This study aims to test and prove the existence of a partial and simultaneous influence between internal factors, external factors and emotional factors on the interest in youth entrepreneurship in Salem District. This type of research is quantitative research using associative research methods. The sampling technique in this study used propotional random sampling using the Slovin formula.  Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who were youths of Salem District. The analytical methods used in this study consist of validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis tests.

The presence of the Covid-19 pandemic has raised problems in Indonesia's education world. The policy to implement fruitful learning from home is a challenge in carrying out effective learning. An overview of learning in the era of the covid pandemic can be seen from the learning at the end of the 2019/2020 school year from various surveys conducted. The existence of simple online learning and learning that emphasizes giving assignments makes students experience learning boredom. Teacher creativity in carrying out solutive learning is needed through online learning with various complex platforms and offline learning.

Comfort can be provided from a building, inseparable from the existence of the building itself in the context of an environment that is limited by consideration of natural factors. In an effort to achieve comfort in buildings in tropical climates such as Indonesia, especially the city of Maumere, with characteristics of wind speed, humidity and relatively high air temperature and solar heat radiation can reach levels outside the human comfort zone. This study compares the speed and direction of wind flow in different lecture halls, seen from the level of height, direction and contour of the ground. The method used is data taken using equipment measured in the field and the results are simulated using WinAir4 from ECOTEC. The results obtained are the effect of altitude level, direction and contour orientation on wind speed and air flow in the design of the lecture hall in relation to thermal comfort.

Today’s church planting is no longer as expected as the early church. Where they do pioneering on the basis of truth. Purchasing decisions are a process where consumers choose and evaluate products or services, often consumers consider various things that suit their needs in the purchase decision process. Every company built by a business entity or individual is generally the same, namely, to seek as much profit as possible by increasing purchases at the company, it takes various kinds of marketing activities, one of which is to hold promotional activities for the products produced, with the existence of marketing activities. Sales promotion in each company will indirectly help increase purchases of products. This study aims to determine how much influence promotion has on purchasing decisions at the Qolsa Fashion Store. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population in this study were all consumers of the Qolsa store in the metro city. In this study, samples were taken from many as 50 respondents. Data was taken through a questionnaire method. Data processing is done with the help of Microsoft Excel. The test includes a validity test, reliability test, normality test, homogeneity test, simple linear regression test, F-test, and t-test. The results show that there is a significant positive effect of promotion on purchasing decisions. The results of this study indicate that: There is a promotion effect on purchasing decisions for clothing at the Qolsa store in 2022 with the regression equation Y = 44.324 + 0.3233 X can be seen from the results of the analysis of the calculation of the value of t-count and t-tab above, it means that it is known that t-count > t-tab can be seen in the table of t point on the 5% significant list, namely 2.65> 1.68 also the Fcount value of 4.28 is greater than Ftab = 4.04 which is 4.28> 4.04 means There is a Significant Effect of Promotion on Purchase Decisions Clothing at Qolsa Stores in Metro City in 2022.

This study aims to determine the library strategy to obtain library accreditation at SMP Negeri 1 Pekanbaru. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design with the main objective of providing an objective description or description of a situation. The method used is observation, interviews, documentation. The results of this study found that the strategies carried out by the head of the library Insan Cendikia to obtain national school library accreditation were procurement of books, procurement of infrastructure, arrangement of equipment in the library, cataloging and human resource development. The supporting factor is the existence of a library card number (NPP), the library building has reached an area of ​​168m² and there is a reading area, work area and bookshelf area and the books are neatly arranged, there is a library management structure, the relationship between the librarian and the head of the library is quite good , the number of collections of library materials has met the national school library standards as many as 2,520 titles with 2,737 copies and professional human resources, while the inhibiting factors are insufficient funding, incomplete facilities and infrastructure, insufficient book procurement, and support from school principals who less strong.

Health is a basic right of all people. The main priority at this time is health services for pregnant women. The selection of birth attendants for pregnant women is something that must be considered. Prior to the tripartite partnership, many people chose to give birth with the help of a dukun than to give birth with a health worker. The process of forming a tripartite partnership, namely collaboration between cadres, traditional birth attendants and midwives, began with the signing of the MoU which was directly supervised by the camat, babinsa and lurah. The existence of cadres and traditional birth attendants who continuously accompany pregnant women makes them trust them to use the services of health workers and give birth at health facilities. There was an increase in the number of birth mothers assisted by midwives who partnered with traditional birth attendants at Poskesdes with an average increase of 2. 8% for the past 2 years. The obstacles in implementing this tripartite partnership are the very low level of education of cadres and traditional birth attendants, the remote location of health services and the financial capacity of postpartum mothers.

