Abstract. Delays in project completion can be caused by ineffective project management, modifications to specifications made by planners, and delays in material procurement. SP road preservation construction project completion. ITCHI – SP. 3 Riko Segment II could be delayed as a result of alterations to piling specifications by the planner and delays in the procurement of piles. An effective and efficient network and the acceleration of project activities are required to prevent project completion delays. In this study, activities on the project's critical path are analyzed using the Critical Path Method and Microsoft Project 2013 software. The purpose of this research is to analyze the activities on the project's critical path, as well as the cost and duration of work items on the project's critical path. Additionally, the duration of the SP road preservation construction project will be analyzed. After expediting work along the critical path, ITCHI – SP. 3 Riko Segment II was completed. The original project completion time of 344 calendar days can be shortened to 240 calendar days for a fee of IDR 51,153,849,429.30. Keterlambatan penyelesaian proyek dapat disebabkan oleh manajemen proyek yang tidak efektif, modifikasi spesifikasi yang dilakukan oleh perencana, dan keterlambatan pengadaan material. Penyelesaian proyek pembangunan preservasi jalan SP. ITCHI – SP. 3 Riko Segmen II dapat mengalami keterlambatan akibat perubahan spesifikasi tiang pancang oleh perencana dan keterlambatan pengadaan tiang pancang. Jaringan kerja yang efektif dan efisien serta percepatan kegiatan proyek diperlukan untuk mencegah keterlambatan penyelesaian proyek. Pada penelitian ini, aktivitas pada jalur kritis proyek dianalisis menggunakan Critical Path Method dan software Microsoft Project 2013. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis aktivitas pada jalur kritis proyek, serta biaya dan durasi item pekerjaan pada jalur kritis proyek. Selain itu, durasi proyek pembangunan preservasi jalan SP akan dianalisis. Setelah mempercepat pekerjaan di sepanjang jalur kritis, ITCHI – SP. 3 Riko Segmen II selesai. Waktu penyelesaian proyek yang semula 344 hari kalender dapat dipersingkat menjadi 240 hari kalender dengan biaya Rp 51.153.849.429,30. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of ownership structure, dividend policy, and sales growth on financial performance, as well as the simultaneous effect of ownership structure, dividend policy, and sales growth on financial performance. The data used in this study consists of secondary data derived from annual financial reports which can be accessed via the official website www.idx.co.id. The population used in this study are pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2018-2021 period. The sample used in this study uses a saturated sampling method. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression, using SPSS 22 software. The results of this study indicate that dividend policy has an effect on financial performance while ownership structure and sales growth have no effect on financial performance

This researcher aims to determine the effect of asset management on financial performance at PT. Astra International Tbk. The variables of this study are total asset turnover (X1), fixed asset turnover (X2), working capital turnover (X3), and operating profit (Y). This study uses a quantitative method in the form of financial reports from 2012 to 2021, the sample used is 40 and the source of data from this research is the quarterly financial reports of PT. Astra International Tbk. The data collection technique in this research is to use a documentation study. Data analysis techniques in this study used the classical assumption test, hypothesis testing, multiple linear regression analysis and the coefficient of determination test. Data processing in this study used the software program SPSS (Statistics Package for the Social Sciences) 25.0 for windows. By using a level of 5% or 0.05 with the results (1) partially the total activation turnover has a significant effect on operational profit with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 which means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. (2) partial activation turnover still has a significant effect on operating profit with a significance value of 0.004 <0.05, which means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. (3) partially working capital turnover affects operational profit with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, which means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. (4) simultaneously total asset turnover, fixed asset turnover, and working capital turnover have a significant effect on operating profit with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 which means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.

The purpose of this research is to ascertain how poverty affects Surabaya's ability to develop economically. In this research, the degree of poverty, economic development, inflation, and unemployment in Surabaya are covered. The data used in this research are quantitative, or provided as numbers, making them first simpler to understand or compare. The data analysis approach in this research involves multiple linear regression to gather data and information, while SPSS22 is used to analyse the data. By employing software to verify the statistical significance of variables, data analysis was completed. The author additionally makes use of secondary data, data collection methods, and the documentation method while gathering and processing information from Surabaya City's Central Statistics Agency (BPS).  

