The educational process functions as the intellectual development and potential of students. The use of appropriate learning models or media can encourage the growth of students' enjoyment of the learning process, increasing learning motivation. This study applies the ASSURE learning model with Mentimeter media which can be accessed through each student's device. Menimeter media is used as a form of technology application in the learning process. Mentimeter can be used as an online presentation medium or presented in a quiz format to assess students' understanding of the material provided by the teacher (Zulfa & Huda, 2021). This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach method with research instruments that use test instruments and non-test instruments. The results of this study indicate that the ASSURE model with mentimeter media can be applied in learning to analyze the systematics and language of scientific work. The use of meter media in the learning process can motivate students in learning which affects the acquisition of learning outcomes.

Tourism is a trip undertaken by individuals or groups to a place temporarily to seek harmony or balance and happiness in the social, cultural, natural and scientific dimensions. Spillane groups the goals of individual/group travel, including enjoying travel, spending time with family, business matters, and others. Tourism development is all forms of coordinated activities with the aim of increasing the number of tourists and improving facilities and infrastructure services, in the form of goods or services and facilities. This is categorized as a complex activity because this activity coordinates activities, facilities and infrastructure, objects and attractions, supporting facilities, environmental facilities and so on with tourists.

Believing in the Bible as the true word of God without having a sense of doubt becomes an absolute standard because the word of God is a word that is not only true but perfect. The Word of God is said to be perfect because the source of inspiration and the main Author is God who gave the true words to be written by the writers of the word that He wanted. A certain group or some people may doubt the Bible as the word of God or consider the Bible as an old book that is no longer relevant to today's developments. This research aims to narrate the Bible as the true word of God and is very relevant to the development of technology in this era. The research methodology used for research and writing is qualitative methodology and literature. The findings show that the Bible is the true and perfect word of God, so that it cannot be doubted by anyone, be it theologians, historians, scientists, psychologists, psychiatrists or ordinary people

Implementation of PAK through family education is really very important to do. To describe the implementation of PAK in the family, the authors use library research as a method. The background of this research is because there are obstacles in the process of applying PAK in families that are affected by the weakening of parents as educational figures. Of the many, one of the causes of PAK not manifesting satisfactorily in the family is parents who have not yet been born again. It means that parents still don't really think about themselves as disciples of Christ and feel that they are the main and first educators in the family. For this reason, parents must be aware that actualizing PAK in the family is their responsibility. Realizing effective PAK in the family, parents must educate their family members that PAK has a role and function as a change carrier that is dynamic, progressive, and transformative towards spiritual growth and development. The research carried out aims to contribute ideas to the problem of implementing PAK in families that have not been realized satisfactorily. The final conclusion of this article is that the implementation of PAK through family education is very much needed by today's Christian families.

God has meaning in creating man. The intended meaning is a life, where life is a strong reason and motivation to support a person in living life according to what he believes. The narrative of James 4:1-10 contains a Biblical pattern of life. However, in today's development, human culture continues to experience changes. The changes in question are behaviors related to morals and ethical values so that humans experience a lot of degradation in the sanctity of their lives. Overcoming this problem, true Christians can have a humble attitude, fear God, fight against sin, rely on God, purify the heart and pray as contained in the narrative of James 4:1-10. This study uses a library research approach. The purpose of this article is to contribute thoughts in the form of alternative solutions to the problems of deviant behavior committed by some Christians today.

At the point when the students are assessed, they are demanded to work to publish scientific writing. This study investigates the process of constructing scientific writing as well as the academic search engine that is frequently used by graduate students in building their papers. Later on, this study also discloses the factor of using repeated platforms. A personal learning environment helps the students to connect both inside and outside the classroom learning by employing digital tools. This paper presents a case study exploring the steps of conducting scientific writing, the academic search engine mostly used by students, and the factors in deciding the platform. Eighteen graduate students majoring in the English education department were the participants of this study. The data was collected through class observation, questionnaires, and semi-structured interviews. The result shows several steps to construct scientific writing including readiness, composing the article, getting ready for publication, distribution, and development. While Google Scholar (100%), Web of Science (94.7%), and online library (63.2%) are the top three online platforms as the academic search engine they used to search for references to build arguments for their scientific writing. Some factors why those platforms become highly beneficial are exposed by the participants such as their pertinence, reference quality, and publication impact. This study is expected to provide certain considerations for students or scholars about utilizing several online platforms and some reasons behind which is beneficial to build scientific writing publications.

