Habit or consumer habit nowadays is to check Whatsapp apps in a short period of time, whereas it caused individual to be influenced after seeing uploaded content, with no exception for sales ads content. The purpose of this study was to conduct empirical testing of the influence of habit and performance expectations on purchase intention. This study uses a structural equation model (SEM) to test the hypotheses of 278 respondents according to the research criteria. The results shown that habit and performance expectancy were positively related to purchase intention.

In times like today, it is certain that people in their lives will experience an event called risk. This incident is bound to happen to everyone in any way. Therefore, to minimize the negative impact due to these risks, it is necessary to have a solution on the risk side to deal with these risks. Risk is a synonym of the English-speaking Risk Society, which means that in reality in social life there must be a problem or uncertainty that is experienced. In 1986 risk could be described in a structural situation, for example, industrialization, the emergence of the modernization era, and so on. Because basically the era of modernization gave rise to many technologies that are easy to use so that they can affect existing life. According to Anthony Giddens, modernization is a culture of risk. The risk community is a meaning used because something has changed towards something new in people's lives at this time. In addition, the figure who discussed the risk community was Ulrick Beck. He stated that criticism of mathematical morality from expert thinking is that public discourse about risk making is something that can be avoided from the structural conditions of society. Then the figure who also discusses the risk community is Mary Douglas, an anthropologist who discusses cultural theory.

The aims of this study are to describe work motivation, organizational commitment, Servant Leadership Style and interpersonal communication of employees at the Bojonegoro Regency Pusda Office. To analyze the effect of Servant Leadership Style and interpersonal communication on employee motivation through organizational commitment. This type of research is explanatory research and the approach in this research is quantitative. The population is all employees of the Bojonegoro District Pusda Office, totaling 52 people. The sampling technique uses total sampling or saturated sampling, so the sample used is 52 people. In this study, data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and PLS (Partial Least Square) software. The results showed Servant Leadership Style, Interpersonal Communication, Organizational Commitment and Work Motivation in the high category. There is no significant effect between Servant Leadership Style on organizational commitment. There is a significant influence between interpersonal communication on organizational commitment. There is no significant effect between Servant Leadership Style on work motivation. There is a significant influence between interpersonal communication on work motivation. There is a significant influence between organizational commitment on work motivation. There is no significant effect between Servant Leadership Style on work motivation through organizational commitment. There is a significant influence between interpersonal communication on work motivation through organizational commitment.

This study aims to develop the concept of external support, compatibility and organizational capabilities in increasing the adoption of Electronic Commerce and its impact on the performance of small and medium enterprises. The sample of this research was 123 respondents consisting of small and medium culinary business owners in the city of Semarang, Indonesia. The analysis technique uses Structural Equation Modeling - Amos program version 21. The results show that adoption of electronic commerce is significantly positively influenced by external support, by compatibility, by organizational capability, and by organizational capability, in addition to being significantly positively influenced by adoption of electronic commerce and the performance of small and medium-sized businesses. You may swiftly and effectively rework and reword your material by using paraphraser to take your sentences and make modifications.

The purpose of this study was to describe the effectiveness of sentences in explanatory texts for class XI students of SMA Negeri 5 Sijunjung in terms of structural clarity, logical meaning, frugality of words, standardization of words, and spelling accuracy. This type of research is qualitative with descriptive method. The data in this study were sentences in the explanatory text of class XI students of SMA Negeri 5 Sijunjung, with a data source of 26 explanatory texts written by students of class XI SMA Negeri 5 Sijunjung. The data collection technique in this study is fishing technique. The results showed that of the 250 sentences used, only 79 sentences could be categorized as effective, while 171 sentences could not be categorized as effective. First, there are 271 ineffectiveness in terms of structural clarity. Second, the ineffectiveness in terms of logical meaning, there are 80 sentences. Third, the ineffectiveness of sentences in terms of word-saving, namely as many as 141 sentences. Fourth, the ineffectiveness of sentences in terms of word standardity, namely as many as 96 sentences. Fifth, sentence ineffectiveness in terms of spelling accuracy was found in 152 sentences.  

