This research was conducted at PT. Bangun Makmur Medan. Work productivity that has not reached the company's target because there are still shortcomings that occur to employees when viewed with data in the last 5 years, not all employees can achieve work productivity targets that have not reached the company's target because there are still shortages that occur when viewed with data in 5 years Finally, not all employees can reach the target. Compensation is still very low due to the bonuses made by companies that have not been maximal for employees who have worked optimally. Employees are not satisfied with what they receive from their co-workers who cannot work together and the lack of opportunities for employees to get promotion opportunities and the amount of bonuses received is not yet in line with expectations because the bonuses made by the company are not maximized with employees who have worked optimally. The population is 129 employees and the sample in this study was 98 employees. The sampling technique used is sample random sampling. The technique of collecting data is by pembainigain kueisoner, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis uses validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient and hypothesis testing.Conclusions in the study that simultaneous Compensation and Job Satisfaction influence the Work Productivity of PT. Bangun Makmur Medan. Partially Compensation and Job Satisfaction influence the Work Productivity of PT. Bangun Makmur Medan. Partially Job Satisfaction influences the Work Productivity of PT. Bangun Makmur Medan. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination that value .10 means compensation and job satisfaction can explain employee work productivity by 31% and the remaining 69% (100-31) is influenced by other variables outside of this study such as: work motivation, career development, work environment and so on

Road infrastructure is a public good whose existence must be felt by all levels of society. Road infrastructure development is a policy that deserves attention from the government, including in the Banten Province region. This research aims to explain the problems in development and maintenance policies for road infrastructure in Banten Province. The research method uses a qualitative approach. Based on research, it is known that the implementation of road infrastructure development and maintenance policies in Banten Province has not been carried out optimally because it has not yet provided significant changes and minimized existing problems. Some of the problems include the government's responsiveness in dealing with road problems which is still lacking, resulting in victims due to reports not being resolved immediately. The inhibiting factors in implementing the development and maintenance of road infrastructure in Banten Province include a lack of skilled human resources, erratic activities due to policy changes in different central and regional government periods, and natural factors.

Ideally, missiology education is applied to teachers and preachers who are positioned for adults who already have qualified literacy and religious abilities. In the application of youth and children's education, it is recommended to parents and teachers so that parents of these students or children can learn the rules of learning. Missiology is learning when someone gives testimony and a story about superpowers or outside forces reason (about the power of God, Prophets, and religious leaders), so that they provide a personal experience and story that can convince people, whether in any religion. Missiology learning is not part of the context of education in schools, but the context of missiology should have been taught by parents and teachers when the children studied religion. This study aims to reveal how simple missiology learning can be applied so that children in their development to adulthood have the ability and uphold the mind in upholding supernatural values.

Learning media applications are learning concepts that are carried out through electronic media networks in the form of mobile and non-mobile applications. The development of very advanced technology in the modern era and globalization allows various activities to be carried out quickly and efficiently. Technological developments have had a lot of influence on our way of life, one of which is in the field of education by using online or online learning media applications in learning activities in schools, colleges, courses and even online communities have started using concepts like this. The purpose of this study was to find out how the role of learning media applications in geography subjects in education was during the covid-19 pandemic. As we all know, the losses due to the COVID-19 virus have had a huge impact on all sectors, including the education sector. To achieve this goal, this research will use a qualitative research approach. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research. Analysis of the data used in processing questionnaire data through google form by describing the results of the questionnaires distributed online.

The health deconcentration fund is one of the funding schemes for regions in the context of delegating matters under the authority of the central government to regional governments in certain regions to support the achievement of national development. This research aims to analyze the policy for managing deconcentrated funds in the health sector in the region. This research uses qualitative methods with the Edward III policy implementation model. Data collection was carried out through interviews and documentation studies. The research results concluded that the implementation of deconcentrated fund management policies in the health sector in several regions in Indonesia is still not effective. This is caused by communication aspects that have not been maximized and the lack of adequate resource qualifications for managing deconcentration funds.

