This research aims to optimize this innovation in the Wonorejo Rungkut sub-district of Surabaya. Standards of public service regulated by laws serve as benchmarks for enhancing service quality, covering procedures, processing time, costs, service offerings, infrastructure, and staff competencies. The research findings indicate that service procedures run smoothly, processing times are relatively fast, services are provided free of charge, service offerings include various citizenship documents, and infrastructure is adequate. Generation Z refers to the demographic group consisting of individuals born between the mid-1990s to the mid-2010s. This generation is also known as "Gen Z" or "iGen," and they are a group that is growing rapidly in an era of technology and information that continues to develop rapidly. As the first generation to grow up with the internet, social media and mobile technology, Generation Z is considered the most digitally connected group. They are growing up in an era where access to information is easier than ever. Generation Z is also often considered an intelligent, adaptive and collaborative group. They have become a significant marketing target due to their outsized influence on consumer trends and preferences. In addition, Generation Z is faced with various challenges, including preparing themselves for a dynamic job market, facing social and mental pressures, and being responsible for the impact of technology on daily life. Darurrohman Islamic Vocational School is an educational institution that has long been committed to providing high quality education with an Islamic approach to its students. With a strong vision and mission, this school not only focuses on academic aspects, but also pays special attention to the development of students' character and practical skills. The number of participants who took part in this seminar was 69 people. One of the aspects that is really paid attention to at Darurrohman Islamic Vocational School is awareness of financial management in the Gen Z era which is carried out for Darurrohman Islamic Vocational School students as a collaboration between lecturers and students of STIE Ekadharma Indonesia.

PLN is a state-owned company which operates in the fields of electricity generation, electricity supply, telecommunications, finance and maintenance services. In accordance with the existing electricity supply law, the Indonesian state-owned company which is given the authority to manage the electricity industry, starting from the industrial, housing, business, government office and public street lighting sectors is PT. PLN. Apart from that, PT. PLN is also obliged to improve the welfare of the Indonesian people by fulfilling electricity needs in accordance with the 5th principle of Pancasila. The method used in this research is the literature review journal method. This research is to describe the extent to which national values originating from Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution are implemented in PT's security management strategy. PLN to increase satisfaction with meeting the electricity needs of the Indonesian people. The aim of this research is to analyze the implementation of security management strategies at PT. PLN is based on national values, namely the 5th principle of Pancasila and Law Number 30 of 2009 concerning Electricity Articles 28a and 28b. PT. PLN as a state-owned business actor which is fully obliged and responsible for its design in accordance with existing laws, must ensure that the security management system implemented by this company covers security and safety aspects in its operations.

Technological advances in all fields always have an impact on society in a nation. Likewise for the Indonesian people. One of the population problems facing the Indonesian nation today is the social behavior of the younger generation, which today is very free. In fact, they will be the next generation of the nation's ideals. This research method was carried out using a statute approach and a conceptual approach containing descriptions of theories, findings and other research materials obtained from reference materials to serve as a basis for research activities. This approach is also known as the literature approach, the judge's consideration in imposing a crime on abortion committed by the defendant is based on the legal basis used by the judge, namely Article 77 A of the Republic of Indonesia Law No. 35 of 2014 concerning the stipulation of government regulations in lieu of Law No. 1 of 2016 concerning the second amendment to Republic of Indonesia Law no. 23 of 2002 concerning child protection became law in conjunction with Article 55 Paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code. The Panel of Judges in deciding this case looked at the facts at trial and declared the Defendant legally and convincingly guilty of committing a criminal act "participating in committing an act with intentionally carrying out an abortion on a child who is still in the womb for reasons and procedures that are not justified by the provisions of the laws and regulations, based on the judge's considerations, namely the public prosecutor's indictment, witness statements, defendant's statements, evidence, and articles in criminal law regulations. , as well as positive legal considerations, namely the reasons why the defendant committed the act and the consequences of the defendant's actions.

Bhinneka Tunggal Ika is very inherent for us Indonesian citizens. Bhinneka Tunggal Ika is a defense of harmony between each tribe, respecting differences while also strengthening Indonesia's identity profile which has existed for a long time. The development of the globalization era can bring more modern changes to people's lifestyles, especially in Indonesia. The development of the era of globalization itself makes people tend to choose new cultures that are considered simpler than the local culture in Indonesia. Preserving Indonesian culture and customs is an important aspect in the lives of indigenous peoples, because indigenous peoples are still synonymous with a lifestyle based on local customs. Therefore, this article aims to explain efforts to preserve Indonesian culture in the era of globalization. The method used in this research is qualitative with the data collection technique being library research, where the author examines several library sources as references in this writing. The results of this research show that it is very important to preserve Indonesian culture and traditional communities. In current developments, information has become very influential on human thinking patterns. To overcome this, there needs to be awareness, especially among the younger generation, of the importance of local culture as national identity and being able to preserve and maintain local culture. Efforts to preserve and preserve Indonesian culture are carried out in two ways. That is; cultural experience and cultural knowledge.

