.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis nilai-nilai halal dalam rantai nilai industri penggilingan daging bakso pada usaha industri Penggilingan Daging Bakso Mas Pur di Pasar Angso Duo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi observasi langsung, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen terkait proses produksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses penggilingan daging bakso di Home Industri Mas Pur telah diatur sesuai prinsip-prinsip halal yang ditetapkan dalam standar industri halal. Analisis nilai halal mencakup seluruh tahapan mulai dari pemilihan bahan baku, proses produksi, hingga distribusi produk. Proses pemotongan dan penggilingan daging dilakukan dengan memperhatikan tata cara yang sesuai dengan ajaran halal, termasuk penggunaan peralatan yang telah dibersihkan dan disucikan sesuai aturan agama. Pemantauan dan pengendalian kualitas dilakukan secara ketat untuk memastikan kebersihan dan kehalalan produk. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi potensi perbaikan dan peningkatan dalam sistem rantai nilai halal. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan industri penggilingan daging bakso rumahan yang lebih berkualitas dan sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip halal.

This article aims to produce a webtoon-based online comic that can increase students' understanding of religious moderation implemented at SMA 17 Batam. The type of research used is development research with the ADDIE design (Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate). The research instruments used in this research were validation sheets, teacher assessment sheets, student assessment sheets, and tests of students' understanding of religious moderation abilities. The techniques used were questionnaires, observations and interviews using descriptive and inferential analysis with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 23. The results of the research show that the use of webtoon-based online comics can increase high school students' understanding of religious moderation. In this research, the author uses a development approach which includes several stages, such as preliminary study, planning, development and evaluation. The evaluation results show that webtoon-based online comics can increase the understanding of religious moderation of SMA 17 Batam students.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan LKPD dengan pendekatan saintifik yang valid, praktis, dan efektif, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa pada sub materi volume balok dan kubus. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah Lembar validasi LKPD, lembar angket respon siswa dan lembar angket respon guru. Setelah instrumen dinyatakan valid oleh validator, kemudian dilakukan uji terbatas dan uji coba lapangan. Hasil penelitian dari pengembangan LKPD dengan pengembangan saintifik yaitu : (1) (a)  LKPD dengan pendekatan saintifik yang dikembangkan telah memenuhi kriteria valid dari penilaian validator, dengan nilai sebesar 3,55.  (b) LKPD dengan pendekatan saintifik yang dikembangkan telah memenuhi kriteria melalui hasil angket respon guru terhadap LKPD yang dikembangkan menunjukkan nilai kepraktisan 3 dengan kategori baik, hasil angket respon siswa terhadap LKPD yang dikembangkan menunjukkan nilai kepraktisan 3,3 dengan kategori baik . sehingga LKPD yang dikembangkan dengan pendekatan saintifik telah memenuhi kriteria praktis. (c ) LKPD dengan pendekatan saintifik yang dikembangkan memenuhi kriteria efektif dengan ketuntasan belajar siswa secara klasikal tercapai sebanyak 87%. Waktu pembelajaran sesuai dengan waktu yang ditentukan dan mendapat respon baik dari siswa.  (2) setelah LKPD dengan pendekatan saintifik dikembangkan dan di uji coba lapangan kepada siswa, terlihat kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa meningkat dari skor pretest 42,6% menjadi skor posttest 78,3%. Kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa mengalami peningkatan sebesar 35,7%.

This research aims to develop and plan an effective business network for the lumpia beef business, especially in building a business network so that the lumpia beef business can continue to grow. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The source of data used in this study is primary data. Data collection is done through observation and documentation. Observation in this study was carried out by observing consumer tastes and documentation was carried out by collecting data on effective business networks. The subject of this research is business development through business networks and the object is the Harumaki Beef business. Based on the results of research on the development of effective business networks for Harumaki Beef, it can be concluded that the development of Harumaki Beef can be done effectively if Harumaki Beef can be marketed online so that it can be more widely known by the public by strengthening its business network.

The development of educational science accompanied by technological developments has brought about rapid evolution and competition in various groups such as in various aspects such as organizations or companies and even in the world of education itself. Meeting needs is also a challenge that requires human resources (HR) who are able to learn various technologies well, adapt easily, and respond to significant changes. Of course, in the world of education, teachers are educational personnel. Educators are important stakeholders in educational development and are the most influential factor in producing quality educational activities and results. Therefore, teachers must obtain sufficient education, training, development and experience to improve their qualifications in order to fulfill their duties and responsibilities. Responsibility is carried out with the help of skills that bring success, which determines the quality of education. Therefore, training and development is a basic need which is expected to influence increasing teacher competence and performance.

One of the primary school subjects that is compulsory for students to study is Natural Sciences (IPA). In conducting the learning process a teacher needs to prepare models and methods as well as what media is chosen to help the teacher deliver the material. So that students can receive the material well and work the matter properly and improve the student's learning outcomes from before learning to after learning. This research is to find out what models and media can be applied in IPA learning on simple aircraft material. This article is written using the research method of a library review. This research includes the study of libraries to gather information and analyze literature. Of the eight articles scanned with one or two using similar learning models and other learning media showed positive results for students and teachers. Improved student learning about simple aircraft material became better. Some models and learning media on simple aircraft material are a reference to teachers in implementing the IPA learning process well and achieving the entire learning plan.
