Explores the relationship between obesity and insomnia, two prevalent and growing health concerns in today's society. Research has shown that there is a bidirectional relationship between these two conditions, with each contributing to the development and exacerbation of the other. The paper examines the various mechanisms that link obesity and insomnia, such as hormonal imbalances, inflammation, and sleep-disordered breathing. Additionally, the paper discusses the implications of this relationship on public health, as well as potential interventions for preventing and treating both conditions. By understanding the complex interplay between obesity and insomnia, healthcare providers and policymakers can better address these important health issues and improve patient outcomes.

The beginning of 2020 was a nightmare for Indonesia, the Covid-19 pandemic that hit had an extraordinary impact. Tourism, which is the main sector in the process of national development, is not spared from the impacts it presents. This pandemic has hit the tourism industry so that tens of thousands of workers have lost their jobs within 1 month. As time goes by, Indonesia does not continue to fall into misery. The new normal order has made the tourism sector carry out various kinds of innovations to get back up from the downturn caused by the pandemic. One of the innovations made is by maximizing digital marketing for tourist destinations. This study uses a literature study research method using various written sources such as articles, journals, and documents that are relevant to the study in this study. The results of the study show that the use of digital marketing in the tourism sector has several advantages, namely (1) Spending less money and targeting a wider market, (2) Retaining customers by establishing communication in a smooth way, (3) Easy to choose specific targets (4) Its effectiveness is easy to measure. Digital marketing for tourist destinations can utilize and use various online platforms such as websites, social media, mobile applications, and online advertising.

The purpose of this research is to ascertain how poverty affects Surabaya's ability to develop economically. In this research, the degree of poverty, economic development, inflation, and unemployment in Surabaya are covered. The data used in this research are quantitative, or provided as numbers, making them first simpler to understand or compare. The data analysis approach in this research involves multiple linear regression to gather data and information, while SPSS22 is used to analyse the data. By employing software to verify the statistical significance of variables, data analysis was completed. The author additionally makes use of secondary data, data collection methods, and the documentation method while gathering and processing information from Surabaya City's Central Statistics Agency (BPS).  

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the values ​​of socio-religious education in Karang Taruna youth in Salam Sari Village, Kedu, Temanggung. Socio-religious education is an important component in shaping the character of adolescents who are ethical, responsible and have good social skills. This study uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Respondents in this study were Karang Taruna youth who were active in Salam Sari Village. Data analysis was performed using thematic analysis. The results showed that the implementation of the values ​​of socio-religious education in Karang Taruna youth of Salam Sari Village was carried out through several strategies. First, through the implementation of religious activities such as recitation, study of the scriptures, and religious-based togetherness activities. Second, by developing social skills through leadership training, teamwork, and self-development. The implementation of these socio-religious educational values ​​has had a positive impact on the youth of Karang Taruna in Salam Sari Village. Teenagers are becoming more aware of the importance of morals and ethics in everyday life. They are also able to develop social skills that are useful in interacting with the surrounding community. In addition, teenagers also feel involved in religious activities which provide a deeper understanding of religion and spirituality.

This paper discusses the industrialization strategy with a focus on the pattern of Small and Medium Industries (IKM) and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. Industrialization has become one of the important efforts to drive a country's economic growth. In the Indonesian context, SMEs and SMEs have a significant role in economic development and job creation. This paper outlines existing patterns in the SMI and MSMEs industry in Indonesia, and describes strategies that can be used to encourage the industrialization of these sectors. In this analysis, several important factors will be discussed, including government policy support, infrastructure development, access to capital and technology, and capacity building and training.