 The Independent Curriculum was determined by the Ministry of Education and Culture and the Minister of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia has issued a decree number 347 of 2022 regarding guidelines for implementing the Independent Curriculum in madrasah. So the implementation of the Independent Curriculum at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah becomes a demand for madrasah. The research uses a library research. The data research related to the Independent Curriculum and the Decree of the Minister of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia number 347 of 2022 concerning the Independent Curriculum. The Analyzing data of this research using a way to describe the data in the study (content analysis). The Independent Madrasah Ibtidaiyah curriculum implements learning according to the abilities of students which gives more space to develop student’s basic character and competence. The Character abilities that support interactive learning is by developing abilities and having characters in the form of noble character, diversity, independence, critical and creative reasoning. Have a focus on essential learning and adapts to the abilities of the students. The Independent Curriculum at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah was developed in Indonesia with the aim to improve the quality of education. Its implementation is adjusted to the needs and characteristics of students which can facilitate the learning process without feeling burdened in the implementation of learning in Madrasahs. It is because the process of implementing the Independent Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Curriculum is more profound, fun and independent. Implementation of the Independent Madrasah Ibrtidaiyah Curriculum in accordance with KMA RI No. 347 Year 2022 is supported by the existence of the Independent Learning platform which is easily accessible. The Independent Curriculum application contains teaching tools needed by students and teachers to facilitate the learning process.    

The implementation of Community Service is intended to provide socialization to the community about the existence of various MSME business opportunities and the creative economy during the time when the Covid-19 pandemic ended. The main target of this Community Service is the community or residents in Suci Village, Karangpawitan District, especially those affected by the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. This PKM activity was carried out to share knowledge about various business opportunities in times of crisis, as well as to distribute information related to the socialization that was carried out. With the socialization program for various MSME business opportunities and the creative economy post-Covid-19, it is hoped that the target community for this PKM activity will be aware of various MSME business opportunities and the creative economy to be used as motivation in an effort to take advantage of all available opportunities. Campus academics are also expected to become a source of knowledge, liaison or interface with MSME stakeholders and become a center of excellence in MSME business development through the creative economy.

This research was carried out to find out how the strategy for empowering MSMEs in Kerawang Gayo village, Bebesen district in dealing with free trade in the ASEAN region. Financing is the main function and product of Islamic banking, namely the distribution of funds aimed at helping those in need, and if managed properly, can contribute significantly to Islamic banking income. However, in their distribution, funds carry many risks due to the uncertain and diverse nature of humans. This risk is reflected in the existence of loans that face problems that reduce the profits or profitability of Islamic banks. The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of Financing, Non-Performing Financing (NPF) and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) on the profitability (ROA) of Bank Kaltimtara Syariah By including Financing, Non-Performing Financing (NPF) and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) as the independent variable and profitability (ROA) as the dependent variable. This is a quantitative research with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The population or research theme is the annual report of Bank Kaltimtara Syariah. A total of 9 samples were taken from the Bank Kaltimtara Syariah Quarterly Financial Report for the 2016-2018 period. Based on the test results, it is known that tcount = - 1.4 98 < t table = 1.8 3 3 Financing and NonPerforming Financing (NPF) both have no significant positive effect on Return On Assets (ROA). While the Financing to deposit Ratio (FDR) regression shows a significant influence on Profitability (ROA). The amount of tcount is 1.859 > ttable 1.833

The majority of high-risk illnesses, including heart disease, breast cancer, cervical cancer, osteoporosis, autoimmune disease, stroke, depression, and others, affect women more than males. The Community Service Partners are the management of the Family Welfare Development Team (TP-PKK) in West Bungo Village, Bungo Regency. The majority of PKK administrators, besides their activities as housewives, also work in government, private and entrepreneurial institutions, where due to business, consumption patterns and types of food eaten are unhealthy, such as fast- food which can be bad for the health of the body. especially reproductive health. Therefore, the purpose of this activity is to provide training and skills for TP-PKK administrators in making traditional herbal drinks with raw materials from rhizome plants such as Ginger, Turmeric, Temu Lawak, Kencur, Galangal which are very useful in helping to maintain body and reproductive health. in productive Ages.

