Increasing the creativity of Christian religious education teachers through the development of digital learning materials is urgently needed because without developing digital learning materials, PAK teachers will experience a lag in digital information. This study aims to investigate the development of digital learning materials that can increase the creativity of Christian religious education teachers. In the digital era that continues to grow, the use of technology in Christian religious education has great potential to create a more interesting and effective learning experience. This study uses a type of qualitative research and involves literature studies to gain an in-depth understanding of the integration of Christian religious values in digital learning. The results of the study show that the development of digital learning materials can provide significant benefits in increasing the creativity of Christian religious education teachers. By integrating Christian religious values, teachers can create more innovative and creative teaching methods. The use of technological resources such as multimedia, video, and interactive software allows teachers to extend learning materials and create more engaging learning experiences for students.

Reativity and skills in the field of technology are a unit that go hand in hand and are indispensable in the world of work. For this reason, it needs to be instilled early on in directing and developing the skills and creativity of a student. Given the large number of companies engaged in graphic design, advertising and multimedia, it affects the development of the times and everyone's knowledge. In the very rapid development of technology like now we are required to be able to become people who have more creativity. This Community Service is carried out at the Al-Wasliyah Hamparan Perak Vocational School, where the author will help younger siblings to be able to make simple games from power point. But it doesn't demand the possibility for them to recreate it into games that are more creative, innovative and useful.

This study aims to determine and describe the strategy model for increasing the Village Development Index (IDM) seen from environmental resilience, economic resilience, and social resilience. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. The results of the study indicate that the strategy model for increasing the IDM from environmental resilience is still less than optimal in underdeveloped villages and developing villages. Although developing villages are better than underdeveloped villages, there are several problems such as potential disasters that have not been handled properly, especially landslides. In terms of economic resilience, developing village communities have a better diversity of livelihoods than underdeveloped villages. Access to trade facilities and financial institutions is limited in both villages, although developing villages have alternatives through BUMDes. In terms of social resilience, access to education and health in both villages is quite good, although the BPJS membership rate is still low. In terms of housing, developing villages have recorded almost equal access to clean water, sanitation, and electricity, while underdeveloped villages have not reached 100%. Access to information and communication in both villages is available, but not yet optimal.

The hospital information system has become increasingly important due to the rapid development of technology. An effective information system can help manage patient data, medical records, doctor scheduling, medicine and medical equipment procurement, and facilitate hospital administration processes. This journal discusses the importance of hospital information systems, the benefits that can be gained, and the things that need to be considered in building and implementing an effective information system. This journal discusses the implementation of character values of Papuan culture in civic education learning. By integrating various local values into the curriculum, and it is expected that learners can understand and appreciate their own culture while strengthening their civic identity. strengthen civic identity. This research uses a qualitative method qualitative method with a case study approach with the aim of exploring the impact of implementing Papuan cultural Papuan cultural character values in learning. DDOS (Distribute Denial of Service) is a type of structured attack. This attack has been around since 1990. DDoS attacks are capable of paralyzing servers by flooding network traffic and causing it to go down. To overcome this problem, the way to detect DDoS attacks has several methods and algorithms, one of which is the Artificial Neural Network algorithm and uses the Machine learning method due to the fast computing process, high accuracy, and this research uses the SKKNI research method Number 299 of 2020. The analysis was carried out uses training data from the latest dataset, namely CICIDS2017, which is a development of a previously existing dataset. This research discusses how to optimize marketing through social media at Sugarbelly_id SMEs. Currently Sugarbelly_id is facing fierce competition from other MSMEs selling similar products. This obstacle was factored in by the owner's lack of understanding of the latest business strategy developments which caused sugarbelly_id to have little engagement from target consumers and a brand image that had not yet been formed. So this study aims to provide an understanding regarding good Social Media Marketing strategies for sugarbelly_id SMEs and help optimize the use of social media and online platforms to build a more effective and attractive Brand Image and increase promotion using digital tools that guarantee increased engagement. The method used is descriptive qualitative analysis which is collected through interviews with the owner, surveys through questionnaires and observations which then analyze the appropriate strategy. The results obtained are that Sugarbelly_id SMEs already have a good brand image and the number of followers on the Sugarbelly_id Instagram account has increased from before, which was 350 followers. In addition, the number of Profile Visits on the Sugarbelly Instagram account has also increased, reaching 1,801 visitors in the last 6 days.