Developments in guarantee law always evolve over time. The law of guarantees is very closely related to the implementation of credit, lending and borrowing or as repayment of debts between creditors and debtors. In its legal aspect, control over objects that serve as collateral for a debt gives birth to material rights that provide privileges to creditors in the event that the debtor is unable to pay obligations while at the same time providing legal protection to creditors in carrying out their debts. Law Number 42 of 1992 concerning Fiduciary Guarantees provides a legal basis regarding the implementation of guarantees as guarantees for repayment of debts from debtors. The enactment of the law regarding fiduciary guarantees is expected to provide proportionality between debtors and creditors. In its development, the implementation of execution in the context of fiduciary guarantee law through the Constitutional Court Decision Number 2/PUU-XIX/2021 which is a form of explanation as well as confirmation of the Constitutional Court Decision 18/PUU-XVII/2019 regarding the application of execution of fiduciary guarantees has had legal implications in society . Based on the Constitutional Court's decision which created a new norm in the context of executing fiduciary guarantees, it directly changes the procedures and conditions that must be met for the execution of parate execution by creditors in the event that the debtor acknowledges default and voluntarily surrenders the object of fiduciary collateral so that it is expected can realize the principles of legal certainty, justice and benefit within the framework of the principle of proportionality between debtors and creditors in the practice of Fiduciary Guarantees.

Inclusive Education, Changing the Future for All Children Inclusive education is an approach in education that prioritizes the principles of equality and opportunity for all children, including those with special needs. This article discusses the concept of inclusive education, its goals, benefits, and challenges and opportunities in its implementation. Inclusive education involves the integration of children with special needs into regular educational settings, where they can learn together with their peers. It aims to create an inclusive environment, supporting the development and learning of children with special needs. This article describes the basic principles of inclusive education, including equal access, active participation, individual support, and collaboration. We also explain the benefits of inclusive education, such as increasing social skills, independence, and academic understanding for children with special needs, as well as benefits for children without special needs in developing empathy and understanding of diversity. However, the implementation of inclusive education is not easy. This article identifies some of the challenges faced in inclusive education, such as a lack of resources, a curriculum that is not fully inclusive, and a lack of knowledge and skills for teachers in dealing with the special needs of children. In addition, social stigma and stereotypes are also obstacles in creating an inclusive environment. This article also discusses the efforts that have been made to overcome these challenges. In many countries, governments have adopted inclusion policies that promote access and support for children with special needs. Educational institutions also play a role in creating an inclusive environment, such as providing friendly facilities for all children and training teachers in an inclusive approach. In addition, this article emphasizes the important role of parents in supporting inclusive education. Parents should become advocates for their children, collaborate with teachers and school staff and be actively involved in educational activities. With the support and cooperation of all stakeholders, inclusive education can become a reality that changes the future for all children. In conclusion, inclusive education is an important approach in creating a more inclusive and equitable future for all children. Although there are still many challenges that need to be overcome, through the commitment and cooperation of all parties, we can create an educational environment that welcomes and supports all children. With inclusive education, we open the door to equal opportunities for all children, regardless of background or special needs they.

The problems faced by MSMEs are usually caused by the lack of breadth of product marketing reach. MSMEs in Karangan Village, Bareng District, also have problems in terms of product marketing. It is based on less attractive marketing. MSME players also lack creativity in marketing development. The purpose of this activity is to increase the knowledge of MSME actors about the importance of digital media for marketing and also build product identity. The methods used in this community service activity are survey and observation, interview, discussion, and application. The results obtained from this community service activity are marketing assistance activities by utilizing digital media and assistance in making attractive logo and product packaging designs, providing knowledge to MSME actors about digital media that can be used in product marketing, and can improve brand identity.

