Nuns who pursue a career in education face unique challenges in making decisions and managing their personal striving in order to endure their vocation. This study aims to explore the experiences of nuns who face the dynamics of decision-making and personal striving in the context of their educational careers. A phenomenological approach was used to understand the subjective meanings of the nuns' experiences. The research method involved in-depth interviews with nuns who have a career in education in the Ursuline Convent Congregation. The qualitative data collected was analysed using the Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) approach. The results showed that decision-making is coloured by internal factors, such as spiritual calling and religious identity, as well as external factors, such as pressure from the social environment and organisational demands. Meanwhile, the nuns' personal striving in this context is manifested in efforts to maintain loyalty to religious values, strengthen supportive interpersonal relationships, and develop professional competence in the field of education. The findings of this study provide valuable insights into the internal and external dynamics that influence nuns' decision-making and personal striving in pursuing their educational careers. The practical implications of the findings can be used to help inform formation and support programmes for nuns pursuing a career in education, as well as providing a foundation for further research in this area.

The purpose of this research is to determine the demands of prosecutors at the Bone Bolango district attorney's office regarding defamation on social media and to determine the factors that influence the disparity in prosecutors' demands at the Bone Bolango district attorney's office regarding criminal acts of defamation on social media. The research method used is a type of empirical research, namely a legal research method that functions to see the law in real terms and examine how the law works in society. The results of the research obtained regarding the prosecutor's demands at the Bone Bolango District Prosecutor's Office regarding defamation on social media, there is a disparity in the demands therein, where in the same case the level of material is the same, but the prosecution in both cases is too far apart, this is caused by several factors. These include social reasons, trial facts and statutory regulations. The conclusion that there is a disparity in sentences demanded by public prosecutors was never intended to eliminate the difference in the amount of punishment for criminals, but rather to reduce the range of differences in sentences imposed because this disparity which is too far is contrary to justice and law enforcement and has an impact on the wider community.

Democracy has faced various challenges over thousands of years, particularly concerning transitions that depend on social and political factors. The role of intelligence in democratic transitions is crucial but can be used to maintain power undemocratically. In Indonesia, post-reform, democracy has not been fully consolidated. The repressiveness of law enforcement and legal bias towards political elites are major factors in the decline of democracy. This research employs a normative legal research method with a prescriptive nature, aiming to analyze the intelligence's involvement in the democratic transition process in Indonesia. The research approach encompasses analytical, historical, comparative, and philosophical dimensions. Primary legal materials such as legislation regulations are utilized as data sources, alongside secondary legal materials like books and journals. Data collection techniques utilize the PRISMA method, and data analysis is conducted deductively using the same method. The findings of this research indicate that the cycle of democratic transition influences both the democratic system and intelligence activities. Subsequently, a case study in Indonesia examines complex intelligence issues, attributable to regime changes and inconsistent political policies. Hence, a comparative study with Brazil, which is institutionally more complex and structured, is deemed necessary.

The findings highlight the complex relationship between fasting and academic performance, with studies reporting varying effects ranging from negative to neutral or even positive. Socio-cultural factors such as family support, cultural attitudes towards education, dietary habits, school policies, and socio-economic status were identified as influential factors shaping children's experiences during fasting and their academic outcomes. Additionally, several strategies and interventions were identified to mitigate the negative effects of fasting on academic performance, including nutritional guidance, hydration strategies, flexible school policies, supportive school cultures, family involvement, peer support networks, time management skills, emotional well-being support, physical activity opportunities, and continued academic support. These findings underscore the importance of holistic approaches to support fasting children's academic success during Ramadan, addressing their physical, emotional, social, and academic needs.

Pregnancy is a special situation for a woman as a prospective mother, because during pregnancy there will be physical changes that affect her life. So far, from the literature that researchers have examined, there have been many studies that discuss breast care behavior, both during the antenatal period and during pregnancy.OBJECTIVE To analyze the relationship between factors that influence pregnant women in carrying out breast care at the Pratama Nirmala Clinic in 2023. The Deaf community, as a minority group, often faces negative stigma from people in their surroundings due to differences in communication culture between Deaf and hearing people. Discriminatory treatment like this can lead to problems such as low quality of life. This is evident in the Deaf community within the Indonesian Deaf Majelis Ta'lim, which was founded out of the concern of its founder who saw the lack of understanding among Deaf Muslims in understanding their religion and God. This study aims to determine the influence of social support on the quality of life of the Deaf community in the Indonesian Deaf Majelis Ta'lim. The study used a quantitative method with 30 Deaf subjects aged over 17 years who have experienced hearing loss since birth or due to other factors. Data collection techniques were carried out using classical assumption tests by testing for normality and linearity, and hypothesis testing using simple linear regression analysis using SPSS 26 for windows. The results showed that the correlation coefficient (R) was 0.769, and the coefficient of determination (R Square) was 0.591, indicating that about 59.1% of the variation in quality of life can be explained by social support. The t-test showed that the calculated t-value of 6.357 exceeded the table t-value of 2.048, which implies that the social support variable (X) has a significant influence on the quality of life (Y).