The prevalence of stunting is one of the biggest nutritional problems among toddlers in Indonesia. The proportion of short and very short nutritional status in babies under two years old (baduta) reached 29.9% or higher than the 2019 RPJMN target, which was 28%. Stunting due to malnutrition that occurs in the First 1000 Days of Life (HPK) notonly causes obstacles to physical growth and increases vulnerability to disease, but also threatens cognitive development which will affect children's intelligence and productivity levels.Objective: To know the nutritional status of children under five, especially related to stunting, to increase parents' knowledge about stunting, to raise public awareness of the dangers of stunting.The activities consist of preparation stages, implementation of counseling which begins with filling in the pre-test questionnaire and ends with filling in the post-test questionnaire, as well as the evaluation stage.

The legal reform of legal persons can be traced back to two milestones in the history of legal persons, namely, firstly, the emergence of the theory of legal persons, which focuses on the personalization of legal persons as if they were persons, and secondly, the emergence of the corporate law doctrine known as Piercing the Corporate Veil, which is motivated to reveal the legal veil of the persons behind the company, namely, shareholders, directors and managers. The research method is normative law with a normative approach), concepts and cases. The results of this study can be attributed to the fact that the principle of piercing the corporate veil supports the implementation of the GCG to prevent the abuse of shareholder power. The principle of piercing the corporate veil can limit or prevent unlawful acts committed by shareholders, commissioners and directors who exploit corporate opportunities for personal gain or misuse of corporate assets. The conclusion of this study is that the legal effect of the principle of piercing the corporate shield on the liability of the PT, if violated, has the effect of limiting the liability of the company to unlimited liability (unlimited liability) up to the personal assets of the shareholders.

This article investigates the ways in which religious education can integrate values of tolerance and moderation in an attempt to develop students into moderate and tolerant members of society. This study uses a comprehensive research process to investigate teaching strategies such as value-based learning, contextual, collaborative, dialogue, and simulation techniques. Based on the results of the analysis, applying these principles discourages extremism while fostering tolerance and respect for one another's differences. By encouraging values of diversity and balance, Islamic religious education contributes to the development of moral character and social harmony.  

Education is very important for the development of children's knowledge, so it needs to be supported by effective learning media. Learning media are familiar to a teacher such as textbooks, teaching aids and other media. However, after observations were made at one of the Class V Manumuti SDKs, in the Timor Leste Border area, it was found that teachers predominantly taught using textbooks and no other learning media. The existing conditions result in students learning monotonously, students being less active, teachers not being creative and students not understanding science lessons well. So in this research, learning media will be created that are fun and not monotonous in order to arouse students' motivation to study science. In this case, the media used is Audio-Visual Technology Learning Media. This media will be elaborated in the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) model, where students will be formed into several groups, then given a science knowledge game, and students compete with their opposing groups. That way, a sense of responsibility, healthy competition, imagination, and student activity in class dominate and students will be motivated to learn science because the end of this learning model is an award or reward for students who become winners. To measure the attainment of science knowledge, observation, discussion, tests, scores and audio-visual media are used. It is hoped that the results of the research will ensure that students in the Timor Leste border areas do not miss out on technological knowledge, teachers will be more creative and students will be able to play an active role and increase their motivation to learn science.

The effectiveness and efficiency of financial management is the key to success for trading companies such as PT Sinergi Niaga Jaya. However, manual recording methods carried out by administrative staff often cause difficulties in searching for transaction data and produce financial reports that are not comprehensive, slow down the report verification process and increase the risk of errors. This research proposes the development of a web-based digital financial reporting system to automate transaction recording and financial report generation. The developed system is designed to provide easy access for administrative staff, managers, and company owners, thus enabling more structured and efficient financial management. This research uses a quantitative approach, through observation, interviews, and literature study for needs analysis, as well as Data Flow Diagram (DFD) for data flow modeling. Testing was conducted using the Blackbox testing method to test system functionality. As a result, the system is able to generate general journal, ledger, balance sheet, profit and loss, and capital change reports automatically. This web-based financial reporting system is expected to improve the efficiency of financial management by reducing the time and risk of manual recording errors.