Credit Guarantee in the Syndicated Bank Credit Agreement is the most important guarantee in the Syndicated Credit Agreement which is the main discussion in this Legal Writing. The method that the author uses in this legal research is normative juridical, where the documents used as guidelines in the preparation are primary legal documents and secondary legal documents. The Credit Guarantee in the Syndicated Credit Agreement that I will use is a credit guarantee with concession rights which includes toll road concession revenues, escrow accounts, and insurance claims. The Credit Guarantee is important to cover or guarantee the Creditors in the Syndicated Bank in the event of a default or bad credit or default from the Debtor. Collateral as regulated in Law number 7 of 1992 concerning Banking as amended by Law number 10 of 1998 concerning Amendments to Law number 7 of 1992 concerning Banking, guarantee is defined as "faith in faith and ability and ability of the customer or debtor to pay off the debt or return the financing as agreed. Credit guarantees (debts) as regulated in article 1131 of the Civil Code are "all objects of the debtor, both movable and immovable, both existing and those that will exist in the future, become dependents for all individual engagements". The credit guarantee that will be discussed in this legal writing is the credit guarantee in the Syndicate Credit Agreement or syndicate loan in the form of concessions. Concession is the granting of rights, permits, or land by the Government, companies, individuals, or other legal entities. The granting of concession rights is generally applied to the development of partnerships between the government and the private sector. This study aims to identify how the development of human capital can be improved through optimizing the School Activity Plan and Budget (RKAS) in an effort to improve school quality. Through a qualitative approach, data was collected through observation, interviews, and analysis of documents related to the implementation of the RKAS at SMKN 3 Tuban. The results of the research show that developing human capital through optimizing RKAS has the potential to improve school quality. Funds allocated wisely for teacher and student training programs, as well as extracurricular support and collaboration with other schools and industry visits, were able to develop teacher and student competencies. Optimal implementation of RKAS plays an important role in facilitating human capital development by ensuring proper allocation of funds and programs that are relevant to school needs.

The development of digital technology has had a significant impact on the use of demand deposits in the trading business. This discussion aims to analyze the effect of the application of digital technology on the use of demand deposits in the retail industry. Several retail companies are still facing challenges related to technological infrastructure and the availability of reliable internet access. In order to optimize the use of demand deposits in the trading business with the adoption of digital technology, retail companies need to involve employees in training and developing technology skills. International bilateral agreements in the form of investment have an important role and significance in promoting development growth and economic progress. In Indonesia, 8% of pre-school children experience speech and language disorders. Almost 20% of 2 year old children have speech delays and language disorders, speech delays most often occur at ages 3-16 years. The research method is correlative with a cross sectional approach. Sampling used a total sampling technique, namely where samples were taken from the entire population, namely 67 mothers with toddlers. Data collection in this research used primary and secondary data. Data analysis was carried out univariate and bivariate using the chi-square test. Mothers' knowledge in the good category regarding growth and development was 26 respondents (38%). Mothers' knowledge in the poor category regarding growth and development was 41 respondents (61%). Able to detect growth and development disorders in toddlers, namely 30 respondents (44%) The statistical test results with a p-value of 0.023 < 0.05 and OR= 4.26 so that the alternative hypothesis is accepted, which means there is a significant relationship between the relationship between mother's knowledge about toddler growth and development. early detection of growth and development disorders for toddlers at Posyandu, Bangun Rejo village, Tanjung Morawa sub-district. The results of this research are to increase mothers' knowledge and insight regarding the growth and development of toddlers so that they are better able to detect the growth and development of toddlers.

The aims of this study are to analyze the effect of competence of human resources, internal control, use of technology and community participation on village fund accountability. The Kota Intan village community sees a lack of transparency from the village government, causing a sense of community apathy, that the authority for village development is the task of the village government. The population of this study consisted of village heads, village secretaries, BPD, section heads, heads of affairs, and heads of sub-villages and the criteria of research sample worked for at least 1 year with a minimum education of high school or equivalent. There was 83 respondents from 5 villages. The results of this study show that the competence of human resources had a positive but not significant effect on village fund accountability, there was a negative but not significant internal control effect on village fund accountability, there was a positive and significant influence on the use of technology on village fund accountability, and there was a positive but not significant effect community participation variable on accountability of village funds. The result of this study are expected to contribute to development of village fund accountability. While the urgency of this study relate information for the district government and the community so they know the principles of village fund accountability.   Keywords: Village Fund, human resource competency, internal control, community participation, accountability.