 The current era of globalization demands that manual data processing is no longer relevant and accurate for companies. This is because errors that occur due to manual processing can no longer be neutralized. Where the information generated by these errors, becomes inaccurate anymore to be used as a basis for decision making. That is why currently the existence of SIA is becoming increasingly important for a company. Initially the existence of this information system was to collect, process, store, calculate, analyze, and disseminate information for specific purposes. However, currently SIA has a very important impact on the company, namely providing added value to its users because it will ultimately have an impact on improving the company's overall performance.

The Industrial Revolution 4.0, which coincided with the presence of the Covid-19 pandemic, demanded that the world of education implement a different system. Classroom learning that involves students directly is now starting to switch to online learning. One of the learning media used is the Kahoot application. Interactive quizzes in this application can be implemented on an ongoing basis, including in face-to-face learning after the pandemic. Unfortunately, not all educational institutions know about the existence and benefits of this application. Sungai Putih High School, Kampar Regency, which is our service partner, is one of them. This dedication to introducing interactive learning through online media has had satisfactory results. From 38 respondents covering all classes and teachers at the high school, 100% of respondents felt interested in this learning and 96% of respondents agreed that learning evaluation using Kahoot was felt to be more effective than tests in general. For the continuity of implementation, the service team provided a Kahoot Usage Guide book which was designed directly by the service team.

The role of the MSME sector is very important for the economic growth of a region. Where this sector reflects the local economy, a region and as a driving force for the regional economy. The existence of the Covid 19 pandemic has caused MSMEs actors to have new challenges and problems, regarding marketing in the form of digitalization. Therefore, a strategy is needed, which is able to answer these problems. This MSME Marketing Development Strategy is to see the types and characteristics of  MSMEs, potentials and problems as well as strategies for handling them. The case of this research is MSMEs Boyolali Regency. The results of this study are SWOT analysis, which requires MSME marketing activities based on MSME digitization through increased product marketing through Social Media and E-Commerce.

Love can be used as an answer to the question of human existence. So many philosophers from the west and east offer concepts about love, Erich Fromm is one of them who considers that love is an art. The purpose of this study is to classify five objects of love from Erich Fromm's thoughts in poems by W.S Rendra. Poetry was chosen as the object of research because poetry can be used as a means for someone to express love. This research method is a literature study as well as a literature review. The results of this study are five titles of poems that represent the five objects of love. First, object of brotherly love entitled "Aku Mendengar Suara" because this poem contains Rendra who loves his oppressed brothers. The object of maternal love titled "Ibunda" contains a mother's love that is like the earth that provides its fertility for her children to grow and sacrifices everything a mother has for her children, truly loving even though she does not get anything from the child. The object of erotic love with the title "Barangkali Karena Bulan" is about exclusive love to one person, namely the poet's love for a woman. Self-love with the poem titled "Orang Biasa" contains Rendra's love for himself. Last, the object of God's love titled "Tuhan, Aku Cinta Padamu" is about Rendra's desire to return to Him and achieve unification between the servant and his God.

Al-Quran and Hadith are the main guideline for Muslim, altrough in islam there are qiyas , Istihsan and others. The the relationship of the Al-Quran and Hadith to learning is empesized more in the process of trasfering knowledge between teachers and students or other wise with their environment, in order to make an individuals more devout their relagion and eminent in their knowledge.

Abstract: The number of lemang entrepreneurs typical food of Bolo Village is decreasing even from lemang entrepreneurs who are still in production, their sales volume is decreasing. The main factors that cause this condition are low business management skills, no touch of technology, unattractive product displays, dirty and dusty, unhygienic, no labels and packaging so that it has an impact on reducing people's buying interest. Another problem faced by partners is that the production of lemang does not last long, as well as the low ability of partners to make jam as a complementary product from lemang. The activity methods used in community service activities include assistance in the form of changing mindsets regarding business management, training, and practice, as well as tool design as well as design/brand and packaging development. At each stage of the activity an evaluation is carried out both process evaluation and outcome evaluation so that the output of the activity can be measured.