The challenge faced in this digitalization era is technological competition in terms of product marketing. The lack of utilization of existing digital marketing is one of the problems that exist for business actors who are doing competition. After Covid-19, consumers who are already familiar with the digital era are very used to the convenience of technological facilities that assist in every transaction activity that is carried out, such as when we are going to shop for clothes or food to choose the menu or model we want. want, we don't have to come to the seller's place, just look at the seller's social media, website, or e-commerce(Danny and Robin, n.d.). If business people can no longer follow the existing trends, then our products will lose competitiveness with other people's products that are easy to reach. In addition, it can have an impact on business development, business actors do not develop because income does not increase, the marketing area is not wide(Hidayati, Triajeng Pungkasanti, and Wakhidah 2020a). This becomes self-introspection in increasing mastery of digital marketing in this digitalization era. There are many kinds of marketing strategies, one of which is the use of quite a lot of digital marketing. In the current era of modernization, many things have begun to use technological developments, including the delivery and dissemination of information. This development is marked by changes in methods in various fields, leaving manual methods and replacing them with the use of modern technology. With the rapid advancement of information technology, it makes it easier for business people to develop creativity and market a product, including the digital invitation business. This type of digital invitation is gaining popularity not only because it is considered easier to distribute, low production costs, and a variety of designs. Digital invitations are visually more attractive because media such as photos, text, animation and audio can be added. This study aims to analyze several articles related to public interest in digital invitation business opportunities. The design used is literature review, articles are collected using search engines such as neti.com, google scholar, and Sciencedirect. With the criteria for articles published in 2019-2021. Based on the articles collected, the results of the analysis show that digital invitations have considerable business potential for business people and make it easier for users to convey information.

Background: Post-adolescent mental health problems in Indonesia are currently experiencing an increase from 2013 to 2018. Efforts and forms of intervention that can be carried out are through increasing the behavior of seeking mental health assistance. Such efforts can be health promotion. Proper health promotion for adolescent with film media. the animated film "Kanca Cilik" is a medium to promote the behavior of seeking mental health assistance in adolescents. Purpose: The purpose of this research is to develop the animated film "Kanca Cilik" as an intervention for adolescents in seeking mental health assistance. Method: The method used by developing two stages. The first stage is to make an animated film "Kanca Cilik" with 3 episodes and an average duration of 3 minutes/episode. Then in the second stage, a perception test was carried out on mental health nurses, community, and animation experts. The test results use the Intraclass Correlation Coefficients (ICC) test. Result:  The result of this development research is the animated film "Kanca Cilik" which consists of three episodes, namely the first episode is behavior seeking mental health assistance from peers, the second episode is behavior seeking mental health assistance to family and the last episode is behavior seeking mental health assistance to professionals. . statistical analysis was obtained at 0.896 and the average value of the 3 reviewers was 0.978> 0.5 (high stability). Conclusion: The conclusion of this study is that the film "Kanca Cilik" as a behavior intervention seeking mental health assistance in adolescents is good for use as an effort to promote mental health. and suggestions for this research to be used as an intervention in increasing mental health seeking behavior in adolescents.

Manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) memegang peranan penting dalam mendukung keberhasilan organisasi dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Pengelolaan SDM yang efektif mampu meningkatkan produktivitas, kualitas kerja, serta menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif bagi karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sistem manajemen sumber daya manusia yang diterapkan pada PT Cahaya Murni Borneo Timur serta perannya dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi langsung selama kegiatan magang, dokumentasi, serta wawancara tidak terstruktur dengan pihak Human Resource Development (HRD). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem manajemen SDM di PT Cahaya Murni Borneo Timur telah berjalan cukup baik, terutama dalam aspek administrasi kepegawaian, pengelolaan absensi, kontrak kerja, dan pengelolaan data karyawan. Namun, masih terdapat beberapa kendala dalam pelaksanaannya, seperti pengelolaan arsip dan koordinasi antar divisi. Dengan adanya perbaikan berkelanjutan, sistem manajemen SDM diharapkan mampu meningkatkan efektivitas kerja karyawan secara optimal.

Monitoring applications for filariasis treatment have been developed to overcome the problem of elephantiasis or filariasis, one of which is the lack of monitoring during the distribution of elephantiasis medicines. One of the stages of application development is testing. Testing is conducted to ensure the application is ready to be implemented. In this study, closed beta testing was conducted to determine the feasibility of the application. The results of the validity test and reliability test showed that the results obtained were that all items on the questionnaire were declared valid and reliable. While the results of the feasibility test on the questionnaire results stated that the application was very feasible to be implemented.