Adolescence is a period of transition or transition due to biological and psychological growth, development, and changes. Biological changes are marked by the growth and development of primary sex, while psychological changes are characterized by changes in attitudes, feelings, and emotions. This transitional period is dubbed a period full of storms and stress, because it causes emotional upheaval, anxiety, and discomfort because the teenager is required to adapt and accept all the changes that occur. The role of nurses that can be used is to provide complementary therapies, namely a combination of aromatherapy and music therapy in reducing anxiety during online learning. The method in this study is a quasi-experimental design with a pre-post test with control group. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a total of 60 respondents. The treatment was given in 4 sessions for 4 weeks. The treatment given is a combination of aromatherapy and music therapy. The measuring instrument used is the RCMAS anxiety instrument. The results of this study showed the effect of giving a combination of aromatherapy and music therapy on adolescent anxiety levels during online learning during the covid-19 pandemic (p <0.05). The results of the study are recommended to be able to reduce anxiety in adolescents during online learning during the covid-19 period.    

Inventory Information System is an information technology-based system that aims to assist organizations or institutions in managing and monitoring inventory more efficiently and provides an overview of the inventory information system, the main focus of its development, and the expected benefits of implementing this system. Using a manual system for each product written with a book, of course, is not efficient can result in  inventory data easily lost and damaged, easy to occur errors or data loss.  To overcome the occurrence of these problems is there is a web-based inventory information system application to solve the occurrence of errors that are often found in the world of work. Based on the results obtained This research can overcome the problem of data loss, data errors, with the help of this information system can help solve problems that often occur. This information system is made according to the needs of the White Elephant University efficiently and accurately.

The purpose of this study was to determine the stages of planning, implementation, and village development in Rato Village, Lambu District, Bima Regency and to determine the Rato Village Community's Participation in Village Development. Data collection uses interviews, observation, and documentation. Based on the results of the research conducted, it is possible to obtain information relating to community participation in village development.

The rise of disease outbreaks caused by microorganisms such as SARS, bird flu, HIV and COVID-19 has made people use products that contain antiseptics such as soap and hand sanitizer. However, if used continuously it will dissolve the layer of fat and sebum on the skin so that the skin becomes sensitive, dry, and irritated. The development of antiseptic products can be done with natural ingredients such as green betel leaf extract (Piper betle L). It is known that green betel leaf (Piper betle L) has long been used in traditional medicine and can be a natural antiseptic ingredient for making hand sanitizer. This study aims to determine the formulation of hand sanitizer from betel leaf extract (Piper betle L) accompanied by a physical stability test. The materials used in this study were methyl paraben, triethanolamine (TEA), glycerin, aquadest, 95% ethanol, lime juice, green betel leaf extract obtained from the reflux extraction process. The research was conducted by varying the betel leaf extract 55%, 60%, 65%, 70%, 75%. Tests were carried out by covering organoleptic observations (shape, color, odor), pH, homogeneity, dispersion.

Pada hakikatnya MEA bertujuan positif yakni untuk mengintegrasikan kekuatan ekonomi di wilayah Asean supaya mampu bersaing di tataran global dengan kekuatan ekonomi lainnya. Untuk meningkatkan daya saing bangsa Indonesia maka faktor terpenting adalah meningkatkan dan mengoptimalkan pembangunan SDM Nasional melalui pendidikan berbasis kompetensi (Vokasi). Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Institute of Management Development (IMD) pada tahun 2015 dengan berbasis survei yang menghasilkan tenaga berbakat dan terampil di dunia dimana posisi Indonesia berada pada peringkat 41 dari 61 negara di dunia. Pemerintah harus membuat kebijakan, strategi dan upaya yang tepat agar Indonesia dapat menghadapi persaingan MEA yang dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi, menurunnya pengangguran, meningkatnya kesejahteraan dan menurunnya kesenjangan ekonomi di antara masyarakat Indonesia.