The 'Architects Teach' initiative at SMA Negeri 9 Semarang represents a pioneering educational endeavor aimed at integrating architectural principles into the high school curriculum. This program seeks to nurture an appreciation and understanding of architectural concepts among students, fostering a deeper connection with their built environment. Through a series of interactive lectures and hands-on workshops, students were introduced to fundamental architectural ideas, encouraging them to observe and critically assess their surroundings. The initiative not only enhanced students' awareness of architectural aesthetics and functionality but also emphasized the importance of sustainable design practices. The alpha generation is the children that the millenial generation has left behind. This article was written by Mark Mc Crindle and published in the Business Insider magazine (Christina Sterbenz, 2015). The Alpha Generation (2011–2025) is the most advanced generation in terms of digital technology and the least advanced generation in comparison to the previous generation. Every day, almost 2.5 million children of the Alpha Generation are born into the world. The generation most familiar with the internet over the long term is Gen A. Mc Crindler also asserts that the Alpha generation is not averse to technology, somewhat socially adept, somewhat creative, and somewhat independent. Alpha generators require quick and somewhat chaotic processes. By enticing them with a technology, they become socially alienated. This article aims to understand the challenges faced by the Alpha Generation in the Industrial Revolution. For many people, literacy is a familiar language. Literasi is a concept with a complex, dynamic, and ever-changing definition that is defined by several methods with extreme caution. According Keywords: Literacy, Technology, Development, and Generation Alpha. to an online Merriam-Webster dictionary, the words "literature" and "letter" come from the Latin and English languages, respectively. Literasi is quality, or the ability to read and write with huruf/aksara that is included in the text. Technology is described as a concept that has to do with the type of application and knowledge about how it might improve human ability to identify and modify objects that are around. At this point in time, technological advancement is experiencing relatively slow advancement. The idea of technological advancement is to advance technology from one era to the next, making it more advanced or better. The ability of the Alpha generation to communicate (read, write, study, and sketch) has somewhat declined as a result of the rapid advancement of technology. Many Alpha children nowadays are highly dependent on their gadgets (games, YouTube videos, and other apps). However, due to technological developments, alpha generation children are lagging behind in literature, which is why they are interested in reading at an age when they should be able to read and understand the content of what they read.  

The purpose of this research is to make the younger generation aware of the importance of increasing their potential to compete in the world of work because given the current global situation which is increasingly competitive. The research method used is a qualitative research method using data collection techniques carried out by triangulation (combined). The results of this study are that the younger generation is said to be competitive if it has the ability to adapt to change, solve problems, think creatively, and communicate well. With the level of education in Indonesia, the quality still needs to be improved. Skills and competencies must continue to develop in the midst of the progress of the current global era. The innovation and creativity of the younger generation has developed positively, this must continue to be monitored for the nation. Character development is also important because it can create independent, resilient and confident young people who are ready to compete in the world of work. The readiness of the younger generation in the world of work also needs to be considered with higher and tiered levels of education being one of the efforts to improve quality in competing in the world of work.

Introduction and use of artificial intelligence (AI) technology is increasingly widespread in various aspects of human life. In the context of community service, AI has great potential to improve the quality of life of people through a variety of innovative applications. This article discusses how AI can be used in community service, including practical applications in the field of education. Student Data Management: Al Ihsan Foundation can use AI to manage orphan student data such as personal data, academic data, and health data. AI-supported data management systems can integrate this information better, thus enabling more personalized and customized services. Learning and Development: AI can be used to develop online learning platforms that are tailored to individual student learning needs. AI systems analyze student learning preferences and progress and recommend the most effective learning materials and methods. By leveraging AI, younger generations can create exciting, high-quality content without having to have specialized expertise in graphic design or video editing. For example, technologies such as Canva Magic Studio leverage artificial intelligence to make it easier to make exciting designs.The training aims to provide a better understanding to the younger generation of the basic concepts of AI and its applications in everyday life, including in the creation of creative digital content. Hopefully, with a better understanding of AI, the younger generation will be able to develop their creative potential and use it for a variety of positive purposes in their lives.

In the midst of rapid industrial progress and global economic growth, the use of plastic has increased dramatically, causing serious environmental problems due to the accumulation of plastic waste. One of the most worrying aspects of this problem is the presence of microplastics, namely plastic particles less than five millimeters in size. The more accumulation of plastic waste found in the waters will cause damage to the surrounding water and sea environment, plastic waste that is not collected will be exposed to sunlight and exposure to air, the longer it will decompose into small particles called microplastics. In this research, the author researched using the library research method, namely by collecting and studying existing literature from various sources such as: journals, articles, books and others related to this research. Microplastics have spread widely in the environment, from oceans to land, and have had a serious impact on organisms and ecosystems throughout the world. The process by which microplastics are formed, their distribution in the environment, their impact on aquatic and terrestrial organisms, and their potential impact on human health are the main focus research and public attention. To overcome the microplastic problem, a holistic approach is needed that involves collaboration across sectors and scientific disciplines. Handling and mitigation efforts must cover various aspects, starting from regulating the use of single-use plastics, more effective management of plastic waste, developing technology for detecting and eliminating microplastics, to educating the public about the dangers of microplastics and the importance of environmentally friendly behavior. Concrete steps such as banning the use of single-use plastics, promoting recycling, innovation in product design, and cross-border cooperation in managing plastic waste are key in efforts to reduce the negative impact of microplastics. Only by taking these steps together can we create a cleaner, healthier and more sustainable environment for future generations.

