This research aims to increase understanding and relationships related to the revitalization of noble moral values ​​in the Al-Islam Kemuhammadiyahan perspective. This research was prepared using a qualitative approach using the literature review method. Research data was collected using reference sources from several research articles and books using document triangulation. It is hoped that this research can contribute to organizations involved in helping to realize the Islamic character of the nation's next generation through education. The results of this research provide an overview and understanding of the urgency of religious integrity in building Islamic character based on noble moral values ​​in building the next generation of civilized nation. A culture of innovation is very important to implement in a company to be able to maintain the existence and survival of the company. Successful innovation depends significantly on ability, skills and interpreting a rapidly changing environment. Apart from that, employee involvement also influences success in innovation. Innovation and creativity use the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) method which is associated with KAIZEN in Japanese terms, which means "continuous improvement" which emphasizes human effort, morals, communication, training, cooperation, empowerment and self-discipline . The purpose of this research is to find out the strategy carried out by PT. Indolakto Pasuruan in motivating its employees to implement a culture of innovation as well as identifying factors inhibiting its implementation and efforts made to minimize these obstacles. This research uses qualitative research methods and tests the validity of this research data using source triangulation and member checking. From the results of this research, researchers concluded that implementing a culture of innovation in companies can have a positive impact on the company's survival. Research implications - This research makes a contribution to human resource management related to corporate culture.

Pancasila, as the foundation of the Indonesian state, plays an important role in the legal system, including in the context of anti-terrorism law. This study aims to explore how the principles of Pancasila function as pillars in the formation and implementation of anti-terrorism law in Indonesia. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a literature review as the main method, which includes analysis of academic literature, legal documents, and interviews with legal experts. The results of the study indicate that the principles of Pancasila Belief in One Almighty God, Just and Civilized Humanity, Unity of Indonesia, Democracy Guided by the Wisdom of Deliberation and Representation, and Social Justice for All Indonesian People provide a moral and ideological framework underlying the creation and implementation of anti-terrorism law in Indonesia. Pancasila ensures that counter-terrorism efforts remain in accordance with the values ​​of humanity, social justice, and national unity. However, challenges such as potential human rights violations and abuse of authority need to be addressed to ensure that anti-terrorism law remains in line with the principles of Pancasila. This study recommends strengthening the enforcement of human rights, inclusiveness in policy making, and periodic evaluation and revision of anti-terrorism policies to improve their effectiveness and conformity to the country's core values.

This article explores Paul's theology, focusing on inner transformation in the context of the Christian life. A literature review and analysis of Paul's key verses is used to reimagine the concepts of salvation, life in the Spirit, and new identity in Christ. Through an explorative approach, this journal explores Paul's transformative and practical theology. Two case studies illustrate the concrete impact of Paul's theology in the lives of individuals and church communities. Key conclusions include salvation as a foundation for transformation, moral and practical realization, and the importance of personal experience with Christ. The results of this research open a new understanding of the application of Paul's theology in the daily lives of Christians, contributing to the learning and application of theological concepts in daily spiritual practice.

The development of digital technology has a significant impact on various aspects of life, including education. Islamic Religious Education (PAI) as one of the main components in shaping learners' character and morals must also adapt to technological advances to remain relevant and effective. This article discusses the design of innovative PAI learning in the digital era, identifying the main challenges faced, as well as implementing solutions to improve learners' engagement and understanding in learning. This study uses a descriptive method with a literature approach to explore the use of technology in PAI learning. The study found that digital-based PAI learning design requires careful planning, active involvement of teachers, and collaboration between school and family to achieve optimal results. The results of this study are expected to serve as a guide for PAI educators in presenting relevant, interactive, and inspiring learning in the digital era.

This research aims to determine the impact of habituating positive culture at SMK Negeri 1 Mojokerto and its influence on strengthening students' character education. Education plays an important role in daily life and has a significant impact on individual growth and development. The goals of education include developing good character and reinforcing positive values among students. Through the implementation of a positive culture, it is expected that students can demonstrate disciplined behavior without coercion, increase their interest in learning, and achieve better academic performance. A qualitative research method was used by distributing questionnaires to 30 students of SMK Negeri 1 Mojokerto. The results indicate that the habituation of a positive culture has a significant effect on strengthening students' character education, creating self-discipline, and fostering good morals within the school environment. Therefore, the importance of consistently implementing a positive culture can enhance students' character education and discipline.

