In the warehouse department or warehouse in companies including PT. Semarang Packing Indonesia has a service system that still has not maximized the current technological developments that are growing rapidly. Included in the warehouse inventory system which often occurs is not available stock and excessive stock. This causes the inventory function in the warehouse not to work optimally. From these problems,. This system includes controlling inventory in the warehouse for purchases so as to reduce excessive or insufficient stock so that the stockter inventory is controlled, as well as the data input process that utilizes RFID so as to speed up the time in the data input process. This system uses the PHP and MYSQL programming languages as the database and utilizes the PHP Framework, namely CodeIgniter, in making this website. With a web-based system, it makes it easier for employees to process data in a timely manner.

Sumber belajar dalam konteks penelitian ini adalah segala informasi belajar yang berkaitan dengan kajian kebahasaan dan atau pendidikan bahasa Inggris dalam pengertian yang lebih spesifik. Sumber belajar menurut Manoharan (2018) adalah para pengajar itu sendiri dan materi ajar baik berupa buku teks pelajaran atau sumber bacaan lainnya. Sumber belajar adalah segala hal yang bisa memberikan informasi mengenai proses belajar dan mengajar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research and Development atau R&D. Menurut Sugiyono, “R&D” sebagai penelitian yang menghasilkan produk pada akhir penelitianya dan kemudian menguji tingkat keefektifan produk tersebut. Penelitian dan pengembangan mengacu pada tahap penyelidikan serta eksperimen untuk dapat menciptakan sebuah produk baru atau untuk memperbaiki produk yang sudah ada sebelumnya, sehingga menjadi produk baru dan lebih unggul. Pembelajaranmenggunakan bahan ajar e-modul interaktif berbasis Flip Pdf Professional dilakukan pada jurusan Tadris Bahasa Inggris (TBI). Penelitian ini menggambarkan proses pembuatan e-modul menggunakan Flip Profesional PDF. This study aims to determine the effect of partially significant career development on employee job satisfaction at the Department of Communication and Informatics Statistics Bima Regency, to determine the effect of partially significant work motivation on employee job satisfaction at the Department of Communication and Informatics Statistics Bima Regency, to determine the development of career and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Department of Communication and Informatics Statistics Bima Regency. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The population in this study was 61 employees consisting of 41 civil servants, 7 regional honorary employees, and 13 non-permanent employees at the Department of Communication and Information, Bima Regency. The sample in this study were 41 civil servants with the sampling technique used, namely the purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation. The data analysis technique uses validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression test, classical assumption test, multiple correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination, t test and f test with the help of SPSS version 22 for windows. The results showed that career development had no significant effect on employee job satisfaction, work motivation had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, career development and work motivation had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Department of Communication and Informatics Statistics Bima Regency.  

Tourism villages provide freedom for the community to manage their hometown in accordance with village authenticity. Among the several tourist villages in Semarang Regency, one of them is Jembrak Tourism Village. This village is located in Jembrak Village, Pabelan District, Semarang Regency, Central Java Province. This research aims to examine the involvement of local communities in the development of tourist villages and to formulate a tourism village development model that prioritizes local community participation. The method chosen by the researcher is a type of qualitative research method. The focus in this research is on community participation in the development of Jembrak village. The time needed for this research starts from January to March. The data collection method used in this research is by observing, interviewing, and documenting. The results and discussion obtained in this study include an overview of the Jembrak tourism village and an analysis of local community participation in the development of a tourist village.

On the other hand, cosmetics sticking to the face and other parts of the body affect the requirements for the validity of prayer, namely being clean from uncleanness. every Muslim should pay attention and ensure that there is no more impurity on the body. The service activity was carried out in the City of Gorontalo Dulalowo Timur for young female students of MAN 1 Gorontalo. The activity methods used in this service are material, practice, and questions and answers. From this activity it resulted that the understanding and practice of young women regarding halal cosmetic literacy and business opportunities in the digital era in the good category 65% and 35% were quite good categories.  

The community service activity entitled "Socialization of Village Cultural Traditions" was carried out in Kamarora B Village, District. Nokilalaki Sigi Regency The aim of this community service activity is to empower and improve the quality of the existence of traditional villages in the context of preserving culture and strengthening character as national identity. Selection in Kamarora B Village Because Kamarora B Village is a village that has customs and culture which have begun to be eroded by the rapid flow of globalization, efforts are needed to preserve cultural customs as a filter and foundation for development in Kamarora B Village, Kec. Nokilalaki, Sigi Regency. This community service activity is carried out by conducting outreach which aims to increase the understanding and knowledge of Village Government Apparatus, Youth and the community regarding how important it is to maintain the cultural traditions of Kamarora B Village which have begun to be eroded by the times.

