This study investigates sustainable Islamic business models through a qualitative case study of green-tech startups in Central Java, Indonesia. Using semi-structured interviews with founders, managers, and employees, complemented by secondary data from business reports and sustainability disclosures, the research examines how Islamic ethical principles, including stewardship (khalifah), social welfare (maslahah), and justice (adl), are integrated into operational practices and sustainability strategies. The purposive selection of 3–5 startups enables an in-depth exploration of organizational decision-making, innovation adoption, and environmental and social performance. Thematic analysis identifies recurring patterns in ethical integration, technological innovation, and sustainability outcomes. Findings reveal that Islamic startups effectively embed ethical values into operations, fostering environmental accountability through renewable energy initiatives, waste reduction, and resource optimization, while enhancing community engagement and equitable service delivery. Technological innovations such as IoT, AI, and blockchain further support sustainability performance, enabling startups to monitor and optimize environmental outcomes without compromising financial viability. Comparative analysis demonstrates that Islamic startups outperform non-Islamic counterparts in key sustainability metrics, including carbon reduction and social impact, highlighting the competitive advantage of ethics-driven entrepreneurship. Overall, the study confirms that Islamic ethical frameworks foster both environmental accountability and technological innovation, providing a practical model for sustainable development in emerging economies. These findings offer valuable insights for policymakers, investors, and entrepreneurs seeking to align ethical, social, and environmental objectives with business strategy.

Environmental degradation and poverty remain pressing challenges in Indonesia, exacerbated by rapid economic growth and resource exploitation. The increasing demand for sustainable development has highlighted the need for alternative financial models that integrate both economic growth and environmental protection. Sharia-based green investments have emerged as a promising solution, offering a framework that aligns ethical considerations with sustainability goals. This study examines the impact of Sharia-based green investments on social welfare and environmental sustainability in Indonesia, with a focus on reducing income inequality and fostering community development. Using a mixed-method approach, including quantitative analysis of secondary data on green investment performance and qualitative interviews with key stakeholders, the research evaluates how these investments contribute to enhancing income equality, providing access to renewable energy, and promoting sustainable economic activities. Findings show that Sharia-based green investments not only improve income distribution, especially in rural areas and small businesses, but also contribute to environmental sustainability through renewable energy projects and eco-friendly infrastructure. The study also compares the environmental benefits of Sharia-based investments with conventional models, emphasizing their superior alignment with long-term sustainability goals. The research underscores the potential of Sharia-based green investments as a model for inclusive economic growth and environmental protection, supporting Indonesia’s progress toward achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

This research aims to examine the application of modern packaging and sales promotion strategies in the dezato brownie business. The method used is a case study with a qualitative approach. data was collected through observation, interviews and analysis of related documents. The research results show that the implementation of packaging and sales promotion strategies has had a positive impact on the development of the dezato brownie business. The use of attractive and functional packaging has succeeded in increasing the attractiveness of the product and expanding the market. Apart from that, creative and effective sales promotions can increase consumer awareness and speed up the purchasing process. The practical implication of this research is the importance of adopting modern strategies in packaging products and implementing innovative sales promotions to increase the competitiveness and growth of culinary businesses.

All contemporary pesantren in the current era must be able and brave enough to set management standards appropriate for the Postmodern era. This is because many major changes in technology, culture, and thought that occur in the Postmodern era affect pesantren. As a result, contemporary pesantren must adapt to these changes while maintaining their traditional foundation and strong Islamic values. The analysis of references on the type of standardization of contemporary pesantren management in the Postmodern era resulted in the writing of this article, which outlines several important points that can be used as a framework for the preparation of the intended contemporary pesantren standards. The ultimate goal of this standardization is expected to be able to make contemporary pesantren have a clear reference in maintaining its existence. The writing of this article uses a literature study method with a qualitative approach. This means that the data is described in the form of narratives about the standardization of contemporary pesantren management. The results of the analysis of various documents, there are at least several important points that become management standards as contemporary pesantren, including relevant curriculum development, information technology, transparency and accountability, partnerships with educational and business institutions, inclusiveness, attention to the welfare of students, environmental management, and continuous evaluation and renewal.

The purpose of this community service activity is to socialize the empowerment of tourism sector MSMEs in Simalungun Regency. The socialization method used was lecture and response with the participants of this activity being MSMEs around Paris Beach, Nagori Tiga Ras, Simalungun Regency. The results of this Community Service activity are first, the development of Tourism MSME businesses or tourist attractions in improving the welfare of the community and MSMEs must begin to be developed towards sustainable tourism supported by local governments through sustainable and useful programs. The objectives of this community service (PKM) are (1) Increasing the entrepreneurial capacity building of UPPKA Kelut Makmur (Klagen-Wilayut Makmur) cadres in Wilayut Village, (2) UPPKA Kelut Makmur cadres have the provision of soft skills and hard skills to carry out businesses with competitive advantages, (3) Ice Cream Products "Food Healty" can be developed for business. The target is 15 UPPKA Kelut Makmur cadres who are members who manage village businesses. The problems faced are: a. Do not have capacity building as a provision for the ability to do business; b. Limited facilities and infrastructure; d. Lack of product creativity; e. Lack of product creativity. Lack of product creativity; e. Competence of managers who are still conventional; f. Do not have an integrated business model. Not having an integrated business model. The solution to the problem is an entrepreneurship training programme, through the concept of creative business through electronic media based on socio-technopreneurship. The ice cream business will be developed to be distributed to toddler and elderly posyandu and general customers. The programmes carried out are: conducting a business development programme workshop. The results of PkM are improving soft skills and hard skills of UPPKA Kelut Makmur members as novice business people.

