The focus of research which became the main study in this study was about the acceleration program to read the yellow book in Islamic Boarding Schools. The learning acceleration program is a program to improve the quality of learning for students, especially students who live in Islamic boarding schools. In this study, researchers want to explain two topics regarding the acceleration of reading the yellow book in Islamic boarding schools and the quality of students with the acceleration program and focused on students at the Tasanawiyah Madrasah level. The existence of an acceleration program aims to increase the causality and validity of student learning in working on the yellow book which is the main material of teaching. This research uses a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques are interviews, conservation and documentation. Data analysis techniques that researchers use is data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The result of this research was that Santri, who was initially somewhat difficult to learn and understand the book of Turats, became easier to understand. Thus, in accordance with the target set by the pesantren within two years, students can graduate and move to a more challenging level, namely the Takhassus program.    

Diabetes Mellitus is a hazardous disease, and according to the World Health Organization (WHO), diabetes will be one of the main causes of death by 2030. One of the most popular diabetes datasets is PIMA Indians, and this dataset has been widely tested on various machine learning (ML) methods, even deep learning (DL). But on average, ML methods are not able to produce good accuracy. The quality of the dataset and features is the most influential thing in this case, so deeper investment is needed to examine this dataset. This research will analyze and compare the PIMA Indians and Abelvikas datasets using the Random Forest (RF) method. The two datasets are imbalanced, in fact, the Abelvikas dataset is more imbalanced and has a larger number of classes so it is be more complex. The RF was chosen because it is one of the ML methods that has the best results on various diabetes datasets. Based on the test results, very contrasting results were obtained on the two datasets. Abelvikas had accuracy, precision, and recall, reaching 100%, and PIMA Indians only achieved 75% for accuracy, 87% for precision, and 80% for the best recall. Testing was done with 3, 5, 7, 10, and 15 tree number parameters. Apart from that, it was also tested with k-fold validation to get valid results. This determines that the features in the Abelvikas dataset are much better because more complete glucose features support them.

This article discusses the importance of introducing educational technology in improving the quality of Islamic education. Islamic education has an important role in educating generations who are noble and capable. Educational technology can be utilized to increase the availability of Islamic educational resources. Students have easy access to high-quality and diverse Islamic learning materials through online learning platforms. However, when implementing educational technology in Islamic teaching, care must be taken to ensure clear guidelines, adequate support, and a balance between the use of technology and traditional approaches to Islamic learning. The introduction of educational technology can be an effective way to improve the quality of Islamic education to produce a generation that is knowledgeable and able to make a positive contribution to society.

In this article, we are introducing a new community engagement initiative that aims to train vocational school teachers in creating impactful learning podcasts. The goal of this training is to equip educators with the necessary skills to develop dynamic audio content that combines visual and textual elements, resulting in interactive learning experiences. Throughout the program, participants will explore scriptwriting, recording techniques, and post-production editing, all while learning how to effectively integrate multimedia components to enhance student engagement and comprehension. By offering practical exercises and expert feedback, this initiative empowers educators to adapt their teaching methods to the digital age, ultimately enhancing the quality of vocational education. This training bridges the gap between traditional teaching methods and modern learning preferences, and promotes an enriched educational environment while nurturing the growth of educators as innovative pedagogical influencers.

This research is motivated by the low ability of students to identify complications in short stories. The lack of variety of learning models used by educators is one of the causes. The selection of various learning models will greatly influence the process of learning activities so that they become active, creative and innovative in order to improve the quality of students. One learning model that is effectively used is Discovery Learning. In addition, the low ability to collaborate is also due to the lack of assignments given in groups by educators to students. The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of the Discovery Learning model used in increasing the ability to identify complications in short stories and to improve students' collaboration skills. In addition, this study aims to examine differences in the ability to identify complications in short stories and the ability to collaborate between the experimental class using the Discovery Learning model and the control class using the discussion method. The method used is a quasi-experimental method with nonequivalent control group design. The results obtained based on the Wilcoxon test are the Asymp values. Sig. (2-tailed) <.001 or 0.001 <0.05, it can be concluded that there is a difference between students' learning outcomes in identifying complications in short stories between the experimental class using the Discovery Learning model and the control class using the discussion method. The results obtained based on the Mann Whitney-U test are the Asymp values. Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.010 <0.05, meaning that the Discovery Learning model is effectively used in learning. The value of collaborating in the experimental class has an average (mean) of 3.61 and the control class has an average (mean) of 3.47, meaning Discovery Learning model that it is very effective in improving collaboration skills.

