Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui efetktif atau tidakkah komunikasi dalam perkuliahan online pada mahasiswa Manokwari. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan populasi mahasiswa di Manokwari. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling jenis purposive sampling yang mana sampel yang dicari adalah mahasiswa di Manokwari yang sedang menjalani perkuliahan secara daring atau online. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan berupa survei dengan cara membagikan kuesioner berisi pertanyaan dengan skala Likert. Data yang diperoleh diolah menggunakan SPSS, disajikan dalam bentuk tabel dan diagram, dianalisis, dan ditarik kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah komunikasi dalam perkuliahan online mahasiswa Manokwari berjalan cukup efektif dan perkuliahan online berjalan dengan baik. Dalam kelancaran proses belajar online perlu adanya metode yang menarik, jadwal tetap, memiliki bahan belajar, ada ruang diskusi, dan tugas. Komunikasi yang efektif juga menjadi pendukung jalannya proses belajar yang lancar. Efektivitas komunikasi dinilai dari proses penyampaian informasi atau materi pembelajaran oleh dosen dan pemahaman mahasiswa, serta adanya interaksi yang baik, seperti tanya-jawab atau diskusi antara dosen dan mahasiswa.

Sinar Harapan store which is engaged in construction materials has regular customers who are outside the area, so a sales information system is needed to help customers buy and receive product information from the store. This web-based information system can help shop customers shop online without having to visit the store in person. The purpose of this research is to design and implement a web-based merchandise sales system at the Sinar Harapan Makassar store. Data obtained through field research, library research and interviews. The system design uses PHP as a programming language and MySQL as the database storage. The information system for selling goods is based on the Sinar Harapan Makassar Store based on the results of the implementation test with the user acceptance test getting an average weight of 36 with a percentage of 90% so this application is very suitable for use

Transportation is a very important aspect of its existence in society, both the transportation of people and goods. One of the well-known online transportation companies in Indonesia is PT Gojek Indonesia. During its development, there have been actions committed by unscrupulous people in the community that harm online motorcycle taxi drivers, namely fictitious / fake orders. Fictitious Order is an order that starts with creating a fake account through an online transportation application that can harm the company.The problem is what is the form of the agreement between the driver and the user and is there the responsibility of PT Gojek Indonesia. The method used in this research is sociological juridical, with data sources in the form of interviews. The results of the analysis were presented descriptively and analytically.The results show that there is no legal regulation that regulates protection for Gojek drivers who experience fictional orders. But from the PT. Gojek provides compensation in the form of compensation money. However, this is not widely used by drivers, because the process of disbursing compensation money takes time, so the driver as the victim prefers to bring the results of the fictitious order himself or sell it to someone else.  Keywords: Protection, Transportation, Gojek

With the increasing development of technology the more variety of books circulating on the internet. As is the recommendation system on online book sites that provide books relevantly and as needed with one's preferences. One alternative is GoodReads, a social networking site that specializes in cataloging books and users can share reading book recommendations with each other by rating, reviewing, and commenting. As a large book recommendation site, it has a lot of data that can be processed by applying machine learning methods, but still not known as the most accurate model. By using the right model, we can provide more accurate recommendations. Therefore, this study will analyze the data obtained from the www.kaggle.com namely the goodreads-books dataset. This study proposed a data mining classification model to get the best model in recommending books on GoodReads. The algorithms used are Decision Tree, K-Nearest Neighbor, Naïve Bayes, Random Forest, and Support Vector Classifier, then for model evaluation using accuracy, precision, recall, f1-score, confusion matrix, AUC, and Mean Error Absolute. The test results of several classification algorithms found that Decision Tree has the highest accuracy among the methods presented by 99.95%, precision by 100%, recall by 96%, f1-score of 98% with MAE of 0.05 and AUC of 99.96%. This is proof that decision tree algorithms can be used as book recommendations based on book categories on GoodReads.