The history of the birth and development of cooperatives in developed (western) and developing countries is indeed very diametric. The laws and regulations that govern cooperatives grew later as a demand of the cooperative community in order to protect themselves. The purpose of the research is to find out how the Role of the Tunggal Jaya Fakfak I Savings and Loan Cooperative (KSP) on the income and business of its members. To find out whether the role of the Tunggal Jaya Fakfak I Savings and Loan Cooperative (KSP) on income and business can improve the welfare of its members. This research method uses quantitative and qualitative methods. The results of this study prove the contribution made by the Tunggal Jaya Fakfak I Savings and Loan Cooperative (KSP) to the Community and its members, so it can be said that the Tunggal Jaya Fakfak I Savings and Loan Cooperative (KSP) plays a very important role in improving the welfare of the community in Fakfak Regency especially the people who are its members so that the standard of living is more guaranteed and the welfare of its members is also achieved due to changes in the income of its members. In conclusion, the Tunggal Jaya Fakfak I Savings and Loan Cooperative (KSP) also has a positive impact on the government in helping to overcome the problem of poverty by playing a role in providing savings and loans, to members and the community in Fakfak Regency, so that the community can develop their businesses.    

This study aims to examine the influence of the role of Bundo Kanduang and local culture in the development of the Tenun Padi Sarumpun, Sungai Jambur,. While the type of research used is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The type of data used is primary data and the source of data used in this study is a questionnaire. This research has three variables consisting of 2 independent variables, namely the role of Bundo Kanduang and Local Culture and one dependent variable, namely the development of the Tenun Padi Sarumpun. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis.The results of this study indicate that (1) the role of Bundo Kanduang (X1) partially has no effect on the development of the Tenun Padi Sarumpun. This is evidenced by using the t test with a tcount value of 0.946 < 2.048 with a significance of 0.352 > 0.05. So that H1 is rejected (2) Local Culture (X2) partially influences the development of the Tenun Padi Sarumpun. This is evidenced by using the t-test with a tcount of 3.889>2.048 with a significance of 0.001<0.05. So H2 is accepted. (3) The results of the F test indicate that the role of Bundo Kanduang and local culture simultaneously or jointly affects the development of the Tenun Padi Sarumpun. This is evidenced by using the F test with an Fcount of 9.058 > 3.33 with a significance of 0.001 < 0.05. So H3 is accepted.

There are still many violations of professional ethics, in Indonesia one of which is PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya, which manipulated its financial statements. This case started that PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya stated that it was unable to pay the JS Savings Plan policy claim that was due in the amount of Rp. 802 billion on October 10 2018. From the results of the BPK investigation, it was revealed that there were inconsistencies which indicated fraud in the implementation of saving plans and investments. This analysis aims to explain the basic concepts of ethics, code of ethics, and find out which basic principles of accountant ethics have been violated by PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya. In the Case of PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya There are 4 basic principles of accountant ethics that have been violated, namely, integrity, objectivity, competence and prudence, and professional behavior.

Indonesia, Indonesia is a nation of law that uses a rule of law country (rechtstaat) concept. The concept of rule of law Indonesia set forth in its Constitution, the 1945 Constitution, Article 1 paragraph (3). There is an important element of democracy stated on the Constitution, namely the protection of human rights, that every citizen has the right to enjoy it. One of the rights protected in the Constitution is right to access a good and healthy living environment. For this, the environment needs to be preserved and function through administrative law enforcement. The study uses normative juridical approach with descriptive-analytics, which describes the norms and associated with theories, and opinions of legal experts. The development of a democratic nations of law can be seen from the aspect of law enforcement in particular with environmental administration. In Indonesia, it can be reviewed through the theory of organic states and the theory of pluralist states. Based on the theory of an organic state and looking at the aspects of environmental administration law enforcement in Indonesia, the state has regulated the enforcement of environmental administrative sanctions whereby the state can regulate every activity and/or business in the environmental issues. Therefore, the pluralist state theory recognized a variety of diverse interests in society that the state has accommodated all citizens rights to a good and healthy environment through pro-environment government policies

Education is increasingly advanced and even varied, and so should Christian Religious Education teachers. Christian Religious Education teachers are required to be creative in educating and creating a lively classroom atmosphere. The influence of the teacher in the classroom is very important. The method used in this writing is descriptive qualitative method so that the results of the research can be developed further. Christian Religious Education is an education that is carried out to bring students to Christ, because the main center of Christian Religious Education learning is Christ. The purpose of writing this article is to provide an understanding for Christian Religious Education teachers that in the learning process they can use the locomotor movement method, so that students are not bored with monotonous learning. The role of Christian religious education teachers in increasing students' interest in learning with the locomotor method is very important. Locomotor movements are an important part of physical education and sports programs, and the development of locomotor movements also helps learners acquire the basic motor skills needed to live healthy and physically active lives.                                                       

