Hyper cholesterol is a risk factor for cardiovascular disease which is a major cause of death and illness worldwide. Chronic and non-infectious diseases are generally caused by bad lifestyle factors, which can actually be modified. Some of the factors that are at risk for heart disease and stroke are hypertension, cigarette consumption, diabetes, lack of physical activity, unhealthy diets, dyslipidemia, overweight and obesity. The purpose of this community service was to find out an overview of the prevalence of hypercholesterolemia in the area, this screening activity was also expected to be able to initiate cadres and the community to be more active in implementing post-natal activities. Method: This community service activity uses the Community Service approach, by carrying out screening activities forhypercholesterolemia through cholesterol checks on the people in Banjar Tulang Ampian and Banjar Kerta Sari Pemecutan Kaja Village, North Denpasar. Results: A total of 31 people netted had high cholesterol levels of 40240 mg / dL which was dominated by women (63.49%), the most age group was ?51 years (38.62%), most subjects were self-employed / traders (38 , 10%). Conclusion: Increased blood cholesterol levels with age increase are associated with a reduction in cholesterol elimination as bile salts and a decrease in receptors that mediate the clearance process of plasma LDL. Cholesterol levels increase with increasing age and the incidence of coronary heart disease.

Aging is a process of disappearing slowly the ability of the network to repair, replace itself and maintain its normal structure and function. In an effort to improve the health of the elderly effectively, it needs to be supported by adequate human resource skills where one of them is an elderly Posyandu cadre. After training for elderly cadres and posyandu and elderly gymnastics, it is expected that the performance of the elderly posyandu cadres can be optimized so that they can provide better health services to the elderly. Method: This activity uses the Community Empowering approach with the method of lecturing, discussion and demonstration and this activity is divided into three stages, namely preparation, implementation, and evaluation. Result: The formation of elderly cadres, increasing knowledge of the elderly, elderly posyandu and the implementation of elderly gymnastics. Conclusion: Training of elderly posyandu cadres and elderly gymnastics has been carried out well in the form of selection of elderly cadres, implementation of elderly posyandu, andelderly gymnastics through the provision of materials and training for elderly posyandu. It is expected that Puskesmas officers will always supervise and evaluate the elderly posyandu activities in Guwang Village, so that the elderly was monitored for their health conditions.

Background: Caregiver can discuss problems when treating patients, because there is a burden that must be borne by the caregiver both physically and emotionally. The burden that is happened during the treatment must be responded by a coping source both internally and externally. Coping resources can include family support, government support, and support from health workers.  Objective of The Study: Explores in depth the meaning of caregiver's burdens and expectations in caring for family members with mental disorders. Methods: Design of qualitative research with interpretative phenomenology approach. Based on the inclusion criteria and the data saturation, then there are 9 participants who are willing to follow this research process. Data collection strategies used in depth interview techniques with semi-structured interview guidelines. Researcher conducted the data analysis using Intepretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA). Result: It is found four themes in this study, there are: 1) Caregiver bears the burden, 2) Feels the home situation like a hospital, 3) Requires a support from family, government, and health personnel, and 4) Sincere and surrender to accept the situation. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that caregivers bear various burdens ranging from physical burden to psychological burden and to overcome the burden, it requires support from family, government, and health workers.

Manufacturing is an industry that using machinery in the production process. In this research the manufacturing is engaged in the production of the best quality pumps that used in oil palm plantations. Although this manufacture produces high quality products, but in the business process still there are several weaknesses, such as some of processes manually, systems still not integrated each other, overlapping position, etc. In this research, The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) was chosen with the Architecture Development Method (ADM) which has eight phases with focus on the business architecture phase. The expected results of this research are to be proposed TOGAF model by aligning business strategy and IS/IT, also integrating all systems and stakeholders that support business activities to achieve business goals so it will more be optimal, effective and efficient in the operational.