Latar Belakang : Kader kesehatan adalah seseorang yang dekat dengan masyarakat dan mebantu meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat. Kelurahan Jetis terdapat 75% kader adalah rumah tangga yang memiliki pekerjaa tidak tetap, sedangkan sebagai petugas kader kesehatan tidak mendapatkan upah dan hanya diberikan reward untuk periksa kesehatan gratis ke puskesmas sehingga kondisi ini memprihatinkan bagi kesejahteraan kader. Kader kesehatan kelurahan Jetis selama ini hanya membantu mengelola jajanan tradisional dan tidak menjadi penjual jajanan tersebut, tetapi ada kader yang sudah memiliki usaha sendiri tetapi belum memanfaatkan internet atau online. Tujuan : melakukan pembinanaan kader dalam peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan kader dalam bidang kesehatan pelayanan sederhana perlunya melakukann pembinanaan dalam bidang perekonomian sebagai upaya membantu berdirinya usaha yang dikelola oleh kader bersama-sama secara mandiri. Metode : Pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi 4 tahap yaitu (1). Pelatihan kader dalam bidang perkenomian, (2). Melatih kader dalam menggunakan aplikasi dalam pemasaran online bisnis, (3). Memberikan tantangan untuk kader dalam pembuatan jajanan sehat yang dapat dikembangkan sehingga meningkatkan pendapatan, (4). Memotivasi dan melakukan pendampingan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan melalui usaha mereka sendiri. Hasil : 55% kader kesehatan dapat menggunakan aplikasi yang dapat membantu mengelola data posyandu tetapi dapat dijadikan tempat untuk memasarkan dari usaha mandiri kader sehingga dapat meningkatkan perekonomian kader. Kesimpulan : Kegiatan PPDM dengan 4 (empat) tahap dalam meningkatkan Kesejahteraan kader kesehatan Kelurahan Jetis dapat ditingkatkan melalui usaha mandiri dengan strategi marketing yang baik yaitu melalui internet atau online.Kata Kunci : Kader Kesehatan, reward, ekonomi, aplikasi, online.

Peran media pembelajaran ditengah pandemi Covid-19 sangat membantu dosen dan mahasiswa untuk melakukan kegiatan pembelajaran meski dari rumah. Hypersay adalah salah satu contoh media pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan ditengah pandemi Covid-19. Media tersebut dapat memberikan presentasi interaktif dengan menggunakan file powerpoint biasa dan mengubahnya menjadi sesi langsung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) menganalisa strategi pembelajaran yang tepat menggunakan hypersay dalam membantu dosen menyampaikan presentasi di tengah pandemi; 2) mendeskripsikan peran hypersay dalam membantu dosen menyampaikan presentasi pembelajaran di tengah pandemi; dan 3) menganalisis dampak penggunaan hypersay dalam pembelajaran di tengah pandemi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian referensi. Keabsahan data pada penelitian ini dengan berbagai sumber dan perpanjangan waktu. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini dengan metode komparasi konstanta. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah 1) Dalam menyusun strategi pembelajaran harus memperhatikan beberapa aspek agar mahasiswa tidak terbebani dan dapat memahami materi pembelajaran secara maksimal; 2) Hypersay  berperan dalam membantu proses pembelajaran secara online. Salah satunya adalah membantu dosen untuk menyampaikan live presentasi dan memberikan penilaian kepada mahasiswa; 3) Penggunaan hypersay berdampak positif bagi pembelajaran online, karena memiliki banyak fitur yang mendukung.

Online seminars have many benefits in various fields of science. Information about workshops online, registration, and other activities so that it can help users get information. During the pandemic, COVID-19 had a strategic role in providing information related to the development of science and insight. The right application will provide optimal data and information to all users. The online seminar application is designed with a User-centered design to obtain user-friendly information and usability. The results of the study showed that the online seminar application that was designed had good usability and was acceptable to users. usability testing concluded that an acceptable application with a value of 82.40% and block box testing received the designed menu.