Kelompok Studi Pasar Modal Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Semarang sebagian besar belum menjadi member Bursa Efek Indonesia. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan praktik transaksi investasi saham di Bursa Efek Indonesia, sehingga diharapkan dapat mahir dalam melakukan trading saham secara online. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan terkait praktik transaksi investasi saham di bursa efek dengan software profit online trading.   Hasil   yang   diperoleh bahwa  Kelompok Studi Pasar Modal mampu memahami dan menjelaskan instrumen dan menu IDX. Namun, kurang mahir dalam mengoperasional  software  profit online trading dikarenakan keterbatasan waktu yang tersedia dan peserta belum menjadi anggota Bursa Efek.

Tax is a mandatory contribution from the public to the state. This study aims to determine whether there is influence between the modernization of the administrative system, service quality, and knowledge of taxation on taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama East Semarang. The data used in this study is primary data, and the sampling technique is simple random sampling. The sample of this research is 100 taxpayer respondents at KPP Pratama East Semarang. Analysis of research data using SPSS software. While the results of this study indicate that modernization of the administrative system has a positive but not significant effect on taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama East Semarang, service quality has no effect and is not significant on taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama East Semarang, and knowledge of taxation has a significant positive effect on compliance taxpayer.

Conflict management studies are needed because it is still difficult to find previous studies that address this topic in depth and considering that some companies have not optimally implemented conflict management programs both inside and outside the company. The purpose of this literature review is to find and examine various definitions of conflict management based on the broad context of previous research. The type of data used in this literature review is a type of secondary data in the form of articles and research journals totaling 29 articles and research journals both nationally and internationally with the journal publication year 2011-2022. The data collection method used in this literature review was a literature review with the help of the Google Scholar and Mendeley databases. The data analysis technique used in this literature review is a bibliometric-based data analysis technique with the help of VosViewer 1.6.19 software to obtain a more comprehensive visualization of conflict management. The results of this literature review are based on the results of bibliometric data analysis through the context of previous research which shows that each study places a different focus or concentration on conflict management. Teams and organizations have 29 outcomes from conflict management in the form of leadership style, job satisfaction, innovation and productivity are the four antecedents of conflict management. Conflict Management Style, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Performance, Innovation, Leadership Style, Emotional Intelligence are the six consequences.    

Mendeley is a reference management software that provides various features to assist students in the process of writing scientific articles. This engagement method is carried out through a series of activities, including workshops, training, and mentoring. The purpose of this engagement is to improve the skills of final semester students in compiling scientific articles. The activity was held in May 2023 with participants from FIK UNCEN semester 7 students. The results showed that students were able to operate the Mendeley application, starting from registering an account on the Mendeley web and installing the Mendeley desktop application, and using the Mendeley application to create automatic citations/references and bibliographies. The conclusion is that FIK UNCEN students are able to use the Mendeley application to improve their academic writing skills effectively and correctly

This study aims to determine the effect of internal control systems and the use of accounting information systems on the quality of financial reports. The population in this study were all employees at PT.Pelabuhan Indonesia II Persero. The research used a total sampling technique with 40 respondents. The data used is primary data. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression using SPSS 22 for windows software. The results showed that the internal control system could not affect the quality of financial reports and the use of accounting information systems had an effect on the quality of financial reports.