Weather forecasts are made by collecting as much data as possible about the current state of the atmosphere (particularly the temperature, humidity, and wind) and using an understanding of atmospheric processes (through meteorology) to determine how the atmosphere evolves in the future. There are several reasons why weather forecasts are important. It forewarns the people about future weather conditions so that people can plan their activities accordingly. It warns people about the impending severe weather conditions and other weather hazards such as thunderstorms, hurricanes, and heavy rainfalls. Thus far, accurate weather predictions have been able to save the lives of many. At its core, Twitter is a real-time public broadcast channel. These characteristics make Twitter a natural platform for public safety communication and early-warning systems.  Furthermore, Twitter became an essential source for up-to-date meteorological data and agency announcements. OpenWeatherMap processes all data in a way that it attempts to provide accurate online weather forecast data and weather maps, such as those for clouds and preciptations Besides, we will use Phyton programming language to get real-time weather data from OpenWeatherMap and post the information to our social media Twitter. Finally, OAuth and Tweepy are a very powerful library that enables the Python code to communicate with Twitter. Tweets about the weather could prove useful to anybody wanting to use it.  

Vigilantism itself is an offense that still often occurs in the community around us. This violates the provisions of article 170 paragraph (1) and (2) of the Criminal Code, article 351 paragraph (2) and (3) of the Criminal Code, article 354 paragraph (1) and (2) of the Criminal Code. Violations of vigilantism are not justified because it is as if the community as the perpetrators of vigilantism ignores the legal process in force in Indonesia. Then there needs to be protection for the suspect or victim of vigilantism even though he is a criminal. It aims to achieve justice and legal processes in this country. The formulation of the problem of this research is What are the factors - factors that cause the occurrence of vigilante actions, How is law enforcement against perpetrators of vigilante acts (Study in the Legal Area of ​​the West Semarang District Police). The type of research used in this study is juridical normative. The research specifications are analytical descriptive. This study uses two sources of cracked data: primary data and secondary data. The method of presenting data in research is done in a descriptive way. The analysis used in writing this thesis is qualitative. The results showed that, the factors that caused the act of vigilantism were spontaneous arising from a group of people who came from social pressure factors, lack of public trust in law enforcement officials, lack of knowledge of people who conduct vigilante about the law and busy people capture the moment of vigilante with a cellphone rather than having to break up. Law enforcement against perpetrators of vigilante conduct (Studies in the Legal Area of ​​the West Semarang District Police) by conducting, overcoming, and minimizing the occurrence of vigilante acts both from the policy of penal policy (repressive) in accordance with article 27 paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution, article 170 paragraph (1) and (2) KUHP, article 351 paragraph (2) and (3) KUHP, article 338 KUHP article 354 paragraph (1) and (2) as well as non-penal (preventive) is done by conducting counseling to the community in the area - areas considered to be the scene of vigilantism and carrying out routine patrols.   Keywords: Factors, Enforcement, Self-Performing Judges.