Abstract. Absorption of labor is an important problem in national development where the number is increasing from year to year as a result of the increase in population, while the available job opportunities are limited in number, so that the unemployment rate in several cities is increasing. A high level of investment will increase production capacity which will eventually lead to the creation of new jobs. That way, the unemployment rate can be reduced and people's incomes will increase. This research is a quantitative research with secondary data in the 2015-2021 observation period. Data collection in this study uses the documentation method for data on Population 15+ Working, Investment and Minimum Wage obtained from BPS, Department of Manpower and Office of Investment. The collected data is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Overall, the results of multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing can be concluded that partially investment and minimum wages have no significant effect on employment in Indonesia. Simultaneously, it shows that the investment and minimum wage variables have no simultaneous effect on employment in Indonesia. The lack of effect of investment on labor absorption in Indonesia is due to the fact that more investment is channeled into the capital-intensive project sector (services) compared to the labor-intensive project sector, where the capital-intensive project sector absorbs only a small amount of labor. Meanwhile, the minimum wage has no effect on labor absorption because the majority of the working population in Indonesia have received relatively high wages or exceeded the minimum wage. Employment. Absorption of labor in the perspective of Islamic economics is that the government has made various efforts as its responsibility to provide jobs for its people. The aim of health development is to increase awareness, will and ability to live healthily for everyone in order to achieve the highest level of public health, as an investment for the development of socially and economically productive human resources. The aim of health services is to achieve a level of public health that satisfies the expectations and needs of the community (consumer satisfaction), through effective services by service providers that satisfy the expectations and needs of service providers (provider satisfaction), in service institutions that are delivered efficiently (institutional satisfaction). The interaction of the three main pillars of health services in harmony, harmony and balance, is a combination of the satisfaction of the three parties, and this is a satisfactory health service.

Social security is a welfare guarantee regulated by the government in providing benefits for workers / laborers and their family members. There are several social security programs which include, Work Accident Insurance; Death Guarantee; Pension Security; Old Age Guarantee; Health Insurance and the latest scheme is Job Loss Insurance. As one of the government's efforts in helping the welfare and protection of workers / laborers if affected by Termination of Employment (ToE). This article discusses the polemical background of the development of the job loss insurance program in Indonesia, especially on the provision of job loss insurance benefits for workers who are laid off with expired contract periods. The research method used is the study of literature. As for job loss guarantees, there are still some problems that arise among the community in receiving benefits that are only given to certain criteria, namely being affected by termination of employment (ToE) due to resignation. As a suggestion from this study, this job loss guarantee scheme needs to be reviewed and socialized that can be adjusted to market conditions in receiving benefits from the program.

Perumda BPR Bank Cirebon, sebuah lembaga keuangan perbankan yang menyalurkan uang sebagai usaha perkreditan rakyat, dimiliki oleh Pemerintah Daerah Cirebon. Penggajian karyawan kini dihitung secara manual menggunakan perangkat lunak Microsoft Office Excel. Gaji karyawan dihitung sebagai gaji pokok ditambah tunjangan tetap dan tunjangan tidak tetap dikurangi pinjaman. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka diperlukan suatu sistem komputerisasi untuk mempermudah dan mempercepat perhitungan gaji pegawai pada Perumda BPR Bank Cirebon sehingga memberikan hasil yang lebih akurat. Untuk menyimpan data dalam sistem akan digunakan bahasa PHP dan database MySQL, dan teknik perancangannya adalah System Development Life Sycle (SDLC) Waterfall, dengan langkah-langkah sebagai berikut: pengumpulan data, analisis sistem, perancangan sistem, scripting, dan sistem penerapan. Sistem akan secara otomatis menghitung gaji dengan menggabungkan komponen kenaikan gaji dan komponen pemotongan, menghasilkan gaji bersih. Sistem informasi penggajian ini juga lebih praktis karena memiliki desain antarmuka yang tertata rapi, jelas, dan mudah dipahami.

Some mothers find it difficult to express breast milk because more and more mothers are influenced by myths. When a mother is concerned about her baby's ability to breastfeed, the hormone oxytocin decreases, causing her to stop producing and eventually breastfeed soon after birth. One way to stimulate the mother's prolactin and oxytocin hormones after giving birth is breastfeeding massage. Writing purpose : To determine the effectiveness of the combination of consumption of smoothy spinach and oketani massage to increase the amount of milk production in postpartum mothers in the UPT area dcomparison of giving snakehead fish extract and smoothy spinach to increasing hemoglobin levels in pregnant women in the UPT Puskesmas Kalri Karawang area in 2023. Research methods : This type of research used is quantitative research. This research method is experimental with the type of Quasy Experimental (pseudo-experimental) with a post test only design approach.This research was conducted in the UPT Kalri Health Center, Karawarang December 2022 to January 2023. The population in this study were all postpartum mothers at the Mukoyurli Buol Hospital with a total of 63 people. Samples were taken using non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The number of samples in this study were 32 research samples. Research result : The results of the independent statistical test sample T test obtained a value of p = 0.000 (p <0.05), which means that the combination of smoothy spinach and massage oketani has a significant effect on milk production. Conclusion : There is a significant relationship between the combination of smoothy spinach and oketani massage on milk production.It is hoped that health workers (doctors, midwives, nurses) can assist postpartum mothers in communicating providing information and education about the benefits of a combination of smoothy spinach and oketani massage in helping patient families to provide oxytocin reflex massage to postpartum mothers.
