Good media and audience support good strategy, in general. From among the many different media that can be used as an Islamic propaganda tool, mass media is currently the most effective and efficient. The two largest organizations in the Pacific region are Nahdlatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah. The success of this Islamic organization in promoting dakwah is directly related to the application of sound and reliable dakwah strategies. The current study analyzes the tactics used by the two largest organizations, Nahdlatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah, in Kabupaten Pacitan, to spread Islam through public media. The current study makes use of techniques for collecting data up to and including data analysis that are appropriate for qualitative research methodologies to uncover data-data that shed light on a problem that has already been raised, specifically the comparison of media mass media use strategies across two study objectives. After conducting research with the available data, it is possible to draw the conclusion that the most effective method of mass media use for organizations like the Muslim Brotherhood's Nahdlatul Ulama is through online media, while organizations like the Muhammadiyah are also effective when using online media. Similar and different. The collaboration between the two organizations in this regard is focused on using the media mass as it is, as well as on working together with other media mass. The opposite is also true, as evidenced by the widespread use of media by nahdatul ulama and the Muslim community. Because Nahdatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah are predominately Nahdatul Ulama in Pacitan as a whole, Nahdatul Ulama use the media more frequently than Muhammadiyah does.

Seeing the root of the problem of student independence during the Covid-19 pandemic, implementing the effectiveness of learning with the Seven Jumps model assisted by the whatsapp group during the Covid-19 Pandemic is the aim of this research. This type of research approach is a qualitative and quantitative experiment carried out online with the Seven Jumps learning model assisted by WhatsApp groups. Data was collected by questionnaires, observation sheets and tests. Valid device tests come from expert perceptions, test the effectiveness of learning with statistical tests of the effect of regression and comparative t tests. The results showed that the root problems and constraints for student independence in utilizing information technology to achieve the expected competencies were: low self-motivation to learn, self-assessment ability, self-discipline, self-control, responsibility, pattern-learning ability, self-reliance in designing appropriate learning objectives, design implementation strategies, monitoring the progress of learning outcomes, coordination of learning methods, and the need for guidance in finding learning resources, implementing independent learning with the Seven Jumps model assisted by the whatsapp group is effective. This is indicated by: a) there is a positive influence of independent learning on problem solving ability of 60.8%, b) The gain test to measure the effectiveness of the pretest and posttest is 0.52 in the medium category and the effectiveness is sufficient. The Seven Jumps method can be implemented boldly during the Covid-19 Pandemic.

Law is a rule for humans, so the implementation of the law must be carried out to provide benefits, usefulness for the community in society. People who get good and right treatment will create a peaceful state of affairs. The law can protect the rights and obligations of each individual which are solid and manifest in general. There are three objectives of law, namely justice, benefit and legal certainty. Justice is the main thing of the three things, but it does not mean that the other two elements can be simply ignored. Good law is law that is able to synergize these three elements for the welfare and prosperity of society. The research method used by the author is Normative Juridical, with data collection tools through library research. The results of the research show that legal certainty is a guarantee that the law is enforced, that those entitled according to law can obtain their rights and that decisions can be implemented. Legal certainty is a justifiable protection against arbitrary actions which means that someone will be able to get something that is expected in certain circumstances.

It is necessary to build awareness to foster entrepreneurial motivation among the community at large, especially in the Study Group of Packages C citizens in the Technical Implementation Unit of the Education Office of the Bondowoso Regency Learning Activity Studio (SKB). Given that motivation is one of the drivers of the growth and development of a person's entrepreneurial spirit, one of the most needed motivations is the desire to continue learning and adding skills. Therefore, in order for the learning community to improve their welfare, insight into entrepreneurship is needed, so that through counseling on entrepreneurial motivation, it is hoped that the learning community can foster an entrepreneurial spirit and develop creativity and innovation in entrepreneurship so that it can be used as a provision in their lives. This service activity was carried out at the Technical Implementation Unit of the Bondowoso Regency Learning Activity Center education office, which was located in the SKB Hall. The objectives of this community service are (1) to provide insight and knowledge about the importance of fostering entrepreneurial motivation; (2) to provide insight and knowledge about the importance of developing an entrepreneurial spirit; (3) to develop creativity and innovation in entrepreneurship. The methods used are lecture, question and answer and discussion methods. the results achieved by the service activities are the provision of insights and knowledge about the importance of entrepreneurship for learning citizens pursuing package C in the Technical Implementation Unit of the Education Office of the Bondowoso Regency Learning Activity Center. Thus, through counseling, the learning community of pursuing package C is motivated to become entrepreneurs. Seeing the responses given by participants who are so positive and enthusiastic, shows that this activity is quite high and needs to be followed up with further activities, for that, it needs to be carried out periodically and continuously.

