Education in elementary schools is the initial momentum for students to improve all the abilities inherent in children. Starting at the time of learning in early childhood (kindergarten ) and then continued and strengthened in elementary school. Habits that children carry out every day, both in the home, community and school environment, are important in forming natural potential, especially in the field of children's language. Language skills that are expected to be assisted, grown, and used as development material for elementary school teachers include listening or listening skills, speaking, reading, and writing. These four skills are so important to be given at the elementary school level as a form of teaching Indonesian according to the current education curriculum. Learning activities in schools are also expected to be able to integrate this unified language in all intra- and extra-curricular activity programs so that their benefits are increasingly visible and meaningful in harmony with the social life of students.

The political policy of the local government in establishing the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD), is an Annual Financial Plan (RKT) prepared by the local regional government and jointly approved by the Regional Head (KDH) and the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD). There are certain obstacles such as the emergence of executive dominance or legislative domination in designing, discussing and approving the APBD. The purpose of this study is to analyze the political policy model of the local government (Grobogan Regency) in determining the APBD. This study uses a qualitative method whose analysis is descriptive. Researchers use naturalistic and normative juridical approaches. The data used are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques go through four stages, namely gathering information, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study conclude the political policy model of executive domination that occurred in Grobogan Regency. Facts on the ground show that the political policies implemented by the Grobogan Regency DPRD have the authority to approve the RAPBD determination, as well as the authority to reject the proposed RAPBD through the factions in the DPRD. However, this rejection never occurred during the research period (2021-2022). Even if this can be done when the DPRD has valid data regarding irregularities committed by the Regional Government. This diametrical position and role relationship is because there are legal consequences if the RAPBD is rejected by the DPRD. The legal consequence is that the implementation of government activities in the institution cannot be carried out properly and it will also have fatal consequences for slowed development in its territory. However, in the end, the DPRD, through a plenary meeting, even though it was difficult, had to give approval for the determination of the APBD, which paid little attention to benefits for the community.    

Describing strategies for strengthening student character through communication and policy advocacy courses is the purpose of this research. This research uses qualitative descriptive. The subjects in this research are lecturers who teach communication and policy advocacy courses and students who have taken these courses at the Candradimuka College of Social and Political Sciences Palembang. The result of this research is that this course has been integrated with character education, but there needs to be development in RPS and there needs to be standardization in learning methods in order to improve the quality of character building of students who are taking the course and lecturers can also be role models for students both in attitude, speech and behavior delivered must show nationalism character in order to support optimal strengthening of student character. 

This study aims to determine and describe the Implementation of Cultural Arts (Music) Learning Singing Material Based on the Independent Curriculum Class VII B SMP Unp Laboratory Development. This type of research is qualitative, with a descriptive approach. Research instruments are researchers themselves and are assisted by supporting instruments such as stationery, cameras and mobile phones. Data collection techniques are carried out through literature study, observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are collecting data, classifying data, clarifying data, analyzing data, describing data and inferring data. The results showed that learning planning has not been fully guided by the teaching modules in the independent curriculum, the impact of these conditions, the learning outcomes of students are still not optimal. Then, at the stage of implementing learning, it has not been carried out optimally because when carrying out learning the teacher is not fully guided by the teaching modules made. Assessments, methods and learning strategies used by teachers have not been implemented in accordance with the stage of cultural arts learning outcomes based on the independent curriculum. Teachers who are too fixated on the material and lack of teacher intervention in the learning process of students Furthermore, at the evaluation stage, a full summative assessment has not been carried out, such as teachers do not do.

This study aims to find out and describe how the implementation of learning traditional Minangkabau music material at UNP Laboratory Development High School. This type of research is qualitative research using descriptive methods. Data collection techniques are carried out through literature studies, interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are collecting data, classifying data, analyzing data, describing data and inferring data. The results showed that the lack of appropriate strategies and learning methods used by teachers. The strategy used by teachers in the learning process is an expository strategy, in the implementation of this expository strategy teachers use textbooks, references and other auxiliary media, but this strategy is not effectively used in learning because not all students are comfortable for learning that is only spoken. The method used in this learning is the lecture method, where learning is delivered by telling stories so as to make students feel bored and sleepy during learning, and it seems that the teacher has not been able to vary the method that is suitable for the implementation of traditional Minangkabau music learning which in fact in the delivery of learning can use several methods for the smooth achievement of the desired learning objectives.