In village development, the availability of accurate village profile data has an impact on its consistency policy direction.  However, there are some problems that are encountered to be able to update it including the quality of human resources, finance and infrastructure. Therefore, Community Service Program (PKM) activity is intended to provide knowledge about the importance of updating data in planning village development and helping the government update profile data and potential of their villages. The method used is training in updating basic data based on family data which is carried out by providing material and its implementation in the field. Community Service Program can be carried out according to the planned schedule, especially in the provision of training materials. Meanwhile, implementation of material in the training could not be carried out because it was constrained because lack of information technology. However, in general the Community Service Program in Neglasari Village was going well, marked by an increasing participant knowledge and an acceleration of online data updating assisted by students who were doing Community Service Program. Indirectly, this achievement at the same time show that the obstacles faced by Neglasari Village were not only on its human resources but rather on aspects of financial support and infrastructure. The actual presence from the government is needed to support the updating of the profile and potential data of this village because it is not only the village institution that requires it, but rather the central and regional governments.

This study aims to determine the impact of the servant leadership of lecturers on student satisfaction in accounting lectures online. The servant leadership style has five dimensions including altruistic calling, emotional healing, wisdom, persuasive mapping, and organizational stewardship. This study uses a population of all Accounting students from one of the tertiary institutions in Semarang. Samples were obtained by random means with a sample size of 100 respondents obtained from calculations using the Slovin formula. Data were analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression analysis. This research obtained the result that the research model was stated well. Partially, only the wisdom and persuasive mapping variables that influence student satisfaction in accounting online-based lectures. While the other three independent variables, namely altruistic calling, emotional healing, and organizational stewardship, were not proven to affect student satisfaction. The limitation of this research is that the scope of the object used is limited, so it is expected that further research can expand the object, namely various universities in Semarang to be examined.  Keywords: Servant leadership, satisfaction, accounting lectures

Inovasi teknologi untuk pendidikan mutlak dibutuhkan di era Revolusi Industri 4.0, karena teknologi digital dapat memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan masyarakat di sektor pendidikan. Fleksibilitas, efektifitas dan efisiensi penggunaan teknologi yang tepat dapat menembus ruang dan waktu dalam menjembatani komunikasi antar para pemangku kepentingan dalam proses pendidikan. Penerapan sistem monitoring pembelajaran online sebagai kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat oleh Departemen Teknik Kelautan FTK-ITS dengan mitra sekolah Al Uswah Surabaya, menjadi solusi terhadap sistem yang masih konvensional yang kurang efektif dan efisien serta rentan terhadap ketidakakuratan akibat kesalahan manusia. Pada akhirnya, dengan sistem ini dapat memperbaiki pelayanan dan kinerja, sehingga efektivitas dan efisiensi proses tersebut meningkat. Parameter penting yang direkam menjadi database oleh sistem monitoring pembelajaran terkait kehadiran siswa, kehadiran guru dan durasi waktu proses belajar mengajar dapat dianalisis secara statistik deskriptif. Fitur sistem yang mampu diakses orang tua siswa, bahkan dapat menjadi media promosi untuk meningkatkan reputasi sekolah serta peran serta orang tua/wali siswa dalam mendukung kesuksesan kegiatan pendidikan. Sistem elektronik ini tidak akan memberikan hasil optimum jika tidak diiringi dengan perubahan pemahaman dan perbaikan budaya belajar mengajar guru, siswa, serta manajemen sekolah. Atau sebaliknya, dengan kehadiran sistem ini secara tidak langsung dapat memaksa untuk terjadinya perubahan budaya belajar-mengajar ke arah yang lebih baik secara bertahap. Dalam penelitian ini parameter penting terkait kegiatan proses belajar mengajar selanjutnya dianalisis untuk menemukan hubungan yang mendukung hipotesis terkait peningkatan budaya belajar mengajar dan reputasi sekolah melalui penggunaan sistem berbasis teknologi komunikasi dan informasi ini.

This study uses a kualitative method with 10 responses. Kualitative analysis using data processing from data finding, then on alaysis and developed to the conclusion. From research results suggest that the beach Semarang beach is fairly good, but is less optimal in their breeding. The Industrial Revolution 4.0 has changed the human perspective in interacting and doing business  fundamentally. The study uses a literature study approach that examines data and information from journals, textbooks, and  he internet to conduct a deeper study of the application of industry principles 4.0 to financial transactions and accounting. based on the results of the study concluded that the financing transaction media had developed into the Fintech industry and the transaction system in the form of a payment gateway. The large number of financial transactions with the payment gateway system requires companies to do IT Spending intangible asset in the form of Big Data and Cloud Computing security systems. The technology provides benefits for the  company in terms of data analysis and provision of information to speed up the decision making process and secure storage systems and affordable costs. Through the information technology media, it will facilitate management to make decentralized decision making.