Advances in automation technology in industries that run very fast have spurred every educational institution to be able to keep up. Every SMK is no exception, which is tasked with preparing and producing students to be able to compete in the world of work. One of the automation technologies is PLC and SCADA which are widely used in the industrial world, for this reason, it is necessary for Muhammadiyah Gresik University students, especially the Electrical Engineering study program, to share knowledge about one of the PLCs and SCADA by using Outseal as PLC and Haiwell as SCADA at SMKN Singosari, Malang in the form of community service activities. By providing training on the basics of PLC and SCADA using Outseal software as a PLC which is uploaded to Arduino and Haiwell as an HMI for SMK students in understanding the basics of PLC which is then followed by simulating cases that often occur in the industry. The results of the student response were very positive giving an assessment of more than 90% and wanting a similar training with a different theme.

This study aims to examine the effect of Profitability and Liquidity on Firm Value either directly or through Dividend Policy as a moderating variable in finance sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2020. This type of research uses quantitative methods with secondary types. The population of this study is all annual financial reports of the finance sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. The sample was selected using purposive sampling method and obtained 27 samples of annual financial statements. The method used in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS) through WarpPLS 7.0 software. The results show that Profitability has no significant effect on Firm Value. However, Liquidity has a significant and positive effect on Firm Value. Dividend Policy is not able to moderate Profitability and Liquidity on Firm Value.

This research aims to clarify the description of an object to be researched, this type of quantitative research will determine the relationship between the variables being researched will be significant and produce conclusions with the aim of testing the hypothesis that has been set. The data source used in this study uses secondary data and data collection in this study is taken from the company's financial statements. The population used in this research is manufacturing companies in the goods & consumption industry sector and miscellaneous industries listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021, and the data sample is 75.  From the data obtained, processed with Microsoft Excel and SPSS 29 software. The sampling technique in this study was carried out using purposive sampling method. The analysis method used in this research is multiple linear analysis method. The results of this study indicate that fixed asset intensity and liquidity have a significant effect on tax avoidance. This research is important for decision makers such as tax managers in ensuring that corporate tax planning goes well, as well as for the Directorate General of Taxes in implementing the best strategy to get tax revenue problems in Indonesia    

This research aims to examine the influence of organizational climate and emotional intelligence on employee performance through work motivation as an intervening variable at PT. Indo Bismar Surabaya. The sampling technique used in this study was probability sampling, specifically Simple Random Sampling, with a sample size of 53 employees. Data collection was conducted through interviews and the distribution of questionnaires via Google Forms. The research method was assisted by the Partial Least Squares (PLS) technique using Smart PLS software version 4.0.8.6. The hypothesis testing results indicate the following: There is a non-significant positive influence between organizational climate and employee performance. There is a non-significant positive influence between emotional intelligence and employee performance. There is a significant positive influence between organizational climate and motivation. There is a significant positive influence between emotional intelligence and motivation. There is a significant positive influence between motivation and employee performance. There is a significant positive influence between the organizational climate variable and employee performance through motivation as an intervening variable. There is a significant positive influence between the emotional intelligence variable and employee performance through motivation as an intervening variable.    

The research explains the relationship between employee recruitment and work placement on employee performance at CV Trans Berjaya, the research sample used is a saturated sample because population under 100. The research instrument used a questionnaire, tested data through partial and simultaneous tests, multiple regression test using SPSS 25 software. Partial test results revealed that variabel X1 recruitment affected employee performance by 0,722 or 72,2% and variable X2 work placement influenced performance employees by 0,631 0r 63,1%. And the simultaneous test of recruitment and work placement variables on employee performance has an impact of 0,731 or 73,1%. Thus, the performance of Trans Berjaya employees is influenced by recruitment and job placement. Variables X1 and X2 have a positive and significant effect variable Y.  

This research is based on the problems found based on the results of interviews with mathematics teachers and students at SMPN 1 Lareh Sago Halaban that the media used in the learning process only uses the blackboard with lecture and discussion methods, there is no technology-based learning media, especially educational games that are used by teachers to students related to mathematics lessons caused a lack of interest and activeness of students in mathematics subjects. Based on this, the solution given is to design a learning media. The purpose of this research is to produce learning media products in the form of educational games with the help of software Building 2 mathematics subjects at SMPN 1 Lareh Sago Halaban. The design of mathematics education games uses the construct 2 design application at SMPN 1 Lareh Sago Halaban with the Research and Development (R&D) research method using the MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) development model from Luther Sutopo the development model is explained in 6 stages, namely Concept, Design, Materials Collection, Assembly, Testing and Distribution. The product test used in the research is the validity test, practicality test, and effectiveness test. The product test results show that the educational games designed are valid, practical and effective. For the results of the validity test of three validators, the score was 0.88, the practical test by 3 practi- tators was 0.97, and the effectiveness test of twenty people was 0.92.