Padang Photo Sports is a photography service business in the field of sports. All types of sports can be documented by Padang Photo Sports such as basketball, volleyball, badminton, table tennis, futsal, and soccer. The purpose of designing Padang Photo Sports Visual Identity is to inform the public, especially those who like to play sports, that in Padang there are the latest photography services in the field of sports. The method applied to the design of Padang Photo Sports Visual Identity uses the 4D design method which stands for Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate to develop the design and uses the SWOT Analysis method which stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats to make it easier to find the value of a business and service. The orientation of the development of this Visual Identity design idea includes supporting media Stationery, Social media and Gift/merchandise. It is hoped that the design of this Visual Identity can help create opportunities and public awareness of photography services in the field of sports so that the design results can be right on target, effective, and communicative.

This research aims to provide reinforcement to the community so that they can further strengthen their faith, namely through the development of Islamic law on the Islamic jurisprudence of prayer with the Sanad. Bersanad prayer is an activity that begins with learning and deepening and understanding the meaning of fardu prayer both from the perspective of the Shari'a and from the essence. Prayer is the pillar of religion. Praying with a sanad does not mean that people have not had a sanad during their prayers. What is meant by bersanad prayer is that we try to connect our prayer practice to our teachers and the ulama who themselves got it from their teachers up to the prophet Muhammad SAW. We carried out this research by observing the people of Cermen village, Kedamean sub-district, Gresik district. The method used in this research is the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method. The stages of assisting the implementation of the PAR method in the Cermen village community use 3 stages, namely the preparation stage, implementation stage, and evaluation stage.

Choking is an emergency situation that frequently occurs in infants and toddlers and can potentially lead to death if not managed promptly and appropriately. Limited knowledge and skills of parents, particularly mothers, in providing first aid are among the factors that increase the risk of complications resulting from choking incidents in children. This study aimed to determine the effect of choking management education on mothers’ ability to handle choking incidents in children in Pinokalan Subdistrict, Ranowulu District, Bitung City. This study employed a pre-experimental design using a one-group pretest–posttest approach. The study population consisted of 75 respondents, with a sample of 15 mothers who had children aged ≤ 3 years, selected using accidental sampling techniques. The intervention consisted of health education on choking management using standard operating procedure guidelines and structured health education sessions, while mothers’ abilities were assessed using an observation checklist. Data analysis included univariate and bivariate analyses using the McNemar test with a significance level of α = 0.05. The results showed that prior to the educational intervention, most mothers had poor ability in managing choking incidents in children; however, after the intervention, there was a significant improvement in their abilities. The McNemar test yielded a p-value of 0.008, indicating a significant effect of choking management health education on mothers’ ability to manage choking incidents in children. These findings demonstrate that health education plays an important role in improving mothers’ preparedness and skills in dealing with pediatric emergencies. This study is expected to serve as a basis for the development of community-based health education programs as a promotive and preventive effort to reduce morbidity and mortality risks due to choking in children.

This study aims to explain the influece of informatiomof characteristics and accounting information systems on managerial performance in goverment agencies is the aim of the research. Determination of the  sample using the total population sampling method in this study were structural officials and staff at the west sumatera research and development agency and the sample used in this study was as many as 31 respondents. Based on research result that there is an influence of information on characteristics on managerial performance the work of managers of geverments agencies and there is influence of accouting informatios systems on the managerial performance of agencies.

The purpose of this study is to explore various aspects of Container Handling and Arrangement at PT. Terminal Peti Kemas (TPK) Pelindo Belawan in the context of the modern logistics industry. This study will discuss the latest methods and technologies used in container management, as well as their impact on operational efficiency and cost reduction. Container handling and arrangement are important components in international trade, so they require careful planning and implementation. By investing in new equipment, implementing automation technology, developing efficient logistics systems, and providing training and development programs, ports can improve efficiency and effectiveness in container handling and arrangement. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through field research, direct interviews with the company and secondary data obtained from books and journals in the library (library research) or other reading sources related to the subject matter taken.