The use of learning media that is less than optimal is the basis of this research with the aim of developing learning media for Android applications and knowing the process of student answers. This type of research is development research with a model adapted from Borg and Gall with a  sample of class VIII-2 students of Santa Maria Private Middle School Medan, totaling 25 people. From the results of the study, it was obtained (1) the quality of the developed learning media met the valid, practical, and effective categories with an assessment by media experts of 3.82 and material experts of 3.87, practicality from the student response with a score of 3.61 and the teacher's response with a score of 4, and the effectiveness of classical student learning completeness reaches 92% of students and an n-gain score of 0.62 which means an increase in mathematical visual abilities is included in the moderate category. (2) The process of student answers shows that students have been able to identify problems, understand problems, generalize patterns and explain what is obtained, which means that students have fulfilled each indicator of mathematical visual ability, namely looking, seeing, imagining, showing and telling.

This approach is based on the teaching and wisdom found in Proverbs 22:1-16 in the Bible. In this chapter of Proverbs, the author emphasises the importance of values such as wisdom, work ethics, and wise financial management. By practising these values, young people can build a strong foundation for their future, preventing them from being trapped in the cycle of poverty. Education is identified as one of the key aspects in preparing young people to face the challenges of poverty. A quality education provides the knowledge, skills and awareness needed to solve problems, improve well-being and achieve success in life. In addition, this article highlights the importance of helping young people develop a positive attitude towards work and enterprise. Having a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial skills can help young people overcome economic limitations and create new opportunities to improve their own lives and those of their communities. Wise financial management is also an important factor in preventing the negative impacts of poverty. Young people need to learn about budget management, smart investments, and the importance of saving. By having a good understanding of finance, they can avoid excessive debt and build a stable future. In order to realise effective education and development of young people, there needs to be cooperation between families, educational institutions and communities. Families should prioritise values that support their children's growth and success. Educational institutions should provide inclusive and relevant learning environments, while communities should provide support and opportunities for young people. By adopting this approach, we can anticipate and mitigate the negative impact of poverty on young people. Quality education, a strong work ethic and wise financial management can open the door to a better and more sustainable life for future generations.

Effective leadership from a school principal is the key to improving the quality and performance of teachers as learning agents in madrasas. This study aims to find out and analyze in depth the leadership behavior of school principals in improving teacher performance at public elementary schools (MIN) 15 Bintaro. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method. The research subject is the head of the school. Sources of data obtained through observation, interviews and taken from various literature relevant to the research material. The results of the study show that: (1) The principal's leadership behavior in improving teacher performance at MIN 15 Binatro, namely: the principal has influenced and mobilized subordinates, the principal determines the tasks of the teachers and provides training so that teacher performance increases, the principal is able to communicate effectively with teachers, principals involve all interested parties in making decisions; (2) Policies that can be implemented by school principals to improve teacher performance, namely: establishing cooperative relationships with teachers, measuring teacher performance by looking at the abilities of their students, and paying attention to the methods teachers use to teach; (3) In improving teacher performance the principal of the MIN 15 Bintaro school seeks to improve the discipline and responsibility of teachers.

This Study aims to design interactive learning media in indonesian subjects, especially theme 2 sub-theme 4 lesson 5. Based on the identified students, that there are still students who are still not able to read and write fluently. This is due to factors from within the students themeselves such as the willingness and ability of the child. This type of research is a research and development research and development (R&D) method. This study uses six stages: (1) Potential and problems, (2) gathering information, (3) product design, (4) design validation, (5) design revision, (6) product trial, (7) product revision. Validation was carried out by media experts (lecturers) and material experts (teachers). The subjects of the research trial consisted of grade 1 students at SDN Leyangan. The trial was conducted by 5 students. Data collected by interviews, documentation, and questionnaires (questionnaires). The data are the results of an assessment of product quality and suggestions for revising the product, which are then analyzed descriptively.                 The results showed that interactive learning media for Indonesian thematic subjects as a media tool designed to be suitable for use in learning theme 2 sub-theme 4 lesson 5 class 1 SDN Leyangan. This is shown by (1) the assessment of the media expert (lecturer) included in the very good criteria with a score of 37, (2) the assessment of the material expert (teacher) included in the very good criteria with a score of 36, and (3) in the trial use included in the very good criteria with a score of 36.