The Motor Control Center (MCC) Panel is a collection of components that become the control center in the operation of a three-phase electric motor with a larger capacity used as a clean water distribution pump machine. In this study has several objectives, including namely 1). Knowing the process of the Drinking Water Supply System (SPAM) in Perumdam Tirta Madani Serang City, 2). Knowing the working system of the MCC-300 Panel as a controller for the distribution machine at Perumdam Tirta Madani, Serang City, 3). Knowing how to maintain the MCC-300 Panel and clean water distribution machines at Perumdam Tirta Madani, Serang City. The methods used are observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. Prumdam Tirta Madani Serang City has several components in the clean water supply system, including raw water components, raw water transmission components, production unit components, and distribution unit components. In the working system the MCC-300 Panel consists of two blocks and there are other components contained in the panel. Then maintenance is carried out on the MCC-300 Panel and Distribution Machine, namely planned maintenance starting from cleaning to carrying out tests on components and machines using an electric meter.

This service aims to improve lecturer skill and comprehension of the application of instructional approaches in shaping the character of students at the Bandung College of Administrative Sciences in Cibeunying Kidul District, Bandung City. This dedication is motivated by the need for lecturers who are motivated to improve competency and who have the ability to use instructional tactics to shape students' character. The degree of the students' bad character and the lecturers' poor teaching techniques is the dull everyday instructional routine. This service took place on Thursday, June 3, 2023. Field surveys (locations), conversations, information collection, and lecturer observations were initially carried out in order to deliver this service. After that, teachers received training and help with regard to enhancing their competency as lecturers and putting character-development teaching methodologies into practise. The output objectives for this volunteer initiative include scientific publications, online content, YouTube activities, and photo documentation of PKM activities. It is common to use workshops, seminars, and question-and-answersessions. 

The general objective of this research is to describe the phenomenon of code mixing in the student community at the Lamandau Dormitory. The specific objectives of this research are: (1) to describe the form of code-mixing at the word level in the conversations of the Lamandau dormitory student community. (2) to describe the form of code mixing at the phrase level in the conversation of the Lamandau dormitory student community. (3) to describe the form of code mixing at the clause level in the conversation of the Lamandau dormitory student community. (4) describe the implications of code mixing in learning short stories for class XI high school students. This research approach uses a qualitative research approach with descriptive methods. The source of the data in this study was the daily conversations of the student community at the Lamandau hostel. Data analysis in this study was carried out by collecting data identifying data, classifying data, and describing data. The results of this study indicate that (1) there is code mixing at the word level in the conversation of the student community at the Lamandau hostel. (2) there is code mixing at the phrase level in the conversations of the student community at the Lamandau hostel. (3) there is code mixing at the clause level in the conversations of the student community at the Lamandau dormitory. (4) the results of this study are used in learning short stories in class XI SMA, especially competency 4.9.

The extracurricular activity policy is part of the policy of the Ministry of National Education, which before the reform was called the Ministry of Education and Culture. To support the implementation of the extracurricular program at SDN Jelegong 01 it is necessary to have various instructions and guidelines, both regarding the material and activities, with the hope that the extracurricular program can be carried out in accordance with the objectives outlined. This research approach is a qualitative descriptive case study type approach, where this research focuses more on the results of data collection from certain informants or respondents; the data needed is the distribution of teacher data that does not need to be quantified, and describes what objective conditions are in accordance with the teacher's effective strategy in developing students' interests and skills at SDN Jelegong 01 through informative presentations. The techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. With this research, the researcher intends to understand, study and develop strategies and evaluations in developing the interests and talents of students at SDN Jelegong 01 Rancaekek.

Introduction: Work stress in nurses is one of the problems in human resource management in hospitals. Nurses in hospitals are one of the potential resources that have a dangerous risk of burnout in workers. One of the triggering factors for work burnout in workers is work stress experienced by hospital workers. Research objectives: The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between work stress and job burnout in hospital nurses in various regions in Indonesia. Research Method: The research method used is the literature review study method by reviewing previous research that is relevant to the topic discussed as a study accessed on the Google Scholar database. Research Results: The results of the research conducted were that there was a significant relationship between work stress and job burnout in hospital nurses in various regions of Indonesia. The conclusion of this study is that work fatigue is influenced by work stress.

The objectives of this research are to: 1) determine the plan for maximising Gayo Takengon Campgrounds' tourist potential; and 2) provide management of the campgrounds' attractions with guidance. This study discusses the potential and how to create it using a sort of qualitative research and descriptive data analysis. The study's findings indicate that there is potential for development into a natural tourist attraction. These possibilities are: 1) As the Gayo Camping Ground develops as a tourism object, the promotion strategy is currently quite effective. For instance, the tourism office has promoted by providing promotional flyers and videos, which were then uploaded to social media, which is directly managed by the Gayo Camping Ground manager himself. The availability of this material on social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube makes it simpler for travellers to find out more about this tourist destination. 2) Based on the findings of this research, there aren't many improvements that need to be made to the Gayo Campground tourist attraction as all of its amenities already match the requirements for a tour.