PT. Pandu Logistik is a company engaged in the transportation of goods which is a legal entity in the Commercial Postal Service as stipulated in article 18 paragraph (1) of Law Number 38 of 2009 concerning Postal. During the process of shipping goods sometimes it does not need to be done with problems, for example regarding expenditures, both originating from nature, human actions or from the nature of the goods themselves. In answering this law, the approach method is carried out using the sociological juridical method with descriptive analytical specifications and the analysis is done qualitatively. The results of this study indicate that the standard agreement in the transportation agreement determined by the carrier according to the position of the parties is not balanced and there is no freedom of transfer to determine the contents of the agreement. The journey of the Regional Representative Council (DPD) in the constitution is considered to still not compensate for the dynamics of proliferation of legislation. The reason is that the function of the DPD with the DPR in the field of legislation has been tugging and there has been intense competition in the formation of legislation, on the one hand the existence of the DPR as an institution holding a legislative function born earlier is considered to dominate the formation of legislation. On the other hand, the existence of the DPD as a new institution that is also given a legislative function, its authority is considered to be too small when compared to the authority of the DPR in the process of establishing legislation. Even the DPD is considered to add to the problem of over regulation in Indonesian legislation. Borrowing the term Richard Susskind mentions that hyper regulations or obesity are legal and over regulation. This situation led to the implementation of the DPD's legislative function not being optimal because it tends to be half-hearted. In other words, the existence of the DPD as the holder of legislative power is still under the shadow of the DPR, so it has not been taken into account in the process of establishing legislation in Indonesia, even though it has been corrected by the Constitutional Court through Decision of the Constitutional Court Number 92/PUU-X/2012 and Decision Constitutional Court Number 15/ PUU-XIII/2015, but the decision was ignored.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the layout of production facili ties on the row of Rumah Warna Bags so as to form an ideal process flow, effective and efficient. Limitations of the problem in this study only on the layout of production facilities is limited to the bag production room in the period of study year 2016 - 2017. Data analysis technique used in this study is using the operation process map, process sequence sheet, activity relationship map, and the diagram of the allocation of territory . Technique used in presenting data of research result that is using wor kflow diagram and flow of production process and diagram about layout and method. Result of research using operation process map there are 11 bag making operation process with total time taken for whole process is 20,75 minutes and mean time each process 1 ,88 minutes. Based on the process sequence of the whole process from start to finish process using 1 pencil pattern, 1 pattern cutting machine, 4 tools of giving glue, 5 actual sewing machine, 1 actual obras machine, 2 pieces of tweezers and 1 scissors for quality control and isolatape for packing process. Result of analysis of activity relation map, production room has 3 level of importance, 6 description of reason, packing space 2 level of interest, 3 description of reason, process space pattern 2 level o f interest, 5 description of reason, warehouse area 2 level of interest, 2 description of reason, 2 levels of importance, 2 description of reasons. From the results of the allocation diagram of the pattern space area, and the raw material warehouse and pac king room previously located outside the production area after the analysis based on the level of interest is now in the production area 

Yayasan Li Ulil Albab is one of the foundations in Karanganyar Regency that keep growing and contribute in educating the nation's life as well as building the character of the next generation of intelligent, religious by managing. To be able to carry out this noble task, it is necessary to continuously improve the work ethic of teachers and employees as an important element in improving the quality and achievement of school. Based on these considerations, lectures, counseling and various activities for coaching in order to improve the work ethic of teachers and employees is important to do. This event is attended by 46 Teachers and School Workers under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar. The purpose of this activity is that the work ethic of teachers and employees of schools under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar can be improved, and maintained, so that teachers and employees will be motivated in working, discipline, always positively to the task and work and able to build good cooperation with fellow teachers and employees to realize the process of learning and teaching is good and able to produce graduates qualified and character. This activity is expected to provide benefits to various stakeholders of the school under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar, namely: First, for teachers and employees, this activity is useful to provide enlightenment and motivation so that it will increase the work ethic in carrying out its duties. Second, for the students, this activity will provide indirect benefits to the students, because with the work ethic of teachers and employees of high students will get a better service of teaching and learning process. Third, for the Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar, this activity will provide indirect benefits on improving the quality of the institution because it is supported by teachers and employees who have a good work ethic. The aim of teaching and learning English in Elementary School is that the students can understand about the language skills well and of how they should parctice those skills in daily activities. It is hoped that they can communicate orally and writtenly in English. This article peels up the use of classroom language training in learning English for elementary school teachers of SDN 01 Suruh Tasikmadu Karanganyar. By giving explanation of classroom language and practicing it, it is hoped that it could improve the teachers’ skill in using classroom language and they could manage the class well. Beside that, teachers could also get new ideas to implement it for their students in teaching and learning process by using interesting learning media or learning method. The method used in this activity was giving information about the use of classroom language, modelling and practicing it. The result showed that all participants (teachers) became more enthusiastic, motivated, and fun when they followed this activity. It showed the active classroom atmosphere and most of them were ready to implement classroom language in teaching and learning process continuously. Classroom language is a good way to overcome students’ problems in learning English and teachers should use it because it can be one of good solution to solve students’ problems in learning English.Key words: Classroom Language, Learning English