Anak adalah bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari keberlangsungan hidup manusia dan keberlangsungan sebuah bangsa dan negara, setiap anak perlu mendapat kesempatan yang seluas-luasnya untuk tumbuh dan berkembang secara optimal, baik, fisik, mental maupun sosial.Dalam mengupayakan terwujudnya anak Indonesia yang berkualitas berakhlak mulia, dan sejahtera kita tertolong dengan adanya Internet.Sehingga kita juga dapat terhubung dengan pengguna internet diseluruh belahan dunia.Dampak positif yang didapat dari jaringan internet, sebagai media komunikasi, sebagai media pertukaran data dan sebagai media pencari informasi.Tetapi terdapat pula dampak negatif dari penggunaan internet seperti penipuan, perjudian, dan pornografi.Pornografi menjadi perhatian khusus karena anak-anak sekarang dapat mengakses dengan mudah karena kurangnya pengamanan terhadap situs-situs porno itu. Dari latar belakang tersebut maka, dalam penelitian ini dirumuskan permasalahan sebagai berikut: (1) Bagaimana perlindungan anak terhadap pemuatan gambar-gambar porno di media online? (2) Apakah terdapat perlindungan khusus serta peran dari Negara atau Pemerintah untuk anak-anak dalam mengakses media online? (3) Apa saja hambatan dan penyelesaian dalam perlindungan anak terhadap pemuatan gambar-gambar porno di media online? Metode pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif.Dalam pendekatan In Concreto yaitu memberikangambaran peristiwa hukum konkrit yang terjadi serta mengkaji beberapa undang-undang yang berlaku dan membandingkan.Sedangkan analisis yang dipergunakan dalam penulisan skripsi ini kualitatif normatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Orang tua yang memiliki wewenang dalam memberi batasan penggunaan gadget kepada anak. (2) Negara dan Pemerintah memberikan perlindungan khusus kepada dengan memblokir semua situs-situs porno yang ada di media online. (3) Hambatan yang timbul karena tidak dapat memblokir semua situs porno dengan mudah karena akan terjadi kerusakan dengan situs yang lain. Penyelesaian yang dilakukan dengan memasang internet sehat.

Based on the description, the research is carried out with the title: “SALE AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT VIA INTERNET E-COMMERCE IN TERMS OF CIVIL LAW ASPECTS”.                The formulation of the problem in this study is: (1) What is the validity of the SELLING BUY agreement through the internet if it is involved with Article 1320 of the Civil Code? (2) What is the legal consequence if there is a default in the purchase agreement through the internet (E-COMMERCE)? (3) Solution if there is a default in buying transactions through the internet (E-COMMERCE)? The method used is a normative juridical approach. To approach the problem in this study the author uses descriptive analytical research specifications. Data collection uses secondary data. The method of presenting data in this study was carried out in a descriptive manner. The analysis used in this sketch is qualitative descriptive.             The results of the study indicate: (1) The validity of the agreement through the internet must have the same validity as the agreement that can be proven and in accordance with the provisions in Article 1320 BW. (2) The legal consequences of wanprestasi are compensation. the wanprestasi can be in the form of agreement fulfillment, contract fulfillment and compensation, ordinary compensation, cancellation of the agreement.(3) Solution if there is a wanprestasi in the sale and purchase agreement through: Litigation, Non Litigation, online site (kredibel.co.id, lapor.go.id, cek rekening.id), report directly to the police station and report to the bank.