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at the Sambel Layah Restaurant, Kendal Branch. The data collection technique used a questionnaire instrument with 105 respondents, then collected and checked for validity and then presented in an informative and scientific manner. After that the data is processed in a comprehensive and descriptive-analytic manner. Then the data is tested with SEM (Structural Equation Model) statistics to determine the relationship between various variables. The results of the study stated that the hypothesis which said that Service Quality had a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction was proven significantly. This can be seen in table 5. where the service quality variable indicators for all indicators show a calculated t value that is greater than t table. t table 1.658 while t count average 3.276 which means that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction  

This study aims to explain the influece of informatiomof characteristics and accounting information systems on managerial performance in goverment agencies is the aim of the research. Determination of the  sample using the total population sampling method in this study were structural officials and staff at the west sumatera research and development agency and the sample used in this study was as many as 31 respondents. Based on research result that there is an influence of information on characteristics on managerial performance the work of managers of geverments agencies and there is influence of accouting informatios systems on the managerial performance of agencies.

This research has specific objectives, namely (1) Describing religious values in the novel Elegi Tawa Niyusa by Lin Aiko. (2) Describe the social values in the novel Elegi Tawa Niyusa by Lin Aiko. (3) Describe the cultural values in the novel Elegi Tawa Niyusa by Lin Aiko. (4) Describe the moral values in the novel Elegi Tawa Niyusa by Lin Aiko. The basic theory in this research is structuralism theory. Structuralism theory is seen as a literary approach that emphasizes the study of the relationship between the building blocks concerned. This type of research is qualitative research, qualitative research is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observed behavior. The research method used in this research is descriptive analysis. The descriptive analysis method is a method carried out by describing the facts which is then followed by analysis. Research methods such as reading techniques, recording things that are considered to contain religious values, social values, cultural values, moral values in the novel Elegi Tawa Niyusa by Lin Aiko, analyzing the extrinsic elements in the form of religious values, social values, cultural values, moral values, concluding the results study. The data source used is a literary work in the form of a novel entitled Elegi Tawa Niyusa by Lin Aiko. The result of this research is the discovery of extrinsic elements contained in the novel, namely the values contained in the novel, namely religious values in the form of keeping prayers, surrendering to God, perfecting worship, being filial to parents. Social values in the form of an attitude of respect or appreciation, an attitude of caring for each other, an attitude of caring for or protecting each other, and empathy for fellow creatures created by God. Cultural values that take the form of free association. Moral values that take the form of responsibility. The conclusion is surrender to God, mutual respect or respect, avoid promiscuity, always be responsible for the actions or decisions you have chosen.

This study aims to describe the forms of language errors found on Instagram social media. Analysis of language errors is a method or work step that is commonly used by esearchers or language teachers to collect data, identify errors, explain errors, classify errors and  valuate the seriousness of language errors. The use of language on social media on Instagram  as a means of daily communication, one of which  is  to comment  and text.  Various languages  are  used in  communication, including Indonesian, regional languages, various languages, and  foreign languages. This study aims to  describe  the  form  of  misuse  of  Indonesian  on  Instagram  and  to describe  the  forms  of misunderstanding  of  the  use  of  Indonesian  on  Instagram.  This  research  method  uses qualitative descriptive because in this study the researcher identifies language errors that are on social media, especially on Instagram. The results showed the ineffectiveness of language users  carried  out  by  Instagram  social  media  users  in  the  form  of  using  Indonesian,  (1) spelling errors (2) use of diction (3) grammatical structural errors. There are also forms of misunderstanding  in the  use  of Indonesian  on  Instagram  (1)  variations  of  Indonesian  and English (2) variations of Indonesian with slang, English, local languages.

Literary work is a form of expression of human feelings as outlined in oral and written forms. Literary work is a language art that can be enjoyed by oneself and for everyone to enjoy. Poetry is one type of kasya satsra which is an expression of the poet's feelings which is poured using figurative words. The poem entitled "Aku Tidak Akan Berhenti MencariMu" by Heri Isnaini was chosen as research material for poetry studies using a structural approach. The Structural Approach is an approach that examines poetry based on the elements that build poetry in an objective systematic manner. This study aims to describe the physical and mental structures contained in the poem "I Will Not Stop Looking for You" by Heri Isnaini. By analyzing using a structural approach, the writer can find the meaning of a literary work. Through a structural approach, the structures studied are the physical structure and the inner structure of poetry. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The qualitative description method used describes the data through words that show the meaning according to the concept. The result of this research is the discovery of all physical and mental structures in a poem by Heri Isnaini entitled "Aku Tidak Akan Berhenti MencariMu ".

