Interpersonal perception has undergone a significant transformation in the digital era, especially through the influence of social media. The presence of social media has now influenced the way individuals understand, interact, and form interpersonal relationships. The writing in this journal uses descriptive qualitative research methods, namely research conducted to examine an object, a condition, a group of people, or other phenomena with natural or real conditions (without experimental situations) to create a systematic overview or detailed description that is factual and accurate. This research is a study intended to describe and analyze phenomena, events, social activities, attitudes, beliefs, perceptions or thoughts of people individually or in groups through observation and literature study so that a complete picture of an event can be presented which is intended to expose and clarify a phenomenon that occurs. From the discussion of interpersonal perceptions that occur due to social media in this digital era, it can be related to several theories of communication psychology, namely informative theory and behaviorism theory.

This study explores the implementation of Electronic Procurement Service (LPSE) and its impact on the procurement processes for goods and services. The research focuses on understanding how the adoption of LPSE influences efficiency, transparency, and accountability in the procurement activities of organizations. Through a comprehensive analysis, the study evaluates the integration of LPSE in streamlining the procurement workflow, reducing manual intervention, and enhancing communication between stakeholders. The findings highlight the advantages and challenges associated with the electronic procurement system, shedding light on potential improvements for optimal utilization. The study contributes to the broader discourse on digital transformation in procurement, emphasizing the need for organizations to adapt and leverage technology to enhance overall procurement effectiveness.

Business transformation in the digital era requires an innovative marketing approach. One way is by utilizing the potential of the internet and information technology. This research focuses on the important role of landing pages in designing online experiences for consumers. The theoretical basis involves the concept of marketing transformation, landing page optimization, and the importance of brand awareness for waste collection services. The methodology used adopts a qualitative approach with a case study in Karung Sampah. Data is collected through observation and analysis using third parties, namely Google Search Console and Google Analytics. It was found that responsive design, relevant content, and social media integration played an important role in the success of the campaign (brand awareness)

Health human resource management is a crucial aspect in efforts to improve the level of public health and improve the quality of services in health facilities. Health resources play a key role in the transformation of health development in Indonesia. Good implementation of health service management in health facilities is needed so that health development in Indonesia can run optimally. This research uses a literature review method with an article search strategy via Google Scholar. Articles were selected based on the inclusion criteria in this study. The research results show that the implementation of health human resource management in health facilities is still not optimal, which causes a shortage and inequality of health human resources in these facilities. The government and related agencies are expected to be able to improve the health resource management system by analyzing health human resource needs. In addition, efforts need to be made to educate and distribute health human resources in health facilities to ensure more equitable and quality health services.

This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and performance evaluation on employees at PT. Shopee Indonesia with a qualitative approach. The research method uses analysis of documents, articles, websites and journals related to leadership policies and employee performance evaluation. Leadership style, especially transformational, has a significant positive influence on employee motivation and performance at PT. Shopee Indonesia. Performance evaluation has also been shown to play a role in shaping employee perceptions of recognition for their contributions. This provides insight for company management in optimizing leadership practices and performance evaluation systems to improve work quality and employee productivity.

As one of grammatical semantics topics, the passive voice of singular first person is used to show the relationship between singular first person (me) and action through the form of passive verbs in a sentence that contain grammatical meaning. The formulation of this research problem is what are the semantic constructions of the passive voice of singular first person in locutionary speech acts explaining based on the strategy in Sumberejo, Ambulu, Jember? This qualitative descriptive research is included in communication ethnographic research. Data was collected through listening and speech methods. Data that has been successfully collected is then presented using categorical, descriptive, and distributional methods. The theories used are Chomsky's generative transformation theory (1965) and Searle's speech act theory (1979). Based on this study, a total of 6 types of passive voice of singular first person in locutionary speech acts explaining in Sumberejo Village, Ambulu District, Jember Regency by dividing the types of passive voice of singular first person based on the form of suffixes and the nature of passive verbs with the type of locutionary speech act explaining based on the strategy. The types of locutionary speech acts explain based on their 5 strategies, then the types are crossed with 5 types of passive voice, singular first person, based on the form of suffixes and the nature of passive verbs

This research falls into the qualitative descriptive category using primary and secondary data in order to analyze the development of manufacturing industry in Indonesia which tends to deindustrialization, whereas the manufacturing industry has a big contribution to the Gross Domestic Product, the absorption of employment, the income tax and the foreign exchange, the creation Value added, and technology transfer. The results of the research show that in order to create a tough industry in 2035, a strong foundation is required, and an inclusive transformation of Indonesia's economy in the manufacturing industry through the use of added value natural resources, the readiness of human resources and the supply of energy from renewable sources. The industry structure that Indonesia needs is an industry that has strong and synergistic links between industrial sub-sectors and with various other economic sectors, has high local content, can grow sustainably, and has resistance to the world economic turmoil.