SMP Muhammadiyah Salatiga designing a Website which is also integrated with social networking is equipped with  several  facilities,  such  as  school  bulletin  board,  news,  articles,  schedule of  events,  photo  gallery,  downloadable content and web forums to provide convenience to members for sharing online. This  study  was  developed  using  the  method  of  system  development  Research  and  Developmnet  [1]  which consists  of:  Research  and  Information  Collection,  Planning,  Develop  Preliminary  Form  of  Product,  Preliminary  Field Testing,  Product  Revision  Main,  Main  Field  Testing,  Operational  Product  Revision,  Operational,  Field  Testing,  Final Product Revision, Dissemination and Implementation using the programming language PHP with MySQL database. The results showed that the system serves as a medium of information kominukasi with students, teachers, employees, alumni and the community as well as a media campaign.

In order to increase student interest in learning, increase grades and facilitate the understanding of biology subjects on the material of the human excretion system class XI Science. From a number of smarphone users in Indonesia, it turns out that most of the people are only intended for telephone, short message service (SMS), playing songs / videos, accessing social networks (facebook, twiter, BBM, Line, WhatsApp) and many playing games including students in high school. The author uses data collection research methods including observation, interviews, questionnaires, R&D product development methods, prototype methods and object-oriented approaches. The equipment used in designing this system uses UML modeling. Use Case Diagrams include, Activity Diagrams, Class Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams and the software used by the author is Android Development Tools (ADT) and MySQL as a database. Mobile learning media application is expected to help facilitate the needs of students to learn the material of the human excretion system online at any time without any place and time restrictions.

Perangkat mobile paling banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat untuk mengakses informasi. Keterbatasan perangkat mobile adalah ukuran layar yang relatif kecil. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh kesederhanaan dan konsistensi terhadap kegunaan portal web mobile serta implikasinya terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa yang menggunakan layanan web mobile untuk mengakses toko online. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan langsung kepada responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis path. Pengaruh antar variabel diuji dengan menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian adalah : (1) Kesederhanaan fitur web mobile tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kegunaan, sedangkan Konsistensi layanan antara web mobile dan web pada perangkat desktop/laptop berpengaruh positif terhadap Kegunaan; (2) Kesederhanaan fitur web mobile, Kosistensi layanan antara web mobile dan web pada perangkat desktop/laptop, dan  Kegunaan web mobile berpengaruh positif terhadap kredibilitas layanan web mobile; (3) Kegunaan tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap kepuasan pengguna sedangkan kredibilitas layanan web mobile berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pengguna.

Implementasi dokumen teks bahasa jawa masih banyak dijumpai baik secara onlinemaupun offline. Pencarian dokumen teks bahasa jawa dengan menggunakan mesin pencari atauSistem Temu Kembali Informasi (STKI) yang tersedia menghasilkan suatu hasil pencariandengan dokumen terambil yang banyak (recall tinggi) sehingga hasil menjadi kurang akurat(precision rendah). Tujuan pembuatan rancang bangun STKI dengan metode DICE Similarityagar user mudah dalam melakukan pencarian dokumen teks berbahasa Jawa. Software STKIdirancang untuk memberikan hasil pencarian dokumen dalam jumlah recall rendah danprecision tinggi menggunakan metode pemeringkatan DICE Similarity, sehingga user akanmendapatkan hasil pencarian cepat dan akurat. Metode DICE Similarity akan melakukanpembobotan tiap dokumen yang ada pada database sehingga antar dokumen memiliki bobotyang berbeda untuk menentukan dokumen mana yang paling mirip (similar) dengan query.Rangking teratas akan ditempati oleh dokumen dengan bobot tertinggi hasil pencarian Evaluasihasil pencarian IRS dilakukan dengan uji recall dan precision dengan model persepsi. STKImampu melakukan pencarian dokumen dan menampilkan hasil pencarian dokumen memilikirata-rata recall 0,04 dan rata-rata precision 0,83. Hasil STKI dilengkapi dengan bobot tiapdokumen dan letakknya yang akan memudahkan user dalam pencarian dokumen teks bahasaJawa.

Clustering merupakan suatu metode untuk mencari dan mengelompokkandata yang memiliki kemiripan karakteriktik (similarity) antara satu data dengan data yang lain. Clusteringmerupakan salah satu metodedata mining yang bersifat tanpa arahan (unsupervised).