In general, this study aims to determine the influence of Leadership and Workload on Employee Work Effectiveness at the Secretariat Office of the Regional People's Representative Council of Sibolga City. The type of research used in this research is descriptive correlational research, which describes and provides an explanation of the relationship between variable X (independent) as the independent variable that influences and variable Y (dependent) as the dependent variable that is influenced. For this study, the population was only Civil Servants consisting of 10 Structural Officials and 29 Staff at the Secretariat Office of the Regional People's Representative Council of Sibolga City, totaling 39 (thirty nine) Civil Servants. The analytical method used is the efficiency analysis technique of multiple correlation and multiple linear regression. The results showed that based on statistical testing partially showed t count 3.641 > t table 0.208 and a significant value of 0.001 <0.05, it means that the Leadership variable partially has a positive and significant effect on the Work Effectiveness variable. The workload variable shows t count 0.448 > t table 0.208 and a significant 0.004 <0.05, it means that the workload variable partially has a positive and significant effect on the work effectiveness variable.

Abstract The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality and marketing mix through the Word of Mouth variable on interest in entering Islamic boarding schools (a case study at the Addainuriyah Dua Islamic Boarding School in Semarang) using the random sampling method on 167 students for the 2023 academic year. PLS-SEM (Partial) data analysis technique Least Square-Structural Equation Model) using the SmartPls 4.0 tool. The results showed that service quality had no effect on word of mouth, marketing mix had a significant positive effect on word of mouth, word of mouth had a significant positive effect on interest in entry, service quality had a significant positive effect on interest in entry, marketing mix had a positive effect Significantly on Intention to Enter, Service Quality mediated by Word Of Mouth has no effect on Intention to Enter, Marketing mix mediated by Word Of Mouth has a significant positive effect on Intention to Enter.  

As a buffer for districts in the Central Mountain region of Papua, Wamena has also become a center of economic and government activity so that Wamena needs shopping facilities on a large scale in order to meet the needs of its population, therefore it is necessary to plan shopping facilities on a larger scale such as supermarkets. The purpose of this study was to plan the Upper Structure of the Berlantai Tiga di Wamena Supermarket Building. The planning of this supermarket includes plates, beams and columns. The tools used in this planning are ETABS v.19, AutoCad and Microsoft Office. The location of the building is on Jalan Trikora Wamena, Papua. The result of the structural design uses the Special Moment Bearing Frame System (SRPMK). Using concrete quality (f'c) = 25 MPa and reinforcement quality (fy) = 420 MPa. Floor slabs are used 170 mm thick and roof slabs with 130 mm thick. The beam uses B1 300 x 400 mm, B2 300 x 350 mm, B3 250 x 300 mm. The columns in the design measure 600 x 600 mm.

This study aims to examine the structural and local wisdom values found in the folklore of the some ethnic group in North Sumatra, like as Pakpak and Nias. The method used in this study uses a library approach. The sources of data used in this research are journals, books, and internet sites related to the topics that have been selected. The results of this study are that there are many local wisdom values in Pakpak ethnic folklore. This is reflected in the oral/regional literary tradition in the form of folklore from the Pakkpak ethnic in North Sumatra, structural values and local wisdom values that have been analyzed can be used as material teaching, namely literature learning material due to the suitability between existing stories and existing material with the 2013 Curriculum for class X SMA.

The existence of communities around conservation areas has an important role for the preservation of Alas Purwo National Park. Buffer villages have a function to maintain the integrity of conservation areas from all forms of disturbances, originating from outside or within the area that can result in changes in the integrity and function of the national park area. The effectiveness of conservation area management will be disrupted if the participation rate is low. This study aims to determine the form of behavior of the peyangga village community and its interaction with conservation areas. Qualitative descriptive research approach and purposive determination of research locations. Data collection methods through interviews and observations. Data analysis starts from data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. To explain the phenomenon raised by the researcher, using the theory of structural functionalism. According to this theory society as a social system consists of interrelated parts or elements in equilibrium. Changes that occur in one part will bring about change, against another. The results showed that collaborative management of conservation areas by involving the participation of local communities has an important meaning. Through this activity, it can increase public awareness so that it can play a maximum role in the management of conservation areas.