The research aims to shed light on the role of accounting theory as one of the main subjects that have an active role in the intellectual skills and abilities of the students of the Department of Accounting and to provide a theoretical framework linking the subject of accounting theory and the intellectual skills and abilities of the students of the Department of Accounting and to indicate the relationship of correlation and influence between the subject of accounting theory and the intellectual skills and abilities of students of the Department of Accounting, and to provide recommendations and proposals to the organisation of the research sample regarding the subject of teaching accounting theory and its active role in the intellectual skills and abilities of students of the Department Accounting, the deductive and inductive approach was adopted in dealing with the research problem and proving its hypotheses in the theoretical aspect to achieve the objectives of the research and relying on the descriptive approach in the practical aspect, The research sample was represented by the students of the Department of Accounting at the College of Administration and Economics - University of Al-Qadisiyah for the year 2024, a questionnaire form was designed and distributed to the research sample and then collected and analysed statistically for the purpose of proving the research hypotheses and achieving the results The research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is the information that there is a statistically significant correlation between accounting theory and the intellectual skills and abilities of students of the accounting department The strength of the correlation is characterised by being very strong and its value is (.636**), which is at a lower moral level From (0.01), which confirms the positive correlation of this research, the existence of a significant effect between the variables of the research and the value of the regression coefficient was (β) (.636), which confirms the positive impact of this research, and therefore the study recommends a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the development of the accounting theory approach adopted in the accounting department so that it is able to keep pace with the continuous development known by the reality of the profession, which enables the accountant to perform his tasks better and understand how to teach accounting theory in decision-making processes.

This research examines the journey and leadership transformation of King Solomon, who was initially known as the wisest leader in history, but later became a despotic leader. This research analyzes the role of theology in the narrative of the Story of King Solomon, focusing on aspects of pride and prosperity that contributed to the root of Solomon's downfall. In this context, this research explains how Solomon's initial wisdom was replaced by luxury and the negative influence of wealth, so that he fell into various sins against his people and God. And all the mistakes he made were related to changes in the leadership paradigm. The results of this research provide insight into the importance of morality and spiritual values ​​in maintaining leadership quality, as well as illustrating how the fall of a leader can be a valuable lesson in a theological context.

T This article analyzes the nature of learners in Islamic education philosophy that can be implemented holistically in modern education. This research aims to explore the concept of learners in the perspective of Islamic education philosophy, the challenges of its application in the modern curriculum, and the influence of this philosophy on the character building of learners in the era of globalization. The method used in this article is the systematic literature review (SLR) method by collecting data from books, journals, and scientific articles published between 2016 and 2023 through the Google Scholar and Publish or Perish platforms to ensure the validity and relevance of the sources. We sought to investigate how families in Jorong Balai Panjang Nagari Saniang Baka, X Koto Singkarak District, Solok Regency, teach moral principles to their children. The author is interested in studying the role of parents in developing morals in children in the family environment at Jorong Balai Panjang Nagari Saniang Baka because they want to know about the younger generation who reflect superior ethics (morals). This research highlights several aspects of the depth of information collected from interviews and uses qualitative methods supported by field observation techniques. According to research, parents have a significant influence on the development of their children's moral principles (morals). This research highlights the important role of parents in shaping children's moral character in the family context. Parents play a number of roles, including modeling appropriate language and accent when speaking to their children, influencing their behavior and relationships, being role models and motivators, and teaching their children about religion. If these roles are fulfilled, it is likely that the offspring will have good morals. There are many things that are difficult for parents to regulate regarding children's behavior, such as contact with people outside the household, cell phone use, and the games they play. This Student Creativity Program (PKM) aims to develop and optimize the learning guidance (bimbel) activities at GKSI Sungai Maram as a learning platform that focuses not only on improving academic performance but also on the development of character and Christian values in children. In this activity, students, as community service participants, actively play a role in teaching and mentoring students, ranging from elementary to middle school age. The implementation of this PKM is intended to help children enhance their academic understanding outside of school hours, introduce them to the moral teachings contained in the Bible, and strengthen their social skills. With support from the community and the management of GKSI Sungai Maram, this program is expected to have a positive impact on the students' development, both academically and spiritually.The expected outcomes of this program include the improvement of the quality of children's education, the formation of positive character traits, and the growth of awareness regarding the importance of holistic education, which emphasizes not only intellectual intelligence but also moral development and the relationship with God.

The results show that Al-Farabi's educational thought is still very relevant in creating individuals who are noble and active in society, especially amid the negative impact of globalization. It is emphasized that education should focus on character development, spirituality, and ethical understanding, in line with the goals of Islamic education. This study aims to explore the celebration of the Prophet Muhammad's birthday at MAS Yaspend Muslim Pematang Tengah, focusing on its impact on student character development. This research used a qualitative approach with a case study design, involving students, teachers, and the activity organizing committee as research subjects. Data were collected through interviews and direct observation during the celebration activities. The results showed that the celebration of the Prophet's birthday at MAS Yaspend Muslim not only serves as a commemorative event, but also as a means of character building through creative educational activities. The Dai, Cerdas Cermat, Azan, and Sholawat competitions held play an important role in enhancing students' creativity, deepening their understanding of the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, and internalizing moral and spiritual values such as discipline, cooperation, honesty, and respect. This activity also serves as a medium to address the social challenges of the younger generation, such as drugs and radicalism, by instilling positive values. Overall, the celebration of the Prophet Muhammad's birthday at MAS Yaspend Muslim succeeded in creating a supportive environment for students' character development, equipping them with social and leadership skills, and strengthening spiritual bonds among students. This study suggests that other educational institutions can implement similar activities with more creative and meaningful approaches.