The purpose of this study is to determine the Halal Ecosystem and Halal Literacy in the development of Sharia Economic Halal Regulations. This study explains the halal ecosystem as a whole and what is included in the halal ecosystem. In addition, it also discusses halal literacy in Indonesia. Halal literacy is very important for all countries to learn to prepare people to face an ever-changing financial system. People will need a more economical understanding to actively participate in a global economy that tends to change. The data analysis method in this research uses qualitative-descriptive analysis. Qualitative research is carried out to build knowledge through understanding and discovery, so it is expected to reveal a variety of information that is thorough and full of meaning, but also does not reject quantitative information in the form of numbers. The results of this study are that the ecosystem needed in improving the halal industry refers to the supply, demand and enabler approaches. From the supply aspect, the existence of the Indonesian halal industry sector (food, tourism, fashion, medicine, media and renewable energy) has prepared various products that can be consumed by the public with a halal label. Government support provided, both as regulators, executors and evaluators, is needed as an enabler component in the halal industry ecosystem. Products from the halal industry itself are experiencing quite rapid development, the halal food and beverage sector, the financial sector, tourism, fashion, cosmetics and medicines, media and entertainment, as well as other sectors such as health care and education.

The government has high hopes for the benefits of Bank Syariah Indonesia because it is a momentum that will affect public awareness of the Islamic financial industry, especially Islamic banking. However, behind the opportunities of an industry there are challenges that must be resolved, as for these challenges are related to increasing financial literacy, how to adapt a new work culture which of course among the three previous Islamic banks has different characteristics, bank management that ensures that integration goes well without sacrificing previous quality resources, and how to create financial services that can compete and be able to accommodate and facilitate financing related to the main program of Islamic banks. The main potential for product development of Bank Syariah Indonesia can make the Islamic finance industry compete both regionally and internationally so that it can help the development of the national economy.

This study raises the phenomenon of the policy of collecting Rural Land and Building Tax in Pematang Serai Village, Langkat Regency. The reason for this research was carried out because of the facts and data which show that in 2018-2021 tax realization for Pematang Serai Village has not reached the target every year. Some of the things that become a problem in this study are the many phenomena of tax objects that are not in accordance with the number of taxpayers that must be paid by the community, low public awareness, ineffective mechanisms, and limited payment media in Pematang Serai Village. Researchers view and analyze the development of PBB collection in Pematang Serai Village comprehensively so that they can provide constructive suggestions. In this study, researchers used implementation theory by applying the George C Edward III implementation model. This theory uses 4 indicators, namely: communication, disposition, resources, and bureaucratic structure. This study uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques used data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the implementation of the PBB collection policy in Pematang Serai Village, Langkat Regency is still not optimal, so it is recommended that the government pay attention to the land and building tax management policy that has been implemented so far so that it will be able to increase land and building tax revenue. It is also recommended through research results that in order to increase the effectiveness of Land and Building Tax revenue, the government should improve office facilities and infrastructure to support work activities, in addition to providing guidance to collectors and imposing sanctions on taxpayers regarding the importance of Land and Building Tax, because with the Land and Building Tax it will be used to finance regional development.

This study examines the theme of non-violence in interactions between adolescents. This study raises the perspective of Pope Francis' encyclical “Christus Vivit” as a Christian perspective in dealing with youth development issues. There are three research focuses, namely describing bullying among adolescents, the role of teachers in schools as controls to prevent bullying, and the role of the Church in Christian assistance in the problem of bullying in adolescents. Researchers use qualitative research methods. To obtain data, researchers used direct interview techniques and zoom meeting-based interviews. Data processing and analysis were carried out in a descriptive way. The research findings show that the psychological impact felt by victims due to bullying is feeling awkward when put together in group work and feeling lonely, afraid to come to school and also afraid to look at social media again. The psychological impact can be felt if you take things too seriously or take your feelings too seriously so that the victim will feel sad. But there are also victims who feel normal because they accept and resolve it in a family and peaceful manner. Students need to be reminded again of the rules that apply in schools, the goal is that all student behavior creates comfort and safety among students. It is better for teachers not only to teach about learning material but to provide character lessons for students on the sidelines of teaching material. The role of the Church should be more aggressive in inviting youth to be involved in church services to develop maturity in their faith so that there is determination not to commit acts of bullying.