The article emphasizes the significance of understanding and skills in conducting effective evaluation. Evaluation should not only be carried out at the end of a lesson but throughout the entire learning process. By conducting accurate and comprehensive evaluations, educators can gather precise information about students' abilities, enabling them to make informed decisions in their teaching practices. Improving understanding and implementing effective evaluation processes contributes to enhancing the quality of elementary school education. Effective evaluation not only benefits teachers in decision-making but also helps improve self-quality and classroom management.

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the relationship between breakfast habits and the learning concentration of elementary school students. The method used in this study is the systematic literature review (SLR) method which aims to dig up information about how much research has done on the topic of the effect of breakfast on the level of learning concentration for elementary school students. Systematic literature review is a technique that systematically examines research on a particular topic by identifying, assessing, selecting, and compiling questions that will be specifically discussed according to predetermined criteria, based on previous research that is of high quality and relevant to the question under study. Based on the results, it was shown that of the four journals that had been analyzed, two journals did not have a significant relationship and the other two journals had a significant relationship between breakfast habits and the learning concentration of elementary school students.

The role of management in improving the quality of education in the digital era aims to plan education that is fair, of high quality, effective and responsible, and enhances the positive image of education. Researchers used a descriptive-qualitative method by relying on library research or library research. The implementation of HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skill) based PJOK learning for PJOK teachers in the Karangpucung sub-district needs to be studied to improve the quality of PJOK learning. Therefore, this research aims to find out how to implement HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skill) based on PJOK learning. Through this research activity, it is hoped that it will contribute to fellow PJOK teachers. This research is qualitative research with data instruments using observation, interviews, and documentation. The research was conducted for PJOK teachers in the Karangpucung sub-district. Data were analyzed using data triangulation. Data sources include school principals, fellow teachers, and FGD activities. Based on the research results, it is known that it is necessary to increase understanding regarding HOTS. Apart from that, PJOK teachers have implemented HOTS learning starting from planning, implementation, assessment, and evaluation. The research concludes that the implementation of HOTS-based PJOK learning for PJOK teachers in the Karangpucung sub-district has been implemented. This can be seen when PJOK teachers carry out planning, implementation, assessment, and evaluation of learning and have implemented HOTS

Pop-up book is one of the learning media that can be used by teachers in carrying out learning in class. This media is an innovative medium in the world of education so that training is needed for teachers to be able to create and apply it in school subject matter. This service aims to improve the skills and creativity of elementary school teachers in teaching through training in making pop-up books. This media is effective in attracting interest and facilitating students' understanding of subject matter, this service program is expected to facilitate more interactive and interesting learning. This training consists of delivering material related to learning media, pop-up book material, training on making pop-up books and questions and answers. This activity was held on June 6 2023 at Upunyor Christian Elementary School. The result of this activity is that pop-up book training activities can improve the quality of teaching in elementary schools and enrich the learning methods used by teachers.

Education is expected to produce quality, moral and responsible human beings and be able to welcome progress in the future. The quality of education at every level and one educational unit can be seen through the learning outcomes obtained by students because these learning outcomes can indicate the extent to which students have mastered the subjects they are studying. One of the successes in forming self-efficacy and children's creativity is influenced by the parenting model. Parenting parents are divided into three types, namely authoritarian, permissive, and authoritative. Each of these parenting styles has an impact on child development. Authoritative parenting is the best way to develop children's self-efficacy and creativity. Because this authoritative parenting style is characterized by parents who are democratic, respect and understand the child's situation with its strengths and weaknesses so that the child can become a mature, sociable person, and can adapt well to the surrounding environment. The research method used is classroom action research by collecting through observation and questionnaires as well as analysis techniques using qualitative descriptive analysis. Based on the results of observations and student questionnaires, it showed that there was a significant increase in the results of authoritative parenting to increase student self-efficacy and creativity in Cycle I, where the results of student observations and questionnaires about self-efficacy and student creativity were good, namely 10 students with a percentage (83.33%) of 12 students. It can be concluded that there is an increase in self-efficacy and student creativity through authoritative parenting.    

The creation of scientific papers by teachers has an important role in professional development and improving the quality of education. However, many teachers face various challenges in producing scientific papers, such as lack of time, writing skills, and motivation. This article discusses the importance of motivating teachers to be active in scientific writing, both as a means of self-development and as a contribution to science. Through the right motivation, teachers can be more encouraged to be involved in research and writing, which in turn can increase their competence and have a positive impact for learning at school. Some strategies for motivating teachers include writing training, providing incentives, support from institutions, and establishing a scientific community that supports collaboration. By facilitating and motivating teachers in writing scientific papers, it is hoped that a stronger academic culture will be created among educators, as well as improving the overall quality of education.