One of the government's efforts to protect the environment in the Indonesian industrial sector is by establishing laws and regulations that become a reference for the public and business actors and/or activities related to the environment. The government, through the Ministry of the Environment, issued regulations in the form of PROPER as an evaluation of industrial performance in environmental management. Based on the PROPER program mentioned above, the East Java Provincial Government is implementing the Environmental Trust Business/Activity Development Program or known as PUSAKA, which aims to provide environmental management guidelines based on environmental permits held by businesses and/activities (non-PROPER) in East Java. The PUSAKA mentoring program is used to prepare business actors and/or activities in East Java to achieve PROPER. Apart from that, it can also improve environmental management performance in business entities and/or activities in East Java Province, especially PT X. The PUSAKA development program has been successful in becoming a trigger for evaluating PT X's environmental management. Because it succeeded in increasing compliance with PPA and PLB3 by 85.7% and 3.75%.

The results of data classification and field surveys by Unsuri students in Wilayut Village, Sukodono District. Has potential MSMEs in the form of businesses that produce a product of goods or services. However, in marketing activities, business actors are still doing conventionally and the use of branding strategies is also not optimal. So that the scope of marketing is still limited, making the business being run unable to develop properly. KKN activities as a form of community service in Wilayut Village aim to provide social contributions from the campus to the community as well as for the community to get help with thoughts and energy to carry out village development and solve community problems in the village. The method used is the MSME data classification method and partner participation by providing direction on the benefits of social media. Participating in contributing to the classification of MSME data in Wilayut Village and helping business actors in increasing the existence of cilok kuah seblak bu tin as one of the MSMEs engaged in the food sector.

The results of this research are that Rumah Masyarakat MSMEs have a business license and are legally registered, the market and marketing aspects of Rumah Masyarakat have good market and marketing strategies so that now their products have been sold to various regions in Indonesia and even abroad such as Malaysia and Singapore, from the technical and technological aspects, community houses also have a system that runs well so that production and sales activities run smoothly, then the management aspect of Community Houses has a clear organizational structure and job description and also has definite criteria for recruiting candidates. employees, from the financial aspect Rumah Masyarakat started its business with the trust of its relationships, and as seen from the income and sales of RumahCommunity products which continue to increase, RumahCommunity can be said to be feasible and successful in running its business.

This community service is carried out to the community and students in the Philippines about understanding about Islamic finance. Service activities are carried out face-to-face with lecture and discussion methods. Where between lecturers of the Faculty of Economics and Business and service partners directly meet in the same place. This activity will take place from July 4, 2023 to July 7, 2023 at Luzon State University, Philippines. Participants in this activity amounted to 40 people from students and the general public. This service activity generates awareness in global development, a deeper understanding of Islamic finance, inter-sector collaboration, participatory community empowerment, and the potential for positive change.

Alingbao is a food and beverage business in the city of Padang. The concept of cultural acculturation combines the traditional food of a race, namely Minangkabau and Chinese. This design aims to optimize the function and structure of Alingbao packaging, maximize the shape and visuals of the packaging so that information and brand awareness of the product is conveyed to consumers and potential consumers. This design uses the 4D method which consists of Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate with the development results in the form of pop-ups. The analysis method used is SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats). The main media in this design are three packages consisting of primary and secondary packaging. The supporting media for this design are social media, menu price lists, cups, hanging banners, aprons and tape. The main and supporting media in the design have also gone through a feasibility test in the form of a prototype. Meanwhile, the feasibility test indicators themselves consist of packaging layout, packaging visual elements, structure, function and packaging materials. This aims to ensure that the packaging is suitable and suitable for use.

This is due to the product marketing system which is still conventional or the old tradition, namely through exhibition activities. The purpose of this service is to increase the business capacity of batik moedjair kandang jaya through an online marketing system. The solution offered by the proposer of this activity is to provide assistance in online product promotion and assistance in registering products in online applications so that it is expected to be able to increase business capacity and increase turnover or profits for batik craftsmen.