The humanity and sinlessness of Jesus Christ in carrying out His mission in the world, has always been an interesting theme and invites debate, both among theologians and secularists. Human weakness in understanding and accepting the fact of the dual nature of Jesus Christ, presents various skeptical views, rejections and refutations, including suspicion and doubt that in carrying out His mission, Jesus did not act in His sinless human nature, but in His holy divine nature. However, whatever the forms of rejection, suspicion and debate against that view, the truth of God's Word is accurate evidence and at the same time an answer. This study aims to test the truth that during His mission in the world, Jesus was a true sinless human being, using a method using a qualitative approach using secondary techniques through literature studies.The humanity and sinlessness of Jesus Christ in carrying out His mission in the world has always been an interesting theme and has invited debate, both among theologians and secularists. The rise of Islamophobia worldwide is often fueled by ignorance and negative stereotypes about Islam. This situation calls for more effective educational efforts to counter misinformation and restore the image of Islam as a blessing for all, or Rahmatan lil 'Alamin. In response to this challenge, da'wah (Islamic preaching) through literature, especially novels, offers a way for readers to gain new perspectives and understand the complexities of religious life through engaging narratives that do not come across as patronizing. This study aims to identify the da'wah messages in Harlis Kurniawan's novel Bujang and Portuguese General and analyze the most dominant themes within the text. The novel serves as a potential medium for educating people, including non-Muslims, about the true teachings of Islam. The research employs a descriptive quantitative approach using content analysis. The data analysis involves categorizing the content, evaluating it through judges' assessments, and calculating the findings using Microsoft Excel and the Slovin formula, followed by interpretation of the results. The result of this study shows that the novel possesses 37.66% message of morality which is very dominant, 32.46% sharia messages, and of 29.88% aqida messages.

The Indonesian Islamic educational system is critical to shaping students' moral and intellectual development. Efficient administration is essential for improving educational outcomes, fostering a pleasant learning environment, and sustaining Islamic principles. As a result, the primary goal of this study is to assess the efficiency of the Islamic management system in Islamic schools by gathering information from the management teams of the selected schools. The study used a qualitative research design to collect important information from the target audience. The study's findings show the need of excellent administration in improving Islamic curricula in Indonesian educational institutions. A complete plan that blends creative teaching methods with efficient administration is required to foster a strong and vibrant learning environment. However, the results have limited generalisability to other ethnic or educational backgrounds because they are unique to Indonesia's Islamic schooling system.

Education has a very important role in Islamic philosophy as the main means of broadcasting, maintaining and internalizing knowledge that includes intellectual and spiritual aspects. Islamic educational philosophy views education not only as a process of transferring knowledge, but also as a medium or tool in the formation of morals and increasing individual spirituality. This article aims to research and observe the concept of education in Islamic philosophy through literature studies and analysis of classical texts by Muslim thinkers, such as Al-Ghazali and Al-Farabi, which highlight the importance of balance between intellectual intelligence and spiritual wisdom. Education in the Islamic view plays a very important role in developing individual morals and forming an ethical society, as well as in the application of Islamic values ​​worldwide. The results of the study show that education according to Islamic philosophy does not only focus on worldly aspects, but also on the formation of a complete human being, both intellectually and spiritually. With integrated education, it is hoped that individuals will be born who have superior personalities who are able to contribute positively to society. Thus, education in Islamic philosophy functions as a very important means or instrument for conveying and preserving the noble values ​​that have been passed down by Muslim intellectuals from generation to generation, as well as being a path towards the formation of a harmonious, ethical and civilized society.

This research examines Al-Ghazali's thoughts in shaping the character of student independence through an educational approach. As one of the important figures in the world of Islamic education, besides concentrating on academics, Al-Ghazali proposed an educational approach that emphasizes the development of strong character. Finding out how Al-Ghazali's education helps students become independent is the driving force for this research as well as its application to the current educational context. The research method is a literature review by analyzing Al-Ghazali's relevant works, such as Ihya Ulumuddin and Mizan al-'Amal. The findings show that there are four main components of education as proposed by Al-Ghazali: moral development, inculcation of religious values, learning life skills, and individual independence. These findings are relevant to the challenges of modern education, especially in the effort to form independent and moral students. Educators can look to the results of this study as a resource in designing a curriculum that facilitates students' self-reliance in a holistic manner.

Christian Religious Education (CRE) plays a significant role as a means of character formation for students within the complex multicultural context of Indonesia. CRE not only emphasizes understanding Biblical teachings but also instills values such as love, tolerance, and moral responsibility, which are relevant to cultural and religious diversity. In a diverse society, character education through CRE aims to shape individuals who respect differences, are able to live harmoniously, and serve as "salt and light" in society. Through an inclusive and dialogical approach, CRE teaches students to appreciate diversity without losing their Christian identity. This study employs a literature review method to identify the challenges and opportunities in implementing CRE as a character-building tool in a multicultural society. The results show that a multicultural approach in CRE creates space for interfaith dialogue, helps prevent intolerance, and shapes a generation committed to values of peace and love. Thus, CRE not only plays a role in students' faith formation but also in building the tolerant character needed in a pluralistic society