Its presence, as a result of advances in information technology in this era of globalization, not only changes the way we communicate, but also creates a deep transformation in the structure of social values and societal norms. The advantages of social media include its ability to accelerate the flow of information, facilitate intercultural interactions, and provide a platform for previously unheard voices. The spread of false information or hoaxes has become easier, and the impact on mental health, especially among the younger generation, is a serious concern.  

This study aims to determine whether there is an Effect of Transformational Leadership Style and Work Discipline on Employee Performance of PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. in Makassar City. To find out and analyze which variable is the dominant influence on employee performance at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. In Makassar City. This type of research uses quantitative, the data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 22 for windows. That the significance value is 0.000 <0.05. That simultaneously leadership style and work discipline have a significant positive effect on employee performance. The results of this study are in accordance with the theory of Budi Setiyawan and Waridin (2006) that discipline is in an ideal state in supporting and carrying out tasks according to the rules in order to support work optimization. One of the conditions for discipline to grow in the work environment is the complete division of labor to the lowest employee or officer, so that people know consciously what their duties are, how to do it, when the work starts and finishes, as arranged in advance and understand who is responsible for the results of the work.

This research aims to evaluate the impact of Information Technology (IT) on Modern Accounting Systems. The research background reflects a shift in the traditional accounting paradigm towards the increasingly rampant application of information technology. The research method used is literature analysis and case studies. The primary goal of this study is to investigate the impact of government funding initiatives on catalyzing digital transformation within this dynamic domain. Digital transformation has become a critical force in shaping the arts and cultural sector, revolutionizing the creation, accessibility, and dissemination of artistic expressions. While several studies have examined digital transformation and government funding in various contexts, limited research has specifically focused on the influence of government funding on advancing digital transformation within the arts and cultural landscape in Indonesia. The problem statement revolves around understanding the extent to which government funding initiatives impact the advancement of digital transformation in the arts and cultural sector in Indonesia. The research questions include exploring the key factors shaping the relationship between government funding and digital transformation, as well as understanding the challenges and opportunities associated with these initiatives. This study employs a qualitative research methodology, specifically relying on secondary data sources such as academic journals, research papers, books, government reports, and relevant documents. The findings of this study provide valuable insights into the influence of government funding on advancing digital transformation within the arts and cultural landscape in Indonesia. The analysis reveals key factors shaping the relationship between government funding and digital transformation, highlighting challenges and opportunities for future development. This study has implications for policymakers, practitioners, and researchers, guiding strategic decision-making and policy formulation to drive the advancement of digital practices within the arts and cultural landscape in Indonesia. 

This research aims to investigate how technological innovation influences economic transformation at the regional level, with a specific focus on the role of entrepreneurship in the economic development process. The methodology involves surveys conducted within local entrepreneurial sectors and the implementation of cutting-edge technology across various economic regions. This research discusses several educational problems at MAS PAB I Sampali and analyzes policies that can be implemented to improve the quality of education. The main focus of research includes curriculum, educational infrastructure, parental involvement, and policy implementation challenges. First, inappropriate curricula are a concern, requiring thorough evaluation and adjustments to include 21st century skills. Second, limited educational infrastructure requires evaluation and improvement to ensure the availability of facilities that are conducive to effective learning. Third, low parental involvement can be overcome through special programs such as regular meetings and parent training. Fourth, policy implementation challenges, such as resistance to change, require identification of barriers and effective implementation strategies. This solution can be the basis for improving the quality of education at MAS PAB I Sampali and making it more responsive to today's demands. This transformation is not only to meet current educational needs but also to face future challenges with confidence and readiness.

The steps of SLR, starting from formulating research problems, developing review protocols, searching for literature, screening inclusions, assessing literature quality, to reporting findings, are detailed.