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan leader member exchange, budaya organisasi, komitmen dan kinerja guru SMK Negeri Dander Kabupaten Bojonegoro, untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh dari leader member exchange dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru SMK Negeri Dander Kabupaten Bojonegoro melalui komitmen. Populasi dalam penelitian mencangkup seluruh guru yang berjumlah 68 orang dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 66 guru SMK Negeri Dander dengan teknik sensus. Data yang sudah didapatkan kemudian dilakukan analisis dengan partial least square – structural equestion model (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan leader member exchange, budaya organisasi, komitmen, dan kinerja guru SMK Negeri Dander Kabupaten Bojonegoro dalam kategori yang tinggi, leader member exchange dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan pada komitmen guru, leader member exchange dan budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan pada kinerja guru, sedangkan komitmen berpengaruh signifikan pada kinerja guru. Leader member exchange dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan pada kinerja guru melalui komitmen guru SMK Negeri Dander Kabupaten Bojonegoro.

Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian eksplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMK Negeri Dander Bojonegoro yang berjumlah 68 orang dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 66 guru dengan teknik total sampling atau sample jenuh. Teknik analisis data, menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi, budaya organisasi, employee engagement dan kinerja guru SMK Negeri Dander Kabupaten Bojonegoro dalam kategori yang tinggi. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh dengan signifikan terhadap employee engagement, Kompensasi berpengaruh dengan signifikan terhadap employee engagement, Budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh dengan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, Kompensasi tidak berpengaruh dengan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, Employee engagement berpengaruh dengan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, Employee engagement dapat memediasi kompensasi berpengaruh dengan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, Employee engagement dapat memediasi budaya organisasi berpengaruh dengan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh dukungan organisasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan guru SMK Negeri Dander Bojonegoro melalui motivasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplanatori, pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMK Negeri Dander Bojonegoro yang berjumlah 68 orang, Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 66 orang dengan teknik total sampling, metode pengumpulan data dengan Kuesioner dan Studi Pustaka. analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan menggunakan software PLS (Partial Least Square). Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kepuasan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, dukungan organisasi dan Kepemimpinan guru di SMK Negeri Dander Kabupaten Bojonegoro dalam kategori yang tinggi. Dukungan organisasi dan Kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh yang positif signifikan terhadap Motivasi Kerja guru. Dukungan organisasi dan Kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh yang positif tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan, Motivasi Kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Dukungan organisasi dan Kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh yang positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru melalui motivasi kerja.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendiskripsikan dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap prestasi kerja guru melalui motivasi kerja. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk Explanatory Research dan Pendekatan penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Besar populasi sebanyak 68 guru yang ada di SMK Negeri Dander Bojonegoro dengan sampel sebanyak 66 orang  dikurangi dengan peneliti dan pimpinan menggunakan teknik sensus sampling atau total sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan dokumentasi kemudian dianalisis dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Persepsi guru tentang kompensasi, motivasi kerja dan prestasi kerja guru SMK Negeri Dander Kabupaten Bojonegoro termasuk dalam kategori sangat tinggi, hanya lingkungan kerja yang dalam kondisi tinggi. Kompensasi dan Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, Kompensasi dan Motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja, Lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja, Kompensasi dan Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja guru melalui motivasi kerja di SMK Negeri Dander Bojonegoro.  

Introduction: Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is a condition in which the kidneys have experienced functional or structural damage or disturbances. The condition of the kidney that has decreased function is unable to dispose of waste products through urination which can result in disruption of endocrine, fluid, electrolyte, metabolic and acid-base functions, one of the consequences of which is the occurrence of edema. The prevalence of kidney failure in Central Java reached 0.42% with a total of 96,794 sufferers. The impact of edema that is not treated will result in respiratory, cardiovascular systems, neurological systems. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of a combination of ankle pump exercise and 30° foot elevation on edema in CKD patients at the Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital in Semarang. Method: This research is a quantitative study using a pre-experimental pretest-posttest design approach. The sample is 12 respondents with purposive sampling technique. Results: The results of this study were mostly male with a total of 10 with a percentage of 83.3% with an average age of 44.50. the results of the bivariate analysis with the Marginal Homogeneity Test obtained a significant value of p = 0.001 (<0.05). Conclusion: There is an effect of a combination of ankle pump exercise and 30° foot elevation on foot edema in CKD patients.