The educational process functions as the intellectual development and potential of students. The use of appropriate learning models or media can encourage the growth of students' enjoyment of the learning process, increasing learning motivation. This study applies the ASSURE learning model with Mentimeter media which can be accessed through each student's device. Menimeter media is used as a form of technology application in the learning process. Mentimeter can be used as an online presentation medium or presented in a quiz format to assess students' understanding of the material provided by the teacher (Zulfa & Huda, 2021). This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach method with research instruments that use test instruments and non-test instruments. The results of this study indicate that the ASSURE model with mentimeter media can be applied in learning to analyze the systematics and language of scientific work. The use of meter media in the learning process can motivate students in learning which affects the acquisition of learning outcomes.

Tourism is a trip undertaken by individuals or groups to a place temporarily to seek harmony or balance and happiness in the social, cultural, natural and scientific dimensions. Tourism development is all forms of coordinated activities with the aim of increasing the number of tourists and improving facilities and infrastructure services, in the form of goods or services and facilities. This is categorized as a complex activity because this activity coordinates activities, facilities and infrastructure, objects and attractions, supporting facilities, environmental facilities and so on with tourists.

Believing in the Bible as the true word of God without having a sense of doubt becomes an absolute standard because the word of God is a word that is not only true but perfect. The Word of God is said to be perfect because the source of inspiration and the main Author is God who gave the true words to be written by the writers of the word that He wanted. A certain group or some people may doubt the Bible as the word of God or consider the Bible as an old book that is no longer relevant to today's developments. This research aims to narrate the Bible as the true word of God and is very relevant to the development of technology in this era. The research methodology used for research and writing is qualitative methodology and literature. The findings show that the Bible is the true and perfect word of God, so that it cannot be doubted by anyone, be it theologians, historians, scientists, psychologists, psychiatrists or ordinary people

Implementation of PAK through family education is really very important to do. To describe the implementation of PAK in the family, the authors use library research as a method. The background of this research is because there are obstacles in the process of applying PAK in families that are affected by the weakening of parents as educational figures. Of the many, one of the causes of PAK not manifesting satisfactorily in the family is parents who have not yet been born again. It means that parents still don't really think about themselves as disciples of Christ and feel that they are the main and first educators in the family. For this reason, parents must be aware that actualizing PAK in the family is their responsibility. Realizing effective PAK in the family, parents must educate their family members that PAK has a role and function as a change carrier that is dynamic, progressive, and transformative towards spiritual growth and development. The research carried out aims to contribute ideas to the problem of implementing PAK in families that have not been realized satisfactorily. The final conclusion of this article is that the implementation of PAK through family education is very much needed by today's Christian families.

God has meaning in creating man. The intended meaning is a life, where life is a strong reason and motivation to support a person in living life according to what he believes. The narrative of James 4:1-10 contains a Biblical pattern of life. However, in today's development, human culture continues to experience changes. The changes in question are behaviors related to morals and ethical values so that humans experience a lot of degradation in the sanctity of their lives. Overcoming this problem, true Christians can have a humble attitude, fear God, fight against sin, rely on God, purify the heart and pray as contained in the narrative of James 4:1-10. This study uses a library research approach. The purpose of this article is to contribute thoughts in the form of alternative solutions to the problems of deviant behavior committed by some Christians today.

At the point when the students are assessed, they are demanded to work to publish scientific writing. This study investigates the process of constructing scientific writing as well as the academic search engine that is frequently used by graduate students in building their papers. Later on, this study also discloses the factor of using repeated platforms. A personal learning environment helps the students to connect both inside and outside the classroom learning by employing digital tools. This paper presents a case study exploring the steps of conducting scientific writing, the academic search engine mostly used by students, and the factors in deciding the platform. Eighteen graduate students majoring in the English education department were the participants of this study. The data was collected through class observation, questionnaires, and semi-structured interviews. The result shows several steps to construct scientific writing including readiness, composing the article, getting ready for publication, distribution, and development. While Google Scholar (100%), Web of Science (94.7%), and online library (63.2%) are the top three online platforms as the academic search engine they used to search for references to build arguments for their scientific writing. Some factors why those platforms become highly beneficial are exposed by the participants such as their pertinence, reference quality, and publication impact. This study is expected to provide certain considerations for students or scholars about utilizing several online platforms and some reasons behind which is beneficial to build scientific writing publications.