Hospital medical record is an important component in the implementation of hospital management activities, hospital medical records must be able to provide complete information about the medical and health services process at the hospital,both in the past, present and future estimates of what will happen. The purpose of the medical record is to support the achievement of orderly administration in order to improve health services. Without the support of a good medical record management system, then the orderly administration will not succeed. Medical records arevery supportive not only to organize important instrument processes in handling medical legal problems that may occur in hospitals less successfully in aneffort to improve the quality of service as expected.The most important thing in the medical record is the numbering of medical record documents. One type of medical record numbering used is the Numbering System Unit (UNS) is a numbering system where the system provides one number to outpatients, inpatient and emergency department. Each visiting patient receives one number when the patient first arrives to the hospital and is used forever on subsequent visits. The patient's medical record number is unlikely to be used for the number of another patient, since the numbering is already organized and will be continuous with the filling of the medical record document and in the process of handling the patient. Based on research conducted in Main Clinic of Inpatient PKU Muhammadiyah Kutoarjo in giving medical record number Unit Numbering System (UNS) have been run well and effective start from place of registration of patient, filling of medical record by doctor, giving medicine to patient, with ease in searching, storing, and maintaining patient's medical record but still experiencing the problem of duplicate nu mbering at the time of patient registration where the patient got double number, although not nearly every day found the existence of double patient medical record number.

Various problems with the destruction of the Indonesian nation and state life institutions are increasingly approaching concerns. The emergence of grassroots movements that undermine the people of this nation is increasingly visible and shows a crisis of exemplary in the community, thus giving rise to a series of socio-cultural conflicts that occur in the midst of society in various regions. The participants in this service program are, non-productive society, civic teachers at Senior High School Teacher in Surakarta City. They are a pioneer of Pancasila Teachers who need education and training in the form of Character Development Training activities as one of the activities that will sustain and filter the problems of socio-cultural conflicts that arise in society so that peace and comfortable will be achieved in people's lives. The results of this program are as a part of this service activity in the form of Social manipulation and Models that reflect systematically arranged steps, from an activity consisting of a guide module for Character Building Training with national-scale scientific articles that will support character nation building in the framework of implementing mental revolution . While the method used in this service is CIPP stands for evaluation of the whole based on Context, Inputs, Process, and Product. The results of this service are reducing socio-cultural conflicts in the life of the Pancasila, in order to implement the Mental Revolution. The purpose of this study is to find out how big the influence of working capital turnover, liquidity, and solvency on profitability in basic and chemical industries listed on the BEI. The data used in this study consists of Quantitative data, ie data in the form of figures derived from corporate financial report data into the research sample, the accounting period December 31, 2015, and routinely published every year in the form of Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) which accessed through www.idx.co.id in the form of financial report data of compan ies incorporated in the cement sub-sector listed on the BEI period 2015.This research data is processed using the program SPSS 17.0. The research findings show that: partially Working Capital Turnover (WCT) does not have a very significant effect on Return On Investment (ROI), the significant value obtained 83.2% greater than 5%. Partially Current Ratio (CR) has no significant effecton Return On Investmen (ROI), because the level of significance obtained is greater than the standard used is 63.9% of 5%. Partially Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has no significant effect on Return On Investment (ROI), because the level of significance obtained is greater than the standard usedie 27.9% from 5%. From F test, the result of Working Capital Turnover, Current Ratio and Solvency (Debt to Equity Ratio) simultaneously have no significant influence on profitability (Return on Investment). The significant level obtained is greater than the standard used ie 33.1% of 5%.