This study aims to: 1) describe the multiple intelligences seen in student activities in the third grade 2013 curriculum; and 2) explain the development of multiple intelligences that have not been seen in student activities in the textbooks for class III students of the 2013 curriculum. The research conducted is included in the type of qualitative research. The data collection method used is literature study and discussion with colleagues. The results of the analysis of the thematic book for class III Objects Around Me 2013 curriculum that aspects of multiple intelligences have not been raised or developed as a whole. This can be seen in sub-theme 1 of intelligence that appears more dominant, namely linguistic intelligence and interpersonal intelligence, while intelligence that is not at all raised is naturalist intelligence. In sub-theme 2, visual-spatial intelligence and interpersonal intelligence are dominantly developed, and musical intelligence is not developed at all. Meanwhile, the 3 intelligence sub-themes that often appear are linguistic intelligence and intrapersonal intelligence, besides that musical intelligence has not yet been raised. And sub-theme 4 has visual-spatial intelligence and interpersonal intelligence that are often raised in student activities, the intelligence that is still lacking and has not been raised is musical intelligence. So that the results of the study can be concluded that in general the activities contained in the class III curriculum 2013 textbooks are able to develop eight intelligences.

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing how the process of managing parking retributions in Makassar City, what are the obstacles experienced in its management so far, the mechanism of collection, deposit until it arrives at the acceptance process into PAD which leads to / is beneficial for the development of Makassar City. The type of research that will be used is descriptive research type, which is a type of research that aims to provide a systematic, factual and accurate description of the data in the field regarding regional retribution which is focused on the management of parking fees in Makassar City. Data collection is done by means of surveys, interviews, observations, questionnaires. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be seen that the parking retribution management process is managed by the Makassar Raya Parking Area Company, starting from payments made by service users to parking attendants, parking attendants depositing to collecting officers, receiving treasurers and then deposits to the City Government until they can be paid for. referred to as PAD Makassar City from the levy sector, especially parking.

Main Objective: The main objective of this study is to empower designers to collaborate with researchers in other disciplines — especially in the social sciences — by articulating a design inquiry model that can be implemented in a master's program in design. Background problems: Modern research problems are complex and design needs to be better integrated with the social sciences and play an equal role in addressing them. A final master's degree in design prepares students for this integration, but design activity should be evidence-based rather than viewed retrospectively as a form of research without change. We need to adapt to ultimately contribute to research. Novelty: There are main criteria for design-based inventions in this study, including value, relevance, novelty, focus, transferability, and practicality. When these criteria are met, investigations can operate within the social sciences, or they can be leveraged and serve as the discovery phase in evidence-based inquiry. Research Method: This study presents design-based discovery, a design inquiry model that places design in the theory development cycle as theory building, not theory testing. This research, therefore, uses a design inquiry model approach, (invention-based design) in other disciplines by articulating a design inquiry model that can be implemented in a master's program in design to be complementary and compatible with social science research. Finding/Result: A proposed design inquiry model with design exploration serving as the research discovery phase guiding the design activity to make specific contributions to areas of social science that are outside of design. It involves a careful process with six investigative components, all ultimately connecting the knowledge base beyond design to design exploration. Conclusion: This study proposes six main criteria for design-based inventions: value, relevance, novelty, focus, transferability, and practicality. In the model proposed in this study, the six investigative components are described and supported with examples. Notably, the investigative component includes a standardized format for research questions, as well as the derivation of design principles from processes that involve exploration rather than one that generates solutions. This model can easily be adopted in other master programs with the necessary resources. In addition, this model, if placed in design activities in evidence-based research practices, can become wider. There is no claim that a designer's self-reflection equates to a strictly social science method so design researchers must continue to study design and build on their knowledge of the discipline. This study aims to analyze the influence of career development and extrinsic motivation on job satisfaction. In addition, this study also aims to analyze the influence of mediating variables of job satisfaction on the relationship between career development and extrinsic motivation on organizational commitment. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The sample is 101 employees. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is Path Analysis. The results of the study show that: Career development affects job satisfaction; Extrinsic motivation affects job satisfaction; Job satisfaction affects organizational commitment; Career development affects organizational commitment; Extrinsic motivation affects organizational commitment; Career development affects organizational commitment with job satisfaction as a mediator; Extrinsic motivation affects organizational commitment with job satisfaction as a mediator.             