If business people can no longer follow the existing trends, then our products will lose competitiveness with other people's products that are easy to reach. In addition, it can have an impact on business development, business actors do not develop because income does not increase, the marketing area is not wide(Hidayati, Triajeng Pungkasanti, and Wakhidah 2020a). This becomes self-introspection in increasing mastery of digital marketing in this digitalization era. There are many kinds of marketing strategies, one of which is the use of quite a lot of digital marketing. In the current era of modernization, many things have begun to use technological developments, including the delivery and dissemination of information. This development is marked by changes in methods in various fields, leaving manual methods and replacing them with the use of modern technology. With the rapid advancement of information technology, it makes it easier for business people to develop creativity and market a product, including the digital invitation business. This type of digital invitation is gaining popularity not only because it is considered easier to distribute, low production costs, and a variety of designs. Digital invitations are visually more attractive because media such as photos, text, animation and audio can be added. This study aims to analyze several articles related to public interest in digital invitation business opportunities. The design used is literature review, articles are collected using search engines such as neti.com, google scholar, and Sciencedirect. With the criteria for articles published in 2019-2021. Based on the articles collected, the results of the analysis show that digital invitations have considerable business potential for business people and make it easier for users to convey information.

Background: Post-adolescent mental health problems in Indonesia are currently experiencing an increase from 2013 to 2018. Efforts and forms of intervention that can be carried out are through increasing the behavior of seeking mental health assistance. Such efforts can be health promotion. Proper health promotion for adolescent with film media. the animated film "Kanca Cilik" is a medium to promote the behavior of seeking mental health assistance in adolescents. Purpose: The purpose of this research is to develop the animated film "Kanca Cilik" as an intervention for adolescents in seeking mental health assistance. Method: The method used by developing two stages. The first stage is to make an animated film "Kanca Cilik" with 3 episodes and an average duration of 3 minutes/episode. Then in the second stage, a perception test was carried out on mental health nurses, community, and animation experts. The test results use the Intraclass Correlation Coefficients (ICC) test. Result:  The result of this development research is the animated film "Kanca Cilik" which consists of three episodes, namely the first episode is behavior seeking mental health assistance from peers, the second episode is behavior seeking mental health assistance to family and the last episode is behavior seeking mental health assistance to professionals. . statistical analysis was obtained at 0.896 and the average value of the 3 reviewers was 0.978> 0.5 (high stability). Conclusion: The conclusion of this study is that the film "Kanca Cilik" as a behavior intervention seeking mental health assistance in adolescents is good for use as an effort to promote mental health. and suggestions for this research to be used as an intervention in increasing mental health seeking behavior in adolescents.

Manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) memegang peranan penting dalam mendukung keberhasilan organisasi dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Pengelolaan SDM yang efektif mampu meningkatkan produktivitas, kualitas kerja, serta menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif bagi karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sistem manajemen sumber daya manusia yang diterapkan pada PT Cahaya Murni Borneo Timur serta perannya dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi langsung selama kegiatan magang, dokumentasi, serta wawancara tidak terstruktur dengan pihak Human Resource Development (HRD). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem manajemen SDM di PT Cahaya Murni Borneo Timur telah berjalan cukup baik, terutama dalam aspek administrasi kepegawaian, pengelolaan absensi, kontrak kerja, dan pengelolaan data karyawan. Namun, masih terdapat beberapa kendala dalam pelaksanaannya, seperti pengelolaan arsip dan koordinasi antar divisi. Dengan adanya perbaikan berkelanjutan, sistem manajemen SDM diharapkan mampu meningkatkan efektivitas kerja karyawan secara optimal.