The development of digital technology in the field of education continues to advance, including in academic administration. This article discusses the socialization of a digital system for undergraduate exam registration based on a database in the Physics Education Study Program. The purpose of this socialization is to introduce and implement a system that simplifies the process for students to register for undergraduate exams online. This system is designed to replace the manual registration method, which is time-consuming and prone to errors. Through this socialization, it is expected that students and academic staff can understand the benefits and how to use this new system. The results of the socialization show that the majority of users are satisfied with the ease and speed offered by this system. This system not only improves operational efficiency but also supports transparency and accuracy in academic data. In conclusion, the implementation of this digital system is a positive step towards modernizing academic services in the Physics Education Study Program.

Small and Medium Enterprise (UMKM) in Indonesia is one of the cornerstones of the Indonesian economy. Semarang Regency has a lot of business potential which is the main source of livelihood for the local population. The purpose of this activity is to provide training for Small and Medium Enterprise (UMKM) in Jembrak Village regarding business ethics, bookkeeping of financial transactions, marketing of goods and services, product packaging and labeling, and taxation (E-Filing). The implementation method in this activity includes providing material on simple financial bookkeeping and mentoring programs on entrepreneurial activity and simple financial bookkeeping. The main target in this service activity is the business actors of UMKM in Jembrak Village and the wider community in general. The material presented by STIPARI Semarang lecturers in training on the topic of business ethics and simple bookkeeping takes approximately 120 minutes, followed by a question and answer session in three sessions. With this service activity, the authors provide recommendations for holding similar education to other different communities and the need for continuity of activities and evaluation after the community service activities are carried out, so that UMKM actors in Surabaya can contribute to the development of UMKM in Indonesia.

This study aims to examine the implementation of Citizenship Education (PKn) learning in increasing students' learning motivation on the Bhinneka Tunggal Ika material at SD Negeri 01 Koya Tengah, Jayapura City. The method used is a qualitative approach with observation, interview, and questionnaire techniques. The results of the study showed a significant increase in students' learning motivation after the implementation of interactive and participatory learning methods. This study is expected to contribute to the development of PKn learning in elementary schools.

Public knowledge of drugs is quite limited, especially among teenagers. Adolescence is a developmental change between childhood and adulthood that results in physical, cognitive, and psychosocial changes. The aim of this education is the early introduction of over-the-counter drug classes to teenagers so that awareness is formed regarding the proper and correct use of over-the-counter drugs. The activities were conducted on class 12 students at SMA Mathlaul Anwar Pandeglang Banten. Educational facilities use leaflets that are distributed to activity participants. Evaluation of participants was carried out by asking for answers and filling in pre-test and post-test questions regarding education on the use of over-the-counter drugs. The results of education on the introduction of over-the-counter non-restricted medicines before and after schooling can increase teenagers' knowledge about self-medication over-the-counter drugs, especially adequate information regarding the correct use of drugs, including indications, dosage, method of use, side effects, contraindications, and drug expiration dates.             

Abstract. National economic development and regional economic development are two very closely related matters. This study aims to analyze the economic structure and specialization of the economic sector so that it can determine the main sectors, groups that are classified as advanced and sectors that are classified as slow and analyze the competitiveness of each sector in North Sumatra Province. This study uses the Shift Share analysis method. The data used in this study is secondary data in the 2017-2021 interval. The data used is secondary data, namely data obtained from records, books and journals in the form of financial reports for company publications, government reports, articles, books such as theories, journals, etc. The results of this study are expected to be an academic foundation for development in the North Sumatra area.

The PKM team with partners from Umbul Helau developed the concept of urban farming with aquaponics technology where hydroponic plant cultivation and integrated fish cultivation in the form of budikdamber. The activity purpose is to build the concept and introduce it to the community. The method used is ABCD (Asset Based Community Development), focusing on land assets owned by partners to be developed by building this urban farming activity. The stages are carried out starting from the time planning,, division of tasks, provision of materials, land preparation and cultivation of budikdamber media, seed distribution, control and evaluation. The results obtained are very encouraging where the plant has been harvested and with packaging that is sold and has economic value, catfish is growing and will harvest in the near future. In addition, education about this concept introduces to the elementary school (SD) students and teachers with a positive response.  