This study applies the Problem Based Learning learning model to Civics Subjects in Class VII.5 of SMP Negeri 10 Kendari to improve the student`s learning outcomes.. This research was carried out at SMP Negeri 10 Kendari which is addressed in the odd semester of 2022/2023 for two months, namely from August – September 2022.  The results of the research show that the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in Civics learning has been able to improve the problem solving skills of students in class VII.5 of SMP Negeri 10 Kendari. The percentage of achievement of learning objectives or completeness of students in the pre-cycle was only 54.83% (17 students), and in cycle I was 74.8% (21 students). In cycle II, the percentage of achievement of learning objectives or completeness of students increased to 77.8% (25 students).

However, behind this convenience there are problems such as the emergence of consumerism and social class recognition. The data analysis method used is using a qualitative descriptive method. The purpose of this study was to analyze and evaluate the implementation of the existing purchase accounting information system at "Koperasi Karya Pertamina". The research method used is a case study using descriptive analysis in answering objectives. The results showed that the purchase SIA carried out at this company still had many weaknesses, including the division of tasks in accordance with the existing organizational structure was uneven, there were duplicate functions in several sections, there were two sections with the same authority and duties but in the organizational structure they were separated. In addition, the documents used still have deficiencies related to internal control that must be carried out. Therefore, this research provides several solutions to overcome the problems faced, namely, improving the organizational structure both in terms of naming, division of tasks, and combining two sections that have the same function, as well as improving the documents used.

The business activities of a Limited Liability Company do not always run in accordance with the objectives, sometimes the Company will face obstacles that cause the dissolution of the Limited Liability Company. This research uses normative legal research with a statutory approach and a case approach through a decision study. The legal sources used are primary and secondary legal sources. Based on the results of the research, the Board of Directors of a Limited Liability Company in the process of dissolving the Company can act as a liquidator. Limited Liability Companies undergoing dissolution must pay attention to the rights and legal protection of shareholders.

This article discusses the analysis of the development of fiscal policy in the perspective of Islamic economics. fiscal policy is a fiscal policy is a policy made by the government with the aim of regulating income and expenditure in the country in order to maintain stability and encourage economic growth. In Islamic economics, fiscal policy is intended as a tool to create a goal in accordance with sharia principles. What can be said that the objectives of sharia are: maintaining the welfare and security of society, life, maintaining faith, wealth, intellect, and ownership. In Islamic economics there are principles that must be obeyed in carrying out fiscal policy according to sharia / according to Islam. One of these principles is the principle of muamalah, where every Muslim will be freed in terms of carrying out an activity or business activity that has been made obligatory in Islam.    

The teaching profession is a unique profession because many skills are needed to carry out one's duties in preparing future generations. The ideal teacher is not only one who fulfills the requirements, e.g. for example, he may be smart and skilled or an expert in his field of knowledge, but most importantly, the teacher must be able to position himself as an agent of change. Therefore, the Christian teacher must assume personal, social, intellectual, moral and spiritual roles and responsibilities. The responsibility of the Christian religion teacher as an educator is to encourage, teach, lead, guide, train, assess and evaluate students to achieve the expected learning objectives and learning outcomes. Jesus as an example for Christian religion teachers should be the standard for every Christian educator. Therefore, it affects work during learning and leads to achievement for students. The responsibility of a Christian religious education teacher is to improve student learning achievement and provide learning motivation in order to achieve an achievement for each student. From this writing, the author uses qualitative as a literature study and is supported by several references from books, journals for the completeness and refinement of writing. This. This study resulted in a conclusion that the responsibility of a teacher greatly influences the achievement of each student in the world of education.

The objectives of the National Agrarian Law are in line with the objectives of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia as the legal foundation for the formation of the UUPA, namely "to protect the entire Indonesian nation, promote public welfare, educate the nation's life, and participate in carrying out world order based on freedom, eternal peace." and social justice”. Before there were clear rules governing land issues, many land conflicts occurred. One type of conflict that often occurs is between the state and the community regarding Nation Land Tenure Rights representing the public interest, and then private property ownership, which then results in social inequality that arises in society. social. The results of the research were tested for the validity of the data using source, technique, and time triangulation. The result of the study is the evaluation of the performance of the AMC unit in monitoring facilities in the apron area using the MBO (Management by Objectives) method based on planning, monitoring and review. There are several problems with facilities in the apron area such as aviobridge 4C, 8A and 8C are damaged, aviobridge 4C slowdown is too slow, GSE is parked in No Parking Area (NPA), there is no Equipment Parking Area (EPA) marking, GSE is parked below fixbridge, CCTV error/connection to server fails, and CCTV is blurry if the weather is rainy. Some of the solutions for the problem facilities in the apron area are waiting for spare parts, coordinating with the mechanical unit, reprimanding and ordering groundhandling to move the GSE, reporting EPA markings to be added, and reporting to the ICT unit.

This article aims to review and attempt to confirm the concept of development of resource management and performance management in improving the quality function of human resources. The research method used is qualitative and literature studies or library research.