The development of software today in large and small organizations encourages every organization to develop and control in terms of development. Every organization in software development must grow and be able to improve itself, one of which is by handling advancement, if the company cannot do this. Therefore, the company will never be able to learn to take advantage of previous experience, so it will not be able to improve the quality of the existing process. Computer program Prepare Advancement can be done by referring to the CMMI (Capability Development Demonstrate Integration) made by SEI (Computer Program Designing Founded). SEI is a research center in the field of program designing, especially those related to procurement, engineering item lines, and prepare change. CMMI itself defines several levels of development, in order to go up to a higher level a number of processes must be carried out.

The Boyolali Regional Library is a means of supporting public education organized by the Government of Boyolali Regency, Central Java. It is necessary to design promotional media and library information in order to increase public interest in coming and getting to know the complete library facilities. This research designs multimedia in the form of 2D digital motion graphic video as a promotional media for the Boyolali regional library. The method used is the Holistic Multimedia Development Model (HMDM) development model whose multimedia development stage considers the guiding aspects of multimedia quality. The results of the media expert and material expert validation test with a score of 85% and 90%, respectively. While in the user test, the positive response was 86%. So that the results of multimedia design are in the very good category and in line with expectations.

The research in this dissertation is motivated by the phenomenon of the development of quality educational institutions that have a good process to create high student achievement, design a good curriculum taught by qualified teachers and good products as evidenced by the students being able to compete with superior schools. inside and outside the city so that, with a good process, Madrasa are no longer underestimated and even become the community's main choice of superior schools. The research approach uses qualitative methods. Data collection techniques are participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are 1) single case data analysis, 2) cross-site analysis. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that: ( 1) The formulation of the madrasa principal's strategy in developing students' talents and interests at MTsN 3 Nganjuk and MTsN 2 Kediri City is carried out by : formulating the vision and mission of the madrasa, determining the goals of planning for the development of student talents and interests that have been carried out by the madrasa, mapping talents and interests based on abilities and fields of study . Recruitment of basic education students with implementation of strict selection assessment taking into account several assessments, namely the recruitment of the academic path through with report cards and Olympics. Non-academic selection recruitment is seen from the results of students' memorization of the Koran, sports, arts and so on . (2) The implementation of the madrasa principal's strategy in developing students' talents and interests at MTsN 3 Nganjuk and MTsN 2 Kediri City is carried out by: 1) Programs of extracurricular activities provided for all students according to their potential, interests, talents, and abilities, so that students can develop maximally. 2) Supporting activities through routine and spontaneous activities that are carried out optimally can develop students' talents and interests.

The Thesis is a compulsory subject that must be followed by undergraduate students to complete their study period. The Thesis is different from other courses related to the procedures in it. In the Informatics Engineering study program at Muhammadiyah University of Sukabumi, the dissemination of thesis information was spread through 5 different media, but this was not effective because it took a lot of time and made the work repeated. Therefore, to facilitate the dissemination of information, the researchers created a chatbot application that can answer questions about thesis information automatically without human supervision. To produce a smart chatbot, Microsoft Azure Cognitive Services QnA Maker service is used in its manufacture. The chatbots were tested using alpha and beta testing and concluded that making chatbot applications with Azure Cognitive Services QnA Maker made finding thesis information more accurate, effective, and efficient.

This application is addressed to the Persatuan pemuda sandya karya mandiri desa reksosari kec suruh kabupaten Semarang, which is an activity of a youth group that is trying to develop and improve their video streaming channel . they need learning to improve their digital video processing skills to improve the quality of their video output. because this youth union consists of various ages and various educational backgrounds, the making of learning videos must be easy to operate, easy to display and does not require complicated equipment. The development of this application is based on usability which is the most important aspect of an application.