This study aims to determine whether there is a positive and significant influence between the quality of service to the level of student satisfaction. In this study the quality of service includes reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and physical evidence. Data collection techniques used are obervation techniques, interview techniques, questionnaires and documentation techniques. The population numbered 288 students and the number of seals 29 students or10% of the total population. The sampling technique used stratified random sampling, the data were analyzed by, simple linear regression, coefficient of determination and t test. Regression analysis results obtained a = 4.719 and b = 0.797 then the regress ion equation formed is Y = 4.719 + 0.797 X. The value of determination coefficient of 0.257 means that the influence of service quality to student satisfaction level is 25.7% and the remaining 74.3% affected Other factors beyond service quality include hardware, software, hardware quality, value-added software quality and learning process. Hypothesis testing can be proved there is apositive and significant influence between the quality of laboratory laboratory service laboratory to the satisfaction of students of SMA Negeri 5 Purworejo, so Ho is rejected and Ha accepted.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of consumer attitudes on the attribute of the multipurpose flour kobe brand in Kulon Progo regency, by taking samples of 30 stores from 136 stores selling kobe brand versatile flour. This research uses data analysis method of fishbein and chi-squares, the result of the research method that is obtained is the attitude of consumer of all purpose flour kobe brand got confident attitude with score 4,1. Based on research method of writer, obtained by calculati on result of fishbein analysis known Ao weight score for product of its kind diverse and hygienic have highest confidence weight that is 0,2642, followed by cheap and affordable price also product have good taste get equal weight that is 0, 2459 and the last product attribute with price indicator according to taste quality get weight 0.2439. The overall value of consumer attitudes (Ao) for the kobe brand versatile flour attribute is 4.01, the value obtained in the fishbein model lies in the acceptance area of a confident attitude (5> Ao ≥ 4), from data that has been processed can be inferred attributes on the versatile flour of kobe brand in the form of price and product can be accepted with confidence by its consumers. Based on the research method of the authors obtained chi- squares test results obtained x2hitungsebesar 40.000 and x2 table N-1 or 301 = 29 then x table 42.56 because chi-squares x2h <x2t and Significant test of the table obtained 0,000 then 0,000 <0, 05 then it can be concluded Ho accepted and Ha rejected. Interpreted there is no difference in consumer attitudes toward price attributes based on turnover. Result of chi-squares test obtained χ2 count equal to 3,867 and x2 table = 42,56 with α = 0,276 because α> 0,05 show Ho accepted and Harejected can be interpreted there is no difference of consumer attitude toward product attribute based on turnover.

The development of information systems is increasingly rapidly nowadays requires a lot of educational institutions to develop information systems in educational environments that do not fall behind with other educational institutions. It's possible the parents and students will move to the educational institutions that have information systems that fast, accurate and reliable way to get the information required with skills no doubt in supporting the learning system. SMK Negeri 4 Kendal is located at Jl. Soekarno-Hatta Kendal, very aware of the importance of information systems. The information that fast, accurate and available at all times would be very helpful in the implementation of the learning process is also in the process of admission of new students. A newly established education institution four years ago was very concerned about the availability of information systems needed by students and parents so that information systems and the fabric of cooperation to do with ease. The purpose of this research is to increase the number of new admissions and quality of service in the admission of new students and in conducting the data collection and reporting so that information needed by prospective students as well as guardians and leaders mmurid can be obtained at any time. In this research, the application used is PHP programming MySQL database.

This study aims to analyze and explain the influence of Attractions, Activities, Amenities, and Accessibility (4A) on tourist satisfaction at Taman Nusa Bali which is experiencing unfavorable conditions including a decrease in the level of tourist visits every year, besides that there are several conditions of tourism components that need to be improved. The sample used in the study was 100 respondents. The research data was processed by quantitative statistical analysis using multiple regression analysis to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The results of the regression analysis show that an increase in variable 4A will increase tourist satisfaction. The results of the multiple regression analysis test show a significant F value, the adjusted R2 square coefficient value of 0.604 indicates that all 4A variables have a significant effect on tourist satisfaction together with a close relationship of 60.4%. This shows that to increase tourist satisfaction it is necessary to increase all tourism components in order to increase tourist satisfaction in the next period.