The title of the counseling guidance teacher's efforts in dealing with delinquency in class XI students at SMA N 1 Batur, Batur District, Banjarnegara Regency, in this study has an educational background that is closely related to a strong character. Meanwhile, development in Indonesia is carried out as a whole, which requires quality human resources, various efforts for the formation of the nation's personality, especially in the younger generation. One of the efforts to improve quality resources is through education. However, every educational process, especially tackling delinquency, has an obstacle and obstacle, which occurs in SMA N 1 Batur, especially class XI, from this research it has a goal. 1) knowing the efforts of BK teachers in dealing with student delinquency; 2) knowing the method used; 3) knowing the inhibiting and supporting factors, by using qualitative methods that produce descriptive data, then data collection techniques through interview observations and documentation, in analyzing data systematically, organizing data, describing data into units and compiling into a pattern that produces a conclusion, namely learning that occurs at SMA N 1 Batur is in accordance with the objectives and procedures for learning, then in each lesson several factors, both supporting and inhibiting factors, are found from internal and external sources, and several efforts have been made by counseling teachers at SMA N 1 Batur Banjarnegara..    

Poverty is a problem faced by all countries in the world, especially in developing countries. Poverty is a complex problem that is influenced by many related factors, while this study aims to analyze how and how much influence the Human Development Index, Gross Regional Domestic Product and Unemployment Rate have on Poverty Rates in Indonesia in the period 2017 to 2021. This research using multiple regression analysis with panel data as the method of analysis. This research focuses on six provinces in Indonesia as cross section data and the time range from 2017 to 2021 as time series data. The results of the study show that simultaneously there is influence between the human development index variable Gross Domestic Regional Product and the response to poverty. Then partially, the human development index variable has a negative and significant effect on the poverty variable, and for the Gross Domestic Regional Product variable it shows positive and insignificant results on the poverty variable while the relaxation variable shows positive and significant results on the poverty variable. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination shows 99.6.

This can be proven by the many fields of business that utilize the expertise of graphic designers. The shifting habit of using digital media in human activities has made the use of design as media promotion increasingly widespread in the business world. Examples of promotional media include brochures, leaflets, posters, business cards, billboards, banners, and banners. This illustrates that graphic design skills are important things that students need to have in this modern era. Therefore, it is important to hold graphic design training as an initial means for students to improve their ability to produce a quality graphic design work.

Utilization of local raw materials available in the market can be the basis for the development of entrepreneurship training activities at the Gembor Farmer Group in the Benpasi area. In the implementation of this activity, it is done by looking for several people who are members of farmer groups or communities in the area to join in developing these activities. This is done to provide knowledge to the community to take advantage of the existing potential so that the resulting product can be sold at a reasonable price at the consumer level and provide hope for an increase in demand for a product. One form of this entrepreneurship is by training to make some processed products or market snacks such as several kinds of cakes which can later be used for the sales process to consumers. This will have an effect on increasing the community's income if the price is sold in accordance with the costs incurred. This training program is carried out by providing a positive influence on knowledge for the community so that in the future they can also play a role in developing these activities.

In the era of technological and information development that is all sophisticated and modern, let's call it the era of industry 4.0 which is currently taking place and will also lead to the era of society 5.0, of course, making the use of the internet and technology a primary need. It cannot be denied that there are positive and negative impacts from the use of the internet and technology, moving from the negative impact that has started to make people behave individually. Lack of care and intolerance among others, the main purpose of this paper is to analyse the concept of Pancasila education as a national character education in the midst of the current era. The research in this paper uses qualitative research methods, with descriptive analytical research type, with data collection techniques using literature review. The results of this study indicate that Pancasila education as a national character education is certainly a character formation starting from the practice of Pancasila values ​​for the millennial generation in all aspects of social, national and state life. This can certainly be done well if the strengthening of the cultivation of Pancasila values ​​is carried out both in the family environment and in the world of education or even introductory socializations that can be carried out so that the millennial generation does not lose direction, it can actually better understand the values ​​of Pancasila itself.

Each region has potential that can be developed into superior products in that area. These superior products must be continuously developed so that they will become great. The development of this superior product will certainly support the development of the local economy of the area concerned. Local economic development will also support the community concerned to develop. Local economic development that is based on superior products cannot be carried out by entrepreneurs alone, there needs to be a relationship from the government and other stakeholders engaged in local economic development. Government support is certainly needed by making policies that support superior product development policies. Meanwhile, other stakeholders assist entrepreneurs in developing their products so that they can be developed and known outside the region.