Maintaining the mother's health during pregnancy is one of the main keys to the health of the next generation, because the mother will give birth to a healthy generation if the mother's health during pregnancy is good and without problems. The thing that must be maintained by pregnant women is to get adequate nutrition for themselves and the fetus they are carrying. One of the problems that often arises in pregnant women is anemia. Anemia in pregnant women can increase the risk of low birth weight (LBW) babies, premature birth, maternal and infant deaths and stunting (short children). Various efforts have been made to control anemia in pregnancy, but the prevalence is still high. One of the efforts that can be made to prevent anemia in pregnant women is to check hemoglobin and increase the mother's knowledge about anemia and its management, so that the mother understands her health condition during pregnancy. The aim of this community service activity is to screen for anemia in pregnant women. The benefit of this activity is that pregnant women know their hemoglobin levels and get information about anemia during pregnancy and its management.

Apart from that, indigenous peoples must also pay attention to the younger generation to serve as their next generation, so it is necessary to establish traditional education as a place of learning to learn more about their history and culture. The method used in this research is a qualitative method, to understand the phenomenon of what is happening in the field. The traditional school in Sihaporas Village has an important role in preserving Toba Batak culture so that the younger generation continues to understand their culture and makes the younger generation the next generation of their parents. So that the customs inherited from their ancestors can be preserved. Parents must also invite their children to follow traditions and all ritual events carried out from ancient times. Because with this traditional education, the younger generation will know more about how important it is to preserve culture

This article presents an in-depth analysis of the cultural identity of Generation Z and the social challenges it faces in the context of digitalization. By blending empirical research and literature review, this article explores various aspects of Gen-Z's life, including how technology shapes their cultural identity, the impact of social media on mental health, and social challenges such as online activism and the pressure of conformity. By understanding this dynamic, we can help shape more effective policies and strategies to support the positive development of Generation Z in the digital age.

This research aims to describe the impact of using TikTok social media on the ethics and behavior of the younger generation using the literature study method. Data is collected from various sources, including journal articles, books, and other scientific publications. The results of the analysis highlight that the use of TikTok can lead to a decrease in ethical and inappropriate behavior among the younger generation. Unethical content such as exposing, violence, and discrimination can be found on these platforms, affecting moral values ​​and social norms. Proposed solutions include increased awareness of digital education, a more active role for parents, as well as technology companies' responsibility in content moderation. This research provides important insights into the negative impacts of TikTok and identifies steps that can be taken to overcome these challenges in improving the ethics and behavior of young people.  

Pancasila is the ideology of the Indonesian nation whose values can be a reference for the development of the nation's character to face the development of society 5.0 era. This study aims to measure the readiness of the younger generation in facing technological developments in the era of industrial revolution 5.0 and how the influence of Pancasila in the life of the nation. This study uses a mixed method, in addition to using a conceptual approach, it also uses a survey method by distributing questionnaires to obtain strong data. Conceptually, this research looks at and explores reference sources from books and journals that contain substance about character building based on Pancasila. Meanwhile, quantitative data were obtained from a survey conducted on a number of respondents who were students considered to have a high level of idealism. The problem studied in this study is the values contained in Pancasila to built a society character to face the era of society 5.0. The results show that Pancasila education plays a very important role in character building in this country, but political life has not supported the creation of the Pancasilaist character of the Society.

The service team has an obligation to provide socialization in the field of history so that it can be useful for the development of science and technology in society. The field of history does not only talk about the past but the advancement of science and technology can be utilized as the main source through the elaboration of local history around the community. This community service activity is expected to be able to contribute both teachers and students at MA Muhajirin Tugumulyo, Musi Rawas Regency. The advancement of the era has witnessed unparalleled upheaval in the dissemination of data worldwide. This mechanical progress has infiltrated every aspect of human relations. One field impacted by this digital transformation is education. This article aims to understand the importance of data innovation in civic education, which can provide tremendous benefits in shaping a younger generation informed about civic education. In this study, we employ a literature review method to investigate phenomena related to Civic Education Transformation. We meticulously gather and analyze various sources, including books,  scholarly journals, and other publications relevant to our topic. The transformation of civic education in the digital era is an adaptive and innovative process responsive to the development of information technology. Digitalization has significant impacts on civic education,  both positively and negatively. On one hand, digitalization enables broader and faster access to information, allowing students to access various sources of civic education information. With this digitalization, students can easily search for information, thus enhancing efficiency in learning activities. However, this digital era is not without challenges that must be addressed. To address these challenges, it is essential to implement civic education values expected to realize Indonesia's educational vision in creating the profile of  Pancasila learners.