This study aims to examine the effect of liquidity measured by the current ratio (CR), and firm size measured by the natural logarithm (Ln) of total assets against financial performance in companies in the otomotiver from 2017- 2021. The method of determining the sample used was purposive sampling. The sample used was 13 companies. The data analysis technique used is panel data regression analysis consisting of chow test, hausman test, using Eviews 9.0 software. Partially liquidity (CR) had did not a significant effect on financial performance (ROA). Whereas company size (Ln Total Assets) have negative a significant effect on financial performance (ROA).

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze empirically Influence Persistence of Earnings (X1), Company Size (X2), Allocation Tax (X3) on the Earnings Quality (Y) in manufacturing companies listing on the Stock Exchange. This type of research is classified as research that is causative. The population of this research is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2019 until 2021. The sample was determined by purposive sampling method, to obtain a sample of 10 manufacturing companies. The data used in this research is secondary data. Data collected by using documentation obtained through the official website IDX: www.idx.co.id and obtained from the website: www.yahoofinace.com. Analysis of the data used is multiple regression analysis. The data obtained were then processed using descriptive statistics test, classic assumption test (Normality Test, Test Multicolinearity, Hesteroskedastisitas Test), Regression Test, Test The coefficient of determination, hypothesis test (F-test, t test) were analyzed with SPSS software elp.

The aims of this study are to describe work motivation, organizational commitment, Servant Leadership Style and interpersonal communication of employees at the Bojonegoro Regency Pusda Office. To analyze the effect of Servant Leadership Style and interpersonal communication on employee motivation through organizational commitment. This type of research is explanatory research and the approach in this research is quantitative. The population is all employees of the Bojonegoro District Pusda Office, totaling 52 people. The sampling technique uses total sampling or saturated sampling, so the sample used is 52 people. In this study, data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and PLS (Partial Least Square) software. The results showed Servant Leadership Style, Interpersonal Communication, Organizational Commitment and Work Motivation in the high category. There is no significant effect between Servant Leadership Style on organizational commitment. There is a significant influence between interpersonal communication on organizational commitment. There is no significant effect between Servant Leadership Style on work motivation. There is a significant influence between interpersonal communication on work motivation. There is a significant influence between organizational commitment on work motivation. There is no significant effect between Servant Leadership Style on work motivation through organizational commitment. There is a significant influence between interpersonal communication on work motivation through organizational commitment.

The purpose of this research is to disclose influence of applicating good corporate governance to profitability in the company food and beverage listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021. This research is a type of descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling technique. So that the sample obtained was 14 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021 with a total observational data of 4 years of observation. The data collection technique used is the source of financial statement data using secondary data taken through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 25 software tools. The results of this study indicate that the audit committee has no significant effect on profitability. Independent commissioners have a significant effect on profitability. Institutional ownership has a significant effect on profitability. This research was conducted to examine the influence of personality, motivation and social environment on the interest in entrepreneurship. Case Study of Management Study Program students at Tidar University. This study took a sample of 175 respondents where the data was taken by the questionnaire method. This research is a research with quantitative method, where research data is tested using classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using SPSS software. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence of personality, motivation and social environment together on students' interest in entrepreneurship. Partially, personality and social environment have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest. However, motivation shows a positive and insignificant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. This research is expected to be a material consideration for the University and also the awareness of students to develop the spirit and interest in entrepreneurship so that it can give birth to many entrepreneurs and contribute to the country's economy.