Export trade of coffee in Indonesia plays a crucial role in the country's economy; however, challenges and dynamics in the global market demand the development of an optimal strategy to enhance the competitiveness of Indonesian coffee products. This research aims to formulate an optimization strategy for coffee export trade by leveraging information provided by the Trademap website. The research method involves analyzing Indonesian coffee export data from the Trademap site, identifying global market trends, and evaluating relevant trade policies and regulations. The results of this analysis will form the basis for designing a strategy to increase market share and the export value of Indonesian coffee. The proposed strategy includes strengthening product branding, diversifying target export markets, improving the quality and innovation of products, and optimizing the supply chain to enhance logistic efficiency. Additionally, the integration of information technology and communication in trade management is incorporated to expedite information access and minimize business risks. The implementation of this strategy is expected to make a positive contribution to the growth of Indonesia's coffee exports, opening opportunities for access to new markets, and increasing the value-added of products. By tapping into the information potential of the Trademap site and developing adaptive strategies, Indonesia can effectively navigate the dynamics of the global market, strengthen its position as a leading coffee producer, and enhance the well-being of business actors in the coffee sector.

Indonesia as an archipelagic country has very high resources in the fisheries and marine sectors, where these resources become weapons in improving the welfare of the people in particular and become capital in national development patterns. However, poverty is still an icon for fishermen. The income of fishing fishermen can be said to be different from other types of business because the fishing business is uncertain, where the income fluctuates and speculates, which can lead to the growth of poverty. The aim to be achieved in this research is to reveal and analyze things that influence the income of capture fisheries fishermen. Meanwhile, the author took the explanatory descriptive method as the research method. Data collection came from 100 fishermen respondents with discussion of fishermen's profiles in the form of age, education, family responsibilities, experience and length of time at sea.

Quality of service towards customer satisfaction is one of the factors that plays a very important role in the survival of a company, because this will make the company bigger and able to win every business battle. Therefore, every company tries to ensure that customers are satisfied and trust the company so that it has the potential to provide benefits to the company in the long term. In this research the author uses a descriptive approach in that the research is only descriptive, namely to find out or describe the reality of the events being studied so that it makes it easier for the author to obtain objective data in order to know and understand the development of the Quality Management System at LPK Wajo Intelektual Mandiri. Quality Management System LPK WIM is implemented based on the Plan, Do, Check, Action (PDCA) process which consists of planning steps, plan implementation, checking the results of plan implementation, and corrective action on the results obtained which basically uses Management functions in their implementation based on management achieving quality of both products and services. The implementation of a system formed by the internal LPK Wajo Intelektual Mandiri will certainly have a positive impact on the company, namely improving and guaranteeing the quality of the products or services produced so that in the end it will increase the level of customer satisfaction with the products or services provided.

The implementation of this Mentoring activity is carried out by assisting in Marketing, Financial Management and Independent Business Development which is carried out by the Toraja Church Youth Fellowship of the Buntu Lemo Congregation which is managed independently for the needs of the PPGT organization. This community service activity method has several stages, including initial surveys, interviews with partner groups to find problems and solutions offered as well as assistance with marketing and financial management. The PPGT Buntu Lemo Congregation's independent business includes several types of business, including: tent rental, sound system rental and dance studio and decorations. Strengthening the marketing strategy of the PPGT Mandiri Business of the Buntu Lemo Congregation to be able to compete in marketing products and managing finances correctly and regularly will make the business better.

The development and the increasing number of business actors engaged in the industrial sector has resulted in competition in business becoming increasingly sharp and competitive, both in terms of quality, price and the way promotions are carried out. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, service quality, price and promotion on purchasing decisions for FEZ Racing Exhaust brand exhaust. The method used is a quantitative method. The population in this study were consumers who purchased FEZ Racing. The sample used was 80 respondents who were selected using a convenience sampling technique. Data analysis used using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study prove that simultaneously product quality, service quality, price, promotion influence purchasing decisions. In partial variable testing for the variable product quality, service quality, price, promotion proves that there is a positive and significant influence on the purchase of FEZ Racing Exhaust brand exhaust.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role in advancing and improving the economy. Sempulur is one of the MSMEs located on Jalan Pelita Tama No. 2b, Rejomulyo Village, Kartoharjo District, Madiun City. This assistance aims to help the problems faced by Sempulur MSMEs. The service methods used are observation, information collection, problem mapping, implementation of mentoring activities, and problem evaluation. In this activity, the results of MSMEs Sempulur can be seen in the form of increasing marketing media in the form of understanding of social media so that it can improve product marketing.  Planned and efficient financial management. For the government, it is better to provide individual guidance and mentoring to MSMEs to assist in business planning, management, and development.

The digital industry offers great benefits if people have sufficient skills to engage in it. Many entrepreneurs have emerged in the digital era, generating income through online businesses or e-commerce. The use of this industry can provide optimal benefits, especially because the needs of modern humans are fast-paced and practical. Even though many people use gadgets with an internet connection, being just a spectator without actively participating in the digital era can cause losses. Sidingkat Village, which is rich in natural resource potential, especially ibus plants, has not utilized the internet optimally for development and marketing. Karang Taruna youth in this village have free time that has not been used productively. The aim of this Real Work Lecture (KKN) is to develop marketing of ibus plants and provide an understanding of online marketing media to Karang Taruna youth. The method used is the Participation Action Research (PAR) approach, which aims to increase public awareness of the potential and problems they have, as well as providing solutions through change programs. Through this approach, it is hoped that young people can be more productive and use their free time more effectively in the digital era
